Is that statement really true concerning the aboriginal culture? The majority of the world has swallowed the evolutionary tale which is diametrically opposed to the Biblical teaching. The following is from Creation Ministries International which I trust you will read with an open mind.

In recent years the media has reported ever increasing ages that the Aboriginal Australians have inhabited the continent, and progressively, figures of 10, 20 and up to 40 and 50 thousand years have been given. The evidence of these dates mostly come from artefacts like cave painting or rock engraving. Recently, however, these sorts of dates have been claimed to arise from comparing DNA of Australian Aboriginals with that of the people indigenous to the Highlands of New Guinea. The theory is that at one time they had the same genome, but, genetic drift over time can be seen by comparing the DNA, thus “counting back” to when they were one people.
Is this technique of genome comparison a valid way to date how long Aboriginal people have been living in Australia, or does the technique contain certain evolutionary assumptions? Does CMI have any information refuting such DNA based dating that you can kindly refer me to?
The dating technique you mention is called a ‘molecular clock’. It involves very sophisticated laboratory techniques for comparing DNA sequences. However, like all ‘scientific’ clocks, a date cannot be calculated without making a number of unprovable assumptions about the past (see Fatal flaw). The reason the technique gives long ages is because the rate of genetic change is calibrated to provide results consistent with the standard evolutionary long-age timescale. However, when the rate of genetic change is ‘calibrated’ against the rate actually measured in organisms at the present time the timescales are much shorter—consistent with the biblical timescale.
The article Evolutionary molecular genetic clocks—a perpetual exercise in futility and failure explains the principles of the molecular clock and discusses the problem with the method. In summary, genetic clock methods assume evolution and deep-time by calibrating against the paleontological timescale. In addition, the methods have multiple problems: 1) different genes/sequences give widely different evolutionary rates, 2) different taxa exhibit different rates for homologous (similar) sequences, and 3) divergence dates commonly disagree with paleontology despite being calibrated by it. And finally, the molecular clock idea is directly tied to the neutral model theory of evolution, which assumes mutations occur in the so-called junk DNA. However, recent discoveries undermine the idea of pervasive junk DNA, thus negating its foundational premise.
The article Empirical genetic clocks give biblical timelines shows that when measured rates of genetic change are applied, ‘molecular clocks’ yield ages consistent with the biblical timescale. The article concludes, “A straightforward empirical approach constricted to analyses within a single taxa, typically yields dates of not more than about 5,000 to 10,000 years. Thus, when the hypothetical evolutionary constraints are removed, and the data is analyzed empirically, biblical timelines are achieved.”
One recent media article about the dating of Aboriginal occupation of Australia was reported in Science Daily,1 based on research published in Nature.2 This analysed hair samples collected from Aboriginal people across Australia. The genetic relationships between people within Australia and outside Australia from this analysis are likely to be reasonable. All people on earth today are descended from the eight people who were on Noah’s Ark that came to rest in the Middle East, and so the emigration paths described in the paper would be compatible with the biblical account. However, the multi-thousand-year dates are not, for the reasons outlined above.
The article The dating game discusses various efforts to date Aboriginal remains, in particular the individuals dubbed Mungo Man and Mungo Woman, found in sand dunes in south-western New South Wales. This article was published in 2003 but is still relevant. It describes how published dates, based on a range of different methods, progressively rose higher and higher. In 1999, when researchers at Australian National University in Canberra published a date of 62,000 years, other evolutionary researchers objected. It created an international problem for theories of human evolution. Such an early occupation of Australia by Aborigines would require the whole out-of-Africa theory of human origins to be rewritten.
However, the new molecular clock researchers are not so ambitious, citing dates of 50,000 years. Perhaps some sort of a compromise is being sought by settling on a number that won’t run afoul of the out-of-Africa scenario but still have very old dates for Australian Aborigines.
These scenarios for Aboriginal occupation of Australia are based on evolutionary assumptions, and these contradict biblical history. Especially they ignore Noah’s global Flood. However, the Bible provides a solid interpretive framework for scientific investigations into human origins. The first Aboriginal settlers to Australia were descended from people as intelligent and inventive as all other people alive at that time. Like everyone else, they were descended from Noah, who built and managed the Ark, and from a people who developed an advanced civilization around the Tower of Babel. So, as the DNA research reveals, the Australian Aborigines were related to other people groups, including those in India and Papua New Guinea. This aspect of the DNA research fits nicely with the biblical account.
However, the idea that the Aboriginal people of Australia are a primitive culture that had not evolved as much as people from other cultures is wrong. It’s evolutionary racism. Rather, they lost some of their technological know-how when they reached Australia. This can happen in a generation if parents do not pass their culture onto their children, or if small populations become isolated. Perhaps it was this isolation and the pressure to cope with a worsening climate as the continent dried out after the post-Flood Ice Age. But, they, like all other peoples, are made ‘in the image of God’ (Genesis 1:26), to have a relationship with God.
In summary, the dates produced by the ‘molecular clock’ are not valid because it begins with an incorrect calibration and has numerous fatal problems. However, if measured mutation rates are used as calibration then dates consistent with biblical timescales are obtained. But the method still has problems, which is why scientists do not rely on the dates it produces until they have checked other research to decide which dates to accept. On the other hand, the genetic relationships between people groups revealed by DNA comparisons are likely to be reasonably sound, and may help sort out migration routes of people since disembarking from Noah’s Ark in the Middle East about 4,500 years ago.

