This gender confusion issue pushed by the Left is out of control in many Australian states so the Australian Christian Lobby has printed pamphlets for distribution seeking to tell the truth.
However, the Victorian state ‘…Attorney-General Jacklyn Symes described the Australian Christian Lobby’s pamphlets on the recently passed Change or Suppression (Conversion) legislation as “hurtful, harmful and wrong.” However, she didn’t mention that the legislation bans LGBTIQA+ people who want help from getting help [Section 5(1)], and prosecutes parents who want to encourage their gender confused children to wait, rather than rushing into irreversible gender transitioning treatment [Section 64].
These ACL pamphlets seek to bring out truth and raise awareness in the community. And, LGBTIQA+ people should have the freedom to explore other options and seek counselling rather than limiting them to only one option – gender transitioning.
What is concerning about Section 5(1) of this legislation is that even those who consent to get help cannot get it. This harms LGBTIQA+ people by robbing them of their true freedom of choice.
In addition, Section 64 amends the Family Violence Protection Act 2008 to allow authorities to investigate and prosecute parents who help their children understand and be at ease with their own biological sex before deciding on gender transitioning treatments.
With gender theory being taught extensively in all state schools to children as young as primary level, children who return home with confusion over their gender will lose the opportunity to have proper conversation with their parents.Parents will either be forced to affirm their child’s preferred gender, or risk being investigated or prosecuted for “family violence” that is deemed to cause either emotional or psychological harm by “changing or suppressing” their child’s desired gender identity.
Out of love and care for families in the community, children, and the LGBTIQA+ community, the ACL pamphlets intend to help parents be aware of the danger of this legislation and avoid litigation. It is also ACL’s wish to advocate for the true freedom of gender confused children and the LGBTIQA+ community. If they are seeking help and consent to receive it, they deserve help in any form.
How are ACL’s pamphlets “hurtful, harmful and wrong” or “derogatory” and “appalling” when they tell the truth about passed legislation and reveal the hidden risks?
When a “Christian” school needs to hire someone for “diversity and inclusion” perhaps there’s a BIGGER problem!
‘A former NFL player who served as a diversity officer at Liberty University has sued the Christian school for $8 million, claiming his firing violated the Civil Rights Act and the Virginia Human Rights Act.
In a complaint filed Friday in federal court for the Western District of Virginia, Kelvin Edwards, a former executive vice president of management efficiencies and diversity, alleges that he was fired because Liberty’s acting president Jerry Prevo does not value diversity.
Edward was hired in the summer of 2020, according to the complaint, to take a leadership role in the Office of Equity and Inclusion, which seeks to keep the school “free from unbiblical and unlawful discrimination.”
The job offer included a $275,000 salary, a $1,500 a month car allowance, scholarships for Edwards and his family, and a new home, according to the complaint. To take the job, Edwards states that his wife left a teaching job and he left a job at a car dealership in Texas, where the family formerly lived.
The complaint alleges that the school committed to Edwards for 10 years during the recruiting process.
A former Liberty University football star who went on to play in for the Dallas Cowboys and New Orleans Saints, Edwards cited his close ties to the Falwell family in a press release announcing his return to the school.
The hiring of Edwards and football coach Turner Gill at Liberty was touted as part of the school’s “ongoing efforts indiversity,” according to the press release, dated August 4, 2020.
“I warmly refer to Liberty’s founder, the late Dr. Jerry Falwell, Sr., as my ‘father’ not only because of the intimate relationship and mentorship between us, but also because current President Jerry Falwell and I formed a fast and easy brotherhood as college dorm mates,” Edwards said. “My wife, Tiawna, and I are excited to continue our relationship with Liberty University and to uphold the charge of building Champions for Christ.”
Jerry Falwell Jr. resigned as president of Liberty three weeks after Edwards was hired.
Not long afterward, the complaint alleges, Liberty’s acting president, Jerry Prevo, told Edwards there was “confusion” about his role.
“It became clear that Prevo did not believe in diversity efforts based at Liberty,” the complaint alleges. “In fact, during that same time frame, Mr. Edwards heard Prevo comment there were ‘too many people’ in diversity and inclusion.”
The complaint also claims that only two of 28 executives and senior leaders at Liberty are African American.
In a July 5 statement to a local television station, the school said that “Liberty University rejects the claims of Kelvin Edwards and will prove them false through the legal process.” The statement also said that Prevo had determined that hiring Edwards was “among his predecessor’s mistakes” but claimed the school had tried to find him another job with the institution.
The school said that it is committed to diversity and that Prevo has increased the budget for diversity efforts. “The University and its president are fully committed to racial and ethnic inclusion and diversity throughout Liberty, including on its faculty, in its student body and staff, and on its executive team,” the statement read.

