Proverbs 14:34 Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.
Genesis 19:24 Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven
‘After finding out Astrid was “almost infertile”, the specialist laid out two options for the Gippsland-based couple.
“We could have done IUI treatment — which some people call ‘turkey basting’ — where they squirt the sperm in you,” Belinda says.
“But because of Astrid’s infertility issues we ended up doing IVF and I’m carrying her egg.”
The couple found out 12 days after the egg transplant they were pregnant.
Belinda and Astrid are part of a growing group of same-sex couples in Victoria having children using donor sperm.
According to VARTA’s 2021 report, single women are still the largest group using donor sperm (53 per cent), followed by women in same-sex relationships (34 per cent) — compared to people in heterosexual relationships (17 per cent).’https://www.abc.net.au/everyday/same-sex-couples-and-parenting/100939644
Yep, ‘This is what happens when the self-appointed preachers of tolerance and respect don’t get their way.
LGBTQ activists have covered Citipointe Christian College in foul graffiti.
The school, which made national headlines this month for asking parents to agree to a Christian view of sexuality as a condition of enrolment, has been forced to remove signage to prevent further vandalism.
Staff have received a barrage of abuse, including death threats.
‘Be more respectful, or we’ll destroy your property.’
‘Be tolerant like us, or we’ll kill you.’
It’s a hell of an argument against people exercising their religious freedom.
Speaking of argument, everyone knows opponents of the Religious Discrimination Bill are not really trying to stop children being expelled from Christian schools for being gay. We know this because there’s not a single example of it ever happening. Not one.
What opponents of the Religious Discrimination Bill really want to stop is the LGBTQ worldview ever being criticised in a Christian School. We know this because they have said so. Repeatedly.
It is telling that critics of Citipointe Christian College’s enrolment contract were not satisfied when it was rescinded.
That’s because critics were less outraged by the contract than by the Christian worldview that informed the contract; specifically that homosexuality is a sin, and that gender is a fixed biological reality.
What activists really want is for Christians to agree that Christian beliefs on sexuality and gender are wrong. In short, activists are demanding Christians be less Christian.
A gay former Citipointe Christian College student told SBS that ‘language condemning homosexuality was very damaging to himself and other young people’.
It was so damaging that he completed 12 years at the school. And he wasn’t expelled for being gay. He graduated.
But, you know, the ‘language’!
A Parents, Family and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PLAG) spokeswoman said Citipointe Christian College needed to do more than scrap the enrolment contract and remove the principal, they needed to ‘show that they have changed their thinking’.
‘They need to come out publicly stating that there has been an error in their judgment and their thinking, and they agree that they were wrong,’ she said.
Well sure. But why stop there? Perhaps PLAG could do a full audit of Christian doctrines and advise the Citipointe community which ones they should change. Whatever’s left, after the gays and lesbians have redacted the bits and pieces they don’t like, could be called the Bible.
Just days after the Citipointe College contact became public, The Guardian pointed out that Penrith Christian College had a statement of faith that listed homosexuality and transgenderism as ‘not acceptable to God’.
How this is news, I am not quite sure.
There’s an old adage in journalism that news is not a dog biting a man; news is a man biting a dog. Similarly, one would think news is not a Christian school promoting a Christian worldview; news would be a Christian school promoting the LGBTQ worldview.
The Guardian reported breathlessly that Penrith school’s statement of faith is attached to enrolment forms and parents are asked if they have ‘read and understood’ it.
Rationalist Society of Australia president Dr Meredith Doig described the school’s beliefs as ‘appalling’ and warned that ‘schools like Penrith and Citipointe are just the tip of the iceberg’.
‘Their biblically-based anti-LGBTI views will become much more commonly seen if the Religious Discrimination Bill is passed,’ she said.
In other words, Christian views will become much more commonly seen if Christian schools are allowed to freely express their Christian views. This, rather than the imagined gay child expelled by hateful Christian teachers, is the real problem opponents of the Religious Discrimination Bill have.
Psychologist Paul Martin agreed the problem at Citipointe was not just the controversial enrolment contract but that ‘many people in evangelical Christian communities and even in evangelical conservative Protestant families still hold on to outdated beliefs about homosexuality’.