This “stupidity” was reported here the other day but this is a video of the Western Australian Premier and the Aboriginal translator at work. Unbelievable!
Believe it or not ‘Australians were treated to a new level of dystopian absurdity this morning when Western Australian Premier Mark McGowan released an ad campaign for Covid vaccination.
In it, McGowan has his Covid vaccination message translated from English into … English by the Aboriginal woman beside him.
This is the most racist government initiative I’ve ever seen.@MarkMcGowanMP had an indigenous elder translate his message from English to “Aboriginal-English.”
Whether intentional or careless, the Western Australian government’s footage suggests that Aboriginal people can only understand English if it’s broken up and repeated via an Aboriginal person, thus infantilising an entire community.
Social media has received the patronising campaign with a mixture of shock, awe (from the horror), and bemusement that public money could be misused in a blatantly racist and insulting manner.
“This is an important message to keep Aboriginal safe,” says McGowan.
“This is a message, a proper important one, to keep everybody safe one,” mimics the woman beside him.
“You can die from the Corona, or get really sick,” adds McGowan, coming across like a commercial from an episode of Black Mirror.
“You’re gonna get it. Pass away from this Corona. Or you’re gonna get really sick one.”
“It’s time to get the Corona needle to keep people and country strong.”
The video goes on like this for some time.
It comes as Western Australia launches its ServiceWA app for citizens to verify their Covid vaccination status before checking into retail, hospitality, and entertainment venues.
“It allows West Australians to show proof of vaccination, check-in with SafeWA at businesses and venues and access their G2G passes for interstate travel, all in one convenient place,” said Health Minister Amber-Jade Sanderson.
“[With] the ServiceWA app, you won’t need to show identification with your Covid-19 digital certificate to enter businesses and venues like you would with a certificate stored in your digital wallet or hard copy. This is because you use a digital identity to set up the ServiceWA app. Your digital identity helps you prove who you are online, meaning the app is safe, secure and not accessible by anyone else.”
What is interesting in the following is that six days after receiving the second Pfizer jab this aboriginal man died. However, he wasn’t said to have died of covid or the jabs but of a heart attack! Are they telling a porkie? ‘CHERBOURG, QUEENSLAND — A 65-year-old Wakka Wakka tribal elder is dead after believing he was doing the right thing for his community.
Mr. Bevan Costello, known as Uncle Bevan Costello in his community, received his second Pfizer mRNA injection on or around September 9 at a local pop-up event, according to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). He told ABC that many of his fellow Wakka Wakka tribe members were hesitant to receive the injections due to “misunderstanding of the information, mostly on social media.”

ABC reported that Cherbourg, an aboriginal settlement with about 1,200 residents, was only 4.6% fully-vaccinated as of September 9. Uncle Bevan said in the televised interview below that he’s more confident now that he’s fully vaccinated. He also said he was diabetic and that the vaccine should protect him if he gets COVID-19.
Details about Uncle Bevan’s death are scant. But the Cherbourg Aboriginal Shire Council Facebook page made two announcements six hours apart about his death on September 14 and 15 Queensland time. The first says it was a “sudden passing.” The second describes it as a “sudden death.” The two posts garnered a total of 339 comments and over 1,500 engagements as of writing, by far the two most popular most on the channel since at least June.
The Council also re-posted several photos and updates from the Darling Downs Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Facebook page. The photos show individuals receiving injections at the three-day event that Uncle Bevan received his injection.
None of the posts mention that Uncle Bevan received the Pfizer shots. ABC reported that he died of a heart attack.
‘INDIGENOUS REALITIES: From cries and placards of ‘Always was – Always will be aboriginal land,’ through musical strains of ‘I am, you are, we are Australian’ to ‘Barbies on the Beach’ – few people who celebrated Australia Day Downunder realised no-one was “Australian”, until January 26, 1949, when ‘Aussies’ could first travel with authorised Australian passports, and not British ones! When this Editor grew up, the debate topic at schools was ‘Am I still British?’ I for one rejoice in the fact that I have both a British and an Australian passport. But when I grew up the famous Jenolan caves were regarded as four thousand years old, not millions of years. It was without doubt a Biblically based society. Even though I didn’t come from a church family, nobody believed the Australian Aborigines had been here 60 to 70,000 years, the now popular basis for their claim to have always owned Australia, and to be Indigenous.
So, let’s throw a serious question out there – how long do you have to be in a country to be ‘indigenous’? It is easy to prove aborigines have not always been here, and they did come from India*, so they did not start as indigenous by any current definition. So how long were they here before they became indigenous? A decade, a century, a millennium? Perhaps it is time to consider anybody who is born in a country and grows up there as “indigenous”. Anybody who has worked with aborigines knows full well their culture has no concept of 6,000 or 60,000 years. These are ‘white fella’ European evolutionist lies about the evolution of aborigines, which political activists among the aborigines are now using at one end to ‘take back their land’, or at the furthest extreme ‘get rid of Australia’, and in doing so may bring chaos and even war to one of the most peaceful nations on earth – the land Downunder.
Perhaps you should be like us at Creation Research who really do acknowledge the traditional owners of the land – Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Who alone can grant peace and harmony, first to the individual, then to community and nation.

I was born white, I live my life as a white person and I suppose I will die white. Does, that make me a white supremacist? Well, here in the Land Down Under; ‘White Australian nurses must now apologize to minority patients for their white privilege before treatment! I would vigorously refuse to do so, so does that prove I’m a racist or a white supremacist?
Does pride in being white make me a white supremacist and if so, is a black person a black supremacist if he is proud of being black? If not, why not?
Being a white Christian does not reflect badly on those who don’t fit that description, just as my love and preference for my wife does no harm and is no criticism of those who disagree. Just because you think your wife is more beautiful than mine and your children and grandchildren are the brightest and most loveable does not make you a bigot. You are simply wrong, since mine are!
