Will you be getting the China Virus vaccine? My wife says she won’t but I will continue to mull it over in the space called ‘my head’ and when it is available then make up my mind. However, Australia’s Federal ‘Health Minister Greg Hunt says “absolute safety” is the key to approving and rolling out a coronavirus vaccine next year. “We are an island sanctuary so what we do with vaccines, we want to make sure, is about absolute safety and extending the safe Australia concept that we have but doing it in a way that provides absolute confidence to the Australian people,” he told Sky News. The vaccine will be voluntary but Mr Hunt said he believed that Australians will get themselves vaccinated to protect one another. “My hope and my belief is that Australians will help and protect other Australians and themselves through the vaccination program.” Mr Hunt cautioned Australians not to be complacent with safety measures against coronavirus, even as Australia has recorded few cases. “This is still a dangerous, contagious, and deadly disease. Your help can save lives.”‘https://www.skynews.com.au/details/_6214409491001?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Daily%20Sky%20News%20Australia%20%20Newsletter&utm_content=Daily%20Sky%20News%20Australia%20%20Newsletter+CID_11da7aa9c7d9a1d530043c31be155f28&utm_source=Daily%20newsletter&utm_term=Your%20help%20can%20save%20lives%20Hunt%20urges%20people%20to%20consider%20vaccinations
Australian Federal Government
With the release of what is known as the Brereton Report Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has gone on record saying that some of those within the Australian SAS are responsible for some “disturbing and distressing” war crimes. It is also reported that Morrison has already apologized to the Afghan government and is ready to pay compensation to Afghan families for these alleged war crimes all before any trial has even been set!
The fighting in Afghanistan has been the longest of any Australia has ever participated in. Why Australia or the USA is really there no one truly knows! I believe this conflict exists ONLY because it makes a LOT of money for some while costing the lives of others.
Why is it, if Islam is such a religion of peace, there are so many wars going on in those nations dominated by Islam!? Also, why do Western nations poke their noses into Islamic wars that are not theirs and that they cannot or will not win? As I said earlier these conflicts make a LOT of MONEY for some while taking the lives of many others!
In spite of the fact that many Australians have lost their lives in a conflict that has nothing to do with their everyday life back here in Australia it comes as no real surprise that many Australian Muslims are pleased with Morrison and his confession of these supposed war crimes and the promise that compensation will be paid and those Australians responsible will be punished.
Yes, the Religion of Peace through the Islamic Council of Victoria ‘…welcomes the release of the long-awaited Brereton Report and urges timely prosecution of the alleged perpetrators.
It has taken many years to get to this point, a watershed moment no doubt in Australia’s military history, but justice for the families of the victims will only be fulfilled when those accused of these heinous crimes are prosecuted.
The ICV has consulted the leaders of its Afghan member societies and whilst having confidence in the Australian justice system, they were anxious that every effort must be made, and no expense spared, to bring the accused to trial in the shortest possible timeframe.
Sharing those concerns, ICV President Mohamed Mohideen said “It is true that justice delayed is justice denied. The victims have families that have lost their son, husband or father. They are still grieving.”
Beyond the horrific findings of the 39 alleged murders at the hands of Australian soldiers, we must ask why the warning signs were ignored. We must ask how the culture of covering up such behaviour was allowed to fester, where was the accountability? How did the chain of command break down so badly?
“How can we be sure that other abuses have not taken place in Afghanistan or other locations where Australian forces have served?” asks Mr Mohideen. “The Australian Government has an obligation to ensure that there are mechanisms to properly handle and investigate complaints and adequate protection is provided for whistle-blowers” continued Mohideen.
The leaders of the Afghan member societies believe that the families of the victims should be consulted regarding compensation, and that this process should commence immediately. And like many in the community, they are angered that some of the accused have been allowed to continue serving.
When compared with the callous refusal by the Americans and British and others to investigate potential war crimes committed by their forces in Afghanistan, Australia’s response stands out.
The Australian Government should strongly encourage our allies to do as we have done. This will go some way to repairing Australia’s international reputation.’https://www.icv.org.au/media-release-justice-must-be-served-for-the-people-of-afghanistan/
Hopefully, when President Trump begins his second term he will push for the United States to pull completely out of the Communist infested United Nations. Our supposedly conservative Australian Federal government led by the Hollow Man Scott Morrison doesn’t have the backbone to do it but they have the backbone to criticize the USA. With friends like Morrison and his wimpy followers who needs enemies? ‘Australia and the Netherlands were among the friendly nations that called upon the U.S. to enact a moratorium on the death penalty. Germany asked the U.S. to rejoin the HRC and to end its sanctions against International Criminal Court Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda, who infuriated President Donald Trump and other U.S. leaders when she announced the ICC was launching an investigation of U.S. war crimes in Afghanistan.’

