The other day I wrote an article that dealt with ‘China’s Overseas United Front Work’ and the CCP’s influence in Australia. In this short piece we will see what this document https://www.uscc.gov/sites/default/files/Research/China’s%20Overseas%20United%20Front%20Work%20-%20Background%20and%20Implications%20for%20US_final_0.pdf has to say about New Zealand and the CCP. Note, the last article dealing with Australia also had a lot in it concerning New Zealand so it is worth reading that article again for here I will only consider a few remarks from Pages 16 & 17 which are very important. From my personal observation New Zealand is a testing ground for the CCP before moving on to a take over of the other Western democracies.
‘These influence operations have been arguably much more successful in New Zealand, as the case of Yang Jian shows.
Independent analyst and United Front expert Jichang Lulu argues New Zealand is an example of successful United Front “domination” of a Chinese diaspora.147 Yang Jian, a China-born New Zealand Member of Parliament, spent 15 years working in China’s military intelligence sector before naturalizing in New Zealand, and he was later found to have concealed his previous PLA affiliation on his permanent residency and employment applications.148 Mr. Mattis assesses Mr. Yang was almost certainly an officer involved with the intelligence system during his time in the PLA based on where he is known to have taught.149 Afterward, while attending Australia National University in the 1990s, Mr. Yang was the president of the CSSA there, long before he moved to New Zealand, naturalized, and entered politics.150 Mr. Yang’s position has likely given him access to sensitive intelligence on China, and according to the Financial Times, he has “consistently pushed for closer ties with Beijing and for international policies and positions echoing” those Beijing favors.151 Christopher Johnson, Freeman Chair in China Studies at CSIS, argues China likely sees New Zealand as a softer target than the United States for “cultivating people at the grassroots political levels of western democracies and helping them to reach positions of influence” and may be “using it as a testing ground for future operations in other countries.”’https://www.uscc.gov/sites/default/files/Research/China’s%20Overseas%20United%20Front%20Work%20-%20Background%20and%20Implications%20for%20US_final_0.pdf
New Zealand is totally open for the taking by the CCP. The present government of New Zealand is ripe and ready for a CCP takeover. Watch closely what takes place in this New Year of 2021 between New Zealand and the CCP!
These are interesting times in which we live. China like Islam has grown in favor with the majority of people in spite of the evil they produce. As for China recently I came across a pdf https://www.uscc.gov/sites/default/files/Research/China’s%20Overseas%20United%20Front%20Work%20-%20Background%20and%20Implications%20for%20US_final_0.pdf entitled ‘U.S. – China Economic and Security Review Commission Staff Research Report’ written August 24, 2018. Also on the front page of the document it said ‘China’s Overseas United Front Work Background and Implications for the United States’.
Further down on the front page was a ‘Disclaimer: This paper is the product of professional research performed by staff of the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission, and was prepared at the request of the Commission to support its deliberations. Posting of the report to the Commission’s website is intended to promote greater public understanding of the issues addressed by the Commission in its ongoing assessment of U.S.-China economic relations and their implications for U.S. security, as mandated by Public Law 106-398 and Public Law 113-291. However, the public release of this document does not necessarily imply an endorsement by the Commission, any individual Commissioner, or the Commission’s other professional staff, of the views or conclusions expressed in this staff research report.’
On page 3 the documents explains that ‘China uses what it calls “United Front” work to co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority of its ruling Chinese Communist Party (CCP).’ THAT’S A VERY IMPORTANT STATEMENT!
Living in Australia curiosity got the best of me and I had to see what this document had to say about Australia and China’s relationship. I found that the word ‘Australia’ appears 71 times, Australian 52 times and Australians 14 times. Let’s consider what this paper has to say on Australia.
The first time Australia is mentioned is on the Table of Contents Page where is says ‘Political Interference in Australia and New Zealand.’ The second is on Page 3 saying ‘The CCP continues to lay the groundwork in the United States for United Front operations that could be similar to those that have achieved success in some U.S.-allied countries (e.g., Australia and New Zealand, where the CCP has effectively monopolized Chinese-language media outlets and taken over Chinese community organizations).’
