Genesis 3:18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee…
Matthew 27:29 And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and mocked him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews!
As Asia Bibi continues to wait in a Pakistan prison cell waiting for her execution by hanging for supposedly insulting the prophet Mohammad mocking the Lord Jesus Christ in Australia is assumed to be one way to entice people to consider becoming an organ donor.
‘A provocative new ad campaign featuring Jesus dying on the cross has been released to promote the registration of organ donors in Australia.
The two minute ad, which was made to promote the ‘Dying to Live’ documentary, was made by filmmaker Richard Todd and directed by Richard Bullock. It features Jesus dying on the cross as two guards approach him to humorously prod the religious figure into donating his organs.
The documentary and ad campaign was based on research which found 70% of Australians are willing to donate their organs and tissue, but only 36% are actually registered donors.
“That is why it is important for every Australian to know they can register online via www.dyingtolive.com.au, and to have a conversation with their family. Even if you have already registered, your family can still veto your decision in the hospital during what is of course a very distressing time, and it is important therefore to ‘own’ this decision together,” Todd said in a statement.
The ad campaign for the documentary takes a humorous approach to Jesus’ death, with guards making jokes about not all people going to “eternal paradise” for donating their organs, to which Jesus responds “obviously, I would do it, I am Jesus”.
“We, the Australian public, have it in our power to go from one of the lesser-performing transplant countries in the developed world to one of the best. What a wonderful Christmas present for Australians on the transplant list whose lives are often defined by uncertainty, pain and deteriorating quality,” Todd added.
The following is a sad report regarding what young people believe concerning God and creation. Perhaps, this is part of the reason why today’s society accepts such things as the murder of the unborn being simply a woman’s right, assisted suicide being called dying with dignity, and so-called gender fluidity!
In part the report states;
‘For the past 32 years, we have polled first-year biology students annually at the University of New South Wales concerning their views about evolution and creationism. The purposes of the research were to identify the level of commitment among incoming students to creationist beliefs that could interfere with their receptivity to evolutionary science and to assess in retrospect whether these creationist beliefs were changing over time.
The results have demonstrated a downward shift over time from 60% of the class in 1986 believing a god had something to do with the origin of humans, to 29% in 2017. Conversely, the percentage of students convinced that a god had nothing to do with the origin of humans rose from 25% in 1986 to 62% in 2017. The creationist belief that a god created the world de novo within the last 10,000 years declined from 10% in 1986 to 3.6% in 2017. The decline in the Australian students’ commitment to religious views about divine creation, especially creationism, considerably exceeded the corresponding beliefs among American students and their general public, where belief in creationism while slowly declining appears to have remained in the 40% range, four times that seen in our Australian survey.
The very low and declining levels of commitment to the creationist view that god created humans de novo suggests this view is unlikely to be a significant obstruction to accepting the scientific evidence for evolution. The results of the survey of UNSW students correlate with changes documented in the census of the general Australian public suggesting that our survey results of first-year biology students reflect overall changes in the Australian community as a whole.’
‘This poll was undertaken to inform science teachers in the University of New South Wales about the level of a priori commitment first year university students had for Creationist beliefs. Assessing the extent of commitment among incoming students was regarded to be important because those students were likely to be relatively unresponsive to conventional teaching about scientific evidence supporting the reality of evolution. The outcome of the poll would then inform lecturers about whether more or less effort should be made to communicate scientific understanding about evolution. As revealed over the years, the percentage of students endorsing creationist beliefs has remained very low and is declining. In contrast, the percentage of students convinced that gods had no part in the evolution of humans has grown steeply over time, representing approximately 62% of students surveyed in 2017. That said, approximately 25% of students surveyed in 2017 endorsed a conviction that a god was somehow involved in or influenced the origin of humans. Although their commitment may be less doctrinaire than that of creationists, it also represents a steadily declining proportion of the student body over the years, dropping by 50% since 1986. In all measures of commitment to a role for a god in the origin of humans, Australian students appear to be more rapidly embracing a non-theistic explanation than students in the USA. This may relate at least in part to a difference in the way the cultures of the two countries have developed over time.‘ https://evolution-outreach.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12052-018-0083-9
‘The Canterbury Bankstown Harmony Group has raised grave concerns after the controversial recent visit by Pauline Hanson and Canadian white supremacist Lauren Southern to their local area causing disharmony in the otherwise peaceful community.
The Group held its 12th Interfaith Dinner on Wednesday 8 August 2018 in Punchbowl, Sydney attended by politicians, interfaith leaders and members of the diverse community from the local area.
The event hosted by the founder and current President of the Group Karl Saleh also included presentation of “Interfaith Dialogue Awards” by the special guest Mr Tony Burke MP, Shadow Federal Minister for Citizenship and Multiculturalism…’
‘The President of the Canterbury Bankstown Harmony group, Karl Saleh announced the 2018 theme for the Interfaith Dinner being “Australian Values: Tolerance and Mutual Respect. ”
So, one cannot have opposing views and be welcome to this multi-cultural Harmony Group? Pauline Hanson is an Australian politician but is not welcome to this Harmony Group! Hmmm. Is this Harmony Group slanted toward Islam?
Lauren Southern, a Canadian, is not welcome to attend this Harmony Group! So, each of those attending this Harmony Group are singing from the same page? Is it in Arabic?
Who was in attendance at this meeting?
‘The guests at the interfaith dinner included the following and many more:
The Hon Tony Burke, Shadow Federal Minister for Multiculturalism
Jihad Dib, Shadow NSW Minister for Education

Just wondering, does the Buddhist agree with everything the Muslims believe? If not the harmony is broken especially if the Buddhist speaks openly of those differences. Does the man from the Uniting Church agree with all Islamic teaching such as Jesus is NOT the Son of God? If he does he is not in HARMONY with orthodox Christianity!
