Facebook is bad enough but now if you live in the UK your tweets are being investigated and kept by the police. Don’t believe that. Well, ‘UK barrister Sarah Phillimore wants to make sure that the legal system clears her name after her social media posts have been painted as hate speech.
What’s worse, an anonymous user made sure that the UK police now have her officially recorded for “transphobic and religiously aggravated ‘non-crime hate incident’.” And she only learned about it from this user.
In a campaign she started on CrowdJustice, the leading fundraiser for legal action – Phillimore explains the context of the serious smear against her, that she says is unfounded. While she has been a critic of encouraging children to “transition” to another gender while they are very young, Phillimore says none of her tweets were impolite or hateful in any way.
She does not deny her criticism of the transgender ideology, and while her way of expressing herself often involves humor and satire, she strongly denies any hatred being shown toward any group or religion. But the police secretly had 12 pages of her tweets that they decided to treat as such – even if the overzealous Twitter itself did not see fit to ban or suspend her account for any similar reason.
Phillimore explained that she first heard about her “record for life with the police” in June 2020 from an anonymous Twitter user, only to then confirm that she had been labeled in this way thanks to the “Hate Crimes Operational Guidance” – where “hate” includes think like disliking or being unfriendly towards something/somebody.

If Joe Biden does win, he’ll be 78 years old when sworn in and 82 years old at the end of his first term. Both marks are the oldest in U.S. history for a president. Some individuals are still sharp in their late 70s. Biden is not one of them.
The result is that Biden will never be president de facto. With Trump out of the picture, Democrats wouldn’t need him anymore. Steps would be taken at some point to remove him from office on the grounds of mental incapacity under the Twenty-fifth Amendment. Nancy Pelosi recently proposed legislation to set up a commission to do just that as prescribed by the U.S. Constitution.
But while he remains in office, who will be the real president in a Biden administration?
There are three camps contending for power:
The first camp is the Biden family led by Joe Biden’s wife Dr. Jill Biden, his son Hunter Biden, and Joe Biden’s brothers Jim Biden and Frank Biden. These are the individuals who have been enriched through association with Joe Biden by using or selling access to Biden’s power to win lucrative investment management roles, consulting engagements, construction contracts and other remunerative pursuits.
The Biden family will want to keep Joe in power (with Jill Biden pulling the strings) in order to keep their shakedown operation intact and avoid scrutiny.
The second camp is led by Kamala Harris and those who control her, including the Obama crew and the Resistance. If Biden is removed under the Twenty-Fifth Amendment, Harris becomes Acting President. If Biden resigns under threat of removal, Harris becomes the president.
She would be a front for the Obamas and Valerie Jarrett who would operate through a cabinet consisting of Obama family retainers including Susan Rice, Samantha Power, Sally Yates and Eric Holder.
The third camp is led by the extreme left wing of the party including Bernie Sanders, Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez (and The Squad), Elizabeth Warren and radical organizations such as BLM. This group is already embedded in the Biden campaign as part of a deal whereby Bernie Sanders agreed to end his primary campaign and endorse Joe Biden in exchange for Biden adopting most of the Sanders platform.
The most likely outcome is that the Obama crew and the Bernie Bros will join forces and run the Biden family off the road. The Bidens will be allowed to keep their Chinese and Russian money and will not face any scrutiny or prosecution in exchange for going away quietly.
If Biden and his henchmen do get the WH your life as a free person will end.

The China virus has not only affected the Presidential election via mail-in ballots but allowed Australian state dictators to rule without opposition. ‘For the first time since self-government was granted by the British in the nineteenth century, Australia has become a series of rolling tin-pot dictatorships.
What was truly appalling this year was than not one of the checks and balances we rely on to protect us from any rampant Mussolini class actually worked.

