Will you be getting the China Virus vaccine? My wife says she won’t but I will continue to mull it over in the space called ‘my head’ and when it is available then make up my mind. However, Australia’s Federal ‘Health Minister Greg Hunt says “absolute safety” is the key to approving and rolling out a coronavirus vaccine next year. “We are an island sanctuary so what we do with vaccines, we want to make sure, is about absolute safety and extending the safe Australia concept that we have but doing it in a way that provides absolute confidence to the Australian people,” he told Sky News. The vaccine will be voluntary but Mr Hunt said he believed that Australians will get themselves vaccinated to protect one another. “My hope and my belief is that Australians will help and protect other Australians and themselves through the vaccination program.” Mr Hunt cautioned Australians not to be complacent with safety measures against coronavirus, even as Australia has recorded few cases. “This is still a dangerous, contagious, and deadly disease. Your help can save lives.”‘https://www.skynews.com.au/details/_6214409491001?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Daily%20Sky%20News%20Australia%20%20Newsletter&utm_content=Daily%20Sky%20News%20Australia%20%20Newsletter+CID_11da7aa9c7d9a1d530043c31be155f28&utm_source=Daily%20newsletter&utm_term=Your%20help%20can%20save%20lives%20Hunt%20urges%20people%20to%20consider%20vaccinations

The Australian state of New South Wales is a place where the Leftist Climate scammers have taken over. It is said that if it walks like a Duck and quacks like a Duck it is pretty sure it is a Duck. Same with a tax and ‘Google lists 16 synonyms for the word “tax”. Politicians have used most of them over the years. Levies, tolls, excises, imposts have all been popular choices for those seeking to hide a sneaky tax.
No one beats innovation in this field of linguistic camouflage, however, than those seeking to justify a tax to prop up dud renewable energy investments.
The NSW Government has entered this competitive field with its *NSW Electricity Infrastructure Investment Bill 2020*. Section 57 of this proposed law would require electricity distribution companies to make a “contribution” to a Fund that will be used to support investments in renewable energy, batteries and other infrastructure.
A contribution! It sounds like the spare change you chuck onto the plate at mass but in fact there is nothing voluntary about this donation. The law would establish penalties for those who refuse to pay, potentially up to 220,000 for non-compliance.
A mandatory contribution is a tax. If we put a tax on electricity distribution companies, do you think these profit seeking companies will just absorb this extra impost? Of course not. These extra costs will be passed on to the long-suffering electricity consumers of New South Wales.
Electricity prices in Sydney have more than doubled over the past 15 years. There are many pensioners who can not afford to heat their homes in winter. This should be a moral outrage for a country that is blessed with abundant sources of coal, gas and sun.
In fairness, the NSW Government says that there is nothing to worry about. The “contributions” will only be required if prices get “too low”. That sounds a bit like saying our hospitals are very efficient, they only cater for those that don’t live too long. How can electricity prices be too low? I am pretty sure I speak for most when I say I want them to go as low as possible!
Worse, the NSW Government has not released any of the modelling that would describe exactly what level this artificial electricity floor price is set at.
The reason they won’t tell us is that this evidence would blow apart the myth that renewable energy is cheaper than coal. If renewable energy was the cheapest form of power why would they need government funded subsidies from a fund paid for by electricity consumers? If renewable energy was cheaper then they could undercut the coal electricity producers and make money without taxpayer support.
We didn’t need a tax on telephones for people to buy mobiles and we didn’t need a tax on typewriters to invent computers.
What this proposed law is actually about is trying to kill the coal fired power that supports so many NSW jobs. The NSW Government’s own documents admit this, with it planning for the closure of four coal fired power plants over the next 15 years.
They would be replaced by inexpensive and unreliable renewable energy. South Australia already tried this and it ended with its entire state’s lights going out. In the end it had to build a new gas fired power plant to restore reliability.’http://www.mattcanavan.com.au/dud_renewables_will_hurt_hip_pocket?utm_campaign=e_central_bulletin_3&utm_medium=email&utm_source=mattjcan
President Trump was for America but if Biden and that other person get the WH China will have full control of the world or so it would seem. Nevertheless, the news out of China is that ‘As the likelihood of a US-China reset increases despite the distracting drama over President Donald Trump’s White House departure, former intelligence officials and foreign policy analysts are gaming how Beijing could test the mettle of the incoming Biden administration for weakness and opportunity.