So, Dr Martin believes the problem with many Christians is that they still hold Christian beliefs.
Dr Martin insists that Christianity needs to move with the times, ‘the times’ being a euphemism for ‘fashion’. The problem for Dr Martin is that Christians aren’t trying to be fashionable, they are trying to be true to what they believe is the word of God, which puts their views beyond the times.
The psychologist continued: ‘What has happened at the school is so harmful that it could – for some people – be the trigger for suicidality.’
Speaking of psychology, it would be interesting to study the merits of the ‘change your views to mine, or people will die’ debating tactic. I suspect it is intended to work much the same as the ‘don’t let children be expelled for being gay’ tactic works – as a Trojan horse for banning suddenly unfashionable Christian doctrine altogether.’https://www.spectator.com.au/2022/02/man-bites-dog/?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=FLAT%20%2020220211%20%20SG&utm_content=FLAT%20%2020220211%20%20SG+CID_d9f9fea3798d992c6b19b0e8d40ce03c&utm_source=CampaignMonitor_Australia&utm_term=Man%20bites%20dog
Jude 1:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
Just what our kids need in school; LGBTQ+ history of sodomites!
‘Scotland has officially become the first country in the world to implement a required LGBTQ+ curriculum in schools after a new teacher toolkit launched this week. Educators now have access to a website offering an e-learning course on teaching topics related to the LGBTQ+ community, as well as a host of inclusive lesson plans and educational support materials, according to Scottish news outlet The Scotsman.
While LGBTQ+ subjects will be taught explicitly, the new curriculum also seeks to integrate inclusion into everyday learning. Lessons offered on the website range from exercises on discrimination to a math problem involving a young girl purchasing Father’s Day cards for her two dads.
While the new curricula were created, in part, for students to receive a more well-rounded education, the Scottish government also hopes the lessons will help reduce bullying. LGBTQ+ youth in the U.K. are twice as likely to have been bullied in the past year than their straight, cisgender classmates, according to a June study released by the youth advocacy group Just Like Us.
Scotland’s history-making curriculum is in large part due to the efforts of Time for Inclusive Education (TIE), an LGBTQ+ advocacy group that successfully lobbied the Scottish Parliament to implement nationwide inclusive learning. In 2017, the country’s government created the “LGBTI Inclusive Education Working Group,” which consisted of TIE and several other pro-LGBTQ+ groups, to investigate deepening inclusion in schools. A year later, the government accepted all 33 of its recommendations.
“Everything we’re trying to do here is all very, very Christian,” TIE Co-founder Liam Stevenson told them. in 2019. “It’s about looking after one another, it’s about respecting one another, and it’s about caring for and loving one another and producing healthy young people.”’
If you are straight and went to college was it easy peasy? Well, it wasn’t for me either. I had to work forty or more hours and study as did most if not all my classmates. Oh, and has any President ever thanked you for being a male or female? Well, Sleepy, Creepy, Basement ‘Joe Biden made history this month as the first ever US president-elect to thank trans people in his victory speech. During his campaign, Biden promised to end legal discrimination against trans people, which had worsened under Donald Trump.
However, while many universities have support services for lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) students, trans students often lack tailored support. Comparable data for universities aren’t available, but one Australian study found trans high school students lacking support from teachers are almost four times more likely to drop out than students receiving support.’https://theconversation.com/supporting-trans-people-3-simple-things-teachers-and-researchers-can-do-149832?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=The%20Weekend%20Conversation%20-%201815617650&utm_content=The%20Weekend%20Conversation%20-%201815617650+CID_a8e56f4c30afe8348cd15c5db4e7639d&utm_source=campaign_monitor&utm_term=Supporting%20trans%20people%203%20simple%20things%20teachers%20and%20researchers%20can%20do
‘Dubbo Regional Council is an official supporter of the third and 2017 Central West Pride March…‘http://www.dailyliberal.com.au/story/5063094/rainbow-flag-wont-be-hoisted-at-city-hall-on-saturday-videos/?cs=112
This whole sodomite (LGBTIQA) issue is very irratating to say the least. If these people wish to live that sort of unhealthy life then there is not much anyone can do but put up with it. HOWEVER, must our taxes help pay for their parade?
