The CCP has many many goals of which one is to close down small businesses in the West. Small business owners are usually middle class people. The CCP do not want any middle class in the West. If Biden and the Devilcrats get the WH and Congress the middle class are history. This is happening in those cities and states controlled by the Devilcrats NOW!
Australia
In 2019 Australia voted the Coalition in to lead the Federal government primarily because the Labor Party could not cost their plan to save the planet from climate change. Well, the Coalition won and has been doing exactly what the Labor Party lost the election over. The Coalition is spending millions if not billions on renewables all for cutting emissions and hypothetically saving the planet from disaster!
Hollow Man ‘Prime Minister Scott Morrison has today signed an agreement with the Tasmanian government which will take the proposed Marinus Link project and the Battery of the Nation to the next phase. Announcing the deal today, Mr Morrison said the Commonwealth will boost funding for the plan up to $150 million to take the plan through the design and approval phase. “A deal which is about getting electricity prices down, creating jobs and getting our emissions down, and that’s exactly what we’re achieving here,” he said. “The technological and economic feasibility is very, very sound and so that gives us great confidence … to go to the next step to make the further investment. “Here in Tasmania you will be an exporter of clean, reliable energy to the mainland, to the rest of Australia. “Already there’s some 400 megawatts that sits idle and we want to connect that up to the rest of the economy. “This is really important to ensure that Australia emerges from the COVID-19 recession and that we charge up our businesses.”‘https://www.skynews.com.au/details/_6216265144001?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Daily%20Sky%20News%20Australia%20%20Newsletter&utm_content=Daily%20Sky%20News%20Australia%20%20Newsletter+CID_7134b2b086947a3f89e1d037be7b10ad&utm_source=Daily%20newsletter&utm_term=PM%20signs%20Marinus%20Link%20project%20Battery%20of%20the%20Nation%20agreement%20with%20Tasmania
Australia USED to have some of the cheapest energy in the world but no longer due to trying to save the planet from climate change! Australia can sell coal to China, India and Japan BUT will not use it in Australia because we feel better about ourselves when we are spending lots more for energy while saving the planet! What a joke!
Even the supposedly thought to be ‘conservatives’ have sold the country down the climate scam hole from which there will soon be no return! In spite of being a supposed free democracy all we seem to get at elections are these people who talk jobs and low energy prices but at the same time have swallowed the climate change Kool Aid and seem bound and determined to continue the Green New deal without being in the Greens Party! In other words they lie at election time. Now, ‘Energy Minister Angus Taylor says Australia’s “great challenge” is to bring down and contain energy prices and at the same time bring down emissions. Mr Taylor and Prime Minister Scott Morrison are in Tasmania to formally sign an agreement making the state the battery of the nation. Under the plan $94 million will be invested to build a second power interconnector to Victoria. “That’s exactly what this project is doing. We’re seeing dramatic investment right now across Australia in solar and wind. $9 billion last year,” Mr Taylor said. “And that’s in keeping with dramatic reductions we’re seeing in emissions. The challenge of that is to make sure we have firm, reliable power and we contain prices when the wind doesn’t blow and the sun doesn’t shine. That’s exactly what hydro projects can do. “When the wind doesn’t blow and the sun doesn’t shine, you need a solution and Tasmania has part of that solution which is very exciting for all of us here.”’https://www.skynews.com.au/details/_6216267512001?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Daily%20Sky%20News%20Australia%20%20Newsletter&utm_content=Daily%20Sky%20News%20Australia%20%20Newsletter+CID_7134b2b086947a3f89e1d037be7b10ad&utm_source=Daily%20newsletter&utm_term=Australias%20great%20challenge%20is%20to%20bring%20down%20energy%20prices%20emissions
Politics in Australia is much like that in the USA except the USA has had the good fortune of having Donald J. Trump for four years and Australia hasn’t! After the Coalition here in Australia threw out true conservative Tony Abbott from being PM the Coalition put left leaning in the wind Turnbull. By the way, Turnbull should be thrown out of the Liberal Party altogether and when Turnbull was put out to pasture Australia was given Scott Morrison. What a prize! Morrison is just barely a smidgen better than Turnbull but he is better. Nevertheless, even though Morrison and much of his party claim to be center right the following article points out how these make believe conservatives show exactly what they are by their appointments to unelected positions of authority. Those appointments are one of the many reasons why Australia finds itself in the position it is in today! For example ‘Why is it that left-wing political parties are so good at ruthlessly appointing like-minded fellow travellers to all the key unelected positions that matter such as the Human Rights Commissions, the public broadcaster, the judiciary, the various other commissions and tribunals and so on? And relatedly, why is it that supposedly right-wing parties and governments like the current Coalition government in Canberra are not?
