‘A Norwegian woman is under investigation by authorities in Norway and is facing criminal charges and possible prison time for saying that men cannot be lesbians.
If charged and convicted, artist Tonje Gjevjon, who is herself a lesbian, could face up to three years in prison.
On November 17, Gjevjon was told that she was being investigated by the police over allegations of “hate speech.”
She came under investigation over a Facebook post that criticized men who said they were lesbians.
Gjevjon has faced intense pushback for publicly standing up for women’s rights.
In her post, she also criticized transgender activists who try to prosecute women for refusing to comply with “woke” gender ideology.
“It’s just as impossible for men to become lesbian as it is for men to become pregnant,” Gjevjon wrote.
“Men are men regardless of their sexual fetishes.”
In the post, translated to English by Facebook, Gjevjon wrote, “men with fetishes have been protected as a vulnerable minority through the foolish and constructed concept of gender identity is koko. [sic]”
Gjevjon said she posted her Facebook message on purpose to bring attention to Norway’s hate speech law.
The law was changed in 2020 when the country’s parliament voted to outlaw speech against people who identify as transgender.
Gjevjon is also not the first to be confronted with charges over saying men cannot be lesbians or mothers.
Last year, Gjevjon asked Anette Trettebergstuen, a politician in the Labour Party, what she was going to do to safeguard the rights of women and girls.
She also asked if she thought that men could be lesbians.
“I believe it is absolutely necessary to place biological sex as the basis in all contexts where sex has legal, cultural, or practical relevance, and that equating sex with gender identity has harmful, discriminatory consequences for women and girls – especially lesbians,” Gjevjon said in her question.
“Will the Equality Minister take action to ensure that lesbian women’s human rights are safeguarded, by making it clear that there are no lesbians with penises, that males cannot be lesbians regardless of their gender identity, and by tidying up the mess of the harmful gender policies left behind by the previous government?” She asked.
Trettebergstuen replied, “I do not share an understanding of reality where the only two biological sexes are to be understood as sex.
“Gender identity is also important.”
Gjevjon has also described being pushed out of the art community over her views, even though she was a prominent member of the music and art establishment for over 15 years.
“I have stated that women are female, that lesbians do not have penises, that children should not be responsible for decisions they do not have the capacity to understand the scope of, and that no-platforming is harmful to democracy,” Gjevjon wrote in Klassekampen, a Norwegian outlet.
“For these opinions, I have been canceled several times.
“I was not prepared for the extent of how queer organizations, politicians, and activists would demonize a lesbian artist who was not in step.
“Trans activists contact people I work with, portraying me as hateful and warning against being associated with me,” she said.’
As someone born in the 1940’s I truly believe what is being done to our young people today should be against the law and those pushing this agenda should be jailed.
‘A Christian teacher who refused to use gender-neutral pronouns at a school in Ireland has been jailed for breaching a court order after turning up to work following a suspension.
Enoch Burke has described the ordeal as “insanity,” after he was arrested on Monday morning for attending his place of work, despite being requested to stay away from Wilson’s Hospital School in County Westmeath, pending an investigation.
During a court hearing, Mr. Burke, who teaches German, history, and politics at the school, told the presiding judge: “I am a teacher, and I don’t want to go to prison. I want to be in my classroom today, that’s where I was this morning when I was arrested.
“I am here today because I said I would not call a boy a girl,” he told the court, adding that “transgenderism is against my Christian beliefs. It is contrary to the scriptures, contrary to the ethos of the Church of Ireland and of my school.”
Mr. Burke was suspended from his teaching duties while his employers conducted an investigation into allegations of gross misconduct, a move he described as “unreasonable, unjust, and unfair.”
“It is extraordinary and reprehensible that someone’s religious beliefs on this matter could ever be taken as grounds for an allegation of misconduct.
“My religious beliefs are not misconduct. They are not gross misconduct. They never will be. They are dear to me. I will never deny them and never betray them, and I will never bow to an order that would require me to do so. It is just not possible for me to do that.”
He insisted the suspension had “tarnished [his] good character” and lamented the fact that teachers around the country “are being forced to participate” in the promotion of transgenderism, claiming “they are being forced to use the pronoun ‘they’ instead of either ‘he’ or ‘she’.”
The school’s managing board said they had no other choice but to request that Mr. Burke be sent to prison, as he simply refused to comply with a court order to stay away from his place of employment.
“It is a coercive order we are seeking, not a punitive order. We are simply seeking to have Mr. Burke comply with the order,” counsel for the managing board told Judge Michael Quinn.
“Mr. Burke is knowingly in breach of this order; he is therefore in contempt, and he has made it clear that if he is not committed to prison, he will attend the school, and the concerns of the school regarding the ongoing disruption to the students remain,” she added.
Mr. Burke was sent to Mountjoy prison and said that he could agree to willfully comply with the court order at any point should he choose to do so.
