Allowing the government to educate your child is like walking the child through a zoo with no fence between you and the animals. Now, ‘A CONTROVERSIAL curriculum resource, banned in NSW, that teaches teens they can identify as “genderqueer” or “two-spirit” is being used in Queensland classrooms.
The “Genderbread Person” teaching tool – a cartoon figure with a rainbow brain that teaches students about the “infinite” possibilities of their gender – is being used at Mitchelton State High School.

The resource – available at it’spronouncedmetrosexual.com – tells teenagers their gender is not binary.
“It’s not either/or. In many cases, it’s both/and. A bit of this, a dash of that,” it says, alongside graphs on which students can plot where they sit on a spectrum of gender options.
The Courier-Mail understands the teaching resource has upset a number of parents at the school whose children complained they were confused by the gender studies lesson.
The Genderbread Person was used in NSW as part of the state’s Crossroads program but was scrapped last year.
A Queensland Education Department spokesman said the Government did not know how many schools were using the resource because it did not keep data on specific gender diversity programs.
This morning a departmental spokesperson said there would be no move to stop the school using the resource, saying parents were given the choice to opt their children out.
“Mitchelton State High School uses the Genderbread Person resource as one small component of Resilient Individuals who Strive for Excellence (RISE), a program that focuses on student wellbeing, including social and emotional learning,” the spokesperson said in a statement.
“Programs like this assist schools in cultivating a supportive and inclusive culture for students.”
But Opposition Leader Deb Frecklington said the Government needed to “show the Genderbread Person the door”, adding: “If kids aren’t confused about their sexuality before being taught this program, they will be afterwards.”’ http://www.couriermail.com.au/news/queensland/brisbane-state-high-school-using-banned-gender-tool/news-story/8d948d26deeb043194d6c9c5755437ed
Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Swarthmore College began as a Quaker institution of higher education in 1860 https://www.swarthmore.edu/a-brief-history#event-founders-and-the-quaker-tradition. One hundred and fifty eight years later one of the courses now taught at Swarthmore is ‘QUEERING GOD: FEMINIST AND QUEER THEOLOGY’.
‘The God of the Bible and later Jewish and Christian literature is distinctively masculine, definitely male. Or is He? If we can point out places in traditional writings where God is nurturing, forgiving, and loving, does that mean that God is feminine, or female? This course examines feminist and queer writings about God, explores the tensions between feminist and queer theology, and seeks to stretch the limits of gendering-and sexing-the divine. Key themes include: gender; embodiment; masculinity; liberation; sexuality; feminist and queer theory.’ http://catalog.swarthmore.edu/preview_course_nopop.php?catoid=7&coid=8805
If that isn’t enough a 2014 graduate of the school created a tree shrine on campus because
she was ‘Inspired by Hindu and Buddhist icons that she studied in Professor Steven Hopkins’ class The Power of Images in Spring 2012′ making ‘an icon of Lucretia Mott as a transgendered, multi- racial and multi-armed god
dess astride her flaming Phoenix, holding safely in her womb the campus Quaker Meeting House, and brandishing in each of her graceful hands symbols that represent service and leadership, scholarship, the Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, and Humanities, and the virtues of athletic discipline.’
This graduate went on to say ‘When I took The Power of Images. . . I stared and stared at those gorgeous snapshots of Hindu shrines sprung up overnight like miraculous technicolor weeds, at Jizo shrines overflowing with little statues; shimenawa, omamori, baby Krishnas, reliquaries, Shiva processions . . . Do you know what it’s LIKE to be both an artist and a student of religion? Have you ever been forced, starving and depressed, to look at hundreds of professional photos of world-class sushi or baked goods? It was a lot like that. I thought, ‘why don’t we DO anything like this?’ The religious experience—ANY religious experience—is a thing beyond everyday description. To me that comes across best in a riot of color, clutter, sound, smell, and ceremony.’ https://www.swarthmore.edu/religion/making-image-swarthmore
Do the Quakers have any control over this school and what is taught? NOW, the Bible is pretty clear on the subject of making images and gender. For instance on gender, Paul wrote in 1Timothy 3:16 that ‘God was manifest in the flesh…’.
John the Apostle wrote in John 1:14 that ‘…the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth’ John 1:14.
Of course both John and Paul were speaking of the Lord Jesus Christ. What gender was Jesus? That’s not hard to answer for when reading the Scriptures the only conclusion one can end with is; He was a male. As to Jesus’ Father ONLY male nouns and pronouns are used of Him. Now, that wasn’t hard, was it?!
So, why would the professors at Swarthmore College try to make the plain sense of Scripture say something else? Paul summed up the religious teaching at Swarthmore College when he wrote ‘Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils’ 1Timothy 4:1.
Here is another university you can put on your list that provides courses that have no real purpose for one’s life. Dr. Francisco Perales “…has suggested opponents of gay marriage
are less intelligent.” He “…argues those opposed to redefining marriage struggled with processing complex ideas.”
Yes, this man “…who specialises in ‘gender and sexual identity‘, said opponents of changing the Marriage Act lacked the cognitive ability to process complex ideas, discern facts from speculation and critically engage with new or diverse viewpoints.” http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4921540/Academic-says-gay-marriage-opponents-
intelligent.html
It would serve no real purpose here to quote Scripture that bluntly says that in the beginning God created them male and female for Dr Perales and those like him are professing themselves to be wise and more intelligent than those who disagree when in actuality they have become fools (Paul’s letter to the Romans chapter One verse 22).
Genesis 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
Talk about nonsense? These LGBTQ folk are pushing the envelope! They may have time on their side BUT it is a limited time!

