“This week is another big week in court.
On Tuesday (tomorrow) I will be in another local court dealing with another application for an apprehension of violence order by a male that I identified playing in a women’s sporting competition.
Unlike the one the police withdrew last month, this one is a personal application that I will again, vigorously oppose.
Debating sporting policy or identifying males in female competitions is not violence.
Saying males are not female, and asking why we have male and female divisions if males can play wherever they like, is not an incitement to violence.
It is pointing out matters of fact!
On Wednesday, my lawyers and I will be involved in an NCAT (NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal) compulsory mediation with a male I allegedly ‘misgendered’ by referring to him as male.
Correctly gendering a person is not hateful, vilification or any form of phobia.
It is simply the truth.
A truth that we Australians should have every right to speak, without fear of being forced to defend our rights in court.
This is a long drawn out and very expensive process.
It is taxing in so many ways.
BUT it is essential to defend women’s sex-based rights, parental rights and for the safeguarding of children.
The battle, for now, is in the courts.
But it is not where this ends.
Unfortunately, much of this can really only be resolved by politicians.
Julia Gillard removed sex-based protections from the Sex Discrimination Act as one of her final acts as Prime Minister.
It is now up to the current cohort of elected politicians to reverse this ridiculous tide that offers more protections to people who appropriate stereotypes of the opposite sex than actual males and females.
Politicians will only have an appetite for change if you and I speak up.
You must inform your local members of what is at stake and where you stand on these issues.
They care about numbers.
The more people object to this nonsense, the more likely they are to listen and act.
I will not be moved in standing for truth and reality.
Your support means the world to me.
Please share this information so fellow Australians can be informed of how bad the situation already is, and to encourage them to act to prevent more lawfare on innocent people simply speaking the truth.

This is unbelievable that one could be taken to court for supposedly misgendering a person! This is definitely post Christian for the Word of God says in Genesis 2:21-24 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
