Then there is the fact that these two so-called renewable sources of energy also have a limited life span. In Casper, WY ‘Incredible photos have revealed the final resting place of massive wind turbine blades that cannot be recycled, and are instead heaped up in piles in landfills.

The municipal landfill in Casper, Wyoming, is the repository of at least 870 discarded blades, and one of the few locations in the country that accepts the massive fiberglass objects.

Built to withstand hurricane winds, the turbine blades cannot easily be crushed or recycled. About 8,000 of the blades are decommissioned in the U.S. every year.

Once they reach the end of their useful life on electricity-generating wind turbines, the blades have to be hacked up with industrial saws into pieces small enough to fit on a flat-bed trailer and hauled to a landfill that accepts them.

In addition to the landfill in Casper, landfills in Lake Mills, Iowa and Sioux Falls, South Dakota accept the discarded blades – but few other facilities have the kind of open space needed to bury the massive blades.

Pro-life campaigner Christian Hacking, of the Centre for Bio-Ethical Reform UK (CBR UK), was given a Community Protection Notice (CPN), banning him from showing large images of unborn babies in the borough of Waltham Forest. The CPN was issued after Christian took part in a CBR UK display during its #Stop Stella campaign. The campaign sought to expose the tragic reality of abortion and inform Stella Creasy’s constituents of her extreme abortion proposals.

However, while the MP mounted a public attack on members of CBR UK for supposedly ‘harassing’ her with the images, the banners were confiscated by councillors in an action that the council has now admitted was unlawful.

The judgment finds that the CPN did interfere with Christian’s article 10 rights to freedom of expression, but that this was justified because some members of the public found the images disturbing.

Mark Alexander at the Patriot Post isn’t afraid to talk about both the negative and positive aspects of how President Trump has handled this Chinese virus pandemic. But what most media outlets failed to mention is the fact that the creator of this dire model, Justin Lessler, an associate professor of epidemiology at Johns Hopkins, has already downplayed its usefulness: “I had no role in the process by which that was presented and shown. It was not in any way intended to be a forecast.” President Trump’s administration issued notice immediately that the speculative model was “not a White House document, nor has it been presented to the Coronavirus Task Force or gone through interagency vetting,” and noted further, “This data is not reflective of any of the modeling done by the Task Force, or data that the Task Force has analyzed.”

Moving forward, let me state again that balancing the CV19 mitigation efforts with the economic and social consequences has been extremely challenging, and formulating and implementing a mitigation plan and an exit strategy is the most difficult and complex policy decision faced by any president in decades. Let me also restate that, to the Trump administration’s great credit, our nation was in a better position to take this enormous economic hit than it would’ve been under the statist suppression of Hillary Clinton. Until two months ago, we had the strongest economy in U.S. history. And we will Make American Great Again.

I believe that President Trump is also well equipped as a result of his considerable business experience to evaluate an effective path forward for our economy. But that path will be chock-full of pitfalls and political snares set by Rep. Nancy Pelosi and Sen. Chuck Schumer.

Trump, of course, is by now conditioned to this sort of sabotage. Before he even took office, the Obama administration tried to take him down with the fake Russia-collusion charade. The Democrats also failed to take Trump down with their second attempt, the fake Ukraine-collusion charade. Finally, Democrats will be pulling out all the stops to retake the White House by supporting their party’s non-compos-mentis presumed nominee, Joe Biden — assuming he survives the prospect of a brokered Demo convention.

Why do those who have so much talent and often times money as well, go WOKE? For example, ‘The videoconferencing company Zoom has become a household name during the coronavirus crisis. Families and friends, businesses and teachers have been using it to connect to people from the safety of their homes.

But unbeknownst to many, the company supports abortion on demand. Live Action broke news Tuesday about Zoom founder Eric Yuan’s abortion advocacy.

Yuan, who is worth $6.9 billion, according to Forbes, signed an open letter in 2019 that slammed states for passing pro-life laws to protect unborn babies from abortions.

