‘Following the media’s projection of his victory in the 2020 presidential election, former Vice President Joe Biden has made “sweeping promises” to LGBT activists, according to The Associated Press.
Biden, a Democrat, plans to “carry out virtually every proposal” that LGBT activists have pushed for in recent years, the AP said. Biden’s agenda includes allowing individuals who identify as transgender to enlist in the military, as well as allow trans-identified servicemen to enter women’s-only areas (and vice versa), and cover trans-surgeries and cross-sex hormones for members of the military. He also plans to require all government contractors to have anti-LGBT discrimination policies, and will create LGBT rights positions at the State Department, National Security Agency, and other federal agencies.
‘A Maryland pastor and physician, who was recently issued a citation by a local health official threatening a fine, jail time and the shutting down of his church for answering his door without a mask, is now speaking out.
“The document that they handed me suggested that if we weren’t in compliance, first of all, they would shut us down completely and that I could be fined $5,000 and imprisoned for one year,” the Rev. Dr. Dennis Jackman, who leads the Community United Methodist Church in Pasadena, told WCBM.
“I just can’t believe this. I truly believe the power of the church to help to facilitate the American Revolution and to have churches shut down? The flip side is we have people out there that are hurting dramatically that need love and care. People that are deeply depressed and what we’ve done is isolated people and said we can’t have contact with people.”
The incident which has attracted national attention was first made public by The American Constitutional Rights Union, which is dedicated to protecting the civil rights of all Americans by publicly advancing a constitutional understanding of their essential rights and freedoms.
Jackman told the organization that the health official came to the door of the church on a recent weekday when he was alone at the church building.
“I was in my office alone, without a mask on, and heard someone at the locked door of the church. I was not expecting anyone, so I went to see who was trying to get in the church. Immediately after answering the door, I went to my desk and put on my mask, but the health official seemed intent on finding something worthy of a citation,” Dr. Jackman said.
He told WCBM that the health official said he was directed to the church after they received an anonymous complaint that “there might be somebody here without a mask on.”
ACRU President Lori Roman said she was concerned about the call that triggered the incident and blamed it on the state government encouraging neighbors to “snitch” on each other through COVID-19 violations hotlines.
“The other twist on this is that the government is encouraging people to snitch on their neighbors. We saw a twist on this, a worshiper from Rev. Jackman’s church called and snitched to us about the health official giving the citation to their pastor,” Roman said.
“Pastors need to band together” to fight back against these abuses, she said, noting that they can also call her organization for help.
“Pastor Jackman wasn’t doing anything wrong. He was alone in his church, there were no services going on when a health department official showed up at a locked door, tried to get in. Pastor Jackman jumped up to try to see who was getting in his church and his citation was simply for showing up at the door to trying to check on who was getting in the church with no mask on. That’s outrageous and it’s time to fight back,” she said.
The ACRU further noted their appreciation for recent comments by Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, warning that the COVID pandemic “resulted in previously unimaginable restrictions on individual liberty” and that religious liberty is “in danger of becoming a second-class right.”
A week ago the Supreme Court ruled in favor of a Catholic diocese and an Orthodox Jewish group, temporarily blocking New York’s COVID-19 restrictions on houses of worship.
“Members of this Court are not public health experts, and we should respect the judgment of those with special expertise and responsibility in this area. But even in a pandemic, the Constitution cannot be put away and forgotten,” the high court said in its 5-4 ruling. “The restrictions at issue here, by effectively barring many from attending religious services, strike at the very heart of the First Amendment’s guarantee of religious liberty.”’https://www.christianpost.com/news/maryland-pastor-cited-for-not-wearing-mask-in-empty-church.html?uid=d3769f0ce2
With the release of what is known as the Brereton Report Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has gone on record saying that some of those within the Australian SAS are responsible for some “disturbing and distressing” war crimes. It is also reported that Morrison has already apologized to the Afghan government and is ready to pay compensation to Afghan families for these alleged war crimes all before any trial has even been set!
The fighting in Afghanistan has been the longest of any Australia has ever participated in. Why Australia or the USA is really there no one truly knows! I believe this conflict exists ONLY because it makes a LOT of money for some while costing the lives of others.
Why is it, if Islam is such a religion of peace, there are so many wars going on in those nations dominated by Islam!? Also, why do Western nations poke their noses into Islamic wars that are not theirs and that they cannot or will not win? As I said earlier these conflicts make a LOT of MONEY for some while taking the lives of many others!
