June is designated as “Pride Month,” which is allegedly about inclusion and diversity, but the Pride Police don’t actually believe in that. There is no diversity of opinions on LGBTQ issues. It’s “My Way” or the Bigot Highway. They say Pride Month is about visibility, but there shall be no visibility for any resistance. Their mentality: agree, or vanish.

In Grand Rapids, Michigan, “scandal” erupted when a news manager at WOOD-TV wrote a memo to staff to remember that there were two differing views on Pride events in the community. Quickly, the station’s owner – Nexstar, the largest owner of TV stations in America – apologized for and insisted this both-sides memo was “not consistent with Nexstar’s values, the way we cover the news, or the respect we have for our viewers.”

There shall be only one side of these issues. That shows “respect” for….some members…

Power grids are finally balanced affairs that were never designed for the haphazard occasional delivery of wind and solar. Maintaining voltage and frequency within critical defined tolerances is a cinch with conventional generators, like nuclear, gas and coal-fired plants, which deliver the goods, around-the-clock and irrespective of the weather.

Around 20 years ago, deranged zealots hijacked energy policy and they have no appreciation of any of the simple facts above.

Rather, as with any cult, they simply cling to their founding myth, ignoring any unhelpful fact, deriding those who might point to reality as dangerous heretics.

But, as Robert Louis Stevenson pointed out, sooner or later we all sit down to a banquet of consequences. Reality bites, often with a vengeance.

Conservatives on Twitter are mocking CNN fact-checker Daniel Dale again, especially since his Twitter bio explains his work as “I fact-check the president. “ Fox News reported on June 16 that Dale hasn’t published a fact-check of President Biden since March 30, and that was only online, not on TV. “Since that time, though, his database shows 21 bylined stories or on-air appearances that fact-checked claims made by Republicans, most of them by Trump.”

One of the reasons you can laugh at the phrase “independent fact-checkers” is the obvious tilt in targeting. CNN may not be paid by the Democrats, but the target list makes it look like they are. CNN’s obsession over Trump always prompts the question ‘Who is the president now?’ Because CNN acts like Trump never lost. Joe Biden simply isn’t someone powerful enough to evaluate.

Joe Biden can repeatedly suggest the Republicans…

There’s nothing even vaguely ‘clean’ or ‘green’ about wind power. An industry built on lies and running on subsidies can’t produce power as and when we need it, but is a master at producing environmental havoc at a global scale.

The wind and sun cult happily ignores the thousands of wind turbine blades and millions solar panels already being dumped in landfills. Apparently, their mountainous toxic waste legacy will be something for future generations to deal with.

Likewise, little notice is given to the millions of bird and bat carcasses diced and shredded by 40-70m blades with their outer tips travelling at over 350 km/h.

And the hundreds of dolphins and porpoises, and dozens of whales washing up along the Atlantic coast – victims of America’s offshore wind industry – don’t signify, either. Of course, the US government has given the wind industry a license to kill as many marine…
