The Democratic Mayor of Philadelphia, Michael Nutter, (yes, Michael is his real name) recently said of the incident in which a pig’s head was thrown on the foot path in front of a mosque that “Someone tried to desecrate the mosque and its peaceful people.” He went on to say “That, of course, will not be tolerated”.