In spite of the fact that many Australians have lost their lives in a conflict that has nothing to do with their everyday life back here in Australia it comes as no real surprise that many Australian Muslims are pleased with Morrison and his confession of these supposed war crimes and the promise that compensation will be paid and those Australians responsible will be punished.
Yes, the Religion of Peace through the Islamic Council of Victoria ‘…welcomes the release of the long-awaited Brereton Report and urges timely prosecution of the alleged perpetrators.
It has taken many years to get to this point, a watershed moment no doubt in Australia’s military history, but justice for the families of the victims will only be fulfilled when those accused of these heinous crimes are prosecuted.
The ICV has consulted the leaders of its Afghan member societies and whilst having confidence in the Australian justice system, they were anxious that every effort must be made, and no expense spared, to bring the accused to trial in the shortest possible timeframe.
Sharing those concerns, ICV President Mohamed Mohideen said “It is true that justice delayed is justice denied. The victims have families that have lost their son, husband or father. They are still grieving.”
Beyond the horrific findings of the 39 alleged murders at the hands of Australian soldiers, we must ask why the warning signs were ignored. We must ask how the culture of covering up such behaviour was allowed to fester, where was the accountability? How did the chain of command break down so badly?
“How can we be sure that other abuses have not taken place in Afghanistan or other locations where Australian forces have served?” asks Mr Mohideen. “The Australian Government has an obligation to ensure that there are mechanisms to properly handle and investigate complaints and adequate protection is provided for whistle-blowers” continued Mohideen.
The leaders of the Afghan member societies believe that the families of the victims should be consulted regarding compensation, and that this process should commence immediately. And like many in the community, they are angered that some of the accused have been allowed to continue serving.
When compared with the callous refusal by the Americans and British and others to investigate potential war crimes committed by their forces in Afghanistan, Australia’s response stands out.
The United Nations is an Islamic/Communist institution and as such is a DIVIDER of Nations rather than UNITER! In 2007 the United Nations adopted the ‘Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP)‘. What does the Declaration emphasize? ‘The document emphasizes the rights of indigenous peoples to live in dignity, to maintain and strengthen their own institutions, cultures and traditions and to pursue their self-determined development, in keeping with their own needs and aspirations.’https://www.un.org/esa/socdev/unpfii/documents/faq_drips_en.pdf
Here in Australia Islam has sought to make itself look like a friend of indigenous people even having on one Muslim web site the following logo of the Islamic Crescent and an Aboriginal boomerang.
A quick study of Islam will show that other cultures are always subordinate to Islam.
Now, staying with Australia and the UN’s promotion of Indigenous Peoples there is each year here in Australia what is called NAIDOC week. ‘NAIDOC stands for ‘National Aborigines and Islanders Day Observance Committee’ and this year’s theme is: “Always Was, Always Will Be”. This statement recognises that First Nations people have occupied and cared for this continent for over 65,000 years and were the first explorers, navigators, engineers, farmers, botanists, scientists, diplomats, astronomers and artists.
NAIDOC has grown from one day to a full week of celebrations (from the 8-15 of November) and is not just for our Indigenous communities but a celebration for all Australians.
Note the highlighted eight words above. The first is 65,00 years. That is an evolutionary thesis but not a factual known number. That number of 65,000 is based on assumption and guess work! The second two words are Indigenous tradition. Traditions are good depending on the tradition but does one really believe most indigenous people wish to go back to how they once lived!?
The third is spiritual connection. Now, that is a drawback to paganism and animism. This is clearly not good in that the Creator Himself said I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. It is brutal to tell a people anything else. Thirdly note the ever present promotion of climate change. These six words are used to promote a bias against Europeans, the Christian faith and true science.
The United Nations’ UNDRIP is de-visive, deceiving, destructive and devilish.
The following is a story from 2017 but still pertinent for today. I don’t know about you but this US election is very strange and even more so than the one in 2016. How in the world did Slippery Creepy wonder where I am Joe get the Democrat nomination? Then all this voter fraud! Well, a friend of mine texted me the other day saying that Trump might be the only President that wasn’t a member of the Illuminati and he asked me if I had ever checked it out? I hadn’t so I did a little checking and the following is only one of many articles I found on the subject. Now, it may or may not be of interest but the Sun UK from which this article is taken is owned by Australian/American Rubert Murdoch. Murdoch is despised at least outwardly by the Australian Left. That’s another avenue that I may follow another time but for now if you feel led to leave a comment on what your thoughts are on the following article please do.