Page 7 of the document says ‘Chinese intelligence services have been known to coerce overseas Chinese to function as operatives targeting other overseas Chinese in both the United States and other countries, indicating that these agencies actively participate in overseas Chinese work that seeks to hide official connections. In January 2018, Chen Yonglin, a former Chinese diplomat who defected to Australia in 2005, told Radio Free Asia (RFA) that the Chinese government uses both threats and rewards to incentivize Chinese students abroad to act as CCP informants.’
On Page 15 it says ‘As concerns over China’s overseas United Front activities have grown, reporting and analysis have brought to light a few examples of Chinese influence campaigns notable for their characteristic United Front tactics and clear intent to influence policy toward China in the United States and other countries. These cases include United Front influence on academic and policy discourse in the United States, political interference in Australia and New Zealand, and political warfare in Taiwan, which are discussed further in this section.’
What we read on Page 16 is scary but not surprising that ‘Australia and New Zealand have received a great deal of political donations and media investment from United Front affiliates since the mid-2000s and have even seen United Front and PLA affiliates hold political office, raising deep concerns over the CCP’s exercise of undue influence on Australia and New Zealand’s policies toward China.141 China’s United Front work has targeted a range of Australian and New Zealand organizations and actors and achieved significant success exerting political influence, controlling important media outlets, and subverting narratives China believes to be unfavorable to its interests.
Political Influence: According to Clive Hamilton—a professor of public ethics at Charles Sturt University in New South Wales, Australia whose book on CCP influence in Australia was initially canceled by three separate publishers due to fears of potential lawsuits from Beijing—United Front organizations groom members to participate in politics in target countries, both as candidates for election and as staff in important positions.142 The Australian Security Intelligence Organization has reportedly estimated at least ten recent Australian state and local government political candidates are connected to Chinese intelligence agencies.143 United Front activities in Australia have involved political donations, influence operations targeting high-ranking politicians, and harassment of members of the Chinese-Australian community. Huang Xiangmo, a China-born permanent Australian resident and real estate magnate who was president of the Australian chapter of the UFWDsubordinate organization CPPRC from 2014 to 2017, has been a key figure in these events due to his significant donations to Australian political parties.144 An Australian senator, Sam Dastyari, who had argued in favor of China’s position on territorial disputes in the South China Sea while standing byMr. Huang’s side, announced in late 2017 he would resign from Parliament after it was revealed he had warned Mr. Huang that the latter was likely being surveilled by Australian intelligence agencies.145 Senator Dastyari had previously faced criticism for allowing a bill incurred by his office to be paid by Mr. Huang’s company.’
On Page 17 we read of a Chinese student ‘while attending Australia National University in the 1990s, Mr. Yang was the president of the CSSA there, long before he moved to New Zealand, naturalized, and entered politics.’ Continued on Page 17 is ‘Controlling the Media: Dr. Chau Chak Wing, a China-born Australian citizen, business magnate, and member of the CPPCC,* has also been prominent in United Front operations in Australia, both via donations and by seeking to exert control over Australia’s formerly vibrant Chinese-language media landscape.153 According to an editor at a pro-Beijing publication in Australia cited by the Sydney Morning Herald, “Nearly 95 percent of the Australian Chinese newspapers have been brought in by the Chinese government to some degree.”154 Australian National University professor Bates Gill and independent researcher Linda Jakobson cited the Australian New Express Daily as a particularly striking example of Chinese government influence, which Mr. Chau praised for “never hav[ing] any negative reporting [about China].”† 155 According to John Garnaut, Dr. Chau “made himself known as the point man for organizing the Chinese diaspora in Australia” using his “Beijing-friendly Chinese media empire.”