Most expect Beijing to initially take it slow in line with its past approach toward presidential transitions and to avoid jinxing a potential course correction after four brutal years of trade wars, name-calling and recriminations.
“Beijing may try a combination of hard and soft probing as it assesses the incoming administration,” said Jing Sun, associate professor at the University of Denver. “Contacts will be under the surface and incremental due to Beijing being traumatised by the Trump administration.”
Fuelling Beijing’s reluctance to test Washington in dramatic fashion is a belief that it is not in a rush, that American power is declining and that it has met many immediate objectives in the South China Sea. And on other core issues, it has tightened its grip over Hong Kong, while any precipitous move against Taiwan is probably premature, analysts said.’https://www.scmp.com/news/china/diplomacy/article/3111548/how-might-china-test-new-joe-biden-administration
Note the RESET in the first paragraph. That’s the WEF’s KEY WORD! Be prepared for a BIG RESET in your life if Sleepy Joe wins the WH!
How much of the news out of China can one really believe? While the West seems to be in a war against the middle class the news out of China is the CCP is seeking to boost its middle class! Whether that’s true or not this article says ‘A critical mission for President Xi Jinping over the next 15 years is likely to be doubling the size of China’s “middle-income” group after Beijing reaches its goal of eliminating absolute poverty next summer, analysts say.
The Communist Party has not specified the target in its 2035 vision – vowing only to “significantly expand the middle income group” – but the message is clear among top policymakers: China must increase its middle class to avoid the middle income trap, where a developing country’s growth stagnates because of structural obstacles that impede development.
Boosting the number of middle-income earners would also help the government implement its new “dual circulation” economic strategy that focuses on developing the domestic market to offset external uncertainty.
Officially about 400 million Chinese are categorised as middle income, which is generally defined by the National Bureau of Statistics as a family of three earning between 100,000 yuan (US$15,200) to 500,000 yuan annually, though the definition is not always consistent.
That represents less than a third of China’s total population. Japan counts two thirds of its population as middle income and the US about a half.
If China were to increase its middle-income population to near 60 per cent, some 800 million people would fall into the category, creating a consumer market larger than the populations of the US and European Union combined, and giving it huge economic leverage on the international stage.’https://www.scmp.com/economy/china-economy/article/3111929/china-looks-boost-middle-class-it-wraps-xi-jinpings-anti?utm_medium=email&utm_source=mailchimp&utm_campaign=enlz-gme_trade_war&utm_content=20201201&tpcc=enlz-us_china_trade_war&MCUID=6ece799d24&MCCampaignID=0d00512114&MCAccountID=7b1e9e7f8075914aba9cff17f&tc=14
Enjoy your liberty while you can as these UN Communist/Marxist’s march to the beat of tyranny over the masses. Why would I say such? There are many reasons of which one is ‘The author of a book outlining the “Great Reset” received a Chinese state foreign honor in 2018.
Klaus Schwab, the author of “COVID-19: The Great Reset” and the executive director of the globalist World Economic Forum, received the China Reform Friendship Medal for his role in integrating Communist China into the world economy.
Schwab is cited as a “promoter of China’s international economic exchanges and cooperation” in a Chinese state media report on his state honor, which was provided to ten leading western globalists for their role in outsourcing jobs to the Communist-mercantilist nation. Chinese communist leader Xi Jinping personally bestowed the China Reform Friendship Medal to Schwab in a 2018 Beijing ceremony.
Schwab has advocated that “nothing return to normal” in the aftermath of the coronavirus pandemic, predicting that human history itself will be differentiated between the era before the virus and after in a manner akin to the birth of Jesus Christ. He outlined his vision for digitized reorganization of the western world in the aftermath of coronavirus in a WEF in July, delegating power formerly held by citizens to “stakeholders” affiliated with the world’s large corporations and governments.
Another Chinese state media profile of Schwab reveals he assisted in organizing an equivalent of the globalist Davos Conference in China, having supported the integration of China in operations of the World Economic Forum.
The “great reset” vision supported by Schwab is broadly akin to China’s social credit system, in which powerful institutions are handed broad powers to punish and regulate the everyday behavior of private citizens. The World Economic Forum has previously suggested freedoms such as private automobile ownership, consumption of dark meat(to be replaced with insects), mass immigration and refugee resettlement, and private property are incompatible with their vision of a globalist future.
