‘We, a group of international lawyers and a judge, hereby are conducting criminal investigation modelled after the United States Grand Jury proceedings.
This Grand Jury Investigation serves as a model legal proceeding to present to a jury (consisting of the citizens of the world) all available evidence of COVID-19 Crimes Against Humanity to date against “leaders, organizers, instigators and accomplices” who aided, abetted or actively participated in the formulation and execution of a common plan for a pandemic.
Crimes to be investigated include all acts performed or omitted by a person in pursuance of a common design to commit Crimes Against Humanity, and all such criminal acts condemned in the various communities of jurors around the world.
This investigation is of the people, by the people and for the people and shall be referred to as the ‘Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion.
Having been unable to find a court to hear the actual evidence in the current system´s courts of law, we are undertaking this proceeding outside of the current system and based on natural law. This, in turn is founded on the firm belief that every person can easily distinguish between good and evil, and between right and wrong.
The allegation is that the world’s governments have come under the controlling influence of corrupt and criminal power structures.
They colluded to stage a pandemic that they had been planning for years. To this end they deliberately created mass panic through false statements of fact and a socially engineered psychological operation whose messages they conveyed through the corporate media.
The purpose of this mass panic was to persuade the population to agree to the so-called “vaccinations” which have in the meantime be proven to be neither effective, nor safe, but extremely dangerous, even lethal.
The economic, social, and health damage that these Crimes Against Humanity have caused to the world’s population can be measured in quadrillions of dollars.
The lawyers listed below, with the assistance of a number of highly respected scientists and experts from around the globe and under the auspices of a judge from Portugal, will conduct this Grand Jury Investigation and thereby provide the jury (the citizens of the world) with a complete picture of these Crimes Against Humanity.
The ‘Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion´s investigation´s purpose is twofold: On the one hand it is to serve as a model proceeding and get indictments against some of the criminally and civilly responsible figure heads of these Crimes against Humanity. And on the other hand it is – through showing a complete picture of what we are facing, including the geopolitical and historical backdrop – to create awareness about:
the factual collapse of the current, hijacked system and its institutions, and, as a consequence
the necessity for the people themselves retaking their sovereignty, and
the necessity to first stop this plandemic´s measures by refusing to comply, and
the necessity to jump-start their own new system of health care, education, economics and judiciary, so that democracy and the rule of law on the basis of our constitutions will be reestablished.’ All six of the videos may be viewed here https://peoplesworldwar.com/grand-jury-proceeding-by-the-peoples-court-of-public-opinion/
‘How dare Maine parents raise questions about the education of their children!
Who do they think they are?
After all, Maine’s K-12 public schools are doing an outstanding job preparing the next generation of Mainers for meaningful careers, further education, and good citizenship. We’re getting a great return on the hundreds of millions of dollars we spend every year on public education, aren’t we?
OK, I’m being sarcastic.
In fact, I believe sarcasm and ridicule are entirely appropriate in response to a lame Leftist hit piece attacking me for calling attention to what’s going on in Maine’s failing and dysfunctional public schools.
Titled, Book bans: Marginalized people deserve to have their stories told, the column by Aspen Ruhlin was published by the Maine Beacon, the online propaganda organ of the radically woke Maine Peoples Alliance. Ruhlin is a self-proclaimed “queer” transgender advocate who uses the plural pronouns “they” and “their,” and works at a Bangor abortion clinic.
Ruhlin cites the Hampden school district (Regional School Unit 22) in eastern Maine as a hotbed of right-wing opposition to what she refers to as the “bogeyman” of Critical Race Theory, and she singles me out as one of the leaders “in the fight against literature” at Hampden schools.
Here’s the rest of the story.
Three years ago, during my last of four terms in the Maine House of Representatives, I sponsored a bill to outlaw political indoctrination in Maine’s K-12 public-school classrooms. Based on model legislation drafted by the David Horowitz Freedom Center, the proposed legislation would have barred teachers from singling out one racial group of students as responsible for the suffering or inequities of another racial group of students.
