Follow the science so say the Leftist! Oh, but on gender follow your feelings! As Rome fell so will the West as we have known it. Now, ‘It seems that one of the most controversial questions you can now pose in Australia is to ask for a definition of a woman. Even using the word ‘woman’ is considered an act of tyranny by trans activists.
Other questions with historically obvious answers have also become awkward and less obvious:
Should women and girls be made to share change rooms and toilets with males?
Is it okay for biological males to compete against women at the 2021 Olympics?
If a male sex offender identifies as a woman, should they be put in a women’s prison?
Should women’s refuges be forced to accept males who identify as women?
You may think that the problem that they are being targeted for is apparent discrimination due to their gender specific ruling. This is not the case. Rather, it is because their website states that transgender women are welcome, but only once they have undergone gender-reassignment surgery. Not good enough for the extreme trans activists. For them, if a male wants to identify as female, even if it’s just for a dip in a beautiful pool, they must be allowed.
There is a lot at stake here. The first and most important casualty is truth. From creation humanity was made man and woman. It may be getting harder to speak the truth, but it has never been more important.
This truth is backed up by science: there are two sexes, XX and XY.
Anything outside of that is a genetic abnormality that can still be classified as male or female based on the presence or absence of the Y chromosome. There is no Z, there is no W. Surgery and cross-sex hormones can’t change us into the opposite sex. They can affect appearances. They can stunt or damage some outward expressions of our reproductive organs. But they cannot turn someone from one sex into the other.
Changing sexes is a biological impossibility. Transgendered men do not become women, nor do transgendered women become men. All become feminised men or masculinised women. To assert anything else is a cruel lie that will never provide the long-term wholeness and happiness that people seek.
Secondly, this case is yet another example of hard won women’s rights and resources being eradicated by extreme trans activism that seeks to silence women and even feminist organisations.’ https://www.acl.org.au/blog_wf_onlytwosexes
When will one be put in jail in America or Australia for saying the China virus originated in China?
‘On Monday, a Chinese court sentenced a lawyer-turned-citizen-journalist who traveled to Wuhan to report on COVID-19. Authorities first detained her in May after her livestream reporting in Wuhan. The government charged her with “picking quarrels and provoking trouble” for her reporting.
A Chinese court sentenced the journalist, 37-year-old Zhang Zhan, to four years in jail, her lawyer Zhang Keke told reporters outside the courtroom.
Zhang reportedly began a hunger strike in June, but she has been force-fed via a nasal tube.
“She said when I visited her (last week): ‘If they give me a heavy sentence then I will refuse food until the very end.’… She thinks she will die in prison,” Ren Quanniu, one of Zhang’s defense lawyers, told Agence France Press (AFP). “It’s an extreme method of protesting against this society and this environment.”
In the UK ‘A police force has been challenged over its “gross inflation” of transgender hate crime statistics, with figures posted on its social media account labelled “a falsehood”.
Last month West Midlands Police’s LGBT+ Network claimed on Twitter that “2 in 5 trans people” had experienced a hate crime in the previous twelve months, citing Stonewall as their source.
However, official Government estimates suggest instances of hate crimes occurring against transgender people are closer to one in 80 or even one in 200.
‘Exaggerated’
Harry Miller of Fair Cop, an organisation which opposes hate crime legislation, has written to the force asking it to explain the “exaggerated” figure.
Miller, a former police officer, said: “The government estimates that there are between 200,000 and 500,000 trans people in the UK, meaning that, according to your estimations, between 80,000 and 200,000 incidents of hate crime against trans people in the past 12 months.
“Such a figure would be deeply shocking if it were true.”
He cited the official Government figures which state only 2,540 hate crimes took place over the same period and queried how the force came to publish a figure “which has been exaggerated by between three and five thousand per cent?”
‘Criminally negligent’
Miller continued: “This criminally negligent statistic presents the trans community as being at unique risk of violence”.
He also mentioned another social media post by the force featuring a trans police officer with a taser, which he said “might reasonably be said to be countering an entirely fictitious narrative of violence with a very real and present threat of violence”.