Global elites and oligarchs have keenly promoted Schwab’s idea of the Great Reset in recent months, eager to redistribute property and freedoms from ‘average’ and middle-class people to massive corporations and themselves.’https://bigleaguepolitics.com/globalist-great-reset-author-klaus-schwab-received-chinese-foreign-honor-in-2018/
Paul plainly wrote in Romans 1:26,27 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
In spite of this clear teaching in God’s Word ‘A group of progressive United Methodists announced….they are forming a new Methodist denomination, the Liberation Methodist Connexion, or LMX.
For half a century, the United Methodist Church has debated the full inclusion of its LGBTQ members. It pushed any discussion of sexuality from its quadrennial General Conference meeting in 2016 to a special session in 2019, where delegates voted against allowing the church to ordain LGBTQ clergy or perform same-sex marriages.’
One of the BIGGEST MISTAKES a group of churches can do is to DEBATE the Word of God! Debating the Word of God is a clear indication that these Methodists do not see the Bible as their sole rule of faith and practice! Anyway, ‘A new plan has been proposed since then to split the denomination according to beliefs on LGBTQ ordination and same-sex marriage. The split was to be decided upon at the 2020 General Conference, but due to COVID-19 shutdowns, the conference was cancelled and the decision postponed until next fall at the earliest. United Methodists would’ve met this week to consider a split. What are they doing instead?
Some United Methodists eager for change have simply grown tired of waiting.
“The timeline of the Holy Spirit is driving our decision to launch LMX at this moment, and we are responding to that call,” the Rev. Althea Spencer-Miller said during a presentation Sunday evening following the denomination’s first online worship service.
The LMX seeks to embrace the “full participation of all who are living out their God-given identities and expressions,” according to the site. That includes people of all gender expressions and sexual identities, races and ethnicities, mental and physical abilities, sizes and ages.
Its theology “is not written in stone,” the website said, but it builds on Methodist theology with various expressions of Liberation theologies, which were first developed by Latin American Roman Catholics in the 1950s and 1960s.
Correct doctrine is less important to the new denomination than correct action, collaborators said during Sunday’s presentation. That action includes reparations, caring for the earth, and finding new ways to live together outside of systems like colonialism, white supremacy, patriarchy, clericalism and heteronormativity, they said.
“We seek not answers that lead us to correct doctrines as to why we suffer. We seek correct actions, correct praxis, where God sustains us during the unanswerable questions,” Spencer-Miller said.
More conservative Methodists, however, believe the new denomination veers from both orthodoxy (correct doctrine) and orthopraxy (correct actions).
Mark Tooley, president of the Institute on Religion & Democracy—a conservative Christian thinktank, which promotes its views among mainline Protestant churches—predicts the United Methodist Church will divide over these issues.
“As the United Methodist Church effectively dissolves, there are likely to be various shatterings,” Tooley told The Roys Report in a statement Wednesday. “At the very least, there will be a traditional global church, a liberal USA church, and a radical USA church, with perhaps several others. This Liberation Methodist Connexion will be the radical branch, or perhaps one of several radical branches. It will be hard long to cohere a denomination around Identity Politics and without core theology. . . . The United Methodist Church was created in 1968 mostly based on theological pluralism, which was an experiment that failed.”
However, leaders of the new denomination said those who join them aren’t expected to leave their denominations. In fact, collaborators said Sunday that United Methodist members are encouraged to continue to partner with the United Methodist Church’s ethnic caucuses.
“There are no doctrinal litmus tests in the movement. We are moving beyond the supremacy of a single belief system,” said the Rev. Janet G. McKeithen, a member of the Connexion working group.
It’s about following Jesus to the margins, added the Rev. Alex da Silva Souto, one of the leaders of UM-Forward and a General Conference delegate from the New York Conference.
Da Silva Souto said in May that a coalition of groups already describing themselves as Liberationists had been discussing the possibility of forming a new denomination. That discussion grew out of events — the UM-Forward summit in May 2019 in Minneapolis, an Advent gathering outside of Denver, a Lenten gathering this spring in Dallas — following a special session of the United Methodist General Conference in 2019.
The Traditional Plan favored by theologically conservative United Methodists, approved at that special session, was set to take effect earlier this year, strengthening language in the denomination’s Book of Discipline barring LGBTQ clergy from being ordained and same-sex couples from marrying in the United Methodist Church.
