The leftist loony anti-almost anything sane crowd has jumped on the death of George Floyd with vengeance. So, ‘After the ugly case in Georgia already had the Leftmedia cued up, we didn’t need a crystal ball to see this coming. In the wake of George Floyd’s deeply disturbing death at the hands of four Minneapolis cops Monday night, South Minneapolis has been consumed by violence to the point that parts of it now look like a war zone.
The death toll is, thankfully, just one, but the scene is still reminiscent of the urban riots of the mid- and late ‘60s — so much so that Mayor Jacob Frey has requested help from the National Guard.
One wonders whether the riots, the vandalism, and the widespread looting would’ve met with Dr. Martin Luther King’s approval. Or George Floyd’s approval, for that matter. Our guess is no. What measure of “social justice,” after all, is extracted by the pillaging of a Target or the firebombing of an AutoZone?
Yesterday, we called for restraint and due process but, admittedly, that’s an easy call to make from afar. The officers’ bodycam footage has yet to be released, but the video evidence we’ve seen so far of Floyd’s death is utterly damning — so much so that even those strongly inclined to defend controversial police actions are loath to do so here. James Gagliano, a law-enforcement analyst and former FBI employee, summed it up in yesterday’s Washington Examiner: “Floyd had a right to breathe. He also had a right to exist. And yes, his life mattered. The officer at the center of this case failed to protect those rights.”
Of course, a bad police tactic does not constitute “racism” or justify a lawless response. Two wrongs, and all that. Nor does it condone the race-baiting rhetoric of Mayor Frey, who weighed in with a series of obviosities right out of the Black Lives Matter playbook. Or by the likes of Ilhan Omar, the Minnesota representative who schizophrenically tweeted, “Our anger is just. Our anger is warranted,” before following it up with, “We should and must protest peacefully.” Or by tired old agitators like the Reverend Jesse Jackson, who dubbed Floyd’s death “a lynching in broad daylight.”
It’s worth noting that President Donald Trump wasn’t waiting around for Jackson to stoke the flames of race hatred: “At my request,” the president tweeted yesterday, “the FBI and the Department of Justice are already well into an investigation as to the very sad and tragic death in Minnesota of George Floyd.”
Justice, whether Jesse Jackson likes it or not, is being done.
As for whether the death of George Floyd was racially motivated, how can Jackson know for sure? How can he or anyone else know, definitively, what was in the heart of the officer whose knee took the life out of Floyd, or in the hearts of his three fellow officers who inexplicably stood by during those heated moments? We do know what the Minneapolis Police statement said: The suspect appeared intoxicated and resisted arrest. And we do know that Floyd was “a six-and-a-half-foot-tall giant of a man,” according to those who knew him.
Of course, neither Floyd’s size nor his possible intoxication justify the officers’ actions. He was handcuffed, he was subdued, there were plenty of officers present, and he was shown in new video to be cooperating with officers — no longer a threat to anyone. Qualified law-enforcement analysts agree that there was no reason for the officer to have kept his knee on Floyd’s neck when he was gasping and couldn’t breathe. No reason, no excuse.
Sometimes, though, despite what those in the race industry want us all to believe, indefensible police work is simply that. Indefensible. That does not make it indicative of systematic oppression.
Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Matthew 19:4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female
In spite of what Moses wrote and what the Lord Jesus Christ Himself said some continue to question not only the Bible but science. For example; ‘T.L. from the United States writes:

I was in a debate with a friend of mine about the creation of gender. She stated that Adam could not have been created first because women have two X chromosomes. She goes on to address the X deactivation in women, saying that this only occurs because both X chromosomes are the same making it a “female” chromosome in both men and women (she also said that the master “switch” in males is them “switching” from the “default”). She goes on to say that men are “half female” and women are “fully female”, making them superior in that they bare life. She also said males are pretty much useless and that we can see this in other life (bees, the infrequency of male lions, “all female” lizards, etc). So my questions are, is the first X chromosome a “female” chromosome, even in men? And does this mean that God made Adam “half female”(as my friend puts it)?
CMI’s Shaun Doyle responds:
Dear T.,
Thanks for writing in.
No, the X chromosome isn’t a ‘female’ chromosome. Everyone needs it. And no, males (including Adam) are not ‘half female’.