It’s an interesting question because we can see this phenomenon of conservative pusillanimity and surrender in appointments across the anglosphere. Indeed, this issue has been exercising the British commentator Douglas Murray who earlier this year argued forcefully that newly re-elected conservative governments must be far more courageous in how they make their appointments to all the key positions across government. But looking at the last seven years of Coalition governments here in Australia – from the Abbott government through the Turnbull government now on to the Morrison one – all anyone on the right side of politics can observe is near-on total surrender. Cowardly appointment after cowardly appointment, all of them seemingly more concerned to stay on the good side of the ABC (good luck with that!) than of its core supporters.
The question was intriguing enough that I took it as the theme for my chapter in a new book Keeping Australia Right (just out so order away) that brought together 15 different authors who each contributed a chapter on themes ranging from immigration (we need less, way less after Covid), to energy (it’s been the Libs almost as much as Labor that have taken us from the democratic world’s cheapest electricity 15 years ago to its most expensive today, and all in the name of virtue-signalling), labour relations (too depressing to think about), economic policy and more. The book is published by Connor Court, an outfit that unlike all the university publishers does not receive a penny of government money and that helps those on the right side of politics have an outlet for their views.
At any rate, in my chapter I looked at this theme of ‘appointments and courage’ because the one thing you never see from virtually any conservative government is courage when it comes to appointments. It’s almost as if they’d much prefer to appoint their ideological enemies to these key unelected positions than anyone who might, you know, actually vote for them and share their core beliefs – and yes, I know, it is a leap to suppose that many of today’s supposedly conservative politicians have those, or indeed any, beliefs but let’s be generous. And yes, I know it’s just as bad in Britain as it is here but really that is hardly an excuse. After all, this is a core part of the culture wars we are losing and this should be one of the easiest things to turn around, given that none of these appointments needs to go through the Senate. Yet in seven years the record is exiguous at best. Try it. Try to point to a single staunch conservative appointed to anything. Go ahead. But me no Buttroses though.
And to make that point in my chapter I run the reader through recent Coalition appointments to the High Court. I point out how wholly useless the Coalition has been in their appointments to the Human Rights Commission (which in my view should be disbanded immediately, but if that’s too brave an option for them at least don’t appoint ‘Freedom Commissioners’ whom the Greens could have chosen and who do not exactly light up the airwaves on behalf of free speech or against s.18C hate speech laws or in condemnation of Dan the Man in Victoria – and this is a Coalition pick to be clear). I also mention woeful appointments to the ABC. I note that for the government that effectively bankrolls all the universities you’d be hard-pressed to name a single, solitary vice-chancellor or deputy vice-chancellor (leave aside those in charge of ‘Diversity and Equity’ to be sporting) who has right-of-centre views. Of course as all surveys throughout the anglosphere repeatedly show, university academics vote left more than right by huge margins, upwards of 8 or 9 to 1 at a minimum. In some university departments and schools you can’t find a single conservative willing to come out of the closet, assuming any exist at all.
I suppose somebody must already have pointed out to Team ScoMo that you can’t win the culture wars if you don’t even turn up to fight them. Appeasement doesn’t work. One of the things I loved about Donald Trump, and that so many effete conservatives disliked, is that he actually did fight back. Sure that’s hard to do when so much of the public service, media class, lawyerly caste and academia leans so massively left and will do near on anything to stop you. But what Trump has done is to flush out the appeasers in his own Republican party. It is hard to see any future Republican nominee or new Senate or gubernatorial candidate being successful who does not commit to the Trump-like willingness to fight back against cancel culture, political correctness, patent media bias and having left- wing nostrums shoved down our throats, not to mention committing to a public list from which all top judicial picks will be made. (And though you may instinctively dislike such lists let me tell you that what they do is to keep the right side of politics honest. In my view the majority of recent High Court of Australia appointments made by the Coalition these past seven years could never have been made had there been a list and these people’s names put on the list beforehand – because you can say things before someone’s appointed that you can’t say afterwards.)