Now, no one wants it to rain on their parade (well, that isn’t actually true) but the point is they can have a parade if they want to pay for it BUT DON’T USE TAX MONEY TO PAY FOR IT!
Wake up Dubbo Regional Council!!! The Dubbo Regional Council general manager, Mark Riley, says Dubbo Council will look to promote the Central West Pride March “well into the future”! It seems, according to Mr. Riley, Council has money for a LGBTIQA parade but fixing roads; well, that’s another matter. Hopefully no one in the LGBTIQA parade falls into a pot hole and then more tax money will be paid out for damages!
Oh, by the way, next years Pride Parade expenses can come out of your pocket Mr Riley!
Not only is it a waste of taxpaer’s money to promote this type of parade but this lifestyle is ‘unseemly’. Romans 1:27 ‘And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly (indecent, shameful)…’
Here is another university you can put on your list that provides courses that have no real purpose for one’s life. Dr. Francisco Perales “…has suggested opponents of gay marriage are less intelligent.” He “…argues those opposed to redefining marriage struggled with processing complex ideas.”
Yes, this man “…who specialises in ‘gender and sexual identity‘, said opponents of changing the Marriage Act lacked the cognitive ability to process complex ideas, discern facts from speculation and critically engage with new or diverse viewpoints.” http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4921540/Academic-says-gay-marriage-opponents-intelligent.html
It would serve no real purpose here to quote Scripture that bluntly says that in the beginning God created them male and female for Dr Perales and those like him are professing themselves to be wise and more intelligent than those who disagree when in actuality they have become fools (Paul’s letter to the Romans chapter One verse 22).
‘The FBI may not be able to detect and prevent left-wing violence directed at Republicans playing baseball. But it sure knows how to pander to and entertain the LGBTQ community with a full-blown conference featuring discussions about the oppressive “identity hierarchy.”
In an amazing development, acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe, whose wife ran with Hillary’s support for the state senate in Virginia, has now put the entire FBI apparatus at the disposal of a key Democratic Party constituency group, the LGBTQ lobby, with “Q” meaning queer.
It is a direct affront to the conservative Christians who voted for President Donald Trump.
McCabe welcomed the homosexuals, transgenders, and others in Bonaparte Auditorium at FBI headquarters, an Office of Director of National Intelligence press release said.’
‘McCabe, who actually had a role supervising the aborted FBI investigation into Mrs. Clinton’s mishandling of classified emails, took over the FBI when President Trump fired FBI Director James Comey.’
‘But while the FBI appears to be unable or unwilling to investigate the potential for violence in left-wing networks, the FBI and other intelligence agencies appear to have plenty of resources available to encourage “diversity” and “inclusion.”
“Notably,” the FBI press release said, “this year’s event included speakers from outside the IC.” It named Nicole Cozier of the Human Rights Campaign and Rep. André Carson (D-IN), the second Muslim to be elected to the United States Congress. Other speakers were Deputy Director of National Intelligence Dawn Eilenberger and Office of Naval Intelligence Commander Rear Admiral Robert Sharp,
While DNI Coats was not able to attend in person, his prepared remarks included the statement that “Since my confirmation as DNI, I have been impressed with spirit of service that permeates the IC. As I get to know more IC officers, I am struck by the wide variety of backgrounds that enrich our workforce. You may have heard that I referred to the position of DNI as akin to the head coach of a football team, with each agency director playing the role of a coach with unique expertise. But the buck stops with me for the whole team, and you have my word that I will do everything to empower each of you, including defending the law of the land and anyone who feels any discrimination. I’m sorry I could not be here today, and I am proud to lead our team.”
The “anyone who feels any discrimination” is a catch-all phrase that seems to allow sexual minorities to demand jobs and promotions based on their particular needs at any given time. What this has to do with stopping jihadist activity and left-wing violence was not explained in the official press release.
Using the hashtag #LGBTSpies, the Office of the DNI has drawn attention to employees who “fight for marriage equality” and intelligence agents “fighting the good fight from the inside.” The DNI calls them “Secret agents of change.” None of this seems designed to identify and defeat America’s foreign enemies.’ http://www.aim.org/aim-column/mccabes-fbi-hosts-gay-pride-summit/
The FBI and the LGBTQ crowd! Feel safer now?!