But United Methodist bishops and advocacy group leaders from across theological divides agreed to a moratorium on its enforcement in January after negotiating a proposal to split the denomination, called, “A Protocol of Reconciliation and Grace Through Separation.” The proposal, negotiated by 16 United Methodists, would commit $25 million to create a new conservative “traditionalist” Methodist denomination. The “post-separation United Methodist Church” would then have the opportunity to rescind the Traditional Plan and pass affirming language.
Delegates would have voted on that proposal at the United Methodist General Conference scheduled in May. At the time, Da Silva Souto called its postponement, due to the pandemic, a “curveball.”
But, said Da Silva Souto, “we’re not waiting for the protocol to answer the call that we feel, which is love and liberation right now.”
The LMX is planning to host its next worship service on New Year’s Eve and encouraged those interested in joining to sign up for its email newsletter on its website.’https://julieroys.com/progressive-methodists-new-denomination/?mc_cid=e8a2ae265a&mc_eid=b13d34ad49
The LMX is a pawn in Satan’s family of apostate churches.
‘The New Scientist for April 2nd announced the design and making of a bacterium with the smallest ever set of genes. Some will infer that life-in-a-test-tube is possible.

Life forms are too complex for life to arise spontaneously, with interdependent systems just springing forth unaided. How simple a living thing is it possible to get? Certainly it would need to be a single-celled creature such as a small bacterium.
In April 2016, The Venter Institute published details of the smallest genome that would support life under ideal conditions. First Craig Venter’s team designed a basic set of genes on a computer. Then they took a small bacterium and painstakingly removed single genes, one at a time. Where the bacterium survived such a removal, that gene could safely be discarded from the genome. They finished up with a tiny genome of only 473 genes. They removed its own genome from a bacterium and replaced it by this minimal genome, nurturing it in a dish of easy-to-process glucose for energy. The synthetic genome then used the machinery of the cell to grow and divide like any living cell.
This remarkable piece of genetic research is very different from making life from scratch, and only serves to highlight the problems involved. The team used naturally occurring genes – they are far and away too complex to design and form from scratch. Moreover, these leading geneticists had no idea what was the function of a third of the genes found to be indispensable to life. The rest of the genes coded for proteins vital to life and checked the fidelity of genome duplication when the cell divides, or made the machinery for turning nutrients into energy. The nutrient rich environment enabled the minimal genome to survive without other genes needed in a harsher situation. The rest of the cell was a ready-made bacterium with all its natural components.
Far from shedding light on how life arose without a designer, the exercise highlighted our lack of knowledge of many cell functions. How could even a genome of less than 500 genes spring from non-living material? Venter’s team have demonstrated that life needs a living Maker.’https://www.truthinscience.org.uk/content.cfm?id=3172

‘DINOSAUR ON WRONG CONTINENT according to reports in Bath University 5 November 2020, Science Alert 6 November 2020, SciTech Daily 7 November 2020, and Cretaceous Research, 2 November 2020; doi:10.1016/j.cretres.2020.104678. An international team of scientists have found fossil jaws and the teeth of a hadrosaur (a “duckbill dinosaur”) in a phosphate mine in Morocco. Using the fossils they estimate the dinosaur was about 3 metres (10ft) long – fairly small for a hadrosaur, but still a large animal. The rock layer it was found in is dated as 66 million years, putting it in the Cretaceous period. The scientists were surprised to find it in Morocco as hadrosaurs are believed to have evolved in North America, a long way from Africa. According to current continental drift theory Africa was separated from other continents by deep oceans hundreds of kilometres wide during the Cretaceous, which would have made it almost impossible for hadrosaurs to migrate to Africa. Nicholas Longrich, of the Milner Centre for Evolution at the University of Bath UK, who led the study said “It was completely out of place, like finding a kangaroo in Scotland. Africa was completely isolated by water – so how did they get there?” According to Longrich “It was impossible to walk to Africa,” so the research team suggested it must have crossed the water by swimming, floating or rafting on debris. Present day ocean crossings by animals such as iguanas and tortoises by rafting are rare, but have been documented. According to the Bath University Press Release, “Duckbills were probably powerful swimmers – they had large tails and powerful legs, and are often found in river deposits and marine rocks, so they may have simply swum the distance”. Nour-Eddine Jalil, from the Natural History Museum of Sorbonne University (France) commented: “The succession of improbable events (crossing an ocean by a dinosaur, fossilization of a terrestrial animal in a marine environment) highlights the rarity of our find and therefore its importance”. (item in brackets in original)
ED .COM. Finding hadrosaur remains in Africa is only a problem for those who believe the story about the evolution of dinosaurs made up by people who were not there to see it happen. BUT this finding is not a problem if you believe the history of the world as set out by the Creator and Judge who created dinosaurs and then judged the world with the world-wide Flood (see Genesis 1-9). When God created the world there was one ocean and one land mass, so dinosaurs could have roamed anywhere in the time between their creation and Noah’s Flood. During that flood all air breathing, land dwelling animals outside the Ark were wiped out. Many dinosaurs were swept up by flood waters (both fresh and saltwater), along with masses of sediment, then dumped and buried. Added to the evidence they were drowned, that explains the finding of dinosaurs in “river deposits and marine rocks”. They did not live in rivers or the sea – they died in flood waters. Ipso facto, such fossils found on different continents are not the evidence of evolution – they are the remains of world-wide destruction.’