‘What tumultuous times they are in which we live? Not so long ago In Australia it was a criminal offence to engage in homosexual sex. But if a proposed bill in Victoria regarding ‘conversion therapy’ is passed it will be a crime just to offer prayer for someone who practices it.
The once well-regarded Amnesty International has presented the following infographic. Look at the last frame:

Make no mistake, as is evidenced from the cartoon strip above, this campaign is especially targeting Christian churches. Martyn Iles, the managing director of the Australian Christian Lobby, wrote the following on social media:
Note the theme — Christianity is harmful. Christian teaching, Christian communities, and Christian expression must be criminal.
Premier Daniel Andrews’ statement …was clear that the “ideology behind” “conversion practices” must be targeted.
Given that “conversion practices” apparently include prayer, scripture reading, teaching abstinence, and the idea of “change” among other things… I guess that means Christianity…
Amnesty International has effectively declared war on all people of faith. Remember the vote against the same-sex marriage plebiscite in some heavily Muslim electorates? This isn’t about love—let alone ‘tolerance’—but a complete capitulation to their own ideology.
I heard a preacher say in the mid-’90s that Christians in this country would be sent to goal in his lifetime, and it would be over the issue of homosexuality and perceived discrimination.
He was right. And it looks like that time could have finally arrived.’https://www.spectator.com.au/2020/11/prayer-illegal-in-australia/
‘Three years ago, the NSW Premier, Gladys Berejiklian, declared ‘The people of NSW should not continue to be held hostage to a lowest common denominator approach that privileges the parochial interests of small populations.’
Ms Berejiklian was calling ‘game over’ for a system which continues to allow Tasmania to receive 62 per cent of its total revenue from the Commonwealth thanks to decades of Green activism turning businesses away. She was also venting her frustration that, under current arrangements, the ACT, with a population of 400,000, has a voice equal to a state of 7.7 million.
The NSW premier is not alone. While others lack the courage to say so, respect for the federation appears to be a veneer. When Premier Daniel Andrews secretly signed a memorandum of understanding with Beijing to make Victoria a member of the Chinese Communist Party’s $1.5 trillion Belt and Road Initiative, he signalled Melbourne’s disdain for the federal government’s primacy in foreign affairs.
The Northern Territory government showed equal contempt when it gave the commonwealth just a few hours’ notice of its agreement to lease the Port of Darwin to a Chinese entity for 99 years.
But it’s the states’ and territories’ behaviour during the pandemic which best demonstrates their parochialism and profound lack of national interest. In particular, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia have acted as if they are no longer part of the federation.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison, aware of these tendencies and driven by a critical need for a consistent nation-wide response to Covid-19, last March established a national cabinet consisting of himself and all state and territory leaders. He gave it ‘the status of a cabinet meeting’, meaning it has the same confidentiality and Freedom of Information protections and protocols as the federal cabinet.
Yet his desire for uniformity was largely ignored. In a display of political vanity and bureaucratic incompetence, Victoria rejected Australian Defence Force quarantine assistance. The result was the unnecessary loss of hundreds of lives and the world’s harshest lockdown. For 112 days Victorians were subjected to virtual house arrest and police brutality. The National Cabinet watched on in silence.
Silence also reigned supreme when Queensland, clearly flouting the National Cabinet’s Framework on social distancing, allowed 49,000 fans to cram into Suncorp Stadium to watch a State of Origin football final.
Queensland’s inconsistent behaviour also includes border control. American actor Tom Hanks and Australian Football’s elites were accorded ‘class exemptions’ because ‘people in entertainment and film…bring a lot of money into this state’. Ordinary Australians seeking access on compassionate or other compelling grounds were treated like aliens.
An unborn baby died because its Covid-free mother living close to Queensland’s border was denied emergency treatment in a Brisbane hospital. Premier Palaszczuk reasoned that ‘People living in NSW, they have NSW hospitals. In Queensland we have Queensland hospitals for our people’. So much for, ‘We are one, we are Australians’.
Perhaps encouraged by latent secessionist instincts and abundant iron ore revenues, Premier Mark McGowan also turned his back on the nation. ‘In effect we’ll be turning Western Australia into an island within an island — our own country,’ he said. Spot the Aussie there.