Halton has been on ABC news this week talking up Morrison’s proposed vaccine deal with the ‘Covax Facility’ – which is an alliance co-led by Gavi, the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) and WHO. Its aim is to accelerate the development and manufacture of COVID-19 vaccines, and to guarantee fair ‘and equitable access for every country in the world’.
Halton is affiliated with these alliances.

Because, ‘A new economic report lambasting President Joe Biden’s multitrillion-dollar infrastructure agenda was shoved under the rug by the ABC, CBS and NBC evening networks. The Tax Foundation released a new analysis March 31 on Biden’s plan headlined “President Biden’s Infrastructure Plan Raises Taxes on U.S. Production.”
The report summarized that “[t]he proposal’s tax increases on corporations are among the most harmful options to pay for the increased spending.” The report continued: “While the President’s plan emphasizes making goods in America, the tax increases will raise the cost of production in the U.S, erode American competitiveness, and slow our economic recovery.”
ABC World News Tonight, CBS Evening News and NBC Nightly News ignored the report entirely during their March 31, April 1, April 2 and April 5 evening broadcasts. The Big Three reported on Biden’s infrastructure proposal March 31, while ignoring the Tax Foundation’s damning analysis.
The Big Three have been true to form by protecting Biden from news coverage that could hinder his economic agenda.
The Tax Foundation’s report accused the Biden plan of relying on “mistaken assumptions” about taxation: “The tax proposals in the American Jobs Plan (Biden infrastructure plan) rely on mistaken assumptions about how corporate taxes work, how corporations respond, and how workers are affected.”
Biden has planned to hike the federal corporate tax rate from “21 percent to 28 percent and tighten inversion regulations.” The Tax Foundation tweeted March 17 that “[t]he corporate income tax is the most harmful tax for economic growth.” But the Tax Foundation highlighted a number of other key facts that undercut the radical thinking behind Biden’s plans to hike taxes, which the Big Three didn’t consider worth bringing up. The following conclusions from the Tax Foundation were especially revealing:
“Workers across the income scale would bear much of the tax increase. For example, the bottom 20 percent of earners would on average see a 1.5 percent drop in after-tax income in the long run.”
“An increase in the federal corporate tax rate to 28 percent would raise the U.S. federal-state combined tax rate to 32.34 percent, higher than every country in the [Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development], the G7, and all our major trade partners and competitors including China. This would harm U.S. economic competitiveness and diminish our role in the world.”
“Raising the federal corporate tax rate 7 percentage points would reduce the after-tax rate of return on corporate investment in America, resulting in less investment, less productivity, fewer jobs, and lower wages.”