Remember O’Sullivan’s Law coined by Maggie Thatcher’s speechwriter John O’Sullivan: ‘Any organisation or enterprise [in today’s world] that is not expressly right-wing will become left-wing over time.’ Then go and take a look at the US Studies Centre at the University of Sydney set up by John Howard where (as far as I could tell) not a single one of the many academics there supported Trump, not one. Or even take a look at where the Ramsay Centre seems to be moving of late. Or look at the Liberal MPs who come out of right-leaning think-tanks only to turn to mush once elected. Heck, take a look at the upper echelons of much of our military. Where, oh where, in this country is the courage in appointments that Douglas Murray is calling for? I can’t see it. Can you?’https://www.spectator.com.au/2020/12/fighting-back-with-conservative-appointments/
Where do Aussie politicians go when they leave politics? The following (with some tongue in cheek) tells the tale of an Australian Coalition Senator who served on the front bench and has now RECENTLY retired but has NOT gone out to any old pasture but to much MUCH GREENER PASTURES. ‘The Spectator Australia Diplomatic Research Unit has laboured away in secret for years on projects too sensitive to mention in public, but which have been pivotal to the survival of Western democracy. Due to our personal contacts with some of its bravest operatives and aided by means of back channels and the dark web, we are now able to reveal one of the most delicate exercises in international diplomacy ever undertaken in Australia since Governor Phillip came ashore at Sydney Cove and was greeted with the cry of the local inhabitants: ‘Welcome to Country’. We refer, of course, to the campaign now underway to have Senator Mathias Corman elected as secretary-general of that monumental repository of human wisdom and economic knowledge, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, better known to those on the international gravy train as the OECD, which has been responsible for the economic progress of the last 60 years and where its performance has been, well, interesting. The campaign has been rightly assisted by the Australian government that has put at Senator Cormann’s disposal a functioning RAAF aircraft and attendant crew and staff to whisk him from one belle époque capital to another and one luxury hotel to the next, to enable him to advance his cause in something approximating the dignity befitting an unemployable ex-politician in search of tax-free employment, particularly one who has no known qualification other than to speak advanced Walloon. But I hope we can discuss the rights and wrongs of this campaign without echoing the mean-spirited critics who have said it is highly improper that taxpayers’ money should be used to shoehorn a private citizen into a job where there is no sign that he might relinquish any of his tax-free salary or refund even some small part of the vast cost of getting him elected. It was originally suggested that the good senator should travel by train and in economy class and book his accommodation through Airbnb to make reservations at those charming one-star European B-and-Bs with evocative names like La Grande Hotel Monte Carlo du lac. But, fortunately, this proposal was rejected on the ground that, although the OECD was theoretically concerned with the economic well-being of the man in the street and that its employees could benefit from experiencing what the man in the street experienced himself, it was little more than showy eccentricity that anyone should believe in such a populist fantasy or, worse, try to put it into practice. Thus, all things considered, it was decided by several public service grandees having lunch at the Commonwealth Club, that it was better to take the VIP aircraft and luxury hotel option, even if it would inevitably give rise to ill-informed criticism and abuse.
After all, they reasoned, the OECD might be a junior member of the club of useless parasites that inflict themselves on the world at taxpayers’ expense, but if this were the standard to be applied to applicants for jobs at the OECD, the same might be imposed when the next man was up for appointment as head of a body far more important than the OECD, like the UN Human Rights Council or the World Health Organisation. For instance, how could you expect a candidate for head of the UN Refugee Agency to travel like a refugee?
No, the real debate that raged in the public service was not whether Senator Cormann was being given too extravagant a regal procession through the mirrored halls of Europe’s chancelleries to ingratiate himself with their pretentious occupants, but, rather, whether he had access to all of the accoutrements of travel needed to prepare himself for this tax-free office. Thus, we can reveal that this thorny issue went as high as the secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs who, after an exhaustive round of working lunches with multiple task forces, issued an edict to ensure that Senator Cormann was properly equipped for his journey. Such was the top-level security clearance given to this document that it remained secret for half an hour and was found in a filing cabinet at a Fyshwick auction house. But one of our alert operatives found it and we summarise it here, in the public interest.