First, your friend is wrong on the science. The idea that female is the ‘default’ embryological condition is now known to be false.1 This idea was based on a few studies in the mid-20th century, and it was thought to be reinforced in the early 1990s by the discovery of the SRY gene, a gene on the Y chromosome which plays a crucial role in testis development. Because of this, female sexual development was thought to proceed as a ‘default’ in the absence of SRY.The idea that female is the ‘default’ embryological condition is now known to be false
However, subsequent research overturned this idea. For instance, the absence of SRY isn’t enough to build a functioning ovary; two X chromosomes are needed. Women with only one X chromosome almost always have ovary dysfunction, and the vast majority are infertile. And those (very) few that can conceive and carry a pregnancy to term are at much higher risk of complications both during and after pregnancy.2
Moreover, some genes, if their products are present in high enough concentrations, can stop male development even when SRY is present. For instance, the NROB1 gene on the short arm of the X chromosome codes for a protein named DAX1. This protein plays an important role in the development of the adrenals, hypothalamus, pituitary, and gonads. The protein is also involved in maintaining hormone production in these glands after they are formed.3 People who have XY chromosomes, but have a duplication of the NROB1 gene, produce enough DAX1 to inhibit the products of SRY. This stops male development completely and the person develops female characteristics.4 This is not merely the taking over of a default; this is an abnormality that overrides the normal development of an XY person.
Furthermore, ovaries and testes require ongoing maintenance throughout life. Researchers found that the gene FOXL2 (on the long arm of chromosome 3) suppresses SOX9 (a gene crucial for male development that is found on the long arm of chromosome 17), which prevents certain cells in the ovary from differentiating differently into ‘testis-like’ cells.5 Similarly, the DMRT1 gene (found on the end of chromosome 9) suppresses certain genes involved in ovarian development. 6 If both require ongoing maintenance, then there is no ‘default’ gonad, whether the testis or the ovary. Many of the tools used for building and maintaining both ovaries and testes are found in the genome outside the “sex” chromosomes.
Together, this shows that proper female development is an active process, and it isn’t simply the ‘default’ path an embryo takes. Instead, during development, a set of cells migrates to the outside of the embryo and hangs out on the allantois. At the appropriate time, they chain up and do a conga line, enter the embryo, find the developing gonads, enter them, and get to work. Before these cells arrive, there is no sexual differentiation. As Kim and Capel explain:
“Unlike most developing organs in the embryo that follow a single developmental track, the gonad forms with the potential to develop as one of two alternative organs, an ovary or a testis. For this reason, the gonad primordium is called ‘the bipotential gonad’.”7
Since when is God limited by sex chromosomes in the gender he makes first?
Second, your friend is wrong on theology. Think about it: the all-powerful God couldn’t have created Adam first because of sex chromosomes? Since when is God limited by sex chromosomes in the gender he makes first?
At any rate, from a genetic standpoint, it seems much simpler to make Eve from Adam (as per Genesis 2). Why? All God would have to do to make Eve from Adam’s side is to erase the Y chromosomes in the cells taken from Adam’s body and duplicate the one X chromosome already present (Eve, the rib, and modern genetics). On the other hand, if God created Eve first, he would’ve had to form a Y chromosome de novo to make Adam from Eve. (This is like what God probably did in miraculously creating Jesus’ zygote—i.e. He took one of Mary’s eggs (and the haploid genome in it) and created a second haploid genome within the egg with a brand new Y chromosome.) Of course, neither of these ‘methods’ of creating one gender from the other is a problem for God, since he’s all-powerful.
Third, a woman’s two X chromosomes are not identical (with the possible exception of Eve), since one is inherited from each parent. And one of the pair is deactivated early in embryological development, because only one is needed for gene expression. Having both active would create an excess of many gene products and would lead to all sorts of problems. Nevertheless, as mentioned above and in the linked article, since single-X females are mostly infertile, the presence of a second X chromosome is important for normal female sexual development.
Fourth, comparing us to the rest of the animal kingdom is irrelevant, since sexual differentiation varies across animals. Some can even change their sex in response to environmental conditions (and of course be completely reproductively viable). For example, while some reptiles and fish can perform parthenogenesis (where the females produce young without fertilization from a male), it is generally uncommon and just a ‘fallback’ option in the absence or dearth of males (see ‘Asexual’ lizards and pioneer plants and The weird, wonderfully-designed sawfish). Nor can humans naturally perform parthenogenesis (Was the Virgin Birth non-miraculous?; and should Christians bother with atheists?). Birds sexual chromosomes are the opposite of humans (male birds are ZZ, females are ZW), and platypuses have a system that is unlike anything else.