Subverting Unfavorable Narratives: United Font work in Australia aimed at both Chinese and non-Chinese communities has attempted to “influence the choices, direction, and loyalties of its targets by overcoming negative perceptions of CCP rule in China and promoting favorable perceptions,” according to Professor Hamilton and Mr. Joske.157 They argue that in the 2000s, “trusted individuals sympathetic to the CCP, encouraged by the [Chinese Embassy in] Canberra … and [Chinese] consulates, took over most of the established Chinese community and professional associations in Australia.”158 They argued further that CCP officials “typically aim to guide … rather than directly control” these organizations.159 CSSAs have been very active in Australia, as well;‡ according to Mr. Joske, CSSA executives in Australia are “prolific in their output” of pro-CCP statements, and each year they travel to Canberra at the Chinese Embassy’s cost “to discuss the latest party doctrines and collaboration with the embassy.”160 In 2013, then Chinese Ambassador to Australia Ma Zhaoxu, in an act emphasizing the close connection, personally presented awards to CSSA members in recognition for being “outstanding cadres,” with the implication being that the recipients were essentially CCP officials.’
If we believe China hasn’t got its sights on a takeover we are blind! A footnote on Page 17 tells us that ‘In 2014, People’s Daily reported China had become the top country of origin for international students in Australia and praised these students for being “determined to work hard to realize the great China Dream.” As of July 2017, students from China comprised approximately 29 percent of Australia’s 564,869 international students. Australian Department of Education and Training, International Student Data Monthly Summary, July 2017.’
Page 18 tells us that ‘According to Mr. Joske, CSSAs do not fairly represent either Chinese students in Australia or the interests of the Chinese diaspora in the country; in addition, Chinese-Australians have been instrumental in exposing the CCP’s covert influence operations. Importantly, the investigative journalism at the center of the ongoing debate in Australia over CCP influence has made specific claims about a few individuals that have engaged in questionable behavior rather than broad assertions about Chinese-Australians in general. However, CSSAs and other CCP-backed groups have demonstrably carried out United Front activities in Australia. Mr. Joske argues the CCP exploits Chinese students to expand its influence and has fostered the idea among Chinese-Australians that the liberal West and supporters of freedom are China’s enemies.’
A footnote on page 18 states ‘In March 2018, scholars of China and of the Chinese diaspora published an open letter expressing concern that the debate in Australia surrounding “Chinese influence” risked threatening intellectual freedom and civil liberties. Days later, a second group of scholars signed an open letter arguing that an open debate on CCP influence operations in Australia is “essential to intellectual freedom, democratic rights, and national security”; both letters agreed authorities should take action to counter unacceptable forms of influence when evidence of it exists. Open Letter Respondents, “China’s Influence in Australia: Maintaining the Debate,” Policy Forum, March 27, 2018.’
On Page 19 I was surprised that the then Prime Minister Climate Scammer Turnbull had anything to say critical of the CCP but ‘Prime Minister Turnbull argued further that refusing to seriously address the question of political interference by the CCP is also not helpful, and he warned the CCP that Australia is open and optimistic, but not naïve.’ On the same page it says ‘Australia and New Zealand are useful case studies in how these kinds of networks function in advanced stages, and they serve as warnings to other democracies that may be targeted in the future.’
Page 20 tells the reader that ‘Both Taiwan and Australia, which have long been testing grounds for United Front tactics and are intimately familiar with these operations, can play an important role in coordinating international best practices for responding to the CCP’s subversion of democracy abroad.’
This is frightening how much influence China has on Australia in the media, political and educational fields. It will be interesting to see what 2021 brings Australia as China flexes its muscle even more if President Trump is deposed.
‘Imagine you are watching a movie with a car chase scene. The driver of one car rolls out just before his automobile plunges headlong over a cliff, and the car smashes against rocks as it tumbles down, breaking into pieces and finally exploding.
Now, if you run the film backwards, you will see an explosion producing a dented automobile with broken pieces jumping back into place. Then the dents become smooth as the car backs its way up the cliff. As we celebrate the passage of time with God’s gift of a brand new year, let us stop to consider what time really is. And let us praise God once again that the Bible is amazingly true and accurate!
From my description above, you can know the film is now being run backwards because such behavior is never observed in real life. We do not see an explosion produce a car, and we never see a shattered car flying up the face of a cliff. Yet, this is what evolutionists say happened somehow – explosions and time somehow made things much more complicated than a car!