In a nutshell, that’s exactly what Critical Race Theory (CRT) does.
The public hearing on the bill drew strong support and voluminous testimony from scores of parents and taxpayers across the state, who provided first-hand accounts of the overt left-wing bias in K-12 classroom instruction. But the education committee sided with the teachers’ unions and their allies in the Maine Department of Education who opposed the legislation, so the bill never made it to the full Legislature for a vote.
Last year the bill was introduced again, prompting another round of passionate testimony in committee that resulted in a party-line vote to advance the bill to the full Legislature. After a robust floor debate in the House and Senate, the bill was defeated on a party-line vote in both chambers, an outcome that sets the stage for making CRT indoctrination an issue in state legislative races this year.
With that legislative history in mind, let’s examine Ruhlin’s claim that conservatives are pushing for “book bans” in Hampden and elsewhere across Maine.
First of all, nobody I know is proposing to “ban” any books. Parents who want their children exposed to the racist, revolutionary claptrap known as Critical Race Theory are free to purchase that material on their own dime. The same goes for the demented LGBTQ+ propaganda that encourages kids in elementary school to pick their preferred pronouns and choose among dozens of different genders.
Let’s not “ban” these books. Just keep that woke rubbish out of public-school libraries, and off teachers’ recommended reading lists. That’s all parents are asking of their servants who sit on local school boards.
In Hampden, I filed several Freedom of Access Act (FOAA) requests to find out the extent to which the district was engaged in CRT brainwashing. After some initial foot-dragging and stone-walling, superintendent Regan Nickels provided me with the requested public records.
What I discovered is that the school district paid thousands of dollars for teacher training material that reeks of racial profiling, racial stereotyping, and racial scapegoating. Hosted by the Augusta-based non-profit Cultural Competence Institute, these online trainings are grounded in the sacred texts of the CRT cult, including the rabidly racist “White Fragility” by Robin Diangelo.
My FOAA request only confirmed what was already obvious: that the Hampden school district is deeply infected with the twin plagues of CRT indoctrination and LGBTQ+ gender-bender madness.
That became clear late last year when the Maine Department of Education (MDOE) named Kelsey Stoyanova, a middle school teacher in the district, the Maine Teacher of the Year. The educrats in Augusta specifically cited Stoyanova’s recommended reading list for students as a key factor in her selection.
The MDOE press release praised Stoyanova for highlighting BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, & People of Color) and LGBTQIA+ authors. Silly me! I thought showing preference for someone based on their skin color is the textbook definition of racism. But never mind.
Stoyanova’s copied-and-pasted-from-the-internet reading list is a mother lode of woke propaganda that promotes racial scapegoating and normalizes kinky sex for minor children. One of the children’s books she recommends is titled “Middle School’s a Drag,” a fun-filled fictional celebration of a 13-year-old drag queen.
I could go on and on and on detailing the pornographic content both on Stoyanova’s reading list and in the libraries of the Hampden school district, but I think I’ve made my point. In any case, Ruhlin herself puts a bold-faced exclamation point on this madness with her praise for “Gender Queer”, an illustrated book with graphic depictions of minor children engaged in fellatio. It’s on the shelves of the Bonny Eagle High School library in rural Cumberland County in southern Maine.
In closing, consider this: Maine’s K-12 public schools have dumbed down students to such a degree that educational assessment test results are in the tank. And they were in the tank long before the COVID lockdowns. Whether it’s reading or math or science, our local indoctrination centers are stuck in a rut where more than half of Maine students are below or well below grade level in these basic subject areas.
That’s a scandal in and of itself. Coupled with partisan political indoctrination and X-rated kiddie porn, “scandalous” is much too mild a term to describe what’s going on in Maine’s government-run K-12 schools.’https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/2022/04/racial-profiling-kiddie-porn-replace-three-rs-lawrence-lockman/
Unbelievable that ‘A war is raging three thousand miles away from Jerusalem between two nations that share no borders with Israel, and in which it has no troops, no interests, and no involvement.
