Rebel’s ‘Andrew Chapados explains how numerous Canadian stores continue to disregard the mask exemptions laid out in provincial and municipal bylaws and hide behind trespassing violations as a means to skirt the very clearly laid out bylaws.’ The China Virus is China’s bioweapon being used on the West!
Canada
The China virus has been used by the West to move all of us closer to communism. Communism has always been anti-God and therefore against those who profess to be followers of the Lord Jesus Christ and called Christians. What the CCP does every day Canada is now doing to Canadian churches and Christians.
The Rebel reporter went to ‘Alberta’s favourite baptist church this weekend — Fairview Baptist Church — to see firsthand how the police, public health and bylaw officials would handle the church’s continued defiance of capacity restrictions.
It was a good news/bad news situation this weekend. Let’s start first with the good news.
Unlike previous weeks, the government officials stayed out of the church, unlike the past two weeks where they treated the church like a crime scene, taking pictures of the congregants inside during services.
The bad news, however, is that the church’s pastor, Tim Stephens, has received three summonses from the government for various infractions for contravening the COVID-19 restrictions.
Pastor Stephens vowed that his congregation is going to continue to gather in worship, so this story is not over yet as it remains to be seen whether the government will up the ante on enforcement against Fairview.’https://www.rebelnews.com/fairview_baptist_pastor_given_three_tickets_for_breaching_covid_rules?utm_campaign=rb_3_16_21&utm_medium=email&utm_source=therebel
A friend sent this video via Messenger and I thought it worth sharing. Those in charge keep saying they are following the science but it is only the science that fits their narrative!
Will this get by the Twitterite Fact Checkers? Oh, they care so much for facts! NOT!
‘I have a question. When did politicians and federal employees start calling themselves “public servants”? Even more importantly, why are we letting them? It’s almost as if they’re trying to claim the mantle of nobility for making a sacrifice in the public interest. But I don’t understand what that sacrifice is. They’re paid better and have better benefits than most private-sector employees. They’re rarely held accountable for their performance. Why do we treat them as if they’re serving a higher calling than any other profession in the country?
Take Joe Biden, for example. He claims to have been in public service for over 50 years. But what has he done in that time? He was the first senator to initiate a personal attack on a Supreme Court nominee. His attack on Robert Bork was shameful, and helped create the current environment of Supreme Court politicization. He also used the power of his office to enrich his family members. Exactly how did lunch-bucket Joe become a multimillionaire on the salary of a politician? I fail to see how that has been a service to the country.
Joe certainly isn’t alone. Was Nancy Pelosi serving the public interests when she withheld COVID-19 relief for months — just to deny President Trump a win? Was she also serving her constituents when she bought stock in Tesla just days before President Asterisk signed an order directing all agencies to switch to electric cars? There’s a term for that — “insider trading.” Being the civic-minded public servant she is, I’m sure she’ll be sharing her windfall with her constituents.
It’s not all about money. Some politicians have a completely different idea of providing service. Eric Swalwell placed himself in servitude to a Chinese spy. Exactly what “service” did Eric provide? Was it anything that would allow him to claim nobility? I mean in the U.S. — not in China.
Let’s not forget the bureaucrats that “serve” our nation. Look at the EPA. They’re good at two things — choking the life out of commerce, and polluting rivers.
In the name of serving the public interest, the IRS targeted the Tea Party, thus silencing their voice in the midst of a presidential campaign. They also leaked confidential tax records to the press, and provided tax records to the FBI without a warrant. Isn’t it noble of them to poke us in the eye while taking our money? Perhaps the next time you’re at the grocery store checkout, the clerk should send your shopping list to child protective services rather than thank you. It would be the “public servant” thing to do.
Don’t forget the FBI. It’s in a class all by itself. Our sworn law enforcement agents initiated a coup attempt against a duly elected president. They set a perjury trap for his national security advisor. They even falsified evidence to a FISA court.