Indeed, as physicists point out, “time” is actually defined as the “direction” in which entropy or disorder/decay increases. Modern scientists observe this law of incessant decay as the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics, and it proves itself over and over as thoroughly as the law of gravity. And all by itself, this law sends evolution over the cliff.
This truth is also in the Bible. When Adam rebelled against his Creator by eating the forbidden fruit, God told Adam he would decay. “For dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return” (Genesis 3:19b). It was part of the curse on creation because of sin. The Bible restates this principle of the creation’s decay with time in many texts of scripture. For example, Romans 8:21 says that the present creation is in “bondage of corruption (decay to a disordered state)”. Time is heavily correlated to the creation itself – to the laws that govern matter.
The Bible also describes God as Creator of time itself, along with matter and space. This is inherent in the language of the Bible’s first verse: “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” And Hebrews 1:2 says the following: “(God) hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made [the ages].” The Greek word “aionas” is translated either “worlds” or “ages”; yet, it is the word from which we get our English word “eons”. It means a period of time.
So the Bible lumps the creation together with time in prophetic foreknowledge of what only came to be understood by scientific men in the 20th century as the space-time continuum – or more completely, the space-matter-time continuum. Consider Psalm 90:2, “Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou had formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.” As theologians would say, our Creator exists in “the eternal now”. Though He transcends time, He can participate in it. This is why the Bible says “one day is with the Lord as a thousand years” and can talk in terms of “the fullness of time” in relation to the fulfillment of prophecy.
So science once again can be said to be catching up with what was already in the Bible. Scientists came to realize that time cannot be separated from the three dimensions of space. Space-time is a mathematical model that joins space and time into a single idea, calling it a continuum – in four dimensions (the three dimensions of space plus the one dimension of time). In the time-space continuum, as we move through space, time is “dilated” like the pupil of your eye (time-dilation). The faster we travel through space, the slower we travel through time (i.e., the more time slows down). This is referred to as time-warping.
Difficult as this is to grasp, it has been shown to be true through experiment. For example, in 1971, four incredibly accurate cesium atomic clocks (which measure the vibrational frequency of the oscillating atoms of the element cesium) were synchronized and flown on commercial planes that circled the earth twice. Then the clocks were compared to the reference clock at the U.S. naval observatory. Sure enough, the moving clocks differed from the reference clock by exactly the amount predicted mathematically for the time-space continuum principle.
Extending the mathematics, if we traveled at the speed of light (186,000 miles per second), time would stand still. Furthermore, according to the principle, if we were able to travel faster than the speed of light, we could actually go backwards in time! This is the basis for science fiction stories, even though the speed presently of manned spacecraft is only 6.9 miles per second. But can you imagine in our glorified bodies being able to travel about and arrive at far flung places instantly if we wanted to?!
Amazingly, at the end of the Bible in John’s visions, these truths are made clear:
- The first heaven and earth will have passed away.
- There would be a new heaven and a new earth.
- There would no longer be any death.
- There would no longer be any curse.
This outcome must be the case if we are to have eternal life. In eternity, we shall be immortal, which means death and its process are removed. And our experience of time with its current constrictions will, therefore, change. In fact, in Revelation 10:6b, the Greek word chronos (chronological time) is said to disappear: “…there should be time no longer.” This may very well be more than just an end to the delay of history, delay of the present created age (aion), because it is an end of the present created age as we know it!
The so-called “end of time” is coming one day…’https://creationmoments.com/newsletter/biblical-truth-about-the-passage-of-time-january-2021/?mc_cid=2c6be59213&mc_eid=00c1dcff3c
Communism is alive and many of the news and media outlets with which we are acquainted are working for them. ‘The full list follows a National Pulse exposé on the China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF), founded by the Vice-Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), which has been identified by the U.S.-China Security and Economic Review Commission as a key component of the Chinese Communist Party’s United Work Front.
The effort, according to the U.S. government report, aims to “to co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority of its ruling Chinese Communist Party” and “influence overseas Chinese communities, foreign governments, and other actors to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing’s preferred policies.”
Evidenced through the Department of Justice’s Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) filings, a relationship spanning over a decade between establishment media outlets and CUSEF can be discerned.
