Saint Maryâs University located in Notre Dame, Indiana denied an application to formally recognize a Turning Point USA chapter.

The American Red Cross has revealed they will now allow males who pretend to be women to donate their blood, even if they have been having sex with other males.
Under normal circumstances, males who engage in sexual activity with other males are asked to wait three months before donating blood, a requirement that will be waived for men who self-ID as women.
According to the American Red Cross website, the organization says it âunderstand[s] that there is a difference between biological sex and gender,â but goes on to clarify that the Red Cross is following the recommendations of the FDA to determine donor eligibility on the basis of self-declared sex, as opposed to biological sex of the potential donors.
This change would allow a homosexual or bisexual male to present at the clinic and self-describe himself as âfemaleâ or âtransâ and be exempted from the 3-month deferral typically associated with males who actively engage in sexual activity with other males. This may pose a risk to both the Red Cross staff, the donor, and the viability of blood donations.
Gay men have previously been limited in giving blood due to higher rates of sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV. Usually men who have sex with other men must wait 3 months before donating.
A member of the Reduxx team called the Red Cross Donor and Client Support Center posing as a biological male who identified as a woman to check eligibility requirements. When the agent was asked if a person âassigned male at birthâ who was actively having sex with other biological males was able to donate blood, he responded that so long as the potential donor self-declared their sex as âfemale,â they would be allowed.
âIf you identify as a female⌠if you answer the question as a female, anything thatâs going to come upâ regarding the transgenderism⌠is not going to apply,â the agent stated, after consulting with his managerial team for several minutes.
Similarly under the rules, females who identify as âmenâ and who have sex with biological males or other females who identify as âmenâ are ineligible and subject to the 3-month deferral.
Males who identify as âfemaleâ and have sex with other males who identify as âfemaleâ are eligible to donate under the lesbian guidelines.
The policy of self-identification applies to all forms of blood, plasma, and platelet donation, which contradicts The Red Crossâ weight and height requirements for donors on the basis of sex. Regular donors are also allowed to have information on their sex changed upon verbal confirmation, which the Red Cross perplexingly claims is for the sake of âdonor safety and accuracy of records.â Individuals do not need to declare that they are transgender.
The three month waiting period is so blood screening can pick up evidence of sexually transmitted diseases.
Binary spokeswoman Kirralie Smith said the policy puts lives at risk.
âIt is utterly absurd to change a policy that is dependent on biological factors,â she said.
âBlood donated by men who have sex with men is at risk. This is not unjustly discriminatory, it is not a matter of feelings, stereotypes, or perception. It is a serious medical issue that could cause devastation to recipients if the blood is contaminated.

Romans Chapter One tells us all we need to know concerning what the Creator thinks of sex outside the relationship of one man and one woman. ‘Last week, another horrifying story broke that has strong echos of the Loudoun County, Virginia, rape cover-ups. That story was then taken up by journalist Anna Slate, who got the police reports. It was heavily redacted to protect the minors in question, but the story unfolds pretty clearly.
In late October, a male student who âidentifiesâ as a female entered a girlsâ bathroom. This âtransgenderâ student then approached two girls in the bathroom and attempted to talk to one of them. She ignored him. At one point he balled his fist and asked if she âwanted to fight.â Next thing the girl knew, he had hit her in the face, stunning her. He then pulled her by the hair to the ground, where he began to kick her in the face and punch her.
One of the girlâs friends, who had been witness to the whole incident, tried to intervene. She was afraid for the victimâs life because her attacker was âa man.â For her trouble, the male student punched her in the face twice. Other witnesses to the attack begged the assailant to stop and also claimed that the first victim had been beaten senseless. Both girls were black and blue, with at least one of them suffering a concussion.
Just why was the âtransgenderâ student trying to get the first girlâs attention in the first place? Well, according to his statement, he was trying to âpay her backâ for clothes he had apparently stolen from her.
Here is where the cover-up kicks into play. The parents of the entire school had not been informed of the incident because it happened in a bathroom and not in a more public place like the cafeteria. Edmond Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Angela Grunewald offered an excuse: âIt is important that mass communication is only sent for critical events. If we sent mass communication out on all of the events that happen at a school, parents would get so many notifications they would miss any important updates.â Clearly, this incident is different. It was not just a fight amongst girls in a bathroom.
After the story broke, Dr. Grunewald went into damage control, informing the entire student body of the incident and following up with a video explanation of actions that have been taken. The attack happened in October, and parents werenât formally informed about it until December 16. She grudgingly had to admit that this was an attack by a boy who had already been antagonizing the victim in question â which, incidentally, is against the law in Oklahoma.
Oklahoma has a law on the books stating that people must use the bathroom that aligns with their biological sex. This law went into effect in late March, before this incident. The male student would not have been permitted to enter the girlsâ bathroom if the school had been enforcing the law. ‘A Church of England (CofE) primary school has justified secretly teaching 8-year-old children that they can be born in the wrong body and encouraged the idea that 3-year-oldâs can declare themselves as ânon-binaryâ to their parents.
Parents, Calvin and Nicola Watts, who are being supported by the Christian Legal Centre, have been forced to remove their children from St Michaelâs Church of England primary school in Tenterden, Kent, after discovering that their 8-year-old child and classmates were being given extreme teaching on gender identity.

Following parental complaints, however, the school, whose website states that it is âproud of its Christian valuesâ justified the teaching based on the CofEâs own guidance, âValuing All Godâs Childrenâ. It also did not rule out showing similar content to children in future.
The family were alerted by other parents that a video of âIt feels good to be yourself: a book about gender identityâ, by Theresa Thorn, had been shown in class without their knowledge or consent.
The book read by Nana Ceecee promotes the idea of children being âboth a boy and a girlâ, or âneither a boy nor a girlâ, or ânon- binaryâ. It says that people âguessâ about a babyâs gender when they are born. It also suggests that: âYou might feel like your gender changes from day to day or from year to year.â