Climate change is a religion to many and they will go to any length to dispose of those who do not agree.
‘Five years ago, I said Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) behaves like Torquemada, using Inquisition-like tactics to harass “manmade climate crisis” skeptics, and threatening to prosecute them for racketeering. Tomas de Torquemada was the Grand Inquisitor of the Spanish Inquisition that interrogated, tortured, imprisoned and executed thousands for religious heresy.
The senator took great umbrage, and denounced me in Senate chambers where I once worked. But he didn’t change his ways. If anything, he has become more intolerant and vindictive.

He recently said Democrat control of the Senate would enable him and his colleagues to launch investigations, haul climate realists before committees (for star-chamber show trials), and even employ grand juries and criminal prosecutions – to intimidate, silence and punish climate crisis nonbelievers.
People could certainly conclude that the thin-skinned senator would feel right at home in Inquisition Spain, Stalinist Russia, Red Guard and Xi Jinping China, or book-burning pre-Holocaust fascist Europe. Their history of silencing dissenters, erasing them from history, and sending them off to gulags and salt mines (or worse) is legendary. Their economic and governing ideology is classic fascism:
an extreme, intolerant system, under which an authoritarian government does not own businesses and industries outright, but does dictate what they can make, do, sell and say – while controlling citizens’ thoughts, speech and choices – through intimidation, silencing, arrest, prosecution, and fear of being fined, jailed, fired, sent to penal or reeducation colonies, and being beaten or executed.
These tactics are reprehensible and dictatorial. They are un-American and anti-science. Indeed, science achieves no progress without dissent, discussion and debate. It requires not just hypotheses, theories and computer models, but solid, empirical evidence to confirm or disprove hypotheses, models and predictions.
Discussion, debate, dissent and evidence are especially vital in addressing the assertion that humanity faces an unprecedented manmade climate crisis. That assertion is being used to justify demands that the United States, Europe and developed world eliminate the fossil fuels that provide over 80% of our energy, petrochemical and pharmaceutical raw materials, fertilizers and countless other benefits.
It is being used to justify demands that we replace this reliable, affordable energy and raw material base with wind, solar, battery and biofuel power. Not only are these alternatives intermittent, weather-dependent and far more expensive. They involve extensive mining, land use, wildlife, pollution and other environmental impacts. They are not renewable, sustainable, environment-friendly or climate-safe.
In the United States alone, we would have to replace some 7.5 billion megawatt-hours of electricity and electricity-equivalent fossil fuel use per year; replace enormous amounts of oil and natural gas raw materials; and overhaul our transportation, home heating and other systems. That would require millions of wind turbines, billions of solar panels, billions of 1000-pound battery modules, tens of millions of acres of corn, canola, soybean and other biofuel crops – and tens of trillions of dollars.
Democrat urban population and voter centers will likely oppose those industrial-scale installations in their backyards. They would have little objection to locating them in what many ruling, media and Hollywood elites imperiously and derisively refer to “flyover country” – western, Midwestern and southern states.
This “transformation” – under the Paris climate treaty, a Green New Deal or a Biden-Harris regulatory program – would massively disrupt America’s economy, jobs, living standards, health and wellbeing, especially for poor, minority, blue-collar, fixed-income and flyover country families and communities.
Climate alarmists insist that any lost jobs would be replaced with “green” jobs. But those would be mostly minimum-wage positions: hauling, installing, maintaining, dismantling, removing and landfilling turbines, panels and batteries. Moreover, most of those green technologies would be manufactured overseas, especially in China, because environmentalists battle any mining in the USA, and a climate-focused energy system would provide insufficient reliable, affordable power for factories.