He added: “This is cynical, sinister, dangerous and can do nothing but undermine public confidence” in West Midlands Police.
Survey
The group’s figures were taken from a 2017 YouGov survey commissioned by Stonewall on hate crime and discrimination as experienced by LGBT people.
There were fewer than 6000 respondents, of which only 14 per cent identified as transgender.

I am almost 76 and way back in the late 50’s Saturday mornings were often spent watching ‘funny’ cartoons such as Daffy Duck, etc. None of the cartoons that I know of had the sole purpose of causing the viewer to question what gender they were! If they had an agenda other than being funny I am not sure what it was BUT NOT so today! The cartoon industry along with many others are out to get our children and in that change society. It’s pretty clear most of those who seek to change society are atheist/Marxist leaning individuals and one way it seems to change society is getting young people to question their gender.
Recently the ‘Cartoon Network released a comic strip highlighting the importance of respecting ‘many gender identities’ and loving a person no matter their preferred pronoun.
On Monday, the Twitter account associated with Cartoon Network tweeted a new series with the caption: “Here’s to not only normalizing gender pronouns, but respecting them, too.”
“Whether you use he/she/them or something else, we acknowledge and LOVE you!” it added, along with a link to the “Gender Justice Tool Kit” which it said was “designed to facilitate conversations that can save lives.”
The comic strips in the new series were created in partnership with the National Black Justice Coalition, a leftist, pro-LGBT organization.
Included with the tweet, was a comic strip featuring Stevonnie from Steven Universe and Craig from Craig of the Creek meeting two new friends, Kam and Alex.
“Gender pronouns describe a person’s gender identity,” one part of the comic strip read. “Examples of pronouns are she/her, they/them, an ze/zir. A lot of people are learning about gender. If you’re comfortable, you can share your own pronouns.”
“We can’t tell someone’s gender just by looking at them and shouldn’t assume we know,” the comic strip added. “There are many gender identities beyond ‘girl’ or ‘boy.’ Some people don’t identify as any gender.”
In a second part of the strip, two of the characters are talking about the pronouns they like to identify themself with, such as “they/them.”
All this propaganda that is being promoted on gender identity is anti-God for God’s Word is plain in Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Isn’t it ironic that school truant Greta Thunberg carries so much weight in this climate scam industry? Here is a girl with no science degree telling world leaders how to save the world from a future climate catastrophe and at the same time the skeptics are told to ‘“Listen to the science!” shouts the Left.
Are they ready to put their money where their mouths are?
No less a scientific expert than Greta Thunberg appeared at a House of Representatives committee hearing and used those very words. Greta came wielding the latest report by the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). Little did she know this very report debunks some of the Left’s favorite global warming talking points — such as those related to storm intensity, sea level rise and extreme weather.
CFACT senior policy analyst Jay Lehr lives to educate the public on science. Jay holds a degree in geology from Princeton and a Ph.D. in groundwater hydrology from the University of Arizona. He is an accomplished scientist. Dr. Lehr has been posting a series of important science articles at CFACT.org, often partnering with Tom Harris and Terrigi Ciccone (who themselves are outstanding engineers). Their work is first rate and much needed.
In 2014, John Oliver devoted an entire episode of his HBO comedy series Last Week Tonight to climate change. Oliver put up a clip of CFACT’s Marc Morano and then brought out Bill Nye the Science Guy. Unfortunately he then had an actor play the role of Morano, instead of inviting Marc himself. Oliver then did something outrageous. He had 96 extras in white lab coats flood the stage to illustrate the phony “96% consensus” trope team warming constantly puts out. This is a straw man argument. Their definition of “consensus,” namely that humans have an impact on climate, includes everyone at CFACT and Marc himself! By the way, just why does Oliver think climate computer modelers would wear white coats? To avoid getting toner on their clothing when they print out a simulation that runs too hot?
Dr. Lehr and his colleagues, on the other hand, are fearlessly laying out the hard science team warming wants to shout down.
Me thinks anything the Left doesn’t believe is to them a conspiracy theory!
‘A New York University professor is suing several colleagues for alleged defamation in relation to his unpopular views on COVID-19 interventions, including the efficacy of masks and particular treatments.