And yet somehow the war between Russia and Ukraine has come to be about Israel.
“Israel Needs to Make Up Its Mind on Ukraine,” a Foreign Policy Magazine op-ed blares as if the Jewish State were somehow a major player in a war between two much larger countries thousands of miles away. It’s as absurd as demanding that the Dominican Republic (which is still larger than Israel) make up its mind on the border clashes between India and China.
“Israel’s reaction to #Ukraine will have bearing on future aid from the US to #Israel,” Rep. Adam Kinzinger warned on Twitter. Whatever “bearing” it has won’t come from the Never Trumper ex-Republican who is retiring after becoming unelectable. But that hasn’t stopped him, or assorted politicians and media outlets, from threatening Israel anyway.
“Ukraine asked Israel – no bigger fan of Israel than Lindsey Graham – for Stingers, and apparently Israel said no,” Senator Graham said. “So I’m going to get on the phone with Israel – you know, we stand up for Israel with the Iron Dome.”
The only thing more baffling than why Graham felt the need to refer to himself in the third person is why the senator is demanding that Israel supply U.S. missiles to Ukraine. Isn’t that his job?
Despite Israel delivering 230 tons of humanitarian aid, including bulletproof ambulances, setting up a field hospital, and taking in thousands of refugees, the pressure campaign insists that it isn’t doing enough. And that the war not only involves Israel, but the outcome depends on it.
There’s notably much less interest in India, a country of 1.3 billion, which buys Russian oil, has close ties to Russia, and refused to condemn the invasion, than in Israel, a country of 6.5 million, which doesn’t buy Russian oil and did vote to condemn the invasion at the UN.
No matter what the position on the war is, the consensus is that Israel is doing the wrong thing.
The Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft, a Soros-Koch project that attacks America for being too tough on China, Iran, and Russia, demanded to know, “Why is Israel MIA on Ukraine-Russia crisis?” The outrage at Israel for not being involved enough in the Ukraine crisis is being directed by the same leftist-libertarian group that is warning against America getting involved with articles like, “Washington Should Think Twice Before Launching a New Cold War”.
The Catch 22 hypocrisy is as obvious as the hate. If Israel is involved in a war, it’s evil, but if it’s not involved in a war, it’s also evil. Whatever Israel does or doesn’t do is an outrage.
The hatred of Israel never had anything to do with the so-called “Palestinians”, the Arabs, Muslims, or anyone in the Middle East. That’s why the same political interests are capable of taking a war in Ukraine thousands of miles away and making it all about the Jewish State.
The Ukraine war has trotted out the familiar toolbox of tropes with the insistence that Israel somehow has the ability to resolve a war it didn’t make, even as Israel’s Prime Minister Bennett scrambles around on the impossible mission of bringing peace to people who don’t want it.
There’s the Holocaust inversion with Zelensky and assorted critics depicting Ukraine as the new Jews facing a new Holocaust, with the Jews now reinvented as the unfeeling bystanders. And that leads to the anti-Zionist contention that Israel’s nationhood is at odds with “Jewish values”.
“Ukraine War Ignites Israeli Debate Over Purpose of a Jewish State,” the New York Times argued, complaining that Israel hadn’t taken in enough refugees after it took in 15,000.
(The number of Ukrainian refugees taken in by the New York Times is estimated at zero.)
Compare that to France, which took in 26,000 Ukrainian refugees, despite being ten times the size of Israel. But France, like India, isn’t full of Jews. And so there’s no contention that France which, proportionally took in far less refugees than Israel, should just stop existing.
The magical ability to make any war anywhere about Israel with the same set of familiar anti-Zionist tropes shows that these arguments were never contextual responses to regional conflicts, but a general opposition to the existence of Israel regardless of anything else.
Whatever war is going on wherever, it’s Israel’s fault and evidence that it shouldn’t exist.