He joined about 180 other U.S. company leaders in signing the letter published in the New York Times.

“Restricting access to comprehensive reproductive care, including abortion, threatens the health, independence and economic stability of our employees and customers,” Yuan and the other CEOs wrote in the letter. “Simply put, it goes against our values and is bad for business.”

The letter largely came in response to state heartbeat laws, which attempted to ban abortions after an unborn baby’s heartbeat is detectable, about six weeks of pregnancy. None of the laws are in effect due to legal challenges from the abortion industry.

The company leaders claimed the pro-life laws would hinder “our ability to build diverse and inclusive workforce pipelines, recruit top talent across the states, and protect the well-being of all the people who keep our businesses thriving day in and out. The future of gender equality hangs in the balance, putting our families, communities, businesses and the economy at risk.”

Planned Parenthood, NARAL Pro-Choice America, the American Civil Liberties Union and the Center for Reproductive Rights organized the letter. Others who signed it included Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey as well as business owners of Yelp, H&M, Slack, Postmates, Bloomberg L.P. and Warby Parker.

In 1999 Donald Foose was a ‘principal of a Christian school’ in Pennsylvania. It was also that same year that a young woman, now an adult, ‘…told Pennsylvania state police that Foose had repeatedly fondled her breasts, often over her clothing and twice underneath them. She said he once told her he wanted to see “what you got,” before groping beneath her shirt. Foose had once rubbed his genitals against hers when they were both fully clothed, she also told the police. When he asked to see her breasts, she refused.

A state trooper documented Foose’s limited response: Whatever his accuser alleged was true, he said. “He advised that he did put his hand under her clothing touching her breast,” the trooper wrote.

Police charged Foose with corruption of minors and indecent assault, both misdemeanors. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced in March 2000 to a maximum of two years in county prison and sex offender counseling. He served nine months and was released in December of that year on parole. He has no other known convictions.’

Due to that conviction the Pennsylvania ‘Department of Education stripped him of his teaching license, deeming him “a danger to the health, safety and welfare of students.” Under state law, Foose can’t even drive a school bus, and were he convicted after 2012 he would have been required by law to register as a sex offender.’

In spite of the 2000 conviction and being ‘jailed for molesting an underage relative’ and being deemed “a danger to the health, safety and welfare of students” which means Donald Foose could not under Pennsylvania state law ‘drive a school bus’ and if he had been convicted ‘after 2012 he would have been required by law to register as a sex offender.’

Nevertheless, in spite of all that Donald Foose still became the pastor of Oakwood Baptist Church, Camp Hill, PA. and ‘then superintendent of the Oakwood Baptist Day School. Church leaders who were aware of his past…’

This church is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) and ‘a member of the Keystone Baptist Association, a network of central Pennsylvania churches that includes Oakwood.’

Interestingly, the Keystone Baptist Association’s director of missions at that time was Larry Theisen who ‘…knew that Foose’s secret had torn Oakwood apart because he had served as interim pastor after the last of Oakwood’s leaders resigned.’ Now get this, before Theisen retired he had ‘…served on a national committee for SBC association leaders that drafted guidelines for preventing sexual abuse of minors in the church.’

According to ‘…an interview, Theisen said he tried to remain neutral at Oakwood but that it was a challenge because Foose is a friend.’ Do you see here the web that is spun making up the GOOD OLE BOY’S CLUB?!

The SBC is a denomination in spite of many SBC adherents strongly stating each church is an autonomous body. So when Theisen was questioned why he had not said something sooner he ‘…said it wasn’t his place to question Oakwood’s decision to make Foose pastor, because of the autonomy of Southern Baptist churches. He equated it to a congregation deciding whether to accept as pastor a man who had been divorced.’

