‘Soldiers and police officers offering support and protection to citizens protesting tyrannical lockdowns and “vaccine” mandates are under attack by their left-wing governments. Countries are vilifying and persecuting servicemen who remain faithful to the oath they took to defend their country against all foreign and domestic enemies.
Most recently, German Sergeant Major Andreas Oberauer was unlawfully arrested and smeared by international left-wing media for releasing a video demanding an end to Germany’s lockdown measures, mandatory “vaccines,” and violent abuse of protesters. In the December 28, 2021 video, Sergeant Oberauer drew attention to the abuse of children and the elderly at pro-freedom protests:
Now we see children being pushed down on the streets and old men being threatened with having their skulls smashed [by police].
The Sergeant called on his fellow soldiers and police officers to protect the daily peaceful protest walks taking place across Germany from the unconstitutional abusive behavior of the state police. In the video, he commands his subordinates to arrest officers physically abusing citizens and violating their rights:
Stand clearly with the people of Germany and clearly for Constitutional Law. This is addressed to every man, to defend the constitutional right of these demonstrations and to intervene to protect women and children from — what should I call them? Mercenaries? They can’t be called policemen anymore.
To protect. That’s exactly what I am calling every constitution-loyal policeman in Germany to do. Intervene, stop your own colleagues from attacking people, children and women. Equally, I also call upon every soldier today to intervene and protect these demonstrators — in uniform.
I will now give the command. Here speaks Sergeant Oberauer: I order all soldiers under my rank back into service in uniform, from 19:00. Your order is to protect the civilian population during demonstrations from all outside attacks and to intervene with every policeman behaving unconstitutionally or encroaching on the population’s rights. They are to be arrested and led to prosecution.
German Defense Ministry took to Twitter on December 30, 2021, to condemn the Sergeant’s video. They stated that it “contains threats against the state of law that are unacceptable.” He added that “the consequences are already being examined.”
Defense Minister Christine Lambrecht wrote that the military needs “upstanding people who stand firmly on the foundation of our constitution.” Anyone who doesn’t share those values “has no place in our Bundeswehr,” she added.
Hours after the state condemned Sergeant Major Oberauer, Munich police arrested him’https://rairfoundation.com/covid-tyranny-governments-target-military-and-police-defending-their-country-constitutions/
‘In 1611 Good King James was sure one verse in the Bible did not apply to him. Oh he loved Romans 13:1-3 about the God given authority of rulers, but his life showed his feeling that verse 4 held little application to him when it said “For he (King, Authority and Government etc) is the minster of God to thee for good.” The King was sure that he too was Authorised to be God’s divine appointee, so he could rule accordingly and the old battle over the divine right of kings was never far from the surface in his realm. Similar attitudes still plague us even though government by democracies have largely replaced the Monarchy.
So don’t make the mistake of reading Foxes Book of Martyrs (1563), or the lives of William Tyndale (killed 1536), Bonhoffer (killed 1945) or Richard Wurmbrandt (imprisoned by communists 14 yrs), then holding those persecuted saints as heroes of the faith, unless you also admit they were in trouble and many put to death for disobeying the ungodly government and all church institutions that supported the government.
What the governments of the day had demanded that those martyrs do was ‘not good’, and as such the persecuted had every authority to disobey such demands, given by the highest authority – the Creator Lord God! I say this because Romans 13 is bandied about by way too many people as giving government ‘all’ authority – something the Lord Jesus never gives to any human institution, secular or church!
Just as Thomas Jefferson said in 1786 ‘… the Freedom of the Press cannot be limited without being lost.’
Then as Australian Judge Sir John Grieg Latham (1877- 1964) stated so bluntly: “A pretended law made in excess of power is not and never has been a law at all. Anybody is entitled to disobey it.”
Now I must update this to read; ‘If human authority is NOT limited, then mankind’s freedom is already lost and history shows it is rarely regained without bloodshed and death.’
The good news from Romans chapter 13 is that the government – any government – King, presidency, democracy or whatever, is only authorised to do good. That ‘good’ is defined by God alone through His Word alone and not by Clergy of Government. When any authority ceases to do good it can be opposed. When it does evil, it must be opposed no matter what the price.
For the same reason the apostle Paul writes in Romans 15:4 that “all these things were written for our learning”, so if you want to understand how to react to any ungodly government that is exceeding its authority, then read the records from Genesis to Malachi and ask why so many of the saints were in trouble – a large majority were punished for disobeying the governments of the day. Whether it was Daniel in the lion’s den or even Moses, their doing what was good in the Lord God’s eyes is your example for refusing to do what may be currently mandated as compulsory in man’s view but is repulsive to God in all matters of faith and conduct.