Most of the dictatorships were installed by ministerial subordinate legislation.
Like a tsunami, nothing stopped them. Not disallowance by a second chamber, which exists in all states except Queensland. And even where there is a second chamber, the disallowance power has too often been deleted by a compliant chamber.
Nor the courts where the prime minister does not see a sacred duty to maintain the federation and our open borders, where there have been few other plaintiffs who stay, and which anyway did not show the urgency the High Court did when it once rushed to get rid of John Howard’s attempt to block electoral fraud. Some of the viceroys may have expressed their concerns, but too often the making of subordinate legislation has been taken away from and not reported to the executive councils. And rather than a check and balance, much of the mainstream media has preferred to act as the panic adjunct of the relevant premier relaying endlessly the dictatorial mantra to ‘do the right thing’.
Thus, Australian democracy collapsed before a tsunami of power-crazed politicians and their armies of advisers.
And yet we are one of the half-dozen oldest continuing democracies in the world.
The point is that if anyone doubts Lord Acton’s dictum that power tends to corrupt, an objective analysis of the politicians’ response to the Wuhan virus should settle the matter. Decisions were too often taken for political advantage rather than on medical grounds, often exhibiting blatant inconsistencies.
The decision to impose a lockdown which so seriously damaged the lives, businesses liberties and freedom of hundreds of thousands of law-abiding Australians necessitated great care and attention to the question whether it was justified.
But instead, the politicians revealed an incompetence that was breathtaking, suggesting that attention was concentrated on political considerations rather than on the question of absolute necessity.
In place of the requisite judgement Edmund Burke suggested is the only point in choosing a parliamentary representative, Australia’s political leaders substituted flawed and exaggerated modelling. As mentioned before, and which should never be forgotten, this contained a key error so astronomical and so glaring (the projection of a daily need of 35,000 intensive care units) that the humblest tradesman, farmer or small businessperson would have surely questioned it had they been allowed to lay eyes on it
Neither our leaders noticed it, nor did the bureaucratic supremos privy to the modelling.
They want you to forget this outrage. You shouldn’t.
The result was that what in many ways is a trial dictatorship was imposed, and especially in Victoria, the state appropriately in some embryonic relationship with communist China.
The nation, to a greater or lesser degree, was subject to a brutal and wholly unnecessary lockdown. The number who died from the virus was well over 125 times higher than it should have been had the politicians disobeyed Beijing’s wishes and followed Taiwan, home of world’s best pandemic practice.
To recall the corollary of Acton’s dictum about power, a constitutional system must provide checks and balances against the corruptive nature of power.
This experience has become an evil precedent for the politicians and not only about pandemics. Already there are calls to use the concept of dictatorship to impose the imagined cure to global warming, no doubt another way for the communists to undermine the West which among Western leaders President Trump alone has noticed.
Now in determining what should be the questiondu jour, how to ensure checks and balances always operate to prevent the abuse of power, it is appropriate to recall that the federation of Australia was achieved not by the politicians alone, but by the direct involvement of the people under the Corowa Plan.
This required the direct election of a convention with its conclusions being put directly to the people for decision by referendum. Our ancestors designed a constitution for a country, put it to the people, changed it, put it again, took it to London and put it through the Westminster parliament. All in four years without air travel and the internet. This is a precedent worth following for the first people’s review of the constitution in over 120 years, particularly of course to reinstall protections against the abuse of power.
To do this, some formal changes to the Constitution should be made consistent with the Corowa Plan. As argued here, we should constitutionalise Alan Jones’ Pub Test, that is, ensure that the common sense with which the rank-and-file are liberally endowed, can always prevail.
There are six points which should be encompassed in this approach:
– either House, or three state Parliaments or the people by a petition of, say, 5 per cent of electors nationally and in a majority of states, shall be able to call an elected convention to sit for a maximum of three years.
– each state and territory shall be entitled to elect a number of unpaid delegates equal to one half the total of their senators and MHRs.
– no candidate shall in campaigning be entitled to claim endorsement or affiliation with a registered political party.
– where possible the convention shall operate through committees and with electronic communication.
– after wide consultation, the convention may put a constitutional referendum or referendums.
– Yes and No cases for all voters will be prepared for each referendum question by the appropriate delegates, with federal funding for reasonable advertising expenses.
Political Islam is NOT compatible with freedom and liberty loving people. The disturbing scene and excerpts of a fiery sermon that accompanied it have since been picked up by Muslim-skeptical English language outlets, at least one of which claimed the effigy is of French President Emmanuel Macron, though there is no evidence in the video that this is the case. Macron has come under fire from Muslims around the world for his government’s recent efforts to crack down on Islamic extremism following the beheading of history teacher Samuel Paty last month by a Chechen Muslim immigrant.
Video of the beheading is set to a song that lyrically vows to “grind into dust” those who draw the Prophet Mohammed and declares beheading to be the only fitting punishment for insulting him. The grisly pageant was accompanied by a sermon in which the female cleric vowed vengeance on the enemies of Islam, especially France.