‘At 8:38pm on Wednesday December 9th Gab received an email from Walden Macht & Haran LLP notifying us of a Gab account, @EnemiesOfThePeople, that was in breach of our Terms of Service.
The Gab account was created just a few days ago and featured the personal addresses, photos, and more of election and government officials, which is against our terms of service. The account also made direct threats of violence towards these individuals, which is against the law as well as our terms of service.
This type of content has no place on Gab and we have a longstanding history of zero tolerance for illegal behavior.At Gab we believe that free speech and open discussion are the best ways to solve problems and disagreements, not violence.
Within minutes of receiving the email alerting us to the existence of this account we took immediate action by backing up the account information for law enforcement and then terminating the account from our service.
We took it one step further by alerting the Gab community to this behavior and noted that our community members should report this type of illegal activity to our moderation team immediately if they come across it.
At 9:34pm, less than an hour after being alerted to the existence of this account, our attorney replied to Walden Macht & Haran LLP to let them know that we took immediate action to terminate the account.
At 3:49pm Thursday afternoon Reuters published an article covering this story and neglected to reach out to Gab for comment before publication. In the story Reuters falsely claimed that the account remained active on Gab even though it had been suspended within minutes of it being brought to our attention the night before.
We have since sent the following retraction request to the editor of Reuters as well as the three “journalists” on the story. We believe it’s important to transparently lay out the order of events here to highlight how “journalists” recklessly print whatever they want without fact checking or asking the subject of a story for comment on the matter at hand.
First of all gentleman why is that we were not contacted for comment on this article? Is it standard practice at Reuters to not contact the subject of a story for comment before printing? This is the second occasion where we have not been contacted for comment by your “reporters” who mention us in a story.
Secondly, I demand an immediate retraction for your false claim that this account “remained active on Gab” as of Thursday morning. This is verifiably false and we have concrete evidence to prove that we suspended this newly created account for violating our terms of service within minutes of being contacted by Mr. Krebs’ attorney late Wednesday night.
Finally, I plan on highlighting your disgusting “journalism” on Gab News in our media transparency section, which is emailed to and read by millions of people daily. My one post will receive more views and shares than the next ten you publish in that rag you call a news organization.

You did not take down all social media accounts related to the Enemies of the People website.
It has the same message, same graphics, and points to the same contact information as other related accounts. So these people, whoever they are, are still getting their message out on your platform.

We suspended this second account yesterday morning shortly after it was created and long before your article was published.
Clear your browser cache. Basic account info like cover photo, etc are cached so you’re going to still see some elements being served even when a Gab account is suspended until the cache clears.
If you had reached out to us for comment before publishing, you would know this.
We also have our community of millions of people actively scouting the site and watching for anyone sharing content from this website on ours so that we can immediately remove and take action on it, which we did several times yesterday. Is Twitter doing the same? Or did you just give them the benefit of the doubt after suspending the first account, unlike the way you treated us.

I am copied on these emails as an ethics and standards editor at Reuters. Reuters takes seriously its commitment to accuracy, fairness and freedom from bias as embodied in our Trust Principles.
The subject of the article is a website accusing election officials of treason and several “associated social media accounts.” The article says, “as of early Thursday afternoon, associated accounts … remained active on Parler and Gab.”
In your emails you write that you suspended an account on Wednesday night and removed content shared from the website “several times yesterday.” This supports the article’s straightforward assertion that associated accounts were active on Gab on Thursday.
In addition, I did see the link on Gab this morning, though I never visited Gab before. The cache issue you raise may be on your server.
Accordingly, I see no reason to correct or retract this article.

Brian is it part of Reuters “ethics and standards” to not reach out to a company or person that is being written about for a statement before publication? You had three people on this story and not one of them thought to reach out to us for comment?
This is the second time something like this has happened with your “reporters.” We had several other outlets reach out to us about this story and they reported it accurately because they did so.
These accounts are not “active.” If they were active they would be able to sign into their account and post. They cannot, because they have been suspended. They were and are being suspended immediately and we are proactively searching for and removing them. Even with a cached suspended account there is no feed content displayed, just a cover photo and basic info that remains until the cache is fully cleared across the internet. Not just on any one individual computer.
Again this really makes no difference to me because hundreds of thousands of people have already read our side of the story and will continue to throughout the day as emails go out.
‘Yesterday the New York Times reached out to me for a comment on Gab’s recent growth. I’ve never had any luck with getting the New York Times to describe Gab accurately or fairly over the years, so I opted to use my new standard reply for all dishonest and corrupt media publications: “Jesus is King, speak freely on Gab.com.”
If they are going to print something with my name attached to it, at a minimum it will be glorifying to Christ and promoting Gab at the same time so that readers can visit the site for themselves and make their own judgements.
