Sadly, the SOUTH AUSTRALIAN ABORTION REFORM BILL lost by one vote and that vote was made by a supposedly “conservative” in the same party that proposed the Bill.
The sweet Psalmist of Israel wrote in Psalm 139:14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. 15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. 16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.
Not that those intent on murdering the unborn would care what the Bible has to say but Paul did write in Romans 1:29, 30 that there are those who are “filled with all unrighteousness,…wickedness, maliciousness; …murder…30 …haters of God, despiteful, proud,…” There will be a day of reckoning before the Creator!
However, enlightened man today will NOT submit to the Creator so therefore the murder of the unborn is just another form of “healthcare”. The following is from the Australia’s left leaning THE CONVERSATION .
Abortion is murder; plain and simple. However, it seems the Western world is bent on murdering the next generation. Now, there are many fighting this genocide with whom I do not agree with Biblically but many of them have enough gumption to take a visible stand against this murdering of the unborn. It seems the American judiciary system supports this mass murder of the unborn and if one does not agree they either keep their opinion to themselves or get locked up.
God tells us in Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee that we are known by Him before birth. Now after birth it is an individuals responsibility to turn from their sins and to Christ. The Scriptures tell us in Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
