I was reared in Iowa and it is true you can take the boy out of Iowa BUT you cannot take Iowa out of the boy! I came to know the Lord in an independent Baptist church in Iowa and I found my bride in Iowa. Iowa has been good to me and I thank my Lord Jesus for allowing me to have had at least 32 wonderful years there. Now, that I am “older” and no longer in Iowa THE IOWA STANDARD is one way to keep up with what is happening in the Corn State. Thank you Iowa Standard!