So, men can’t be written off as ‘defective females’ either scientifically or theologically (Are women genetically superior to men?). Nor can women, obviously. We are both made in the image of God (Genesis 1:27) and are thus able to be co-heirs of the grace of life (1 Peter 3:7). Both sexes are equally valuable to God.’ https://creation.com/did-god-make-adam-half-female?utm_campaign=infobytes_au&utm_content=Q%3A+How+did+a+giant+T.+rex+get+buried+together+with+shark+teeth%3F&utm_medium=email&utm_source=mailing.creation.com&utm_term=Fortnightly+Digest+-+2020.05.29
In spite of the China virus killing hundreds of thousands around the world and the economy of the West being shattered ‘The EU plans to engage in “economic stimulus of historic proportions—from the EU budget and European Central Bank, as well as from nation-states” by borrowing €500 billion and handing it out to everybody, except they won’t be handing it out to everybody. For instance not those naughty car-makers and airlines. Angela Merkel wants a legacy, and it’s going to be green. Apparently as in grass growing around abandoned factories and the homes of those who once worked there. Of course the car industry only employs about 14 million Europeans, or did until the lockdown, while total EU unemployment is around 60 million. So who cares about cars? We have a recovery to get moving here.
Emmanuel Macron is unsurprisingly even more keen on using the crisis to force the economy into his Brave New Mold than the pseudo-free-market Merkel. And some in German industry, primarily the digital stuff like banking, are on board. So are many in the press; in Foreign Policy Jason Bordoff ends a piece on telling carmakers to go jump in a hearse because “This time around, it seems, Europe’s recovery funds will be used to transform the economy, not reinforce bad habits.” Like having blue-collar jobs and working vehicles. I mean what pundit needs that stuff?
Or politician? Macron is not bothered that his own finance minister has warned that “Renault could disappear” or that Nissan is considering massive layoffs in Europe. Everyone can work for the bureaucracy, right? And Europe is necessarily the centre of world civilization no matter what dumb or arrogant stuff its politicians do. Just ask Louis XIV.
Now it seems all is not verloren in Germany. The EU is willing to put some €100 billion into the car industry. But only if it makes cars for politicians not consumers. No more naughty gas or diesel vehicles, especially not the big kind people like and for which Germany was famous. No, it has to be EV and others that do not rely on fossil fuels. As Deutsche Welle gingerly notes at the end, there is the small matter of somehow building millions of charging ports across the continent and hoping they work and don’t use CO2 to build or maintain, let alone power. And “the plan does not touch on the fact that there is still massive debate on how clean small occupancy private vehicles can really be, electric or not.” Well no. Verdict first, trial afterward. It said clean on the label and would politicians or advertisers mislead us? https://climatediscussionnexus.com/2020/05/27/auf-wiedersehen-autos/
Romans 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
Woke companies are supposedly so tolerant. Well, they are for some BUT NOT for all! This is seen in the fact that ‘Last year, the Swedish-based furniture and retail giant, IKEA was sued for after it fired a Christian because he opposed the store’s promotion of LGBTQ activism. You may remember, the employee was pink-slipped after he refused to delete a Bible verse he posted on social media after the company asked him to. Right, there’s no political or anti-Christian agenda in that world-wide corporation.
Or is there?
A German IKEA store was recently noted for loaning its parking lot to a local mosque in Germany where nearly 800 Islamics gathered to pray the annual EID prayer.

While Christians are opposed to homosexuality, Muslims take an even more radical approach to it. Homosexuals are regularly killed in Islamic countries as are Christians and any others who don’t toe the line of radical Sharia.’ https://reformationcharlotte.org/2020/05/28/while-ikea-fires-christians-loans-parking-lot-to-muslims-for-islamic-prayer/
IKEA is like many WOKE companies seeking to be all things to all people while excluding some. Figure that out!
‘For the first time, Twitter has flagged some of President Donald Trump’s tweets with a fact-check warning.’ https://apnews.com/700c52aab0869253625b80255a397f19
Yes, the people at Twitter who desire for only the truth have put the fox in charge of the Twitter hen house. Twitter’s Joseph Goebbels ‘…overseeing the tech company’s efforts to combat misinformation is a left-wing partisan who in the past has derided President Donald Trump as a “wretched orange man” and said he donated to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.
Yoel Roth, Twitter’s head of site security, is the man in charge of the platform’s fight against election-related misinformation. Some of Roth’s past political comments from 2016 and 2017 began making the rounds in conservative circles Tuesday after Twitter fact-checked a Trump tweet predicting that universal mail-in voting would result in widespread fraud.