Sponsored Trips.
With the assistance of BLJ, CUSEF has sponsored trips to China for the following outlets with the explicit goal of “effectively disseminat[ing] positive messages to the media, key influencers, and opinion leaders, and the general public” according to FARA filings.
Dubbed “familiarization trips,” the criteria for participants included “effectiveness and opportunities for favorable coverage” in order to secure “favorable” coverage”
In order to develop favorable coverage in key national media, BLJ will continue to organize and staff “familiarization trips” to China. This includes recruiting top journalists to travel to China, selected for effectiveness and opportunities for favorable coverage.

If Communism had the answer would the Berlin Wall ever had been built? If Communism was the answer would thousands of Russians and East Berliners have sought to escape the tyranny and brutality of Communism? The answer to these questions is NO! Yet, there are those who still hold to and push the LIE! Here in Australia the Communist Party of Australia said ‘The year 2020 will remain in people’s memory forever and become a reference point for future historians. In the same way we revisited what happened during the so-called Spanish flu a century ago, history books will note the disaster created by the Covid-19 and the failures of capitalism.

Yes, you read that correctly, ‘the failures of capitalism’! The present system is not perfect but it is MUCH better to live under the freedom we have now than it would be to be a slave under Communism!
Mark Latham is a New South Wales member of state Parliament and is one of the few pollies that seems to care for the nation. He wrote that Prime Minister ‘Scott Morrison is a fool if he thinks changing one word in the national anthem is going to pacify the noisy minority driving these attacks on Australia. Just watch the ‘Invasion Day’ idiots on 26 January calling for Australia to be burnt to the ground, as they do every year. Overnight Morrison has changed the words ‘young and free’ to ‘one and free’ – with all the problems Australia faces, that’s his priority for 2021. Not job creation, but anthem fiddling .In fact, we are a young nation, federated in 1901. Before that, we were a series of colonies and before that, 170 (often warring) Aboriginal tribes. The Indigenous had no concept of the nation state and were never a nation themselves. The nation’s anthem, a sacred item, should not have been changed without proper consultation with the nation’s people. Politicians who use the power to lock families in their homes start to think that any dictatorial decision is possible. That’s Scott Morrison unfortunately. What other changes to our national symbols does he have in mind, without telling the Australian people? The first rule for the Prime Minister should be: don’t cave in and pacify the mob who hate Australia. It only encourages them to stamp their feet and demand more changes. The rugby league player Latrell Mitchell, for instance, objects to the words ‘girt by sea’ in the anthem, saying it means ‘invasion by sea’ (it actually means ‘surrounded by sea’).So these are dumb radicals and today, Morrison has empowered them at the expense of Australians who love their country and love the anthem as it was. Shame on him.’https://www.facebook.com/MarkLathamsOutsiders/?ref=page_internal
We’ll see how the change to these three words make Australia Day on January 26, 2021 any better!
This New Year should be interesting with the continuation of the China virus and China’s rise on the world scene. Therefore the following article may be of interest to you. It is an interview with Catherine Austin Fitts who the publisher of the Solari Report and managing director of Solari Investment Advisory Services. Due to its length not all of the interview is published in this blog.
‘So we’ve had a global reserve currency system, the dollar, and it needs to evolve and change. And it’s long in the tooth. There’s lots of unhappiness with the system and the central bankers are trying to bring a new system. And to do it they’re trying to extend the old and accelerate the new. And it makes it a very chaotic thing since much of the new was being tested and tried and prototyped. And it involves many different industries.
So I describe the new system as the end of currencies. We’re not bringing in a new currency, we’re essentially bringing in a new transaction system that will be all digital and essentially end currencies as we know them. So what they’re trying to do is involves essentially all the money on the planet. So it’s big, it’s complicated, it’s messy, and the challenge they have is how do you market a system that if people understood it nobody would want? And of course, the way you do that is with a health care crisis.
Interviewer: And why is the health care crisis good for that?
Catherine Austin Fitts: Because generally if a few people want to control the many, the question is how can you herd all the sheep into the slaughterhouse without them realizing it and resisting? So the perfect thing is invisible enemies.