The first reform instituted by the secretary relates to the staff appointed to support the senator, which, until then, was a miserable team described by DFAT as follows: The task force consists of 8.5 dedicated staff, made up of a task force manager and campaign strategist, strategy and policy advisers, a visits manager, two graduates and a communications specialist. (The .5 of a staff member, who is only 120cm tall, represented small business).
This is woefully inadequate and includes none of the specialists that the aspiring head of the world’s most pre-eminent economics institute requires. Thus, the secretary has issued an immediate order that the task force be augmented by the following, whose skills are clearly essential at the OECD, or any other economics think-tank: a clairvoyant, two fortune tellers, three witches (who come as a package), a retired puppet master, a card sharp, a two-up consultant from Kalgoorlie, an aboriginal elder who specialises in smoke with an optional extra in mirrors, three former executives of the Health Services Union whose unparalleled experience in lying and deception is a prerequisite for anyone working in economics and, finally, the head croupier at Crown Casino as an ethics consultant.
But the final touch has been added to the inner cabin of the VIP aircraft with a series of international best sellers on economics and government that the senator will find invaluable: I learned my economics at Hogwarts, Machiavelli was a Wimp, Card Tricks for Beginners, Statistics for Dummies and Start your own Investment Company by Charles Ponzi. With his new team and this intellectual fire power, the question being asked from Wall Street to Wuhan is: how could the senator possibly lose?’https://spectator.com.au/2020/12/brown-study-180/
‘A recently leaked database has revealed that 1.95 million registered members of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) have been employed at universities, major corporations, and British consulates around the world.
Some members have been employees of U.S. aerospace manufacturer Boeing and pharmaceutical maker Pfizer.
The Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China (IPAC), a global coalition of lawmakers, obtained the database from an unidentified Chinese dissident, then shared the material with four media organizations, according to a Dec. 12 report by British newspaper The Mail on Dec. 13, which obtained the list and reviewed it.
IPAC, in a statement on Nov. 13, said one of its representatives received the database from a “non-government source” and the coalition had experts verify the list.
“IPAC will push for governments and companies to respond, setting out how they intend to safeguard their values in the face of infiltration,” IPAC stated.
According to the outlet, the database contained names, dates of birth, and ethnicity, while some also had addresses and telephone numbers. The database was first leaked on the encrypted messaging app Telegram, after it was allegedly extracted in 2016 by people believed to be Chinese dissidents, from a Shanghai server.
Most of the CCP members in the database are from Shanghai.’https://www.theepochtimes.com/ccp-members-hold-positions-at-british-consulates-major-uk-us-firms-leaked-database_3616310.html?utm_source=newsnoe&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=breaking-2020-12-13-4
My wife just came in and told me K Mart has now Covid (China Virus) Marshalls to keep people safe! Oh, yeah, K Mart is really concerned with our health safety! Then there is this from an unsolicited email received from OZY x Chevrolet. ‘What does the American Dream mean? It’s a question that strikes people in vastly different ways and sparked a spirited debate from our panelists on the first episode of “Real Talk, Real Change,” a special edition of The Carlos Watson Show sponsored by Chevrolet. We’re having the hard conversations about racial justice and opportunity that America needs right now. I truly believe that the 2020s will be the new 1960s, when we will finally grapple with long glossed-over questions about race, love, gender, loneliness, capitalism and more. I’m thrilled to get those debates started with this exciting discussion…’
What is it with these companies? General Motors now has a web site that tells us how bad America has been to black people.

BLM and Antifa are Marxist organizations that will only get more bold if Sleepy Joe gets the WH. Here in Australia even the Cricketer’s are getting in on the BLM act for some reason by (I think) taking off their shoes and standing in a circle in protest! WHATEVER!! There isn’t a nice way to say this but these people are NUTS!
Now, there just might be a smidgen of truth somewhere in all this Communist/Marxist/Leftist talk but the truth is hidden so far down in the darkness of the lies it cannot be heard. Well anyway, to simply put it so those at GM understand, there will be no more General Motor automobiles or trucks for this blogger (as if those at GM care) as GM has gone fully woke and unless it receives another government handout it will certainly go BROKE!