Now can you see why we are instructed to pray for “kings and all in authority” (I Tim 2:1-2). We all benefit when His will is done and His kingdom come. Again a reminder that the real problem here is sin and the only solution is the Gospel from Genesis to Revelation as you share the whole counsel of God.’https://mailchi.mp/creationresearch.net/creation-research-news-email-update-15th-december-2021?e=ce21bf0337
‘German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s husband has slammed millions of citizens as ‘lazy’ and ‘indolent’ for not yet taking a coronavirus vaccine.
Professor Joachim Sauer criticised those Germans that remain unvaccinated as ‘not open to the successes achieved by science’, comparing the ‘irrationality’ to Creationism in the United States of America.
Chancellor Merkel has expressed concerns that coronavirus restrictions in Germany may not stop a fourth wave currently believed to be present in the country.
Germany’s health minister has said the rapid rise in coronavirus cases means it is likely that everyone in the country who is not vaccinated will have caught Covid-19 by the end of the winter, and some of those will die.
Official figures showed more than 30,000 newly confirmed cases in Germany over the past 24 hours, an increase of about 50% compared to a week ago.
“It is really, absolutely, time to take action,” German Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Thursday.
With a vaccination rate of 67.5%, her nation is now considering mandatory vaccinations for many health professionals.’https://www.gbnews.uk/news/angela-merkels-husband-slams-unvaccinated-germans-as-lazy/163056
'Thank you very much, Mr. President, Ms. Commissioner, ladies and gentlemen. Mrs. Montserrat deserves the credit for this important topic being on the agenda today. Thank you very much for that. A lot has been said about the topic of development, purchase and distribution of Covid vaccines, but questions about the sometimes devastating consequences of vaccination have been left out. I would like to speak about this. Did you know that more people have died this year from the side effects of the Covid-19 vaccine than side effects from all other vaccination combined in the last 20 years? What about the countless vaccine injuries, some of them being severe? Why do we hear so little about this? Is something being concealed here? When the vaccination against swine flu had negative consequences a few years ago, the vaccine was quickly withdrawn from circulation. Even today, thousands of people, especially young people, are suffering from the consequences of the vaccination. I know a young person who was vaccinated at that time and who now suffers from narcolepsy He has finished his education and would like to work. However, he is not allowed to have a driver’s license because of the constant danger of suddenly falling asleep, and he cannot find a job. Unfortunately, his illness is not recognized as a vaccine injury. The manufacturer of the vaccine was exempted from liability for vaccine consequences. Obviously the same thing is happening again today. Despite the massively increasing vaccine damage, of which, as I said, we hear nothing, hardly hear anything, vaccination continues like there’s no tomorrow. We just keep vaccinating. Why aren’t these vaccines being pulled out of circulation, like the swine flu vaccine once was? And who is actually liable for this increasingly obvious vaccine damage? Dear [EU] commission, pull the emergency brake on these vaccines and stop this experimentation on humans. I beg you! I beg you, please clarify the liability issue and the many vaccine-injured will thank you.'https://rairfoundation.com/german-mep-more-people-died-from-covid-vax-in-2021-than-in-the-last-20-years-from-all-vaccines-combined-video/
‘When Nazi forces invaded Holland in 1940 and began rounding up Jews, Corrie ten Boom, her sister Betsie, and their elderly father risked their lives to save as many as possible. A hidden room was secretly built in their home where the oppressed Jews took refuge until a Gestapo raid put an end to their operation. Corrie ten Boom: a Faith Undefeated recounts this unforgettable story for a new generation. “When Nazi forces invaded Holland in 1940 and began rounding up Jews, Corrie ten Boom, her sister Betsie, and their elderly father risked their lives to save as many as possible. A hidden room was secretly built in their home where the oppressed Jews took refuge until a Gestapo raid put an end to their operation. For their “crimes,” Corrie and Betsie were sent to the notorious concentration camp at Ravensbruck, where they suffered relentless cruelty. Struggling to reconcile God’s goodness with the terrible realities of the camp, the sisters clung desperately to their Christian faith. Betsie died in the camp, but Corrie was miraculously released due to a clerical error. She spent the rest of her days caring for other death camp survivors and sharing her story with the world. Corrie’s 1971 best-selling book, The Hiding Place, provides her account of persevering faith and forgiveness in the face of terrible evil.’
Dennis Prager explains what is occurring today in America and the West with what occurred in Nazi Germany. He writes ‘As my listeners and readers can hopefully attest, I have been on a lifelong quest to understand human nature and human behavior. I am sad to report that I have learned more in the last few years, particularly in 2020, than in any equivalent period of time.