We had the war on terrorism, you know, with invisible terrorists. And then now a virus is perfect because it’s invisible. You can’t prove that it doesn’t exist because it’s invisible. So invisible enemies are always the preferred ones particularly if they scare people. If you can use fear and introduce significant fear, then people will need the government to protect them from the invisible enemy.
Then the second tactic which is very effective is divide and conquer. And so in the meantime, if you can use the media, the media plays a very important role. If you can turn men and women against each other, and Black and White against each other. And one of the reasons you import a lot of immigrants into Europe is turn the general population against the immigrants. And then you need the government to be in the middle. So these are all whether it’s divide and tactic, or invisible enemies, these are all ways to institute fear and get people to go along with things.
And of course, the invisible virus allows you to do enormous control mechanisms. You can stop people from gathering, you can stop people from organizing, you can stop people from getting together and talking about what’s going on, et cetera et cetera. And if you digitize it with contract tracing, then you can control who’s talking to whom. If you can get them to do all their work and education online, you can literally listen to everything they’re saying. So you can institute extraordinary amounts of surveillance all in the theory that we’re protecting you from the invisible virus.
It’s very clever. And as you can see it’s working with many people, not everybody but many people, to me a lot. And I don’t want to us underestimate the ability of the leadership to introduce pathogens that will kill people. And I don’t want to suggest that people aren’t getting sick, but essentially what you’re trying to do is you’re trying to get people to buy into a solution before they see where it’s ultimately going to go. Because you’re talking about a transaction system that is no longer a currency, it’s a control system.
It’s like the credit at the company store. If every central bank comes out with a digital central bank currency, they have the ability to turn your money on and off. So if you don’t behave, that’s it. And of course, as we know they want to combine this with transhumanism which means literally I take injections that can institute the equivalent of an operating system in my body. And so I’m hooked up to the financial system literally, physically.
Interviewer: What is the actual effect of the lockdown measures?
Catherine Austin Fitts: So what you’re doing is you’re trying to … I used to call the Patriot Act the concentration in control of cash flow act. And this is a very similar process. You’re trying to dramatically centralize economic and political control.
Let me give you an example. We have 100 small businesses on main street in a community. You declare them non-essential, shut them down. Suddenly Amazon and Walmart and the big box stores can come in and take away all the market share. In the meantime, the people on main street have to keep paying off their credit cards or their mortgage. So they’re in a debt entrapment and they’re desperate to get cash flow to cover basically their debts and their day-to-day expenses. In the meantime, you have the Federal Reserve institute a form of quantitative easing where they’re buying corporate bonds and the and the guys who are taking up the market share can basically finance at zero to one percent, or their bank scan at zero to one percent when everybody in main street is paying 16 to 70 percent of their credit cards without income. So basically now you’ve got them over a barrel and you can take away their market share. And generally, they can’t afford to do what they say because they’re too busy trying to find money to feed their kids.
In the 2016 election cycle, we saw the general population support candidates who represented populism in a variety of different ways. Bernie Sanders was a populist relative to the other candidates. Donald Trump was a populist relative to the other candidates. And literally, what the sort of global capital class realized was they had a problem that could be solved by destroying the independent income of small business and sole practitioners and people who had independent forms of income. If you’re a doctor, if you’re a lawyer, if you’re a CPA, and you have your own practice, you are generally gonna support the populist candidates. And so the way to shut the populist candidates down and just shut off their income and support which is you put main street out of business. And then there’s nobody to finance a Bernie Sanders or Donald Trump. There’s nobody to support him.
Interviewer: So do those the lockdown measures appear to be more of an economic thing than a virus mitigation plan?
Catherine Austin Fitts: So this is an economic war and you’ve basically had sort of the top one percent. Since April we’ve seen global billionaires increase their net worth by 27%. Now what that says is this has been a very successful global economic work because what you’re having is this sort of global capitalist class, and I shouldn’t call it capitalism because it’s not. It’s much more totalitarianism. It’s economic totalitarianism. What you’ve seen is they’ve been able to consolidate fantastic amounts of economic wealth not just by deleting the income of the middle class and consolidating it into their companies, but by significantly improving the wealth and power of the largest G7 developed countries and China vis-a-vis the emerging markets. So the countries with the most advanced technology and the access to AI and software, and to the sort of digital systems including through space, are dramatically consolidating economic power vis-a-vis the weaker nations. So we’re seeing a consolidation of economic power centralization both into the wealthier and the more powerful nations, the basically top one percent who control them.