Government has its hands in EVERY facet of one’s life from birth to death. President Reagan was so right when he said the most chilling words one can hear are ” I’m from the Government, and I’m here to help”. Sadly, those in power are also LIARS! Here in Australia ‘During the 2017 same-sex marriage debate, we were told there would be “no consequences” for freedoms or for children. But as Tasmanian Liberal Senator Claire Chandler points out in this speech delivered in Parliament yesterday, children’s health is now being imperilled and the freedom to speak about it is being criminalised. Below is an edited extract.
In Britain last week, a momentous judgment with international implications was handed down by the High Court. The court found in favour of the arguments put forward by the mother of a child with gender dysphoria and Keira Bell, a brave 23-year-old woman who had been prescribed puberty blockers at 16 after three short appointments with the Tavistock youth gender clinic.
The judges observed that prescribing puberty blockers to children with gender dysphoria is an “experimental treatment” with “real uncertainty over the short and long-term consequences of the treatment with very limited evidence as to its efficacy”.
Given the potential lifelong effects on fertility, sexual function, bone density and development, as well as a lack of evidence of the full long-term impacts, the court found that children are very unlikely to be able to adequately understand and give informed consent to these experimental treatments. This judgment has profound implications for Australia — not that you would know it from the muted, in some cases non-existent, coverage by many media outlets.
Let’s look at what is happening right now in Australia and how out of step it is with what has been found in Britain’s High Court. Last month, The Australian’s Bernard Lane reported on a court removing a child from their parents because they wanted psychologists to consider other possible factors in their child’s gender dysphoria and the potential for non-invasive treatments.
The parents told The Weekend Australian state authorities have said it’s dangerous for the child to come back to their house because they want a thorough assessment by an independent psychologist and haven’t consented to testosterone treatment. The parents know their child needs help and support, and they want it to be provided by medical experts in an evidence-based way.
For this, their child has been taken away from them by the state. The mother said their family and friends were shocked at their story — “they just can’t believe that it happens in Australia”.
Last week, as Britain’s High Court was finalising its findings, the Victorian government was introducing legislation that criminalises discussion of the very same issues highlighted by the court.
The Victorian legislation makes any conduct or practice that is not seen as “gender affirming” potentially illegal. The definition is so broad that it includes conversations and online discussion. Under this bill, Bell — a woman who has been through the transition process and had a court uphold the legitimacy of her concerns regarding that process — could be charged with a crime if she discusses her experience with a young Victorian experiencing gender dysphoria.
If the bill passes, the Victorian Human Rights Commission would get extraordinary powers to launch investigations into people questioning gender change practices and to “take any action it considers appropriate after conducting an investigation”.
It would also “offer education to persons and organisations engaged in change or suppression practices” — practices can include conversation about gender identity theory and the risks of medical treatment on children.
If this legislation isn’t Orwellian and dangerous enough on its own, it has been introduced by the Victorian government at the exact time states are supposed to be working together to develop a model for safe and appropriate care and treatment of children with gender dysphoria.
How can the Victorian government play a central role in developing an evidence-based model of care while simultaneously introducing a law criminalising any treatment that is not “gender affirming”? The same has to be asked of the Queensland and the ACT governments, which have also forced through similar laws in the past year.
In Australia, just as in Britain, the number of children and adolescents being treated for gender dysphoria with “gender affirming” medical interventions has skyrocketed in recent years.
Patient numbers at Britain’s Tavistock clinic rose from 97 in 2009 to 2519 in 2018. We know from Freedom of Information data that referrals to Victoria’s Royal Children’s Hospital gender clinic rose by more than 1700 per cent between 2012 and last year.
We have no idea what the national figures are because states do not release the data on how many children are given puberty blockers, hormone treatment and surgery. We don’t even know if this data is kept.
This must be a turning point away from silencing and slurs and towards evidence-based outcomes and public discussion.’https://www.lyleshelton.com.au/children_s_health_at_stake_as_rainbow_activists_seek_to_criminalise_discussion
Acts 22:28 And the chief captain answered, With a great sum obtained I this freedom. And Paul said, But I was free born.
