Genesis 4:8 And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him.
What an indictment against Cain. Cain was, in reality, mad at God but took it out on his brother. How is society doing today? Today it depends on who is killed and who is doing the killing. Killing a baby is a woman’s right or so many believe. But, it must be asked, “Where is the built-in maternal instinct that women once possessed albeit a long time ago now?” Sarah cried “Give me children, or else I die.” Today, it is the baby in the womb that is likely to die if the mother so desires it. That maternal instinct, or the conscience, has been dulled to the place where some believe it is a woman’s ‘right’ to take the life of a baby ( it is only a fetus so they say) based solely on her wants?
Think about it, shouldn’t a man and woman have to take some personal responsibility when having a sexual relationship? Are they so ignorant of biology that they do not know where babies come from? Or is it because they have been taught for so long they are nothing but an animal that even their sex life is a reflection of that teaching? Have morals gone so far down into the gutter that killing a baby is not as abhorrent as Japanese whaling?
Murder is murder whether it is in or out of the womb. Murder is murder whether it is a boy old enough to take care of the sheep as Able was or the baby boy resting in the comfort of his mother’s womb. Murder is murder and there is a price to pay. God is not blind to what is occurring.
Abortion is only one of the sins that have been accepted by society as a human right! Lest we forget it was what is now called the Gay lifestyle that ended the party life in Sodom and Gomorrah. The Bible says that sodomy is a sin very grievous! God did not overlook their sin and He will not pass over the sin of abortion either.
The answer is this; confess you are a sinner and cry to the Lord ‘ God be merciful to me a sinner’ and ‘Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved’.