One of the biggest revelations concerns a question that has always plagued me: How does one explain the “good German,” the term used to describe the average, presumably decent German, who did nothing to hurt Jews but also did nothing to help them and did nothing to undermine the Nazi regime? The same question could be asked about the average Frenchman during the Vichy era, the average Russian under Lenin, Joseph Stalin, Leonid Brezhnev and their successors, and the millions of others who did nothing to help their fellow citizens under oppressive dictatorships.
These past few years have taught me not to so quickly judge the quiet German, Russian, etc. Of course, I still judge Germans who helped the Nazis and Germans who in any way hurt Jews. But the Germans who did nothing? Not so fast.
What has changed my thinking has been watching what is happening in America (and Canada and Australia and elsewhere, for that matter).
The ease with which tens of millions of Americans have accepted irrational, unconstitutional and unprecedented police state-type restrictions on their freedoms, including even the freedom to make a living, has been, to understate the case, sobering.
The same holds true for the acceptance by most Americans of the rampant censorship on Twitter and all other major social media platforms. Even physicians and other scientists are deprived of freedom of speech if, for example, they offer scientific support for hydroxychloroquine along with zinc to treat COVID-19 in the early stages. Board-certified physician Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, who has saved hundreds of COVID-19 patients from suffering and/or death, has been banned from Twitter for publicizing his lifesaving hydroxychloroquine and zinc protocol.
Half of America, the non-left half, is afraid to speak their minds at virtually every university, movie studio and large corporation — indeed, at virtually every place of work. Professors who say anything that offends the left fear being ostracized if they have tenure and being fired if they do not. People are socially ostracized, publicly shamed and/or fired for differing with Black Lives Matter, as America-hating and white-hating a group as has ever existed. And few Americans speak up. On the contrary, when BLM protestors demand that diners outside of restaurants raise their fists to show their support of BLM, nearly every diner does.
So, then, who are we to condemn the average German who faced the Gestapo if he didn’t salute Hitler or the average Russian who faced the NKVD (the secret police and intelligence agency that preceded the KGB) if he didn’t demonstrate sufficient enthusiasm for Stalin? Americans face the left’s cancel culture, but not left-wing secret police or reeducation camps. (At least not yet — I have little doubt the left would send outspoken conservatives to reeducation camps if they could.)
I have come to understand the average German living under Nazism and the average Russian living under communism for another reason: the power of the media to brainwash.
As a student of totalitarianism since my graduate studies at the Russian Institute of Columbia University’s School of International Affairs (as it was then known), I have always believed that only in a dictatorship could a society be brainwashed. I was wrong. I now understand that mass brainwashing can take place in a nominally free society. The incessant left-wing drumbeat of The New York Times, The Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times and almost every other major newspaper, plus The Atlantic, The New Yorker, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, NPR, all of Hollywood and almost every school from kindergarten through graduate school, has brainwashed at least half of America every bit as effectively as the German, Soviet and Chinese communist press did (and in the latter case, still does). That thousands of schools will teach the lie that is the New York Times’ “1619 Project” is one of countless examples.
Prior to the lockdowns, I flew almost every week of the year, so I was approached by people who recognized me on a regular basis. Increasingly, I noticed that people would look around to see if anyone was within earshot and then tell me in almost a whisper: “I support Trump” or, “I’m a conservative.” The last time people looked around and whispered things to me was when I used to visit the Soviet Union.
In Quebec this past weekend, as one can see on a viral video, a family was fined and members arrested because six — yes, six — people gathered to celebrate the new year. A neighbor snitched on them, and the celebrants were duly arrested. The Quebec government lauded the snitches and asked for more public “collaboration.”
Snitches are likewise lauded and encouraged in some Democrat-run states and cities in America (Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti in March: “Snitches get rewards”) and by left-wing governments in Australia. Plenty of Americans, Canadians and Australians are only too happy to snitch on people who refuse to lock down their lives.
All this is taking place without concentration camps, without a Gestapo, without a KGB and without Maoist reeducation camps.
That’s why I no longer judge the average German as easily as I used to. Apathy in the face of tyranny turns out not to be a German or Russian characteristic. I just never thought it could happen in America.’https://townhall.com/columnists/dennisprager/2021/01/05/i-now-better-understand-the-good-german-n2582563
‘If ever there was an example of what follows from an obsession with chaotically intermittent wind and solar, Germany has to be it.
No country went harder or faster than Germany did, when it came to carpeting its landscape with solar panels and wind turbines. The results have been an unmitigated disaster.