In Detroit, officials blocked about 30 people, mostly Republicans, from entering a vote-counting facility amid unfounded claims that the vote count in Michigan was fraudulent.
It is normal in U.S. elections for states to count votes for days, or sometimes even weeks, after voting ends. Election experts say fraud is very rare in U.S. voting.
Unfounded and debunked claims about the integrity of Tuesday’s election have spread on social media by Trump and high-profile Republican accounts and the hashtag #StopTheSteal has gained momentum.
Facebook groups are billed as community forums for shared interests but watchdog organizations and social media researchers have argued that they can be hotbeds for hyper-partisan misinformation.
The Stop the Steal group’s description says: “Democrats are scheming to disenfranchise and nullify Republican votes. It’s up to us, the American People, to fight and to put a stop to it.”
The group directed new members to an email sign-up page “in the event that social media censors this group.”
The group’s administrations and moderators included veteran Tea Party activist Amy Kremer and her daughter Kylie, as well as Jennifer Lawrence and Dustin Stockton, two members of the group We Build the Wall, which were raided by federal agents in August as part of a fraud investigation.
Attempts to reach administrators and moderators on Facebook were not immediately successful. An email and a telephone message left with Women for America First was not immediately returned.

It has been on Sky after dark here in regional Australia concerning ‘…Queensland University student Drew Pavlou. The university suspended him in July to the end of the year so he could not sit his final exams or take up his elected university senate seat.
His crime? He led a peaceful protest against the Chinese government’s undue influence on university policies. He is seeking to appeal in Queensland’s Supreme Court, but this can take a very long time.
You may also have heard of Dr Peter Ridd, formerly a physics professor. James Cook University sacked him after he pointed out serious flaws in Great Barrier Reef research by some of his colleagues. He is currently seeking to appeal his unfair dismissal in the High Court.

Then there is Senator Claire Chandler. She was accused of offending transgender people in a newspaper column last July and a subsequent email. The Tasmanian Anti-Discrimination Commissioner said she was potentially guilty.
Chandler had said, correctly, that biological women are up to 30% more at risk of injury when competing against transwomen. She wanted to keep women’s sports, toilets and change rooms for those born female.

The complaint against her was ultimately dropped when she refused to sign a confidentiality agreement. Others who lack the protection of parliament may not be so lucky.
Free speech in this country is under threat today as never before. The Weekend Australian reported yet another case on 24 October. The University of Tasmania Law Review has rejected a paper by Professor Patrick Parkinson, Dean of Law at the University of Queensland.

He was critical of the Tasmanian transgender laws that caused Senator Chandler such grief.
The Tasmanian University Law Review chose referees who said Professor Parkinson’s paper should be rejected. They claimed he used “offensive” terms such as “biological female” and “opposite sex”, and he failed to consider activist and social sciences research.
One reviewer even wanted the paper rejected because it would not “advance human rights”!
James Allan, another law professor, read the two reviewers’ reports. “Both, in my view, failed to do the job expected of referees,” he said (The Australian, 27/10/20).
“Politics trumped the open expression of views that were presented well above the usual standards required to have a paper accepted by a law review.”
James Allan went on: “The core problem then is that as our universities have become increasingly politicised, and faculties of social science, arts and law ever less ‘viewpoint diverse’ … the whole peer review process has become less and less trustworthy. Put more bluntly, this amounts to yet another inroad into free expression.
“… If Parkinson’s experience were a one-off, we could all shrug and move on. But it is not,” he said.