No wonder a frustrated prime minister said, ‘There are times when it has felt like Australia could break apart… I’m talking about our federation, I’m talking about us as a nation’. The latest South Australian lockdown and state border closures for a mere 22 infections, reinforces his point. Will the National Cabinet continue to tolerate politically fashionable, economically destructive and constitutionally questionable lockdowns every time there’s a minor outbreak? As long as Canberra provides a cost-free lifeline, probably yes.
In an effort to restore a sense of national pride, Mr Morrison plans to replace the 28-years-old Council of Australian Governments with a ‘completely new system’. He claims it will be ‘a more effective body for taking decisions in the national interest than COAG’. On performance to date, good luck with that.
Basically the system is broken. It no longer represents the practical aspirations of the Constitution but reflects the rent- seeking mindset of the twenty-first century. No doubt this has much to do with the the establishment in 1933 of the Commonwealth Grants Commission which seeks equality of government service delivery across the nation. Since the introduction of the GST, there has been some tinkering, but no amount of bureaucratic rejigging can ‘fairly’ balance commodity price volatility, the higher cost of living in NSW and Victoria nor state and territory mismanagement. Still, successive federal governments have fostered dependence on the Commonwealth, reducing many jurisdictions to the status of outsourced agencies of Canberra. The Chinese call this debt-trap diplomacy.
With government debt at all levels climbing to historic levels, an ideological clash is looming between those who believe in the collective, ‘co-operative’ model and the proponents of a competitive system with clearer delineation of Commonwealth-state responsibilities. The latter aligns more with the intent of the Constitution and would return responsibility and accountability for services like health and education to the states and territories. They would also set their own GST rates and retain the revenue.
A competitive framework would also allow the Commonwealth to concentrate on eliminating many of the friction costs which inhibit innovation and economic growth and which discourage self-belief.For too long Canberra has stood by when publicly funded states, territories and institutions undermine the national interest.
This is a watershed moment for the federation. The sad reality is that over time, while in pursuit of narrow political interests, the spirit and intent of the Constitution have been badly compromised. Australians can either ‘unite in one indissoluble federal Commonwealth’, with each state and territory taking back responsibility for its own posterity or it can descend into a drab, inward-looking soviet, subject to Canberra’s ever growing dictates.’https://www.spectator.com.au/2020/11/soviet-states-of-australia/?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=OZWH%20%2020201128%20%20AL&utm_content=OZWH%20%2020201128%20%20AL+CID_d2b5f047e48e73473835666c6a21d737&utm_source=CampaignMonitor_Australia&utm_term=Soviet%20states%20of%20Australia
‘A necessary act of national defense that will inevitably be decried as “Islamophobic.” In the eyes of the Left, Infidels are supposed to sit back and accept Islamization and Leftist authoritarianism passively.
“Australia cancels citizenship of Muslim cleric in local first,” Reuters, November 25, 2020:
SYDNEY: Australia has canceled the citizenship of an Algerian-born Muslim cleric who was convicted of leading a terrorist cell that planned to bomb a football match in Melbourne in 2005, Minister for Home Affairs Peter Dutton said on Wednesday.
Abdul Nacer Benbrika is now the first person to be stripped of his citizenship while still in Australia….
Benbrika was convicted on three terrorism charges. He was jailed for 15 years for directing a terrorist group, being a member of a terrorist group and possessing material associated with planning of a terrorist act.
Benbrika remains in an Australian prison despite finishing his sentence. Under Australian law Canberra is permitted to detain anyone convicted of terror offenses for up to three years after their sentence finishes….
Under Australian law, a person can only be stripped of their citizenship if they are dual citizens, thereby preventing people from being made stateless….’https://www.jihadwatch.org/2020/11/australia-cancels-citizenship-of-muslim-cleric-who-plotted-jihad-massacre-at-soccer-match?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=the_2020_11_26_jihad_watch_daily_digest&utm_term=2020-11-26
What is it with politicians? Abortion, euthanasia, Marxism, climate change etc. In my own opinion there should be no debate that abortion is the murdering of another human being. Yet, our politicians here in Australia, when it comes to murder of the unborn all they can do is pass laws that those who are pro-life may not stand within 150 metres of the murder clinic. These political hypocrites are more concerned with Koalas than babies! If any Australian politician, especially a NSW state politician, happens to find this article please take the time to read and consider what it has to say.
Job 10:10-11 “Hast thou not poured me out as milk, and curdled me like cheese? Thou hast clothed me with skin and flesh, and hast fenced me with bones and sinews.”