A disciplinary hearing at the school is scheduled to take place later this month.’https://rmx.news/ireland/christian-teacher-who-refused-to-call-boy-a-girl-is-jailed-in-ireland-for-contempt-of-court/
The world of WOKE will not stop its insidious ruin of all professions including archaeology!
‘As soon as ancient human remains are excavated, archaeologists begin the work of determining a number of traits about the individual, including age, race and gender.
But a new school of thought within archaeology is pushing scientists to think twice about assigning gender to ancient human remains.
It is possible to determine whether a skeleton is from a biological male or female using objective observations based on the size and shape of the bones. Criminal forensic detectives, for example, do it frequently in their line of work.
But gender activists argue scientists cannot know how an ancient individual identified themselves.
“You might know the argument that the archaeologists who find your bones one day will assign you the same gender as you had at birth, so regardless of whether you transition, you can’t escape your assigned sex,” tweeted Canadian Master’s degree candidate Emma Palladino last week.
Palladino, who is seeking an advanced degree in archaeology, called assigning gender to an ancient human “bullshit.”
“Labelling remains ‘male’ or ‘female’ is rarely the end goal of any excavation, anyway,” wrote Palladino. “The ‘bioarchaeology of the individual’ is what we aim for, factoring in absolutely everything we discover about a person into a nuanced and open-ended biography of their life.”
She is not alone. Gender activists have formed a group called the Trans Doe Task Force to “explore ways in which current standards in forensic human identification do a disservice to people who do not clearly fit the gender binary.”
“We propose a gender-expansive approach to human identification by combing missing and unidentified databases looking for contextual clues such as decedents wearing clothing culturally coded to a gender other than their assigned sex,” the group’s mission statement reads.
“We maintain our own database of missing and unidentified people who we have determined may be Transgender or gender-variant, as most current database systems do not permit comparison of missing to unidentified across different binary sex categories,” the group writes.

This February, University of Kansas Associate Professor Jennifer Raff published “Origin: A Genetic History of the Americas,” in which she argued that there are “no neat divisions between physically or genetically ‘male’ or ‘female’ individuals.”
Raff (pictured) suggested scientists cannot know the gender of a 9,000 year-old biologically female Peruvian hunter because they don’t know whether the hunter identified as male or female – a “duality” concept she says was “imposed by Christian colonizers.”
Raff did not respond to a request from The College Fix to comment.
Some archaeologists push back at the effort to de-gender human remains.
San Jose State archaeology Professor Elizabeth Weiss told The Fix that eliminating gender classifications amounts to “ideologically-motivated fudging.” Weiss said there is a move among academics “toward getting all of the academy’s favored shibboleths to accord with one another.”
Weiss said the recent explosion in the number of people identifying as transgender suggests that trend is “social and not biological,” so “retroactively de-sexing obscures this obvious fact.”
She noted that applying biological sex to remains often helps dispel myths detrimental to women.
“Some early anthropologists sometimes mistook some robust female skeletons as male skeletons, particularly in the Aleut and Inuit collections; this reinforced false stereotypes that females were not as hard working as males,” she said. “Over time, biological anthropologists and archaeologists worked hard to determine which traits are determined by sex, regardless of time and culture. This new policy of erasing this progress is a step back for science and women.”
“Sexing skeletal remains is a critical skill in forensics and any diminishing of this skill will negatively impact criminal investigations, denying the victims and their families justice,” she said.
Weiss is currently suing her school for locking her out of its human remains collection, which she says is retribution for her position opposing the repatriation of human remains.
Weiss is joined by University of Cambridge scholar Jennifer Chisolm, who has argued analyses that posit transgender individuals played a large part in Indigenous populations are often ahistorical, and can even distract “from the contemporary discrimination [such individuals] face within their own communities.”
Gender politics are not the only ideology to work its way into anthropology and archaeology. Some activists have called for scientists to cease classifying remains by race, as well.
“Forensic anthropologists have not fully considered the racist context of the criminal justice system in the United States related to the treatment of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color; nor have we considered that ancestry estimation might actually hinder identification efforts because of entrenched racial biases,” Elizabeth DiGangi of Binghamton University and Jonathan Bethard of the University of South Florida wrote in a study released in January.
“Ancestry estimation contributes to white supremacy,” DiGangi and Bethard wrote, labeling the practice “dangerous.”
Others have called for changing primate names that were derived from white white men from the northern hemisphere. The activists argue that continuing to use the current names is “perpetuating colonialism and white supremacy.”
“This is just another attempt to insert a current woke ideology where it doesn’t belong,” Weiss said.’https://www.thecollegefix.com/gender-activists-push-to-bar-anthropologists-from-identifying-human-remains-as-male-or-female/
Just what our kids need in school; LGBTQ+ history of sodomites!