So I would describe what Covid-19 is, it’s the institution of controls necessary to convert the planet from democratic process to technocracy. What we’re watching is a change in control and an engineering of new control systems. Think of this as a coup d’etat. It’s much more like a coup d’etat than a virus.
For 20 some years in the United States we’ve had a financial coup d’etat. And we knew in at the end of 1995, a decision was made to move much of the assets and money out of the country. That was part of sort of bubbling the global economy of globalization. And they knew that once they’d finished moving all those assets, that they would have to consolidate and change the fundamental system. So after the financial coup, you’ve stolen all the money in the pension funds, you’ve stolen all the money in the government. And now rather than turn and tell people, well, we stole your money, you need an excuse that will allow you to consolidate and change the fundamental system. And so you have a Magic Virus. And the Magic Virus is we have to fundamentally change the system. And thanks to the Magic Virus, there’s no money in Social Security. Thanks to the Magic Virus, there’s no money in the treasury. And you have your perfect magic excuse.’ For the entire article go to https://biblescienceforum.com/2020/12/31/the-globalist-agenda/
Revelation 18:11-13 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more: 13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
This occurs in the Tribulation time when we who have trusted the Lord Jesus will have already been taken away to be with the Lord; 1 Thessalonians 4.
Boy, am I glad I am old! This cancel culture thing is beyond belief but is a true REALITY in today’s society. How is it that the supposed Religion of Peace has obtained a place of such authority and prominence not only in Islamic nations but the Western world as well? Here’s another unbelievable story of one who has suffered greatly under the CANCEL CULTURE!
‘We’re all aware of the cancel culture. Its strength is visible on college campuses throughout the country, especially in liberal strongholds. But in a politically conservative state such as Tennessee? Surely it wouldn’t have any foothold in state employment, right?
Wrong.
In February 2019, I joined the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility (“the Board”), the agency in Tennessee handling attorney discipline. I handled my own litigation caseload, and all appeals were assigned to me, including appearances before the Supreme Court of Tennessee. The Supreme Court is the “ultimate arbiter” of attorney discipline in the state, and thus every disciplinary appeal is taken by the Court. I presented six oral arguments to the Court in one and a half years, likely more than any other attorney in the state during that time period. I loved oral argument days, and in my opinion, the judges on Tennessee’s Supreme Court are some of the finest in the country.
Some attorneys facing potential discipline will go to great lengths to excuse their misconduct, including lashing out at Board counsel. Unfortunately, that happened to me. The Board has been dealing with a Nashville-based attorney for several years. His alleged misconduct is really secondary to what happened to me. The Board conducted a trial against him, and the Hearing Panel (comprised of three volunteer attorneys) issued its judgment that the attorney should be suspended for two years. The attorney appealed, and the appeal was assigned to me.
That attorney filed a motion to put a hold on the appeal, claiming that the Board attorney handling the trial was dishonest with him in discussing certain procedural matters. I filed a memorandum opposing the motion, and attended the oral argument by Zoom. That was the full extent of my participation in his appeal.
I have never met this attorney. I have never spoken to him. In fact, he had independent counsel file his motion and make the argument, so I did not even see him then. Nonetheless, the day after his motion to stay was denied, he – through his counsel – filed a motion to disqualify me as an “anti-Muslim bigot.” He claimed that his wife (who I also have never met) is Muslim, and therefore I could not be an objective attorney handling the appeal. Moreover, he claimed that I was not even fit to be employed by the state of Tennessee.
What was his basis for such an outrageous claim? He apparently did a deep dive into my Twitter account and found tweets from 2015 and 2016 – four years before I was even a state employee – in which I apparently supported then-candidate Trump’s position that the country should not continue to allow people in from Islamic terrorist hot spots if we could not verify them. In that vein, I allegedly tweeted several articles discussing this issue, and emphasized that we should be diligent and aware of Islamic terrorism.