It was in May of 2018 that Donald Foose resigned from the pastorate of Oakwood Baptist Church. However, it wasn’t long after that ‘…Foose preached in front of the congregation at Carlisle Baptist Church, not 20 miles from Oakwood.’ Ed Roman, the pastor of the Carlisle church said he let ‘…Foose preach because he believes in redemption. “But we also take seriously our responsibility to protect our children and our families”.’ He went on to say that “…over the years Carlisle Baptist has been very diligent in implementing safeguards that protect families and children so they can worship safely.” “I wish I would have handled things better,” Roman added. “I did not fully consider how it would affect other people. I didn’t.”

A former member of the Carlisle church ‘said the senior pastor at Carlisle later told her that he had known about Foose’s conviction when he invited him to fill in that Sunday but did not think he posed a danger.’

Then ‘In September, Foose preached again, in Virginia, according to a video briefly posted on the Facebook page of Fredericksburg International Christian Church. Spread from Far North Queensland, across the ranges of NSW, all over Victoria, Northern Tasmania and across South Australia its 6,960 MW of capacity routinely delivers just a trickle of that.

Collapses of over 3,000 MW or more that occur over the space of a couple of hours are routine, as are rapid surges of equal magnitude, which make the grid manager’s life a living hell, and provide the perfect set up for power market price gouging by the owners of conventional generators, who cash in on the chaos.

The Australian Energy Market Organisation (AEMO) – a body of wind and solar obsessed boffins – is tasked with keeping the lights on in Australia, notwithstanding the chaos delivered by their beloved windmills and solar panels.

Their most publicly visible ‘work’ occurs when they engage in what they euphemistically call “demand management”. Which is just another way of referring to controlled blackouts – increasingly common events that are engineered when the sun sets and/or calm weather sets in, and large power users get cut from the grid.

And when that forced reduction in ‘demand’ isn’t enough to keep the grid from collapsing entirely, they then slash the power supply to whole regions and suburbs. And all this in a notionally first world economy.

Apparently in an effort to come to grips with the power pricing and supply calamity they’ve helped create, AEMO released a report earlier this month, in which they tended to gloss over the effect that the unreliables have had on Australia’s power supply. However, the section extracted below caught STT’s attention.

6.2 Increase in Uncertainty (p59)

As variable renewable energy (VRE) becomes more prevalent, AEMO must be able to manage the unpredictability associated with weather to operate the system securely.

Variable events, such as changes in wind or cloud movements, are challenging to forecast accurately over both short and longer forecasting horizons. Technological development and innovation have resulted in significant improvements in weather forecast accuracy, however the level of accuracy and precision achievable by best practice weather forecasts can still lead to significant challenges in predicting VRE output and variability in the power system.

Figure 17 shows some of the challenges in forecasting wind and solar. It highlights that:

• The 24-hour and 8-hour ahead forecasts showed minimal prediction of the ramping event. These forecasts rely on global numeric weather prediction models (NWPs), and on this particular day the local effects of a prefrontal trough and a large band of precipitation were not well resolved by the NWP. This resulted in an increase in forecast inaccuracies during the ramping periods.
• While the 1-hour ahead forecast improves closer to real time as more up-to-date information is incorporated, the persistent component of these forecasts means they tend to lag actual real time generation. Recent wind and solar output gives a good indication of the level of future output (close to real time), but it does not give a reliable indication future variability. The 1-hour ahead forecast gives a reasonable indication of future output when variability is low (see Figure 17, 00:00 to 13:00), however is not actually predicting the variability. When variability is high (see Figure 17, 14:00 to 00:00), the performance of the model erodes and there is a higher margin of uncertainty. As shown in Figure 17, the 1-hour ahead forecast (yellow trace) has a similar shape to actual generation (purple trace), however it is offset (shifted to the right) by one hour.

Failure to forecast these large changes in VRE (and subsequent net demand requirements) will become increasingly operationally difficult. There is a need to improve the performance of weather forecasting and power forecasting models, or develop new dedicated operational tools, to appropriately manage and communicate uncertainty under variable or extreme weather conditions.

