Iowa has a law that is supposed to protect children from porn and the LGBTQIA+ trash. However, the pushers of this material from hell seem to be “skirting” the law.
‘In September 2022, Christian parents Nigel and Sally Rowe won a commitment from the government to reform guidance for schools on transgender issues.
They were the first parents to expose transgender ideology in primary schools as they objected to 6-year-olds being allowed to socially transition in their sons’ Church of England Primary School.
Expert evidence was submitted to support the Rowes’ position, and the Department for Education (DfE) decided to settle the case rather than allow their challenge to go to court.
The government has now brought out its draft guidance on gender questioning children and has opened up a consultation on the guidance. This is a very important consultation which we would encourage you to respond to.
The guidance affects teachers, pupils and parents and will set the standard for what teachers and pupils are allowed to do. It is a significant step forward in protecting freedom of speech and in telling schools that they do not have to allow children to socially transition. ‘Football NSW released its new gender guidelines on Friday. The guidelines and the explanatory note to the guidelines are anti-women, anti-truth and contradictory.

Football NSW is committed to supporting the inclusion of gender diverse people in Football and understands this requires an appropriate balance to be reached between the interests of inclusion and ensuring a fair and safe competition for all.
It is an outright lie. This policy is not fair or safe for females at all.
Football NSW will not only go along with the lie that males can become female, but they will also penalise anyone who objects.
The new requirements mean males must drop their testosterone levels to under 2.4 nmoles/l for a period of 2 years prior to registration.
The thing is, lowering testosterone does not magically change a male into a female. The male can still have his genitalia intact, and he can still enjoy all the benefits of being male such as greater heart/lung capacity, larger hands and feet, greater fast twitch muscle fibres, larger skeletal frame and a more advantageous muscle to fat ratio.
The new policy will exclude males with male levels of testosterone from elite levels but embrace them at community level. Either transwomen are women or they are not. It seems Football NSW can’t make up their mind about it.
According to the policy if a male wants to play in the women’s team at community level, he is considered female.
However, once he becomes elite, he is suddenly a male who has to lower his testosterone and is no longer accepted as a woman just because he says so.
Football NSW can’t answer the question “What is the point of having a female competition if males can participate in it?” They block anyone who asks such questions.
The policy itself also suggests that objecting to males in female teams will probably be considered “vexatious or frivolous” and it “may amount to harassment and be dealt with as such in accordance with applicable FNSW policies.”

‘Springfield police are investigating a report from Kenwood Elementary School that allegedly involved several students and a racial incident.
Officers were called to the school around 10 a.m. Monday about an incident that happened Friday during recess on the playground, according to the police report, which states assault and menacing as the potential offenses.
The school principal told officers that a group of Black students gathered several white students on a spot of the playground “and forced them to state, ‘Black Lives Matter,’ against their will,” the report stated.
The principal said a few of the students who tried to avoid the situation were “chased down and escorted, dragged or carried” back to the spot on the playground, and one student was punched in the head by one of the suspects, according to the report.
The group of students also reportedly recorded the students who were forced to make the statement.

‘The recently founded University of Austin is reinventing higher education, with plans that include banning tenure, ditching doctorate requirements for faculty, and hiring the “leanest possible administration.”
The College Fix spoke by phone to President Pano Kanelos about the process of building a new university in the heart of Texas, from staffing to admissions to facilities.
Fourteen months ago, the university’s founders “promised an education without the censorship and enforced ideology present at most traditional universities,” The Fix reported November 2021.
Since then, the university has collected $105 million in funding. The institution was only an “idea” a year ago with no alumni to draw support from, said Kanelos (pictured), former president of St. John’s College in Annapolis.
Just one week after announcing the university, also known as UATX, it received over 3,500 inquiries from prospective professors.