‘Believers in the Illuminati conspiracy think each US president is automatically made a key leader in the secret society – so is Trump a member?
The new president appears to have divided the conspiracists on whether or not he has a relationship with the alleged organisation.
The new US president appears to have divided the conspiracists on whether or not he is a member of the Illuminati, with some saying his hand gestures prove his allegiance
The Illuminati conspiracy theory claims the existence of a secret club that is in control of all governments and cultivates a global leadership called the New World Order (NWO).
There are many variations about details of the group, with more extreme theories claiming it is a satanic cult.
One of the groups that feel Trump is an Illuminati member is The Conspiracy Zone.
The Conspiracy Zone website says: “We know that Trump is a mind control programmer.
“If his ego takes him down a road the globalists don’t want him to go, expect him to receive the same end that came to Kennedy.”
The website members also said JFK was a member of the Illuminati, and was assassinated thanks to defecting or speaking out of line.
They aren’t the only ones to link Trump with the cult.
Last September, Janis and Gregory Kaighn filed a lawsuit against Trump just before he won the election saying: “Donald Trump is ineligible to run for president because he is plainly a member of the New World Order.”
David Icke, who shot to fame as a BBC Grandstand presenter and now hosts conferences on his theories such as the Illuminati conspiracy theory, also agrees with Trump’s affiliation.
He called the group the Hidden Hand, and claims they are reptiles in disguise as humans.
He said: “It is not difficult to manipulate choice if you control what those choices are going to be and the choices were Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.
“I think that Trump will be a disaster for those that have put their faith in Trump and they will be disappointed by his time in the White House.”
He also said that it doesn’t matter who is charge ultimately, as the Hidden Hand control the country’s leader.
However, there are conspiracy theorists who think Trump is genuinely an outsider and has gone against the Illuminati when he was selected to be president.
Writer Cory Scarola, however, explored the theory that Trump is fully in charge of the group.
Writing on Inverse.com he said: “Depending on to whom, if anyone, you decide to give credence, Trump is either an Illuminati agent or a New World Order ringleader.
“In either case, conspiracists say his victory in the 2016 election presents a grave threat to the future of American democracy.
“But perhaps more interesting than the theories themselves is the fact that they appear to align in spirit with the feelings many Americans had in the wake of the election: that it was the result of forces we didn’t fully understand until it was too late to reverse them.”
‘If he wins, Joe Biden is considering “one of the worst” possible candidates for U.S. attorney general in Xavier Becerra, a man who not only supports the killing of unborn babies in abortions but also fights to restrict and even jail pro-lifers who are working to save lives.
Becerra currently serves as the attorney general of California. Several news outlets, including the New York Times and Reuters, recently mentioned him as one of Biden’s top contenders for U.S. attorney general, should he be the confirmed presidential winner.
What would make you cry? Would knowing millions of babies around the world are murdered each year cause you to shed a tear? Would knowing thousands of people are sacrificed for their organs each year in China make you weep? Well, ‘In a year where one terrible thing has happened after another, the employees of a Canadian book publishing company has found the latest liberal nightmare: a new book by Jordan Peterson. Apparently, these employees were even reduced to tears when arguing against the book’s release.
On Monday, November 23, Canada’s largest book publishing company, Penguin Random House Canada, announced that it will be publishing the book Beyond Order: 12 More Rules for Life by Jordan Peterson. While the book itself isn’t due out until March 2021, some people found plenty enough to be upset over right now.
In a town hall following the announcement, Penguin Random House Canada employees confronted their executives over the decision to publish a book they deemed to be too “controversial.” Reports from the town hall remark how the employees actually cried while discussing their views of Peterson.
According to Vice News, a junior employee and member of the LGBTQ community disparaged Peterson, stating that “[h]e is an icon of hate speech and transphobia and the fact that he’s an icon of white supremacy, regardless of the content of his book, I’m not proud to work for a company that publishes him.”
Another employee said “people were crying in the meeting about how Jordan Peterson has affected their lives.” They said one co-worker discussed how Peterson had radicalized their father and another talked about how publishing the book will negatively affect their non-binary friend.
“The company since June has been doing all these anti-racist and allyship things and them publishing Peterson’s book completely goes against this. It just makes all of their previous efforts seem completely performative,” the employee added.