‘Scotland has officially become the first country in the world to implement a required LGBTQ+ curriculum in schools after a new teacher toolkit launched this week. Educators now have access to a website offering an e-learning course on teaching topics related to the LGBTQ+ community, as well as a host of inclusive lesson plans and educational support materials, according to Scottish news outlet The Scotsman.
While LGBTQ+ subjects will be taught explicitly, the new curriculum also seeks to integrate inclusion into everyday learning. Lessons offered on the website range from exercises on discrimination to a math problem involving a young girl purchasing Father’s Day cards for her two dads.
While the new curricula were created, in part, for students to receive a more well-rounded education, the Scottish government also hopes the lessons will help reduce bullying. LGBTQ+ youth in the U.K. are twice as likely to have been bullied in the past year than their straight, cisgender classmates, according to a June study released by the youth advocacy group Just Like Us.
Scotland’s history-making curriculum is in large part due to the efforts of Time for Inclusive Education (TIE), an LGBTQ+ advocacy group that successfully lobbied the Scottish Parliament to implement nationwide inclusive learning. In 2017, the country’s government created the “LGBTI Inclusive Education Working Group,” which consisted of TIE and several other pro-LGBTQ+ groups, to investigate deepening inclusion in schools. A year later, the government accepted all 33 of its recommendations.
“Everything we’re trying to do here is all very, very Christian,” TIE Co-founder Liam Stevenson told them. in 2019. “It’s about looking after one another, it’s about respecting one another, and it’s about caring for and loving one another and producing healthy young people.”’
When so-called ‘Christian’ schools promote transgenderism there is not much hope with the public system.
‘When a six-year-old boy in their son’s class started to come to school sometimes dressed as a girl, Nigel and Sally Rowe, who live on the Isle of Wight, raised concerns with the Church of England school. They say that their son, also six years old, came home from school upset and saying that he was “confused” by the situation.
Nigel and Sally met with the headteacher and class teacher, and followed up with a letter setting out some of the questions that they had. But the school’s formal response was “cold”, they say, and didn’t address their concerns.
In the letter, the school suggested that an “inability to believe a transgender person is actually a ‘real’ female or male” and the refusal to “acknowledge a transgendered person’s true gender e.g. by failing to use their adopted name or using gender inappropriate pronouns,” was “transphobic behaviour”.
Nigel and Sally now home educate both their children and are challenging the school’s policies.’https://christianconcern.com/cccases/nigel-and-sally-rowe/

‘It’s June, and you know what that means- Gay Pride Month! I call it degeneracy pride month, but I suppose that’s just me; I’m not one of those corporations changing their logos to rainbows, so I have a bit more wiggle room. To be clear, it shouldn’t need to be said, but, just in case, it seems like a bad idea to openly celebrate sin by using a biblical symbol…
In any case, around this time of year, corporations tend to change their logos.
Is it because new marketers were hired? Because they wanted to purge non-woke symbols, such as a black woman or Native American, from their corporate image? Perhaps as a way to show a new merger? No, maybe, and no. The Big Business woketards are changing their corporate logos to rainbows as a way to appease the woke.
Yes, it’s idiotic. Yes, it’s pandering. But, worst of all, it shows how few men of internal fortitude there are in corporate America.
Can anyone honestly say, however much change there might have been in the fifties, that a titan of industry from back then, if transplanted into our modern world, would have his company fly a rainbow flag or put one in its Twitter bio? Would Churchill or JFK order their embassies to signify degeneracy by flying a rainbow flag abroad? Of course not!
But such men were made of sterner stuff. Churchill stood up to the Nazi menace and won. JFK never blinked in his confrontations with Khrushchev. Corporate leaders focused on building great products, not on appeasing idiotic, radical employees and customers. They wanted to present an image of American greatness and did so. It was a marvelous time, a time of grandeur, majesty, and American exceptionalism.
Nowadays we’re not so lucky. CEOs and other public figures, excepting an exceptional few, aren’t focused on doing the right thing anymore. They’re globalists that care about the “world community” as much (or more) than they care about America, leeches that suck off what their forefathers built, and degerates that openly showcase their sin. But, most of all, they want to rake in cash. Whatever that takes doing, from developing subtly addictive products to appeasing the sick tastes of their fellow degenerates, they’ll do. So, our companies go along with all of it in the chase of the almighty dollar.
That’s why corporations are changing their logos to rainbows. It’s not because they really care about gay rights or want to stand up for a persecuted minority. They don’t and gays aren’t persecuted in the West, thanks to its slide into degeneracy and moral relativism. Nope, it’s all in service to the dollar. They care about it more than their values or homeland.’https://genzconservative.com/corporations-changing-their-logos-to-rainbows/?utm_source=mailpoet&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=occupied-america-racist-anti-racism-and-the-contradictions-of-american-life_199