‘Well known Christian leaders today remind people that we’re not on earth to sustain America, but to serve God and His kingdom. It’s true. How does that thought change evangelistic efforts right now? Does it stop parents in churches from thinking about how they will educate their children? Does that mean ignore the deluge of sewage that comes through the media and the easy accessibility to it? What if your people don’t have a job because the economy is shot? If the church budget shrinks, what does that do to mission support? When you go to plan your week, how will you do church with the shut down or new regulations? How is hospital visitation? How does your church relate to the fast downward slide of Christianity? How will your church relate to “wokeness”?
There are at least two countries right now. One country thinks there was fraud in the election even if no one hacked the computer voting systems. Ballot harvesting, a modern kind of stuffing the ballot box in the age of Covid-19, isn’t “voting.” I’m not going to review all the other issues. One country covers this. The other doesn’t. One calls the election and titles someone president-elect and moves on. The other says that counting only legal votes, he won in a landslide. Both cannot be true. One says the Biden family enriched themselves all over the world and are owned by the Chinese. The other just ignores that. One says Trump was a Russian agent and the other says the government spied on a political campaign. These cannot both be true.
One side says they want the liberty to label someone a Sodomite and call that activity sin. A high percentage of the other sides says they want that speech to be illegal and punished. One side wants to treat transgenderism as legitimate, legal, protected, and promoted through affirmative action. Let’s put transgenders in positions of authority among other affirmative action. That same side wants to keep killing babies. The other side wants both of those last two eliminated. I’m not going to keep going. It would be a book length treatment to characterize the two countries.
To obey the Bible in this culture, a church must take a stand against what is happening not only in the culture, but also in other churches. In this country, that also means attempting to do something about it. This is part of being salt of the earth. Salt in Matthew 5:13-16 is mainly a preservative. That doesn’t mean that the church stops being the church, but the church still must stand against sin. It must not allow sin and false doctrine in the church, but it also much stand up against it in the culture. If not, what’s going to happen is that very soon, people are going to be in jail and starting a new prison ministry.
Any one of us can gladly and happily say that we would welcome a prison ministry and call on the Apostle Paul as an example. The world was already deeply in that condition when Paul began. Starting in the 16th century, the world began to change. True Christians were still being persecuted and killed in Europe, but that was changing. Then a boatload of Christians came to the new world and that impacted everywhere. Wouldn’t you say that they weren’t ignoring the country to serve God and the kingdom? The two went together. That move that culminated on November 11, 1620, just over four hundred years ago, made a lot of difference to our world history in the proceeding exactly four centuries. Would you agree that we’re at the precipice of just throwing that away or at least allowing it to disappear?
The way to preserve freedom that would allow for continuation of biblical church activity is not by ignoring differences and learning to get along with them. One of the two sides will not allow for that. Getting along will mean subjugating biblical teaching and practice to their views. Maybe you think it would be good for the church to go underground. Pastors and other church leaders preparing their people for persecution and operating underground is not just ignoring the country to serve God and the kingdom. We’re already to a place where these forces cannot be ignored. We’re not there yet, but I’m writing here saying that we’re close to that and we should try to postpone it at least.
Both postponing the loss and then total loss of freedoms necessary for a church to function according to scripture can be done while participating in a wholesale obedience to biblical church life. All the evangelism, discipleship, edification, building, worship, discipline, and growth can occur at the same time as attempting to defend freedom. Capitulation should not be a strategy. Biblical principle can be relied upon to do both. If we’re going to pray that we can live peaceable lives (1 Timothy 2:1-2), then we should do everything we can do to live those lives. Faith without works is dead.
Priorities should be kept. The church should still be the church. It isn’t the government. The church, however, should not sit back and try to remain neutral and straddle both countries. That’s what I see John Piper, Tim Keller, Mark Dever, most of the Southern Baptist Convention, the Calvary Chapel type of churches, almost all of evangelicalism, and now much of fundamentalism doing. Warnings come from pseudo-Christians that we won’t be a good enough testimony to evangelize if we support one side in the culture war. They long ago capitulated to the culture in numbers of ways and are attempting to write a theology into the Bible that fits with their compromise. They think that is the best future, because a bridge will still exist to one of these two countries to bring them into the church.