Roth announced in September 2016 that he was donating $100 to Clinton’s campaign, writing: “We can’t fuck around anymore.”
In another post-election tweet, Roth sneered at so-called “flyover states,” writing: “I’m just saying, we fly over those states that voted for a racist tangerine for a reason.”
The day after the 2016 election, he tweeted a receipt showing what he said was the beginning of monthly donations to three left-wing organizations: Planned Parenthood, Lambda Legal and the Southern Poverty Law Center.’ https://www.lifenews.com/2020/05/27/twitter-factchecking-official-is-an-abortion-activist-who-called-trump-a-wretched-orange-man/
Now, it is interesting that this Twitter Gestapo truth finding head, Yeol Roth, has written on his own blog https://yoyoel.com/ that ‘If the internet was supposed to herald a new age of networked free speech and individual autonomy, how did we instead end up with a regime of prudish and draconian content management policies?’ What exactly does Roth mean in this? Oh, I think I know! Free speech and individual autonomy is only for those like him! Agree?
Today it seems there is a new name for almost any weird thing people hold such as ‘incel’ or involuntary celibate. Yes, you read that correctly. Now, ‘Police say the killing of a woman at a Toronto massage parlour in February was an act of terrorism carried out by a 17-year-old who identified as an involuntary celibate, also known as an incel.
On Feb. 24, police responded to a reported stabbing at Crown Spa in the city’s north end.
The victim, Ashley Noell Arzaga, 24, was pronounced dead at the scene. Two others, a man and a woman, suffered stab wounds but survived the attack.
Toronto police arrested a 17-year-old boy, who was charged with first-degree murder and attempted murder. As a minor, his identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Local investigators later contacted the RCMP’s Integrated National Security Enforcement Team after uncovering evidence suggesting the attack may fit the Criminal Code definition of terrorist activity.
Police say they later determined the attack was inspired by incel ideology. Participants in the misogynistic online movement typically express frustration toward women over their own lack of sexual success, and sometimes threaten violence against them. Police classify it as an “ideologically motivated violent extremist” movement.
Investigators have not provided details about the evidence supporting their conclusion in the massage parlour case.’
Now to protect the Religion of Peace we are told ‘”Terrorism comes in many forms and it’s important to note that it is not restricted to any particular group, religion or ideology.”‘ https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/incel-terrorism-massage-parlour-1.5575689
Leftist loony lovies and those of the Religion of Peace may gather all sorts of memorabilia without having to defend themselves but if you are not one of them be careful. For the New Zealand new National Party leader ‘It looked just like any posed political picture. The politician, in this case the National Party’s newly elected leader, Todd Muller, standing by a bookcase. So far so normal. It wasn’t even a new photo.
Except that clearly visible in the lower left-hand corner was a powerful piece of political symbolism – a red Make America Great Again (MAGA) hat.

Nothing to see here, Muller responded when questioned about the hat’s significance. It was just a souvenir from Donald Trump’s America; he had Hillary Clinton memorabilia too.
The debate quickly became tribal: the offence taken reflected the left’s obsession with identity politics, it was a Wellington beltway issue nobody else cared about, the hat was about nothing more than Muller’s interest in US politics.
Muller has subsequently said he found Trump’s style of politics “appalling” and the hat will be retired from view. That it didn’t necessarily reflect Muller’s own views was possibly why the Labour-led government didn’t play on the controversy.
But people were curious, which meant Muller was forced to spend too much of his first weekend as leader explaining it.
Suddenly he was not in control of the agenda. And if he’d really wanted to convince people the hat didn’t matter he might have been better off, as the Islamic Women’s Council advised, to leave it at home. The council’s Aliya Danzeisen put its case succinctly:

‘That hat represents the denial of the freedom of beliefs. That hat represents the denial of minority voices. That hat represents the vitriol that has been harming that nation and has been harming the world for the last four years.’
From whichever perspective, the hat – and Muller’s defence of owning it – brought his political judgement into question.
