It has been four years since I have been back “home” in what was once the good ole USA. Some things seem to never change whereas some things have changed dramatically. In this piece I will discuss only two things that I have noticed changing since I was last here.
PEOPLE:
Since my last visit several of friends have passed away and others have deteriorated in health. Now I know that both are to be expected when we turn seventy and older but it is still a surprise when faced with the reality of it. It is so sad to see some entering the early stages of dementia and others now needing the use of a walker. Today, one of our dearest Christian friends went into hospice waiting for the cancer to allow him to enter his final home; Heaven. Yes, time has its hand upon all of us. I trust you are ready for that day!
POLITICS:
Politically it has been almost like watching a soap opera. I have been watching mostly Fox News as it is purported to be “Fair and Balanced”. Whether it is or not doesn’t change the situations in which the present occupier of the oval office has found himself. A few of the most recent situations observed are the (1) crash and disposal of hard drives of several IRS computers (2) the release of five Islamic terrorists for one Army deserter and (3) the daily arrival of several thousand illegal children from south of the border.
The IRS is one of the most feared government departments the US government has. The IRS makes a demand that every tax payer keep copies of their taxes for seven years and yet, the IRS can lose and dispose of several hard drives and all their data without a blush or an apology. What arrogance these IRS officials seem to display when questioned by those in Congress. I am old enough to remember when the media played continuously the hearings on Watergate which eventually led to Nixon’s resignation. From what I have observed if all the allegations are true concerning just the IRS situation and the irresponsible lack of border security this present administration ought to either be forced to resign in disgrace or be jailed! Personally I believe the man at the helm of all this ought to have the latter.
I have one more month to spend here in the homeland of my birth and I wonder how much longer it can endure what I see as the treasonous actions and inactions of this present administration. It is with much disgust that an American citizen has to go through so much security to board a plane but illegals can freely cross the border and receive free medical, food, housing and the hope of gaining citizenship in a nation in which they entered illegally (only in America). Many in this present government and sheepish media shout for immigration reform while the immigration laws that are already on the books are not being enforced. When all is said and done it seems the enemy is not operating outside the USA but is operating right from the oval office.
If a true lover of freedom and the United States Constitution does not get elected to the highest office of the land in 2016 this country in which I was born will be unrecognizable on my next visit. Whatyareckon?

David , i was in a similar boat , i returned home to Australia , to armed police , at Richmond RAAF base , who under armed guard, took me to my home , had me open my gun safe and take my gun collection and made me apply to get the bolt action and other still legal firearms back , i was under no false impression i was thought of as a threat to my nation and its government , whilst communists rampaged through the streets, attacked churches and decent folks and walked away scot free , islamist where just starting to get power ( and we see the result of that globally now . there was nothing left but prayer , and to choose to accept it or fight , , 18 years later , the Shooters party mark 2 is doing well , ( first attempt was a miserable failure due to some selling out to main stream politic’s) The Q society is doing well , and i can take a break now and let the others lead from the small efforts to get such going , but sadly i dont think the US has 18 years to fight back peacfully , not with the globalists in control there as they are and that, is terrifying as it will nullify all i and other here have worked hard and long for , my friends in the US are now asking me to help them ready to fight back as they too do not see a peacful way out of this , and i shall , as i beleive if the US goes down , every human on the planet is at risk , where else will we find a yard stick of freedom ?
I pray for the US daily , for my friends and Brothers in Arms there , partially selfishly as i know a draconian state there will result in one here , but many in the US are rude , self involved , hateful of everything that does not give them immeadiate gratification , and sadly that the majority there , maybe the 3 % that once arose in history to make the US free and what it became can arise again , but i honestly dont think it will work , it will be bloody , and cruel , so i’ll pray on , ready myself to help those who ask , and prep my kids and grandies as best i may , and keep them well out of it ..
i wish us all luck in whats to come , but i do think the evil coming( or here now) is just the prelude to the end times . Pray i’m a idiot that knows nothing .. i do ..

Thanks for your comment, Jack. One does wonder what this world will be like if Obama continues his destruction for another two years. Watching America’s demise should cause a believer to “look for that blessed hope” even more.