Those huge and unprecedented amounts of mining and manufacturing would require fossil fuels. So the only thing that would change is where the fossil fuel use and emissions occur.
It would be mostly in Asia and Africa, in countries that are not obligated under the Paris climate treaty to reduce their fossil fuel use or greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions; countries that will build as many hundreds or thousands of coal and gas-fired power plants as needed to lift their people out of poverty … and make “green energy” technologies they will happily sell to America, Australia, Canada and Europe.
That means, even if the US went cold-turkey on fossil fuels, it would make no difference to global GHG emissions or global atmospheric concentrations. And that means, even if carbon dioxide is the primary factor in climate change, destroying US and other modern economies would bring no climate benefits.
The EU’s and UK’s unwavering belief in human-caused climate cataclysms is already hammering its industries, workers and families, as numerous articles attest: here, here, here and here, for instance.
Thankfully, however, it is becoming increasingly clear that assertions of Climate Armageddon have been miscalculated, exaggerated or fabricated. Average global temperatures are rising far less rapidly than predicted by climate models: by at least a half-degree F.
Violent (F4-F5) US tornadoes have actually declined in number the past 35 years (1985-2020) versus the previous 35 years (1950-1984); and in 2018 not one F5 tornado touched down in the United States. For a record twelve years, from Wilma in 2005 until Harvey and Irma in 2017, no Category 3 to 5 hurricane struck the US mainland. Overall, there is little or no trend in tropical cyclone activity or intensity.
All that is not surprising in light of new research by Drs. William Happer and Willem van Wijngaarden that strongly indicates even doubling carbon dioxide (and other greenhouse gases) in Earth’s atmosphere would have minuscule effects on global temperatures and climate (but would benefit plant growth).
Indeed, it is impossible to distinguish human influences from natural factors, fluctuations and cycles regarding temperatures, polar ice, storms and droughts. Some scientists certainly claim otherwise – and generally just blame humans. But they have little or no actual, empirical evidence to support their claims, predictions and models. They simply say the science is settled, and we must ban fossil fuels, so shut up.
With so much at stake for America and the world, this is completely intolerable. At the very least, those claiming we face a climate calamity must be required to present solid empirical evidence to support their assertions – and engage in in robust, transparent debates with manmade climate change skeptics.
That is precisely what Senator Torquemada seems determined to prevent and punish, while transforming “the world’s greatest deliberative body” into a Russian Politburo or Chinese National People’s Congress – and an integral part of the $multi-trillion-per-year Climate Industrial Complex.
In that quest he would certainly be aided by the Big Media and Big Tech moguls who share his views on climate change, silencing scientists and evidence that contradicts climate cataclysm catechism, and blacklisting “climate heretics” in government, academic and corporate circles.
People have been conditioned to kowtow to government lockdown edicts, to save humanity from Covid. Climate alarmists assume we will now be sufficiently compliant about banning fossil fuels to “save the planet,” when we’re trying to recover from Covid. Or their Torquemadas will make us compliant.
It’s time to reject politicized junk science, demand debate, and resist green climate and energy edicts. Perhaps most of all, the US Senate must assert its Advice and Consent responsibilities on the Paris climate treaty, the most far-reaching international agreement Americans were ever asked to ratify.’https://papundits.wordpress.com/2020/12/03/sheldon-whitehouses-climate-inquisition/
What else can government do for the public good? ‘Thousands of people in Sydney have been told to get tested after a hotel quarantine worker travelled on public transport for several days at the end of November while potentially infectious. An alert has been issued for November 27 to 30 for both the train line and light rail. NSW Health has a full list of specific times it obtained from tap-on, tap-off Opal data. “The person, who lives in south-western Sydney, travelled from Minto to Central and on the light rail from Central to Darling Harbour on a number of occasions whilst potentially infectious,” NSW Health said. “NSW Health will be asking people who travelled on the same services to get tested immediately and self-isolate.” Genome sequencing is currently underway to determine the source – whether the virus was contracted in the community or from an overseas traveller.’https://www.skynews.com.au/details/_6213979457001?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Daily%20Sky%20News%20Australia%20%20Newsletter&utm_content=Daily%20Sky%20News%20Australia%20%20Newsletter+CID_d5a3fe47935749cf9c3ac5a9dfb08554&utm_source=Daily%20newsletter&utm_term=Thousands%20told%20to%20get%20tested%20in%20Sydney
