Does anything shock us anymore? This is so true in the West and the USA in particular. It did not begin with Biden but it did begin many years before. Now, you and I know Biden is not capable of running this corrupt organization, called the US Government, but there are those devils (Obama and others) in the background manipulating the various organizations such as the FBI and DOJ. If you agree with me so far, you will be find this video interesting. https://rumble.com/v4m4xnc-ep38-exposed-daughter-of-anti-trump-judge-merchan-in-alvin-bragg-trial.html
Proverbs 14:9 Fools make a mock at sin…
‘Dr. Francis Collins, former NIH Director and current “science advisor” to Joe Biden, has long proclaimed himself and Dr. Anthony Fauci as “not political figures.” But newly leaked audio, obtained by The Daily Wire’s Meg Basham, tells a far different story.
The audio was taken on October 26th, 2021 at an event hosted by Christianity Today in conjunction with the Institute of Politics (a leftwing organization founded by David Axelrod). Russell Moore, a favorite among socially left-leaning “evangelicals” like David French and Beth Moore, conducted the interview portion that included Collins.
What followed was the mocking of Christians, the dismissal of individual rights, and false assertions about the legalities involved with vaccine mandates. But rest assured, none of this was political per Collins’ self-description.
“The US government does have the authority to mandate vaccinations if there is an outbreak that is threatening people, because it’s not just about you, it’s about the people you’re going to infect,” Collins claimed, even though science journals were already reporting by that point that vaccinated people were just as likely to spread the then-dominant Delta variant as those who were unvaccinated.
Collins went on to ask rhetorically, “Do [mandates] convince people who otherwise wouldn’t get them?” He answered himself, “Oh yeah, especially if it means losing your job.”
Perhaps Collins should opine less on legal issues because that turned out to be objectively false. As most are aware, the Supreme Court ended up striking down the Biden administration’s federal vaccine mandate. Collins tried to cite Jacobson vs. Massachusetts, a 1905 case that involved state-level mandates, in the interview, again showing his lack of knowledge of the topic. The lack of empathy shown to those losing their jobs over a mandate that was scientifically pointless (everyone spreads COVID) is also striking.
Later, Collins would go on to outright mock Christians who value personal freedom from the government.’https://redstate.com/bonchie/2022/03/08/leaked-audio-shows-former-nih-director-trashing-christians-at-event-hosted-by-christianity-today-n533136
‘Really, what did anyone expect?
“Four Taliban members swapped for Bowe Bergdahl now in Afghan government,” by Samuel Chamberlain, New York Post, September 7, 2021:
Four of the five Taliban members released from Guantanamo Bay by the Obama administration in 2014 in exchange for admitted US Army deserter Bowe Bergdahl are part of the Islamic fundamentalist group’s new hardline government in Afghanistan, according to local media reports.
The four members of the so-called “Taliban Five” who have joined the new government are Acting Director of Intelligence Abdul Haq Wasiq, Acting Minister of Borders and Tribal Affairs Norullah Noori, Deputy Defense Minister Mohammad Fazl, and Acting Minister of Information and Culture Khairullah Khairkhah. The fifth member of the Taliban Five, Mohammad Nabi Omari, was appointed governor of eastern Khost Province last month.
Afghan outlet TOLOnews published a list Tuesday of members of the new “caretaker” government, which features several familiar faces who helped run the war-torn country between 1996 and 2001 — when the Taliban were forced from power by US-led NATO forces following the 9/11 attacks.
Wasiq, Fazl, and Khairkhah all held positions in the former Taliban government — Wasiq as a deputy intelligence chief, Fazl as army chief of staff, and Khairkhah as interior minister.
According to assessments written in 2008 by leadership at Guantanamo Bay and later made public by Wikileaks, Wasiq “utilized his office to support [Al Qaeda] and to assist Taliban personnel elude capture” and “was central to the Taliban’s efforts to form alliances with other Islamic fundamentalist groups to fight alongside the Taliban against U.S. and Coalition forces” in the early days of the Afghanistan war.
The same assessments said that Fazl was alleged to have had “operational associations with significant al Qaeda and other extremist personnel.”
Fazl and Noori, who was governor of two northern Afghan provinces during the earlier Taliban regime, are also accused of ordering the massacres of ethnic Hazara, Tajik, and Uzbek communities in the city of Mazar-i-Sharif in 1998.
Khairkhah, who helped found the Taliban in 1994, allegedly took part in “meetings with Iranian officials seeking to support hostilities against U.S. and Coalition Forces” following the invasion of Afghanistan in 2001, according to the 2008 assessments. He also was the governor of western Herat province between 1999 and 2001 and was known as “one of the major opium drug lords in western Afghanistan,” US military leadership found.