Donald Trump as President will allow you to live a quiet and peaceable Christian life in peace. Trump will appoint judges who believe that the First Amendment means what it says. His justice department will not force you to violate your conscience to keep your job. He will not force Christian adoption agencies to place children in the “families” of filthy sodomites. He will not try to shut down and destroy Christian schools and colleges. He will stand with business owners who are unwilling to violate their consciences and call good evil and evil good.
Joe Biden and Democrat leaders have promised to pass the Orwellianly-named “Equality Act,” which would add sexual orientation and gender identity as protected categories in federal law. You want to have a counselor help your son, who is getting brainwashed into thinking he is a girl in public school? Even if he wants to be normal and not a pervert, it would be against the law to help him. You realize you have made a big mistake in putting your child in a public school and so you put him in a Christian school? Biden would try to destroy your Christian school by forcing it to hire teachers that are sodomites. You have a business that offers health insurance? You will be forced to pay for employees if they want to mutilate their bodies and pretend to be the other sex. You don’t want a grown and morally twisted man taking off his clothes with your daughter alone in a locker room? Too bad, so sad. Sodom and Gomorrah, here we come!
You don’t want to pay for the murder of little baby boys and girls in the womb? Joe Biden will not only force you to pay for abortion with your tax dollars, you will be forced to pay for bloody murder with your own dollars–your conscience does not matter. Even without the abomination of the “Equality Act,” Joe Biden has fully endorsed the Obama administration’s policies when it tried to destroy Wheaton College because the school would not pay for abortion. Obama wanted to destroy the Little Sisters of the Poor because they would not pay for health insurance that included abortion and contraception for nuns. Forget helping the poor–destroying nuns unless they were willing to pay for abortion was more important, even to the point of making celibate nuns pay for abortion. Biden will appoint judges to the Supreme Court who will through judicial tyranny destroy the First Amendment in favor of the sexual revolution.
2.) If you sigh and cry over the abomination of abortion, you must vote for Donald Trump.
Donald Trump has enacted many pro-life policies, and it is very possible that his judicial appointments will finally result in Roe v. Wade being overturned. Joe Biden is extremely pro-abortion. He is committed to making sure that children can be murdered all the way up to birth. He is part of a Democrat party that opposed the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act–even infanticide is acceptable. Babies do not even get the painkillers given to dogs and cats before the children are ripped limb from limb in excruciating pain and thrown in the garbage. A vote for Biden, or a vote for the Constitution party candidate or any other person who has 0% chance to actually win, is failing to do what you can to help stop this continued mass murder.
3.) If you value free speech and oppose communist Antifa thugs Burning, Looting, and Murdering (BLM), then you must vote for Donald Trump.
Right here in San Francisco, last Saturday (as I write this) when I was driving home from work, I saw a lot of police in riot gear. I did not stop to find out what was going on–when you see a lot of police in riot gear, keep going. I found out later that they were there because of a protest in favor of free speech organized by a black conservative man, Philip Anderson (pictured below):
Mr. Anderson and other supporters of free speech had peacefully gathered to petition in favor of free speech. (It wasn’t even a rally in favor of Trump–just in favor of free speech.) They were greeted by mobs of Antifa thugs holding BLM signs. One of the BLM /Antifa thugs punched Mr. Anderson in the face twice, bloodying him up and causing him to lose several teeth:
Mr. Anderson had done absolutely nothing to justify this vicious assault. The Antifa crowds helped to protect the thug who battered Mr. Anderson while they shouted “nig-r” and various four-letter words at Mr. Anderson while holding their Black Lives Matter signs. Another one of the supporters of free speech was taken away in an ambulance because of Antifa violence, and several police officers were injured–and that was all in about 15 minutes before the police ended the free speech rally and whisked away the conservatives before the rest of them were bloodied, beaten, or killed.

What actually happened is that the San Francisco Chronicle and other leftist news outlets reported that there were “clashes between pro and anti Trump groups” that resulted in “six injured.” rather than the truth, that communist Antifa criminals had with no provocation violently assaulted defenders of free speech and the police.
This is just one of the countless examples of violence that leftist radicals and criminals have perpetrated all around the country, aided and abetted by leftist politicians like Joe Biden who want their votes. Can you imagine what would be happening if one person wearing a MAGA hat punched and knocked the teeth out of a leftist black man? Would it not be inconceivably more coverage than the thousands of acts of illegal violence orchestrated by Antifa have received?
There are many other reasons to vote for Donald Trump, but the three above should be far, far more than enough.
Please note that one reason to vote for Donald Trump is not because of his character, because he is a great moral example, or because he is constitutionally fit to be President. (Joe Biden has extreme character problems as well.) Trump is very frequently embarrassing and he was far, far from my first choice in the Republican primary. I am not for Donald Trump the way that I am actually for Mike Pence.