The private university opened an investigation against Mark Crispin Miller, a tenured professor in the Department of Media, Culture, and Communications, after 25 faculty called on the department to respond to his “ongoing harm to our students.”
Their letter refers to a September incident in Miller’s class “Mass Persuasion and Propaganda.” A female student, who has since dropped out of the course, accused him of promoting right-wing conspiracy theories about COVID-19, and the department chair quickly responded that MCC was considering “next steps.”
Miller (above) responded by blogging about the dispute, asking readers to sign a petition in favor of his academic freedom. He mentioned NYU communications to his students and a department email urging him to stop teaching the course, and claimed he was acting in self-defense.
The professor told The College Fix that NYU Steinhardt School Dean Jack Knott told him the investigation would conclude by the end of the semester, but gave him no other details.
Miller, who has spent more than 20 years on the NYU faculty, filed a lawsuit in New York State court Nov. 30 after his colleagues did not retract their statements and apologize as he demanded.
He shared several NYU communications with The Fix to illustrate his legal claims. Miller explained in a phone interview that he wasn’t suing any of the junior professors who signed the letter: “Whether they signed it, willingly or not, I’m sure they had no choice.”
According to the suit, Miller’s colleagues intended to “disgrace and humiliate” the professor “under the guise of phony and uninformed political and cultural correctness and orthodoxy.” He’s seeking $750,000 in damages, saying their letter led to loss of professional standing and the worsening of his Lyme disease.
Who’s Colin Kaepernick? The name sounds familiar but really is it worth the time to get to know who he is? Now, Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream that’s a different story! I know about them as we were in the north east of the once good ole USA way back when and had some of their ice cream. It wasn’t bad then but now!? Well, it has now been found out that this guy, Kaepernick has ‘…his own flavor of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream.
Kaepernick and the company teamed up to create a flavor called “Change the Whirled,” which will be available in early 2021.
“I’ve teamed up with Ben & Jerry’s to serve up joy on the journey to justice!” Kaepernick tweeted. “Today, we’re excited to introduce Change the Whirled, a new non-dairy flavor that hits shelves in early-2021 [sic]! 100% of my proceeds will go to Know Your Rights Camp with matching support from Ben & Jerry’s.”
Know Your Rights Camp is Kaepernick’s own social justice organization. According to their Twitter bio, they “advance the liberation and well-being of Black & Brown communities and elevate the next generation of change leaders.”
As for the ice cream, it is caramel and sunflower butter based and includes fudge chips and graham cracker and chocolate cookie swirls.
Ben & Jerry’s is quite politically active for an ice cream company. Just a couple of other examples: their “Pecan Resist” flavor released in October 2018, which “supports groups creating a more just and equitable nation for us all, and who are fighting against President Trump’s regressive agenda,” and their “Bernie’s Yearning” flavor released in 2016.
During the George Floyd riots and hysteria over the summer, Colin Kaepernick’s name began reappearing in the headlines. Big League Politics wrote about how he and Dr. Anthony Fauci were winners of the 2020 Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Ripple of Hope Award. And we also covered his disgusting anti-American video posted on the 4th of July that called Independence Day “a celebration of white supremacy.”’https://thepatriotwatchdog.com/what-ben-jerrys-releases-colin-kaepernick-ice-cream-flavor-called/
‘At 8:38pm on Wednesday December 9th Gab received an email from Walden Macht & Haran LLP notifying us of a Gab account, @EnemiesOfThePeople, that was in breach of our Terms of Service.
The Gab account was created just a few days ago and featured the personal addresses, photos, and more of election and government officials, which is against our terms of service. The account also made direct threats of violence towards these individuals, which is against the law as well as our terms of service.
This type of content has no place on Gab and we have a longstanding history of zero tolerance for illegal behavior. At Gab we believe that free speech and open discussion are the best ways to solve problems and disagreements, not violence.
Within minutes of receiving the email alerting us to the existence of this account we took immediate action by backing up the account information for law enforcement and then terminating the account from our service.
We took it one step further by alerting the Gab community to this behavior and noted that our community members should report this type of illegal activity to our moderation team immediately if they come across it.