In the retail power price stakes, Germany jockeys for position with equally wind power obsessed, Denmark and the UK. At the minute, it’s a nose ahead of Denmark, with the UK bearing down on the leaders as they reach the home straight.
That 300,000 households can no longer afford electricity, comes as no surprise. That hundreds of thousands of people in Europe’s richest economy are forced to heat their homes using timber scavenged from forests is criminal.
But, that’s what the inevitable transition to an all wind and solar powered future looks like, for those forced to suffer it.’ For more on this https://stopthesethings.com/2020/12/17/re-reckoning-germans-suffer-europes-highest-power-prices-300000-families-cant-afford-electricity/
‘If you missed it, that post where I reported on an interview with retired General Thomas McInerney who called the election heist we have been witnessing a treasonous act, is here.
Imagine my surprise to get this notice (below) from Twitter. And, imagine my further surprise to learn that someone in Germany can use a German law to silence my speech!
Here is a screenshot. I am assuming this is legitimate as the link in the e-mail takes you to a Twitter page, here.
Oh joy, Twitter ruled in my favor….
But, what the heck is the Network Enforcement Act?
It is a controversial GERMAN law passed in 2017!
So Germans can complain to Twitter about something I, an American citizen, is saying about an American election!
I wonder if Twitter asks the complainer for proof of German residency or citizenship?
By the way, I know that Twitter has messed with my account @RefugeeWatcher there for a very long time, so I am not worrying about gathering more followers, nor do I tweet much, but it is, for now, a very handy place to get real time news on the election fraud such as the President’s tweet about the Hannity interview in my previous post.’https://fraudscrookscriminals.com/2020/12/02/twitter-sends-me-a-notice-they-investigate-a-germans-complaint-about-my-post-yesterday/
The whacky West is self destructing.
“Dead firefighter: Turk only has to be imprisoned for 4.5 years,” translated from “Totgeschlagener Feuerwehrmann: Türke muss nur 4,5 Jahre in Haft,” Wochenblick, November 6, 2020 (thanks to Medforth):
The case caused a sensation in Germany. On December 6, 2019, a “young man” known to the police who had travel documents for Turkey, Lebanon and Germany killed a 49-year-old family man for a trivial reason. Now a court in Augsburg, where the crime took place, delivered the verdict : Compact 4.5 years imprisonment for the notorious violent criminal.
The manslaughterer attracted negative disciplinary attention a total of 32 times while in remand. The 17-year-old at the time of the crime was traveling with two accomplices. They scrounged for a cigarette from the German Roland S., he didn’t feel like giving them one and evidently pushed one of the immigrant hobby boxers aside. That was his death sentence. The principal culprit hit him in the head so hard that a cerebral artery tore. He died shortly after the attack; any help came too late. The “young men” smashed half the face of the man’s companion, and he survived.
Fire-fighters and the public appalled
The German’s death particularly aroused the public and his former colleagues, because he had served as a lifesaver in the fire department for a long time. He was considered loving and helpful, and would never have expressed himself negatively towards migrants. He left a wife and a daughter. The pictures of the grieving firefighters went around the world.
Not the first assault
There was no sign of remorse in the defendant. He appealed to self-defense and emergency aid. In prison, he boasted that he had already killed someone. In ten months of pretrial detention, he had to be disciplined for 32 offenses. Eventually the defendants apologized and blamed their behavior on their alcohol consumption. The principal culprit already had a court file and was given a “judicial warning” for assault and theft. The raised index finger and a loud “Naughty, naughty, naughty” were not likely to have been of any real use to the hot-blooded migrant youth.
Verdict well below the maximum penalty
The judge believed that a 4.5 year sentence “in the name of the people” would be appropriate and the accomplices got away with conditional prison sentences. Soon the Turkish-Lebanese “German” will be able to brag freely about his heroic deeds again. The maximum punishment for manslaughter in Germany is 10 years imprisonment even according to youth criminal law. Then the act would have had to be particularly bad and the perpetrator would have to be particularly unreasonable or even have a risk of repetition – features that the judge could probably rule out. Or else, the Germans who have been living in Germany for a long time have to come to terms with the fact that one of their lives is worth a maximum of 4.5 years in prison. You shouldn’t get the idea of doing “stupid things” either, because in Germany you go to prison for 10 years for igniting a firecracker in front of a backyard mosque. This to clarify the priorities of the German judiciary.’https://www.jihadwatch.org/2020/11/germany-muslim-migrant-gets-4-5-years-for-killing-fireman-german-gets-10-years-for-firecracker-at-mosque?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=the_2020_11_10_jihad_watch_daily_digest&utm_term=2020-11-10