‘January 22, 1973 marks the disastrous turn in American law that granted women the so‑called right to kill their unborn babies. The Bible makes it abundantly clear that the unborn child is a human being who is known and loved by God as He knits it together in the womb. Science knows that even when it is a single fertilized cell, the unborn child is uniquely human. Now science is learning the truth of what the Bible has told us all along about the individual human nature of the unborn child.
Research is confirming that even before birth children in the womb are learning about the world. The child in the womb does much more than simply hear sounds, including its mother’s voice. The child also becomes familiar with odors in the outside environment.
To test what newborns were thinking, scientists very cleverly hooked up a pacifier to a tape recorder. They then rewarded a particular sucking pattern with various sounds such as mother’s voice. They found that the infants would concentrate on a pattern that would produce their mother’s voice. In another test, women’s voices, and even their father’s voices, were not favored over mother’s heartbeat – a familiar sound in the womb.
Even science is beginning to agree that life in the womb is nothing less than a normal stage of human existence. Like every other stage of life, life in the womb includes learning new things and developing relationships. If only this knowledge was applied to the abortion debate.’https://creationmoments.com/sermons/learning-in-the-womb-learning-from-the-womb-2/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=learning-in-the-womb-learning-from-the-womb-2&mc_cid=896148e4d8&mc_eid=00c1dcff3c
The Hollow man Scott Morrison is not a conservative nor (in my own opinion) a true friend of the USA. He seems to be one of those who tries to play both sides. Now, the ‘Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison said on Monday that Australia’s pursuit of national interests on the world stage has been wrongly interpreted as siding with the US over China, adding that his government will not make a “binary choice” between the two major powers.
Hopefully, Morrison will talk the talk, and walk the walk, and that he won’t regard countries as fools.’https://www.globaltimes.cn/content/1207924.shtml
The fools here are those who believe Morrison is a conservative! There will come the time when a choice between freedom and social Marxism will HAVE to be made and I don’t think this PM will make the right choice!
The Greens in whatever country they are lean way into the Communist/Marxist side! Therefore, ‘Why do the Queensland Greens and the Brisbane branch of Socialist Alliance share the same office?
It has become increasingly clear as the years go by that the distance between the Greens and their comrades on the openly revolutionary Marxist left has gotten smaller and smaller.
In NSW Senator Mehreen Faruqi as well as state MPs David Shoebridge and Jamie Parker seem not able to get out of bed without running into a Trotskyist. Not to mention the fact that Australia’s most influential “ex”-Stalinist Lee Rhiannon is still hanging around the party fringes.
In Victoria recently selected Senator Lidia Thorpe has made no secret of her extremist friends, Victorian leader Samantha Ratnam has spoken at multiple Marxist rallies and recently appointed party leader Adam Bandt has a surprisingly lengthy list of links to all variety of communists going back to his university days.
Even in South Australia Senator and whale watching enthusiast Sarah Hanson Young has spoken at events organised by extremist activists (although in her defence I’m not sure she quite realised what was going on).
Queensland has been no exception. As the party has consolidated its hold on the inner city suburbs of Brisbane elected party officials such as Jonathan Sri, Larissa Waters and Michael Berkman keep finding themselves speaking at events organised by left wing extremists or extremist front organisations (completely by coincidence I’m sure).
And now it seems that for the last three years the Greens have been running their official state office out of the same address as the Brisbane branch of the revolutionary Marxists of the Socialist Alliance.
Do you think they noticed?
And the office certainly isn’t just a letterbox. The Socialist Alliance holds meetings, conferences and strategy sessions at the venue on a regular basis, usually chaired by Socialist Alliance national convenor and repeated failed Senate candidate Alex Bainbridge.
The totally normal, not at all insane topics for these meetings have included: Can we make a revolution in Australia?, an open forum with the delightfully named Coral Wynter (recently returned from the revolutionary paradise of Venezuela), a film screening of why abortion is good and ‘All power to the Soviets’: Commemorating the Russian Revolution.
Alex Bainbridge of course seems very happy with his office mates, publishing a powder-puff interview with the Greens Amy MacMahon and endorsing her ultimately successful campaign in the recent QLD election.
t this point it has to be asked, with Socialist Alliance sharing an office with the Greens, endorsing the candidates of the Greens, publishing propaganda in their newspapers calling for a vote for the Greens, and attending the same rallies as the Greens (although to be fair those rallies are usually organised by different extremist groups) are the Queensland Greens and the Brisbane Socialist alliance just the same group with two different names?