At 9:34pm, less than an hour after being alerted to the existence of this account, our attorney replied to Walden Macht & Haran LLP to let them know that we took immediate action to terminate the account.
At 3:49pm Thursday afternoon Reuters published an article covering this story and neglected to reach out to Gab for comment before publication. In the story Reuters falsely claimed that the account remained active on Gab even though it had been suspended within minutes of it being brought to our attention the night before.
We have since sent the following retraction request to the editor of Reuters as well as the three “journalists” on the story. We believe it’s important to transparently lay out the order of events here to highlight how “journalists” recklessly print whatever they want without fact checking or asking the subject of a story for comment on the matter at hand.
First of all gentleman why is that we were not contacted for comment on this article? Is it standard practice at Reuters to not contact the subject of a story for comment before printing? This is the second occasion where we have not been contacted for comment by your “reporters” who mention us in a story.
Secondly, I demand an immediate retraction for your false claim that this account “remained active on Gab” as of Thursday morning. This is verifiably false and we have concrete evidence to prove that we suspended this newly created account for violating our terms of service within minutes of being contacted by Mr. Krebs’ attorney late Wednesday night.
Finally, I plan on highlighting your disgusting “journalism” on Gab News in our media transparency section, which is emailed to and read by millions of people daily. My one post will receive more views and shares than the next ten you publish in that rag you call a news organization.
You people are sick.
HI Andrew, our article is accurate.
You did not take down all social media accounts related to the Enemies of the People website.
It has the same message, same graphics, and points to the same contact information as other related accounts. So these people, whoever they are, are still getting their message out on your platform.
Care to comment?
Hi Andy, no your article it is not accurate.
We suspended this second account yesterday morning shortly after it was created and long before your article was published.
Clear your browser cache. Basic account info like cover photo, etc are cached so you’re going to still see some elements being served even when a Gab account is suspended until the cache clears.
If you had reached out to us for comment before publishing, you would know this.
We also have our community of millions of people actively scouting the site and watching for anyone sharing content from this website on ours so that we can immediately remove and take action on it, which we did several times yesterday. Is Twitter doing the same? Or did you just give them the benefit of the doubt after suspending the first account, unlike the way you treated us.
Our email exchange is being added to this story I published on Gab News yesterday and will be emailed out to millions of people this afternoon. It will get more reads than anything you publish in the next month combined as soon as I click the send button.
We The People are the news now.
Learn to journalism and issue a correction immediately.
Andrew Torba CEO, Gab.com Jesus is King
Andrew,
I am copied on these emails as an ethics and standards editor at Reuters. Reuters takes seriously its commitment to accuracy, fairness and freedom from bias as embodied in our Trust Principles.
The subject of the article is a website accusing election officials of treason and several “associated social media accounts.” The article says, “as of early Thursday afternoon, associated accounts … remained active on Parler and Gab.”
In your emails you write that you suspended an account on Wednesday night and removed content shared from the website “several times yesterday.” This supports the article’s straightforward assertion that associated accounts were active on Gab on Thursday.
In addition, I did see the link on Gab this morning, though I never visited Gab before. The cache issue you raise may be on your server.
Accordingly, I see no reason to correct or retract this article.
Thanks for sharing your viewpoint.
Sincerely,
Brian Moss Ethics and Standards
Brian is it part of Reuters “ethics and standards” to not reach out to a company or person that is being written about for a statement before publication? You had three people on this story and not one of them thought to reach out to us for comment?
This is the second time something like this has happened with your “reporters.” We had several other outlets reach out to us about this story and they reported it accurately because they did so.
These accounts are not “active.” If they were active they would be able to sign into their account and post. They cannot, because they have been suspended. They were and are being suspended immediately and we are proactively searching for and removing them. Even with a cached suspended account there is no feed content displayed, just a cover photo and basic info that remains until the cache is fully cleared across the internet. Not just on any one individual computer.
Again this really makes no difference to me because hundreds of thousands of people have already read our side of the story and will continue to throughout the day as emails go out.