I’ve heard the arguments that the FBI rank and file are honest and professional. We shouldn’t blame the whole FBI for a “few bad apples.” What complete balderdash! If most of them were honest, where were the whistleblowers during the investigation of President Trump? As far as being professional, how did they fail to prevent the Boston Marathon bombing — even after they’d received a tip that the Tsarnaevs were up to something? I have the same question about the Pulse Nightclub massacre. Was it also just a “few bad apples” that tried to frame Richard Jewell for the Atlanta Olympics bombing? The FBI even had warnings about the 9/11 attack, yet failed to act.
Of course, our highly professional FBI agents were able to determine that a noose was really a garage-door pull. It only required 15 agents and five days to make that determination. That is some cunning police work! It appears that the FBI is either using their badges to target political enemies, or they’re just a modern-day version of the Keystone Cops in tailored suits. But sacrificing for the public interest — I’m not seeing it.
These are just a few examples. The other alphabet soup agencies aren’t any better. Employees across all federal agencies formed the “resistance” to fight all things Trump. They gave us four years of leaks and unconfirmed anonymous sources undermining anything Donald Trump tried to accomplish. They did it all because they decided we needed something other than what we voted for. How would you rate a waiter that brings you want they want to serve you, not what you ordered?
Spare me the claims of nobility. Who’s really laboring to benefit the country? Is it politicians and bureaucrats whose only focus seems to be amassing power and choking commerce? Or is it the nameless workers who get up at dawn every day to keep this country running. The real nobility belongs to the farmers who put meals on our tables, the truckers who ensure supplies arrive on time, and the linemen that keep the lights on. As for our self-proclaimed federal “public servants,” — they’re overpaid employees with lifetime job security, at best. At worst, they’re parasites on society with aspirations to become our rulers.
The next time a politician or bureaucrat says they’re “serving” me — I have one thing to say: I want my tip back.’https://genzconservative.com/public-servants-or-parasites/?utm_source=mailpoet&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=gen-z-conservative-daily-newsletter_1
Big Tech; how in the world did it get like this? Parler is probably no more and now the video platform Rumble has filed a lawsuit against behemoth Google. Where are we headed in this social media world?
‘TORONTO, CANADA – Rumble, a video platform focused on helping over two million creators manage, distribute, and monetize their video content, filed a lawsuit today against the multinational technology company Google LLC, “for monetary damages well in excess of $2,000,000,000 that Rumble has sustained and continues to sustain as a proximate result of Google’s antitrust violations.” Because Rumble shares revenue with its content creators, this has harmed them as well.
The complaint charges, “by unfairly rigging its search algorithms such that YouTube is the first-listed links ‘above the fold’ on its search results page, Google, through its search engine, was able to wrongfully divert massive traffic to YouTube, depriving Rumble of the additional traffic, users, uploads, brand awareness and revenue it would have otherwise received.”
Using data from Google and YouTube analytics regarding views of Rumble’s original content videos on YouTube, the complaint also alleges that “Rumble lost a huge amount of revenue on the 9.3 billion views that Google wrongfully directed to YouTube with its unfair YouTube-preferencing algorithms. If even a portion of those 9.3 billion views had occurred on Rumble’s website instead of YouTube, that would have generated well in excess of 100 million additional video uploads to the Rumble platform, which in turn would have generated billions of more views on the Rumble platform, and massive amounts of additional revenue for Rumble and its content creators.”
Because Rumble has exclusive rights to original content videos, it has been able to determine that Google wrongfully self-preferences YouTube over Rumble. For example, even if the Google search term specifically asks for “dog videos on rumble,” Google lists unrelated YouTube videos ahead of Rumble.com’s listings. And, even if the search term asks for an exclusive Rumble video by its exact title, for example, “Baby preciously cuddles cat for nap time,” the Google search page still self-preferences YouTube, even though Google has publicly stated that it gives preference to and “elevates” original reporting in its search results.
Rumble is one of the most respected independent and privately owned companies in the online videosharing platform industry and its business model is premised upon helping small and independent video creators.