Understanding the power of symbolism in politics is important for any leader. It was why people cared about the hat but not the Clinton campaign badge Muller also brought back from his trip to observe the 2016 US election.’ https://theconversation.com/why-trumps-make-america-great-again-hat-makes-a-dangerous-souvenir-for-foreign-politicians-139296?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Latest%20from%20The%20Conversation%20for%20May%2027%202020%20-%201632815685&utm_content=Latest%20from%20The%20Conversation%20for%20May%2027%202020%20-%201632815685+CID_8dbaecd9e3572f31646cfac519bb601c&utm_source=campaign_monitor&utm_term=Why%20Trumps%20Make%20America%20Great%20Again%20hat%20makes%20a%20dangerous%20souvenir%20for%20foreign%20politicians
I don’t know about you but I also receive emails from those on the loony left just to keep abreast of what loony things they are up to. One such email I receive is from THE CONVERSATION. The Conversation claims ‘Academic rigour, journalistic flair’! Not sure about that BUT one thing I am sure of is that it is a way Left of centre piece of journalism. I have NEVER read a piece yet, that is close to being anything close to conservative.
Each email has several choices for one to read and today I chose this one on Sleepy Joe Biden. I will not bore you with the whole article but it is bragging about Sleepy Joe Biden and that ‘At age 77, in his twilight years, the third time was the charm for Joe Biden.
He prevailed over a field of 24 Democrats from across the political spectrum and has emerged as his party’s nominee for president in a manner unthinkable in January: a united party, from left to right, across race and creed, age and ideology. He is the victor despite mediocre fundraising, no digital media traction, no base of wild enthusiasts. Voters had to consider his appeals before coming to understand and then accept that it was indeed Joe Biden, who failed in his bids for the White House in 1988 and 2008, who was the strongest Democrat to go up against Donald Trump and take him out.’
Yep ‘This has been Biden’s whole life – connecting with the gut of middle America. His 2020 message is the same as he ran on in 1988. And the task is the same as when he was on the ticket with Obama in 2008: to ensure America recovers from the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression.
Biden was responsible for ensuring the delivery of the American Recovery Act – the first piece of major legislation enacted after Obama and Biden took office. Ultimately, it spurred a decade of economic growth and full employment. So Biden has been there and will work to do it again.’ https://theconversation.com/third-times-the-charm-for-joe-biden-now-he-has-an-election-to-win-and-a-country-to-save-138616?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Latest%20from%20The%20Conversation%20for%20May%2026%202020%20-%201631715675&utm_content=Latest%20from%20The%20Conversation%20for%20May%2026%202020%20-%201631715675+CID_626371d5e83fe44c03ca31a988c036c4&utm_source=campaign_monitor&utm_term=Third%20times%20the%20charm%20for%20Joe%20Biden%20now%20he%20has%20an%20election%20to%20win%20and%20a%20country%20to%20save
NOW, there are MANY reasons why one should not vote for sleepy Joe Biden but one picture speaks a thousand words.

Paul, under the control of the Holy Spirit wrote ‘Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ‘ 1 Corinthians 11:1. The Word of God knows nothing of the celebrity status so many professing Christians have been given by others. Now, ‘The lead singer of a popular Christian music band has taken to social media to state that he no longer believes in God.
Jon Steingard, pictured above at a live performance, of the popular band, Hawk Nelson, said that, “After growing up in a Christian home, being a pastor’s kid, playing and singing in a Christian band, and having the word ‘Christian’ in front of most of the things in my life – I am now finding that I no longer believe in God.”

Hawk Nelson is a Canadian Christian rock and pop punk band from Peterborough, Ontario. Formed in 2000, the band has released eight studio albums to date.
I’ve been terrified to post this for a while – but it feels like it’s time for me to be honest,” he said on Instagram. “I hope this is not the end of the conversation, but the beginning. I hope this is encouraging to people who might feel the same but are as afraid to speak as I am. I want to be open. I want to be transparent with you all – and also open to having my heart changed in the future.
I am not looking for a debate at all – just a chance to share my story in the hopes some good can come from it. I love you all.”
In his post, he states that losing his faith “didn’t happen overnight or all of a sudden” He stated that, “I have been terrified to be honest about this publicly for quite some time, because of all that I thought I would lose.
“I simply can no longer avoid it. Processing this quietly felt right when I simply had doubts, but once they solidified into a genuine point of view, it began to feel dishonest not to talk about it.”
He said that he and his wife are relieved about walking away from their faith.’
In spite of this announcement ‘…the band is not disbanding, leaving members to work out how to serve the Christian music market when their frontman has made such a big announcement. The band has not yet released an official statement as to its future plans.’ https://mychristiandaily.com/major-christian-bands-lead-singer-i-no-longer-believe-in-god/
It’s Biblical to Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? 2 Corinthians 13:5.