Does the following really surprise a true conservative?! ‘A prominent LGBT rights group is trying to persuade former Vice President Joe Biden and his presumptive administration to adopt guidelines that could lead to the closing of private Christian colleges and universities.
Activists at the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) have written a document titled Blueprint for Positive Change, which gives 85 pro-LGBT policy and legislative recommendations for a potential Biden administration to enact.
Government has its hands in EVERY facet of one’s life from birth to death. President Reagan was so right when he said the most chilling words one can hear are ” I’m from the Government, and I’m here to help”. Sadly, those in power are also LIARS! Here in Australia ‘During the 2017 same-sex marriage debate, we were told there would be “no consequences” for freedoms or for children. But as Tasmanian Liberal Senator Claire Chandler points out in this speech delivered in Parliament yesterday, children’s health is now being imperilled and the freedom to speak about it is being criminalised. Below is an edited extract.
In Britain last week, a momentous judgment with international implications was handed down by the High Court. The court found in favour of the arguments put forward by the mother of a child with gender dysphoria and Keira Bell, a brave 23-year-old woman who had been prescribed puberty blockers at 16 after three short appointments with the Tavistock youth gender clinic.
The judges observed that prescribing puberty blockers to children with gender dysphoria is an “experimental treatment” with “real uncertainty over the short and long-term consequences of the treatment with very limited evidence as to its efficacy”.
Given the potential lifelong effects on fertility, sexual function, bone density and development, as well as a lack of evidence of the full long-term impacts, the court found that children are very unlikely to be able to adequately understand and give informed consent to these experimental treatments. This judgment has profound implications for Australia — not that you would know it from the muted, in some cases non-existent, coverage by many media outlets.
Let’s look at what is happening right now in Australia and how out of step it is with what has been found in Britain’s High Court. Last month, The Australian’s Bernard Lane reported on a court removing a child from their parents because they wanted psychologists to consider other possible factors in their child’s gender dysphoria and the potential for non-invasive treatments.
The parents told The Weekend Australian state authorities have said it’s dangerous for the child to come back to their house because they want a thorough assessment by an independent psychologist and haven’t consented to testosterone treatment. The parents know their child needs help and support, and they want it to be provided by medical experts in an evidence-based way.
For this, their child has been taken away from them by the state. The mother said their family and friends were shocked at their story — “they just can’t believe that it happens in Australia”.
Last week, as Britain’s High Court was finalising its findings, the Victorian government was introducing legislation that criminalises discussion of the very same issues highlighted by the court.
The Victorian legislation makes any conduct or practice that is not seen as “gender affirming” potentially illegal. The definition is so broad that it includes conversations and online discussion. Under this bill, Bell — a woman who has been through the transition process and had a court uphold the legitimacy of her concerns regarding that process — could be charged with a crime if she discusses her experience with a young Victorian experiencing gender dysphoria.
If the bill passes, the Victorian Human Rights Commission would get extraordinary powers to launch investigations into people questioning gender change practices and to “take any action it considers appropriate after conducting an investigation”.
It would also “offer education to persons and organisations engaged in change or suppression practices” — practices can include conversation about gender identity theory and the risks of medical treatment on children.
If this legislation isn’t Orwellian and dangerous enough on its own, it has been introduced by the Victorian government at the exact time states are supposed to be working together to develop a model for safe and appropriate care and treatment of children with gender dysphoria.
How can the Victorian government play a central role in developing an evidence-based model of care while simultaneously introducing a law criminalising any treatment that is not “gender affirming”? The same has to be asked of the Queensland and the ACT governments, which have also forced through similar laws in the past year.
In Australia, just as in Britain, the number of children and adolescents being treated for gender dysphoria with “gender affirming” medical interventions has skyrocketed in recent years.
Patient numbers at Britain’s Tavistock clinic rose from 97 in 2009 to 2519 in 2018. We know from Freedom of Information data that referrals to Victoria’s Royal Children’s Hospital gender clinic rose by more than 1700 per cent between 2012 and last year.
We have no idea what the national figures are because states do not release the data on how many children are given puberty blockers, hormone treatment and surgery. We don’t even know if this data is kept.