Every time I write something about the subject matter of this post, I get attacked by multiple anonymous commenters ridiculing me and attacking me as misrepresenting Christianity. This is the “love is love” crowd. This is the Christianity of the leftist value sign. They attempt to create an environment of fear that will scare someone from saying anything. Virtually all of the Bible clashes with one of the two countries that exist. Much of the Bible also clashes with most of the other country too, but the second one of these two would like to allow someone still to keep and preach all of the Bible. Much of this side still thinks absolute truth should exist. That’s where we’re at right now.
What can we do? We must do all the normal things, like vote, speak out, write, even give money, and show support for the right side. I don’t know what else is going to be necessary. Right now, when you are threatened by someone and insulted, you can’t let that stop you from your support of the right side. Some are using the “S” word, secession. I don’t know how that will occur. It wouldn’t be the secession of states likely, but the secession of counties. You’ve seen the red map.

The red part and the blue part each has two very different views of the world. Sure, the red people live in blue parts and blue people live in red parts. That will likely continue. However, the sides are so separate, I believe two countries are necessary now. The two view can’t coexist. I don’t know how this split is going to take place, but true Christians should be prepared to know what they will do, depending on how it’s going to occur.
Let me give you a thought experiment. Let’s say that Texas wins this lawsuit against the four swing states that didn’t follow their own election law, violating the Constitution. In other words, let’s say that the Supreme Court turns the election to the legislatures of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, which happen to all four be Republican majority. All four of them choose Trump electors. Trump wins, because that’s enough to give Trump 270 plus electors. Do you think violence will result? Should the Supreme Court ignore the Constitution because it knows that violence will occur?
The blue media is just calling the Texas lawsuit crazy. Haven’t you heard that argument before? Anti-abortion just crazy. Pro-boundary crazy. Anti-transgender crazy. If not crazy, then wacky conspiracy theorists, who are overturning an election and disenfranchising inner city voters. This is a right wing coup, that kind of thing. These are the Russion hoaxers speaking. They say a girl can be a boy and vice versa. That’s the country they envision. They defend a man wearing a poofy woman’s gown as normal.
I think the Texas lawsuit is legitimate. I believe they are right. The left isn’t saying they are not giving a good legal or Constitutional argument. The left is just saying they are crazy. If the Supreme Court is still too woke to vote according to the meaning or writing of the Constitution, its actual text, what does the red side do? Do they just be super nice and let it go. They know what happened. Their side was too scared to vote according to the law. What will this mean? This seems like a precipice to me.
I don’t mind being an evangelist in a blue region. However, I don’t want the country by necessity to become blue. It shouldn’t. Churches can’t and shouldn’t ignore this. They can tell their people the truth and that’s not being a “bad testimony,” something we’re being told by woke evangelicals, because they think that will work. When I’m out preaching the gospel, politics themselves do not enter in. It doesn’t relate to that.
We need to know that serving the kingdom or working at protecting liberty isn’t binary. Yes, that word, binary, is useful here. We can keep these two thoughts in our brain at the same time, not disparate. They are connected thoughts. We can defend from scripture keeping this two ideas in our heads at the same time. When someone mocks us or attacks us, we don’t have to capitulate to “be a good testimony.” That’s just a strategy on their part. They’ve studied us and think it will work. They know how we tick. Don’t listen to it. It’s a lie.’https://kentbrandenburg.blogspot.com/2020/12/no-christian-in-united-states-is-going.html
The NSW Court of Criminal Appeal isn’t a friend of the law abiding citizen! Why would I say this? Read the following and then tell me what you think?
‘The former girlfriend of Sydney siege gunman Man Haron Monis has had her sentence for murdering his ex-wife reduced by nearly a decade.
Amirah Droudis, 41, repeatedly stabbed the mother of Monis’s two children in a Western Sydney apartment block in 2013 before dousing her in petrol and setting her alight.
She was sentenced in 2017 to 44 years in jail with a non-parole period of 33 years following a judge-alone trial which concluded that Monis planned the murder but wasn’t prepared to carry it out himself.
On Thursday, the NSW Court of Criminal Appeal quashed the original sentence and imposed one of 35 years with a non-parole period of 26 years.
Droudis’s earliest release date is now March 2041 – about six years sooner than what her original sentence dictated.’https://thenewdaily.com.au/news/state/nsw/2020/12/10/amirah-droudis-sentence/?utm_source=Adestra&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=News%20Alert%20-%2020201210