The media’s attempts to link Israel to the war in Ukraine are often so tenuous as to take on their own form of surreal absurdity.
NPR found it vitally important to write an entire story based around the fact that there was a bar named the Putin Pub in Jerusalem (it’s since been renamed). When a media outlet is this desperate to negatively connect Israel to the Ukraine war, the agenda is clear.
(This is the same media outlet which claimed that it didn’t want to report on Hunter Biden’s laptop because, “We don’t want to waste our time on stories that are not really stories.”)
Ukraine’s government has colluded in the international hate campaign against Israel.
Zelensky and his government have berated Israel, exploited the Holocaust and demanded everything from Iron Dome (designed to stop crude rockets shot by terrorists, not a full assault by a world power) and the Pegasus cyberwarfare tool (it won’t stop Russian tanks), pushing for Israeli sanctions on Russia even while his government refuses to stop doing business with Iran.
In the latest bid, the Ukrainian government is demanding security guarantees from Israel, despite the fact that Israel is a country of 8,600 square miles while Ukraine encompasses 233,000 square miles. Ukraine is not only vastly bigger than Israel, it has seven times Israel’s population. That’s like Canada demanding security guarantees from Cyprus.
But that’s just the ex-comedian doing what he does. In his lecture to Congress, Zelensky invoked Pearl Harbor and 9/11, when addressing the Arabs, he brought up Syria, while speaking to the Japanese parliament, he called the Russian invasion a “tsunami” and referenced Japan’s nuclear disaster. The shallow formula of namechecking deep traumas in other countries while linking them to Ukraine and complaining they’re not doing enough to stop history from repeating itself has become a trite routine to anyone actually paying attention.
It’s the media’s fault for gleefully weaponizing Zelensky’s pressure campaign and amplifying outright antisemitism from leftists and Islamists who are happily exploiting the narrative.
Continuing his virtual world tour, Zelensky phoned in to Qatar’s Doha Forum. The Emir of the Islamic terror state of Qatar had opened the event by comparing “Palestinians” to Ukraine.
The Al Thani scion allied with Iran and Hamas then complained that, “The accusation of anti-Semitism is now used wrongly against everyone who criticizes Israel’s policies.”
Or, like Qatar’s Al Jazeera propaganda channel, broadcasts raw uncut antisemitism.
Back home the propaganda campaign against Israel is offset with weapons-grade levels of hypocrisy as bad actors tied to totalitarian regimes berate Israel over Russia and Ukraine.
William Cohen, Bill Clinton’s Secretary of Defense, went on CNN to rant to Christiane Amanpour that he was “deeply disappointed” with Israel. Cohen (despite his last name, he’s a Unitarian) and Amanpour both have a long history of hating Israel. And taking cheap shots at it.
“Are you with the Russians or are you with the United States and the West? They do have to make a decision here,” Cohen railed.
Amanpour neglected to mention that the Cohen Group has an office in Beijing, that Cohen serves on the Board of Directors of the U.S.-China Business Council and that his group includes “Chinese nationals with extensive experience in Chinese government ministries”.
The Cohen Group also boasts of “decades of experience working with officials in Moscow”, and “building relationships with government decision makers”.
Two years ago, Cohen was claiming that “President Putin is going to try and step in and be the peacemaker here” between America and Iran.
“I’m a bit more optimistic that the Russians will come in as a peacemaker,” he told CNBC.
This exciting new hatred of Israel is not about Ukraine, any more than the old variety was about the “Palestinians”. Hating Israel is in the end always about one thing and one thing alone.
Hating Jews.’https://www.frontpagemag.com/fpm/2022/03/ukraine-shows-hating-israel-isnt-about-daniel-greenfield/
Either this poll is wrong or those asked are just “stupid”. ‘As the Senate moves closer to confirming Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson as the first Black woman ever to serve on the Supreme Court, a new poll released Wednesday indicated she has widespread support from the public.