Flexible resources are also needed, to cover the residual uncertainty that cannot be addressed by forecasting improvements and variability that is characteristic of wind and solar resources.

Surprise, surprise! A group of purportedly expert engineers and power marketers have had to morph into shaman and soothsayers hoping to predict the weather.

Whether their weather predictions concern cloud cover (crushing solar output) or calm weather (sending wind power output to the floor), STT doubts that these characters are any better than the Bureau of Meteorology.

The Bureau is hard pressed to give any weather prediction that holds beyond about seven days hence.

Moreover, predictions about the strength and variability of wind at a given wind farm site have all the statistical power of picking the winning numbers for XLotto.

The only reason, of course, that they’re interested in predicting when wind and solar output might either surge or collapse, is to give some kind of notice to dispatchable generators to idle back their plants (in response to a surge) or to crank up their output (in response to a collapse).

At the heart of this nonsense is the notion that an industrial economy can meaningfully power itself on sunshine and breezes.

Once upon a time, before these clowns and their rent seeking mates got involved in Australia’s power market, this country had ample capacity to provide electricity, 24 x 7, on demand to all comers; and its supply had nothing to do with the weather.

The prime-time special “The Price Is Right at Night” with host Drew Carey will air at 8 p.m. on CBS, according to Broadway World. RuPaul will be playing to raise money for Planned Parenthood while other contestants will be competing for prizes, the report states.

Deadline reports the show was pre-recorded before the coronavirus shutdown.

On page 81 of the same report it is told that ‘It should be noted and will be more fully explored elsewhere in this report that the Russell Ebersole, fully aware of Donn Ketcham’s decades of lies, did not require Donn Ketcham to confess to child abuse or pedophilia, in fact, Russell Ebersole participated with Donn Ketcham, Pauline “Kitty” Ketcham and Wendell Kempton in selecting the word, “immorality” to describe Donn Ketcham’s abuse and adultery.’ If that isn’t collusion to COVER-UP nothing is!

When Ketcham’s adultery led to pedophilia and Ketcham was exposed for what he was Ebersole, as the spkesman for the ABWE Good Ole Boy’s Club sent out the following letter to the churches. Note how Ebersole NEVER mentions adultery or pedophilia! Ebersol even PRAISES this adulterer pedophile for his ‘many years of faithful service’!! Here’s that hypocritical letter from Ebersole to the churches! 

‘Recently you have received word from Dr. Keteham and the pastor of his sending church,…. I know that the information contained in those letters was grievous for you to read. Our hearts have been deeply saddened and burdened through this whole experience.
Because of an immoral conduct which has disqualified him, the ABWE Board, with
deep regret, is terminating the ministry of Dr. Donn Ketcham.
We cannot forget, and are grateful for, the many years of faithful service rendered
by Dr. and Mrs. Ketcham at the Memorial Christian Hospital in Bangladesh.
And, we thank you for your important part in this ministry through prayer and
financial support.
Our hearts and minds have been reminded of the pertinency of God’s Word in
Galatians 6:1,2: “Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual,
restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself lest
thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of
Christ.”
A beloved brother has fallen! May God help us to biblically restore him and to
help bear the deep burdens that he and his dear wife, Kitty, carry at this time.
In consideration for Mrs. Ketcham, and at your discretion, we suggest that support
be continued through November to allow this couple to become settled, find
employment and begin counseling.
Our medical team at the Memorial Christian Hospital, as you can imagine, has
suffered a great blow in the loss of Dr. Ketcham. We are working presently with
a “skeleton crew” and many medical services have been curtailed. We are trying
our best to locate short term doctors who can fill in some of the gaps. Please
pray that Dr. and Mrs. Tim Hepworth and Dr. and Mrs. David Walter, appointees for
the Memorial Christian Hospital, may soon have their support and be on their way
to the field.
We thank you again for your partnership with the Ketcham’s in their ministry in
Bangladesh and earnestly request your prayers on their behalf during this very
difficult time in their lives.’