“As stated in the complaints filed by the Department of Justice and many state Attorneys General against Google, Google uses its search engine monopoly to wrongfully achieve and maintain monopolies for its many companies, and in this case, we have indisputable proof that it does so for its YouTube platform, harming competition, competitors and consumers. Google’s monopoly power is being used to unjustly and wrongfully deprive Rumble of the views, users, uploads, and consumer awareness, and the revenue for it and its content creators, that would be theirs in an un-rigged marketplace,” stated Chris Pavlovski, CEO of Rumble.’https://story.rumble.com/rumble-files-lawsuit-against-google-over-antitrust-violations-strong-evidence-shows-googles-monopolistic-practices-are-harming-competition-rumble-and-its-video-creators/
Now, this is hard to believe or is it? ‘A Montreal police officer pulled over a woman heading to work at 4 a.m. Tuesday, demanding to search her lunch bag as he questioned why she was out before the provincial curfew lifted.
“I got my letter out of my glove compartment and he asked for my ID, I gave him that,” Sarah Vresk told CBC. “He then asked me what was in my bag.”
At that point, Vresk asked why it mattered he see her lunch bag when she showed him proof from her employer, a snow-removal contractor, that she needed to be out during curfew.
The officer threatened her with a ticket, saying the letter is just a piece of paper, and accused her of delaying detainment by being uncooperative and refusing to show him the bag.
Vresk finally acquiesced and the officer returned to his car to check her credentials while his partner continued the questioning. After the whole ordeal, Vresk drove away without a ticket.
A criminal defence lawyer in Montreal said a police intervention should end as soon as a person proves they need to be out during curfew. “It’s none of his business what’s in the bag,” Jeffrey Boro said.
“He has no reasonable or probable grounds to search. He hasn’t got the power to do that and the woman has certain constitutional rights to be free of an abusive search.”’https://nationalpost.com/news/canada/montreal-police-stop-woman-going-to-work-during-curfew-and-search-her-lunch-bag
Dennis Prager explains what is occurring today in America and the West with what occurred in Nazi Germany. He writes ‘As my listeners and readers can hopefully attest, I have been on a lifelong quest to understand human nature and human behavior. I am sad to report that I have learned more in the last few years, particularly in 2020, than in any equivalent period of time.
One of the biggest revelations concerns a question that has always plagued me: How does one explain the “good German,” the term used to describe the average, presumably decent German, who did nothing to hurt Jews but also did nothing to help them and did nothing to undermine the Nazi regime? The same question could be asked about the average Frenchman during the Vichy era, the average Russian under Lenin, Joseph Stalin, Leonid Brezhnev and their successors, and the millions of others who did nothing to help their fellow citizens under oppressive dictatorships.
These past few years have taught me not to so quickly judge the quiet German, Russian, etc. Of course, I still judge Germans who helped the Nazis and Germans who in any way hurt Jews. But the Germans who did nothing? Not so fast.
What has changed my thinking has been watching what is happening in America (and Canada and Australia and elsewhere, for that matter).
The ease with which tens of millions of Americans have accepted irrational, unconstitutional and unprecedented police state-type restrictions on their freedoms, including even the freedom to make a living, has been, to understate the case, sobering.
The same holds true for the acceptance by most Americans of the rampant censorship on Twitter and all other major social media platforms. Even physicians and other scientists are deprived of freedom of speech if, for example, they offer scientific support for hydroxychloroquine along with zinc to treat COVID-19 in the early stages. Board-certified physician Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, who has saved hundreds of COVID-19 patients from suffering and/or death, has been banned from Twitter for publicizing his lifesaving hydroxychloroquine and zinc protocol.
Half of America, the non-left half, is afraid to speak their minds at virtually every university, movie studio and large corporation — indeed, at virtually every place of work. Professors who say anything that offends the left fear being ostracized if they have tenure and being fired if they do not. People are socially ostracized, publicly shamed and/or fired for differing with Black Lives Matter, as America-hating and white-hating a group as has ever existed. And few Americans speak up. On the contrary, when BLM protestors demand that diners outside of restaurants raise their fists to show their support of BLM, nearly every diner does.