At least 70 anonymous messages regarding the book were sent to the company’s diversity and inclusion committee, with only a few in favor of the book’s release.
Employees told Vice News, “if the book isn’t cancelled, they would like Penguin Random House Canada to consider donating the profits from the book to LGBTQ organizations.”
Although the company has not dropped the book – yet – a statement from Penguin Random House has confirmed that they are “open” to hearing employee feedback:
We announced yesterday that we will publish Jordan Peterson’s new book Beyond Order this coming March. Immediately following the announcement, we held a forum and provided a space for our employees to express their views and offer feedback. Our employees have started an anonymous feedback channel, which we fully support. We are open to hearing our employees’ feedback and answering all of their questions. We remain committed to publishing a range of voices and viewpoints.
Heaven forbid a book company should publish something one of its employees doesn’t like. And these employees really don’t like Jordan Peterson, especially if they’re willing to break down and cry about him. Then again, Peterson is no stranger to attracting ridiculous critics.
The Pope is not only WOKE but leans so far left he is good friends with the CCP and others who favor a life of oppression for the masses but not for themselves as they are the elite! That’s why ‘Pope Francis met with five NBA players in Vatican City early Monday morning to discuss the players’ work to raise awareness of social justice issues and labeled the five players as “champions,” according to the Associated Press.
The Woke Pope initiated the meeting by reaching out to the NBA players’ union last week, the two parties quickly scheduled a meeting from there.
The five players were Marco Belinelli, Sterling Brown, Jonathan Isaac, Kyle Korver and Anthony Tolliver. They were also joined by National Basketball Players Association Executive Director Michele Roberts and two other union executives, Sherrie Deans and Matteo Zuretti, according to a statement from the union.
‘In December 2019, the journal Expert Review of Proteomics published a paper I authored with Stephen Taylor titled “Proteomes of the past: the pursuit of proteins in paleontology.”1The article features a table that lists 85 technical reports of still-existing biomaterial—mostly proteins—discovered inside fossils.
Can proteins last millions of years? Not according to decay rate measurements. Five incriminating trends emerged from these 85 secular reports. Our review sharpens the tension between how short a time biochemicals last and the supposed age of the fossils that contain them. We wrote:
Collagen decay rate experimental results build a temporal expectation that restricts bone collagen to archeological time frames, yet many reports of collagen and other proteins in older-than-archeological samples have sprinkled the paleontological literature for decades. Tension between the expectation of lability [susceptibility to chemical breakdown] and observations of longevity has fueled steady debate over the veracity of original biochemistry remnants in fossils.1 Image credit: Thomas, B. and S. Taylor. 2019. Proteomes of the past: the pursuit of proteins in paleontology. Expert Review of Proteomics. 16 (11-12): 881-895.
The 85 reports included descriptions of original skin, connective tissues, flexible and branching blood vessels, bone cells, and probable blood cells. Original biochemistry includes tattered but still-detectable osteocalcin, hemoglobin, elastin, laminin, ovalbumin, PHEX, histone, keratin, chitin, possible DNA, collagen, and collagen sequence—all inside fossil bones.
The first trend we found noted biomaterials from all kinds of different fossilized animals, not just dinosaurs.2 Thus, researchers need not restrict their searches for fossil biomaterials to any specific plant or animal type.
The second trend from all of these reports, which span over a half century of exploration, found no better preservation in one ancient environment over another. Whether living in air, oceans, lakes, swamps, or forests before they were fossilized, fossils could still contain biomaterials.3
Third, a bar graph of the number of relevant publications per year showed an increased interest in this field within the last two decades. Additionally, Figure 5 from our paper plots discoveries onto a world map to show that biomaterials in fossils occur virtually worldwide. We predict that future investigations could discover original biomaterials wherever fossils are found.
The fifth and final trend presents the biggest obstacle for those who insist that rock layers represent vast eons. We found reports of original biomaterials from seven of the 10 standard geologic systems plus one report each from the Precambrian and Ediacaran layers—the bottommost sediments on Earth. As one of our anonymous peer reviewers protested in response to these findings, having biomaterials last over 70 million years—let alone 500 million—is simply fantasy.
Proteins decay relentlessly and relatively fast. Yet protein discoveries keep piling up. Thus, “it is likely that contention will persist.”1 Our secular colleagues now have a sharper look at the vast depth and wide spread of young-looking biomaterials from fossils.