I hate to give leftie nutcases good advice, but at this point maybe they should probably just merge.’https://www.theunshackled.net/rundown/why-do-the-queensland-greens-and-the-socialist-alliance-share-the-same-office/?fbclid=IwAR0kYOF8-kh-pGbzmFCuAKeuLm3lglstcyd1IJirEjpaKTGNEmDp6IPhblw
The CCP has ruined the Australian economy via the China virus and the CCP is also helping the Leftie/Marxists to change one of our major holidays, Australia Day! ‘Local councils dumping Australia Day events because of COVID-19 have been labelled “completely unacceptable and frankly un-Australian” by a Sydney mayor.
Canterbury Bankstown, Liverpool and The Hills are among Sydney councils that have blamed COVID-19 for their decision to cancel large-scale events on January 26, despite the National Australia Day Council offering grants up to $20,000 for local governments and event organisers to pay for increased health measures.
North Sydney and Inner West councils have also cancelled Australia Day celebrations, while the NSW government is still finalising its January 26 program.
Ben Morton, Assistant Minister to the Prime Minister and Cabinet, urged local governments and event organisers to hold their Australia Day events in a COVID-safe way, “rather than rushing to cancel them”. The day was an opportunity to reflect on “our shared history and 60,000 year plus journey as a nation, its highs and its lows”, he said.
Cumberland City mayor Steve Christou said his council was planning Australia Day celebrations next year even as neighbouring councils in western Sydney blame pandemic restrictions for their decision to shelve events on January 26.
“I think the decision taken by some councils to cancel their Australia Day events is completely unacceptable and frankly un-Australian, particularly if the events can be hosted in a COVID-safe manner,” he said.
Federal Liberal MP Craig Kelly said that with infections so low, “to use COVID as a reason to cancel Australia Day smells of a bit of a smokescreen … they’d perhaps like to see Australia Day cancelled altogether”.
The City of Canterbury Bankstown will not hold Australia Day events including pool parties and a concert next year after the council decided they were not essential. Its Australia Day awards and citizenship event will be a “scaled back seated event with tight COVID controls and no catering”.
A council spokeswoman said there were “significant risks” in holding large-scale events due to changes to pandemic restrictions may change or an increase in COVID-19 infections.
Liverpool City Council cancelled its outdoor 2021 Australia Day celebration because of uncertainty around the extent of public health restrictions in January, said acting chief executive Eddie Jackson.
“We will host a virtual invite-only Australia Day awards and citizenship ceremony and our events team is working on plans to host a possible digital version of our much-loved Australia Day celebration,” he said.
The Hills Shire will hold an awards and citizenship ceremony on Australia Day, but has cancelled its Australia Day concert at Bella Vista Farm.
“With the restrictions in place – and in these challenging times of uncertainty – it was difficult for council to plan for this event,” mayor Michelle Byrne said. “We would normally be well into preparation, but in the current climate, the financial risk is far too great and the health and safety of our residents is of the utmost importance.”
Cr Christou, who resigned from the Labor Party last year and was elected mayor with the support of Liberal and independent councillors, said Cumberland City Council was in the early stages of planning an Australia Day event in Holroyd Gardens, “which will be held in a COVID-safe manner”.
Australia Day has long been mired in controversy, with local councils criticised in the past for shifting citizenship ceremonies from January 26 out of respect for Indigenous Australians.
January 26 has also been labelled Invasion Day and been marked by large protests calling for the abolition of Australia Day.
The NSW government would not confirm whether the Australia Day ferrython on Sydney Harbour would be held.
A spokeswoman for the Department of Premier and Cabinet said the Australia Day 2021 event program in Sydney’s CBD will “change significantly” from previous years. But she said many councils were still planning to hold Australia Day activities.
A North Sydney Council spokeswoman said its Australia Day event, BBQ by the Bridge, had been cancelled due to significant Harbour Bridge works on the event site.
The Inner West Council dumped January 26 celebrations last year in favour of a summer-themed event not on Australia Day.
Inner West mayor Darcy Byrne said Australia Day was a day to be commemorated not celebrated. “Attitudes towards 26 January are changing in the community,” he said.
“For Aboriginal people the date represents the beginning of colonisation, dispossession, the removal of children and the deliberate destruction of language and culture.”‘https://www.smh.com.au/national/completely-unacceptable-australia-day-events-dumped-because-of-covid-19-20201106-p56c70.html?fbclid=IwAR0n0Hh-HtLbeRjoCbHvm_3in_72WpcNrc-CDb2KS8ZE7EuYAQAYjEVyKyM