This group is scary and too think elected Federal and state officials are not up in arms when a speaker publically declares that “Pauline Hanson and Lauren Southern visit to our area should be ignored and not welcomed”!
This is the way of multi-culturalism?! Muslims need to confess they are sinners and receive the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour as all of us should. Nevertheless, when there are Islamic enclaves there is soon to be Islamic political power and that is when problems for non-Muslims really begin!
It certainly looks as though the Harmony spoken of in the Canterberry Bankstown Harmony Group is tilted toward Islam.
The Australian Victorian state government has gone crazy! It is said the above video was ‘Produced by Keira Leike on behalf of Victorian Department of Health and Human Services Pride Network A video campaign for singular they/them pronouns’!
What a waste of taxpayer dollars. Why would a government push such an illogical absurd issue? What is the real purpose of this questioning one’s gender? They talk about ‘mental health’ and at the same time promote this nonsense!
One cannot go to any higher authority and He said ‘But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.’
Let’s say she was there to see what the people of Lakemba would do how does it justify what the police did? Hmmm, did I just see the door of freedom close?
Watch Dr. Sebastian Gorka put the interviewer in her place at about 5.23. This Australian Broadcasting Corporation programme is typical of most abc news programmes which lean heavily to the left. The sad thing is this leftist propaganda machine is paid for by the Australian taxpayer!
Often the early explorers such as Captain Cook and those Englishmen that followed are called invaders. For example, ‘ Since the European invasion of Australia in 1788, the Aboriginal people have been oppressed into a world unnatural to their existence for thousands of years.’ http://www.aboriginalheritage.org/history/history/
However, when it comes to the Muslims here is another tale.
‘The Welcome to Country was done by the truly remarkable guest speaker, a local Indigenous Muslim elder of the Wurunjeri, Br Hassan Andrew Gardiner.
Br Hassan fascinatingly explained that “there’s been contact between Muslims and Aboriginal people of this land for many hundreds of years. Some of the earliest rock art in the Kimberlys in Northern Australia show two-masted ships such as those you would see in the Nile River in Egypt.”
He mentioned the Indonesian fishermen and the Afghan cameleers and the peaceful relationship Muslims have historically had with aboriginal people.
“There’s been past wrongs and injustices against aboriginal people… and I find an affinity between what’s happening with the Palestinians now to be very similar.” Br Hassan said.
This being welcomed into the country is sickening. This is Australia and it is supposedly ‘multicultural’ Australia. Yet, this Aboriginal Muslim has praise for those of the Islamic faith but not so much for the English that gave them the English language, English law, the Word of God, etc. etc. Just look at any nation that has been taken over by a Muslim majority and eventually Sharia is imposed on the people. That nation is a place where no non-Muslim would desire to live and that is seen in modern day so-called immigration.
As for being welcomed to the land, Australia belongs to Australians. One of the blessings from the English arrival the Gospel was preached and has been now for over two hundred years. Whether one agrees with the word ‘invasion’ or not we should be thankful that the Gospel was brought here and as the Lord Jesus said ‘And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” and many including Aboriginals have been set free from the power and penalty of sin and are on their way to heaven!
Australia seems to be in a rush to catch Europe and the UK in punishing people for speaking what they believe to be true. For example: ‘Television host Sonia Kruger has become a poster girl for Far-Right groups in Australia after a vilification complaint was made against her when she called for an end to Muslim migration.
The groups claim the case against Kruger is an attack on free speech, and believe she is being persecuted for speaking her mind when she said during a segment on Channel Nine’s Today program in 2016 that there was a correlation between the number of terror attacks in a country, and the number of Muslim people who lived there.
“Personally I would like to see [Muslim migration] stopped now for Australia. Because I want to feel safe, as all of our citizens do, when they go out to celebrate Australia Day,” she said during the segment.
Muslim man Sam Ekermawi filed a racial vilification complaint against Kruger, which the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal recently ruled will be given a full hearing.
This is the television spot that got Sonia into all this trouble.
Well, exactly what is vilification?

Now, consider the following which occurred under a Federal Labor Government in 2012.
‘ONE of the Muslim world’s best-known and most successful motivational speakers, Tareq Al Suwaidan, is about to start another tour of Australia, following a sell-out visit two years ago… His opening address, this Saturday, will be at the Robert Blackwood hall at Monash University in Melbourne, before further lectures in Melbourne and Sydney, finishing on June 18… Dr Suwaidan – who lectures in English in Australia – is a leader of the Muslim Brotherhood in Kuwait, and general manager of Al-Resalah (The Message), an Arabic language satellite TV station funded by Prince al-Waleed bin Talal of Saudi Arabia…. In an interview for Al-Quds, a TV station affiliated with Hamas, he said 10 weeks ago: “I can change the positions of some Westerners, but at the end of the day, power lies with the politicians, who are influenced by two things only: money and the media, both of which are controlled by the Jews. “So we must not rely on Western aid or on Western popular sympathy. These are minor things. We rely upon Allah and then upon our armed resistance in obtaining our rights.” He said his foremost cause is that of Palestine and Jerusalem. “The most dangerous thing facing the Muslims is not the (Arab) dictatorships. The absolutely most dangerous thing is the Jews. They are the greatest enemy.”‘ https://www.heraldsun.com.au/blogs/andrew-bolt/go-to-monash-uni-for-another-lecture-on-the-enemies-of-allah/news-story/6342761cdc7724ed9ca0a3c32e78c897
Sadly, in Australia the freedom of speech is only for a few; so it seems.