- ‘Princeton University now allows its students to record their gender identity—or identities—in official university records.
- The choices include “Cisgender,” “Genderqueer/gender non-conform[ing],” “Trans/transgender,” “Man,” “Woman,” and “Other,” and students may select multiple options if they wish. ‘ http://www.campusreform.org/?ID=9513

There is a word used for some people that seem to not be all “there” and that word has commonly been “idiot”. However, I have come to realize that some of these folk do not even deserve that name. I have determined, on my own, how much of that word they really deserve. Now, when it comes to these folk messing around with “gender” I have assigned them to be “dots”! In other words they are not worthy of the two i’s.
Now, here are some examples as to how these “dots” earned the name.
‘Beyond the Beltway, here are some examples of gender denier news this month:
- Blueberry sales prohibited unless you affirm “gay marriage” — here
- The National Park Service office of Relevancy, Diversity and Inclusion embraces “transgenderism” — here
- Department of Defense and State fly rainbow flags —here
- The Army’s new bathroom policy —here
- Oregon adds third gender to driver license identities — here

- Mindless gays for Sharia Law? — here
- The American Medical Association broadens gender identity — here

- On the LGBT obsession with the use of gender neutral pronouns now subject to regulatory enforcement in some U.S. cities comes word that to our north, Canadian citizens could be jailed for failing to comply with the new gender pronoun orthodoxy — here
- The Associated Press has updated its style manual to comply with gender pronoun conventions — here
- LGBT plans for national monument commemorating their persecution —here https://patriotpost.us/alexander/49785
There is a day of reckoning coming for these “dots” and it will be in the Highest of all Courts before the ultimate Judge!
‘Silence from us pesky Christians is what elites want.
We have no business putting forward an alternative vision for marriage and gender, we were told not once, but twice this week.
The new Australia they are trying to create excludes a Christian worldview from the public square.
First there was Labor Senate Leader Penny Wong asserting that separation of church and state meant Christians should stay out of the marria
ge and “safe schools” debates.
Really? Why should one group of Australians be disbarred from debate about laws which affect children and freedoms while other Australians are allowed to participate?
Separation of church and state is important but it was never designed to exclude religious people from public policy debates. Penny Wong should know better.
All Australians should be free to have their say on any issue – especially marriage and “safe schools”.
But it is frightening for free speech in this country that no-one pulled her up.
Media were quite happy to report her critique of ACL, but our reply was ignored.
Secondly, news broke at the weekend that the Australian Medical Association is campaigning to redefine marriage because it is a mental health issue.
Dr John Hayes kindly provided me a copy of this letter he has sent to a major newspaper.
Dear Sir,
The Federal AMA leadership has lost credibility by claiming that denying homosexuals the right to marry is detrimental to their mental health. This is pure spin and has no scientific basis. The truth is the AMA has capitulated to intense Media pressure from the Gay Lobby, led by former AMA president, Dr Kerryn Phelps, whose comment that “Christians now have nowhere to hide” is sectarian bigotry unbecoming of a former AMA president.
Ordinary AMA members were denied a vote on this issue, whereas in 2016, members were given a say and overwhelmingly rejected Euthanasia.
Regards,
Dr John Hayes, AMA member
I’ve met Dr Kerryn Phelps. We were on the ABC1’s Q&A program together. Off camera, we got along well despite our disagreement about redefining marriage.
Her comment at the weekend that “Christians have nowhere to hide” is a worry.
We need to be determined not to hide. This is a time to have courage and to speak up for the truth about marriage and why gender diversity in it matters.’ http://www.acl.org.au/why_we_need_to_speak_up_while_we_can?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=eNews%2023%20May%202017&utm_content=eNews%2023%20May%202017+CID_825f846005b996499a64ace7f659ec7f&utm_source=CreateSend&utm_term=Read%20Lyles%20blog