Two-thirds of Americans said that if they were senators they would vote to confirm Jackson, according to a Marquette Law School poll. Nearly half of the poll’s respondents described the appellate judge as “very qualified” to serve on the nation’s highest court.’https://www.aol.com/news/two-thirds-americans-back-judge-100218463.html
Not surprisingly, “Benedict Arnold” ‘Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, said Tuesday in a CNN interview that if former President Donald Trump won the 2024 election, the NATO alliance would be significantly damaged. Romney, the 2012 GOP presidential nominee, said NATO members would wonder whether they could continue to count on the United States.
“If he were to come back as the U.S. president, I think it would represent a pretty dramatic departure for the world, and they would rethink whether they can count on the United States to lead NATO to lead other nations as they push back against China and against Russia,” Romney said’https://www.aol.com/news/romney-nato-rethink-u-relationship-204421021.html
Before he took his nap ‘President Biden received his second COVID-19 booster dose at the White House on Wednesday, a day after the Food and Drug Administration authorized a fourth dose, or second booster shot, of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines for adults age 50 and older and immunocompromised groups.
As had been the case with his previous doses, Biden, 79, received the shot on camera, part of the administration’s effort to promote vaccinations.
He declined to answer shouted questions from reporters about Russian President Vladimir Putin’s monthlong war in Ukraine.
“I’m feeling great,” Biden said as he received a booster for the Pfizer vaccine. “It didn’t hurt a bit.”‘https://www.aol.com/news/biden-receives-second-covid-19-175021595.html
When I was a boy growing up in Iowa there was a woodpecker that loved to wake me up early in the morning pecking on a tree outside my window. As a young man I never really gave it much thought other it was annoying but there was more going on than just pecking.
‘If you have ever banged a nail into wood and then tried to extract it you will know how hard it is to overcome the friction that holds the nail into the wood. Woodpeckers are well known for banging their beaks into tree trunks and branches and extracting them at an incredibly rapid rate. Scientists have wondered if the birds’ beaks ever get stuck, and how could the birds extract them. Researchers at the University of Antwerp took high speed videos of black woodpeckers (Dryocopus martius) banging their beaks into wood and it seems their beaks get stuck in about one third of their bangs. However, they are able to quickly extricate them and carry on banging at approximate three pecks per second. The researchers closely studied the video recordings to see how they did this. The birds do not simply wrench their beaks out – they face the same problem as with the banged in nail. Instead, they go through a manoeuvre where they rotate the head end of the beak up, leaving the tip still stuck in the wood. This creates a gap between the upper and lower beak. They then bend their head slightly forward, which pulls the lower beak back, and closes the gap between the upper and lower beak, but leaves a tiny gap between the lower beak and the wood. By sliding the upper and lower beaks along one another the bird is able to “walk” its beak out of the wood. The upper and lower parts of the beak can easily slide on one another as they have smooth keratin surfaces. All this happens in around 70 milliseconds.
Scientists have wondered why woodpeckers have flexible joints between their beak and their skull, as having a rigid skull would make their hammering more forceful. Now we know. The ability to move different sections of the skull and beak is called cranial kinesis and the researchers concluded their study “demonstrates the counter-intuitive value of maintaining cranial kinesis in a species adapted to deliver forceful impacts”.

ED. COM. The scientists were surprised at the high rate of woodpeckers getting stuck, which should lead them to ask: why would a bird take up banging its beak into trees if it was going to get stuck every third bang? Unless, of course, it already had a means of extricating itself. Furthermore, who taught the birds to carry out this precision manoeuvre? It is not just enough to have flexible joints. When it gets stuck the bird has to recognise the problem as well as have the nervous system control to carry out the exact movement needed. It is just as well woodpeckers were designed by the Creator who is smarter than evolution-believing human scientists. Otherwise partly evolved woodpeckers would get jammed in trees and die out in the Darwinian struggle for life.’https://mailchi.mp/creationresearch.net/creation-research-email-news-update-16th-march-1167063?e=ce21bf0337