So, then, who are we to condemn the average German who faced the Gestapo if he didn’t salute Hitler or the average Russian who faced the NKVD (the secret police and intelligence agency that preceded the KGB) if he didn’t demonstrate sufficient enthusiasm for Stalin? Americans face the left’s cancel culture, but not left-wing secret police or reeducation camps. (At least not yet — I have little doubt the left would send outspoken conservatives to reeducation camps if they could.)
I have come to understand the average German living under Nazism and the average Russian living under communism for another reason: the power of the media to brainwash.
As a student of totalitarianism since my graduate studies at the Russian Institute of Columbia University’s School of International Affairs (as it was then known), I have always believed that only in a dictatorship could a society be brainwashed. I was wrong. I now understand that mass brainwashing can take place in a nominally free society. The incessant left-wing drumbeat of The New York Times, The Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times and almost every other major newspaper, plus The Atlantic, The New Yorker, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, NPR, all of Hollywood and almost every school from kindergarten through graduate school, has brainwashed at least half of America every bit as effectively as the German, Soviet and Chinese communist press did (and in the latter case, still does). That thousands of schools will teach the lie that is the New York Times’ “1619 Project” is one of countless examples.
Prior to the lockdowns, I flew almost every week of the year, so I was approached by people who recognized me on a regular basis. Increasingly, I noticed that people would look around to see if anyone was within earshot and then tell me in almost a whisper: “I support Trump” or, “I’m a conservative.” The last time people looked around and whispered things to me was when I used to visit the Soviet Union.
In Quebec this past weekend, as one can see on a viral video, a family was fined and members arrested because six — yes, six — people gathered to celebrate the new year. A neighbor snitched on them, and the celebrants were duly arrested. The Quebec government lauded the snitches and asked for more public “collaboration.”
Snitches are likewise lauded and encouraged in some Democrat-run states and cities in America (Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti in March: “Snitches get rewards”) and by left-wing governments in Australia. Plenty of Americans, Canadians and Australians are only too happy to snitch on people who refuse to lock down their lives.
All this is taking place without concentration camps, without a Gestapo, without a KGB and without Maoist reeducation camps.
That’s why I no longer judge the average German as easily as I used to. Apathy in the face of tyranny turns out not to be a German or Russian characteristic. I just never thought it could happen in America.’https://townhall.com/columnists/dennisprager/2021/01/05/i-now-better-understand-the-good-german-n2582563

THE WHITE IDENTITY CRISIS — VERTIGOPOLITIX – What do you think? Is there a reverse racism going on here? Is there a culture of the European countries and if there is how will it be changed by those immigrating from the Middle East, Asia and Africa?
‘A recently leaked database has revealed that 1.95 million registered members of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) have been employed at universities, major corporations, and British consulates around the world.
Some members have been employees of U.S. aerospace manufacturer Boeing and pharmaceutical maker Pfizer.
The Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China (IPAC), a global coalition of lawmakers, obtained the database from an unidentified Chinese dissident, then shared the material with four media organizations, according to a Dec. 12 report by British newspaper The Mail on Dec. 13, which obtained the list and reviewed it.
IPAC, in a statement on Nov. 13, said one of its representatives received the database from a “non-government source” and the coalition had experts verify the list.
“IPAC will push for governments and companies to respond, setting out how they intend to safeguard their values in the face of infiltration,” IPAC stated.
According to the outlet, the database contained names, dates of birth, and ethnicity, while some also had addresses and telephone numbers. The database was first leaked on the encrypted messaging app Telegram, after it was allegedly extracted in 2016 by people believed to be Chinese dissidents, from a Shanghai server.
Most of the CCP members in the database are from Shanghai.’https://www.theepochtimes.com/ccp-members-hold-positions-at-british-consulates-major-uk-us-firms-leaked-database_3616310.html?utm_source=newsnoe&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=breaking-2020-12-13-4