In one of the tweets, it appears that I referenced a Muslim being removed from one of Trump’s campaign events. That particular individual claimed that he was mistreated and that it was “scary.” In response, I allegedly indicated that bombs were scary, making the point that people exercising their free speech at a political rally paled in comparison to bombs being set by Islamic terrorists.
I could not find the tweets when I searched for them. I could only go back in my history to 2018. So I could never actually confirm that the tweets from 2015 or 2016 were mine.
The attorney claimed that I also posted numerous tweets ridiculing liberals and Democrat lawyers, and that I was clearly a conservative bigot. In support, he included more recent tweets which were nothing more than political commentary.
But it didn’t matter. As a result of his ridiculous motion, the Board and state HR conducted an investigation and ultimately determined that I could not continue as a Board attorney because I was in a position of “public trust.” Apparently, this means that I should not have expressed a political viewpoint (which millions of Americans share) years before I even became a state employee.
I have never treated anyone unfairly or with a religious bias, whether on the Board or otherwise. In fact, I have worked with Muslim immigrants in Romania, while on trips to visit my wife’s family. Nor do I believe that all Muslims are terrorists. In fact, I believe that the number of Islamic terrorists is incredibly small when compared to the overall number of Muslims.
Nor did my religious or political viewpoint have anything at all to do with this attorney’s case. I have no idea who his wife is, or her religion, beyond what he claims in his motion. Even had I known, it would have had no impact on me handling his appeal, as there was absolutely nothing in the underlying case that touched on religion. The attorney did not claim that I had actually done anything wrong to him or violated his rights in any way. Instead, his claim was that because of my political (conservative) viewpoint, I could not possibly be objective.
In the end, I was given the Hobson’s choice to resign or be terminated. This was not based on any actual conduct while I was a state employee. Nor was it based on any interactions with this attorney or my handling of his case. Instead, it was based on nothing more than his own allegations that I could not be objective. The attorney sent a copy of his motion to the Nashville Tennessean, which reported on the motion without even bothering to give me the opportunity to respond. The bad publicity which resulted was surely a primary reason for the decision. Instead of fighting the motion on its merits, it appears that getting rid of me was the easiest solution.
The cancel culture was victorious once again.’https://www.jihadwatch.org/2020/12/tennessee-lawyer-fired-for-opposing-islamic-terrorism-tells-his-story?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=the_2020_12_31_jihad_watch_daily_digest&utm_term=2020-12-31
1 Peter 1:20-21 “He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you who through Him believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.”

‘Blessings can become curses. For example, a painkiller may be used to cover up an injury that needs immediate treatment. Pain is unpleasant. However, when pain tells us to move our hand from the hot stovetop, it helps us prevent worse injury.
When God created the universe and placed humans on this Earth, there was no disease, no pain and no death. The Bible tells us that God also knew that our freedom to withdraw our love from Him would also result in the consequences of withdrawing that love – that is, disease, pain and death. In His wisdom, God filled the creation with chemical factories that could provide temporary help for pain and disease.
Foxglove, or digitalis, offers a treatment for heart failure. Quinine, from a South American tree, is used to treat malaria. Steroids come from a Mexican yam. A treatment for gout is made from the autumn crocus. A fungus that grows on the rye plant and caffeine from coffee beans are used to treat migraine headaches. White willow bark, which contains a form of aspirin, has been used for thousands of years as a natural treatment for pain and fever.
Pain, disease and death call our attention to our much more serious spiritual condition. If we did not have to face death in this life, we would be condemned to spend eternity in an imperfect world. We can thank God that He has provided the remedy for our sin in the forgiveness of sins through His Son, Jesus Christ. Is your trust for salvation in Jesus Christ and what He has done for you?’https://creationmoments.com/sermons/fields-and-forests-of-medicine-2/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=fields-and-forests-of-medicine-2&mc_cid=8fa0f5f087&mc_eid=00c1dcff3c