Despite the assessments recommending “continued detention” for the five, then-President Barack Obama signed off on an agreement that sprung the men from Gitmo in exchange for the release of Bergdahl, who had been taken captive by the Taliban after walking away from an observation post in Paktika Province in June 2009.
“The United States of America does not ever leave our men and women in uniform behind,” Obama said at a Rose Garden ceremony announcing Bergdahl’s release on May 31, 2014.
As Bergdhal returned to the United States, the Taliban Five were flown to Qatar, where much of the Taliban’s political leadership resided at the time. Among those aghast by the price paid for Bergdahl’s return was then Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), who told CBS’ “Face The Nation” that the Taliban Five were “the hardest of the hard core” and “the highest high-risk people.”
In 2015, Bergdahl was charged by the military with desertion with intent to shirk important or hazardous duty and one count of misbehavior before the enemy by endangering the safety of his fellow soldiers. In 2017, he pleaded guilty to both charges and was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, a reduction in rank and a fine. Bergdahl has since appealed to federal court in a bid to get his conviction overturned.
The new Taliban government also features Acting Interior Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani, who is on the FBI’s most-wanted list with a $5 million bounty on his head and is believed to still be holding at least one American hostage. He headed the feared Haqqani network that is blamed for many deadly attacks and kidnappings….’https://www.jihadwatch.org/2021/09/four-taliban-members-obama-traded-for-deserter-bergdahl-are-in-the-new-afghan-government
Discipline in schools is racist again under Obama’s third term!
‘The U.S. Department of Education under the new Biden administration may reinstate an Obama-era guideline that incentivizes school districts to use racial quotas in school discipline, according to an education watchdog.
Washington D.C. attorney and education expert Hans Bader recently sounded the alarm on the development, writing in Liberty Unyielding that during a May event co-hosted by the Education and Justice departments that speakers signaled plans to bring back Obama administration guidelines that encouraged administrators to discipline racial student groups at the same rate.
“Speakers at the event repeatedly treated higher minority discipline rates as being the fault of school officials, rather than the misbehaving kids,” according to Bader.’ https://www.thecollegefix.com/education-department-eyes-racial-quotas-in-school-discipline-expert-warns/

According to Obummer the company that was too big to go broke will eventually go broke when you and I along with millions of other hapless commoners go broke. However, that aside, there is ‘Good news for the climate woke: General Motors has pledged to stop making gas-powered cars and trucks by 2035 and sell only zero-tail-pipe emission vehicles. At the rate GM has been declining over the years the first part sounds quite plausible. The New York Times is chuffed about the second, saying “The announcement is likely to put pressure on automakers around the world to make similar commitments.” Well, perhaps. Except that the company boasted in January 2020 that, at least domestically, “We’ve focused our resources on what our customers want – crossovers and trucks – and that has paid off”. So why pivot to cars the customers don’t want? Maybe the real plan is to lobby governments to step in and subsidize trendy green cars for the few who want them at the expense of the many who do not. In which case everybody loses, except the carmakers who cleverly replace sales in the market with subsidies from the state.
At the risk of seeming catty, we might observe that General Motors is, like the New York Times whose print circulation fell by half between 2005 and 2017, a once-mighty brand that is having trouble retaining customers in a changed world. For instance its Oldsmobile division, the oldest surviving American car marque by 2004, folded in that year because the world had passed it by and ad campaigns like “This is not your father’s Oldsmobile” became infamous how-not-to examples of wrecking a troubled brand. Like, we venture to caution, the legacy media ruthlessly excluding any notion that there are two sides to the climate debate at a time of plunging revenues and audiences turned off by substituting bias for opinion, let alone news, without self-awareness.
GM has been through bankruptcy once and seems to be recovering, and remains one of the world’s largest car companies including massive operations in China. But it has quality issues and despite its very woke approach to philanthropy and to hydrogen as well as flex-fuel cars including of course the Volt, it’s only one or two very bad bets away from being a museum piece like, um, Pontiac or Saturn, or a subsidy-dependent shell of its former self. And here we note that they have sold perhaps 200,000 Volts total, out of annual sales that were over 10 million in 2016 but already down to under 8 million by 2019.
Of course it’s always possible that they’ll make a ton of money on green cars and everyone else will rush to imitate them. Because the good thing about the announcement is that it’s about consumer choice. As it should be. Unless, as noted, it’s about getting your grill deep into the subsidy trough because you can’t make money the old-fashioned way.’ https://climatediscussionnexus.com/2021/02/03/not-your-fathers-oldsmobile/
