Here in Australia ‘Now that it’s high summer, you might see a lizard, sunning itself on a rock. Lizards don’t just get their energy from food, but also from the sun. Humans are warm-blooded creatures who generally get their energy from food, not solar-power. However, there are some cold-blooded creatures amongst us.
In the New South Wales parliament, the summer started with Environment Minister Matt Keane who, with little public warning and possibility of public debate, passing legislation for net zero emissions in NSW. This committed public funds—our money—to benefit green spiv renewable funds.
Bankers, lobbyists and Liberal moderate politicians have realised that the public will not only accept this, but actually thank them for it. Thank them for making power expensive and making them richer.
In a recent public statement, Keane was been positively evangelical about the need for the Liberal party to support renewable energy. But there were some very strange things that went along with this. He did not seem across some basic facts about renewables.
Does Keane realise that worldwide over 2,000 HELE coal powerplants are operated at present, or are in the development pipeline worldwide, and mostly in our geographic region? Or to translate, does he realise that Indo-Pacific nations, such as India and China, are investing in this cheap power generation, much of which is fuelled by Australian coal, to electrify a manufacturing powerhouse boom? Whilst at the very same time making any of our ‘clean’ energy commitments meaningless? Oddly, he seems not to have considered this in calculations.
Why is Minister Keane in public critical of energy entrepreneur Trevor St Baker as someone benefiting from these changes? St Baker bought one of NSW’s coal-fired power-stations for a mere $1 million now valued at over $700m – but because the state Liberal government was selling it. This is actually a story about the impropriety of actions of those in state government, in charge of our energy policy. It appears the NSW Liberal government classified the Vales Point power station as ‘worn out’ so it could be replaced, when it was worth alot more than that. Why would they do this? About $700m of public money thrown away. It appears they want to make us pay for a hugely more expensive and inefficient solar energy plants and their power — while ordinary electors have no choice but to pay for it.
Here we reach the intersection of incompetence and impropriety.
Many members of the political and media class of New South Wales are also aware of speculation surrounding factional ideological and personal alliances, astroturfing, and a revolving door between parliaments and plush corporate suites of high paid, high powered consultancy and lobbying roles. Mark Latham has alleged on Twitter a NSW Liberal MP told him that Kean’s net zero legislation “is really about setting up the finances of the Moderate Faction, on a permanent basis”. These cold-blooded animals are indeed solar-powered.
The most serpentine are the green spiv renewables funds. They are profiting by moving us to expensive, unreliable power. Here is their simple 3-step formula.
- Replace-plants. Our coal plants are being torn down so that we have to build new power plants. The more money it costs us to build them, the more the GSRFs get as their cut (as their fees are a proportion of the funds they arranged). For the GRSFs, the more expensive these plants, the better.
- Push-up prices. These expensive solar-power plants also make more expensive and unreliable electricity, and Aussies have no choice but to pay. For the GRSFs the margin gets juicer, on this higher amounts as electricity becomes more expensive.
- Privatise -plants. Next, governments tend to sell the asset to private investors. Investment banks love energy investments because it is very low risk. It is not hard to know that people will buy electricity. Often, these deals are protected even further from risk by government-guarantees. So the funds they arrange to buy these investments are comparatively cheap and then they get access to those juicy margins these new ritzy and expensive plants they have funded us to build.
Replace plants. Push-up prices. Privatise production. That’s the GSRF formula.
For us, it means extraordinarily expensive—and unreliable—electricity. For them, the merchant bankers and their allies, it means easy and growing money whilst doing very little. They are simply taking from us. It’s not unlike the energy a lizard gets from sitting on a rock.
It is cold-blooded. They are being predatory to our polity.
There are clear alternatives to solar-power. HELE Coal-fire is very popular elsewhere and makes a lot of sense with all the coal we export. Highly-efficient nuclear power, is also an obvious option. But these are too efficient and cheap to benefit these serpentine predators.
Now, there’s another feature of serpents. As we are told in the Bible, they tend to twist words–they make bad seem good, and good seem bad. This move to change our electricity production is moving our politics into dangerous territory, where a woke-elite alliance obscures poor policy. The financial-elite profit, while the woke-brigade power their political arguments into the mainstream. The woke-brigade even shaming and standing-over normal people who question it and the financial-elite who profit from it. While the financial-elite are profiteering from us, we are supposed to say ‘thank you’. The woke-elite alliance is doing bad and calling it good.

The days before January 20th should be interesting in more ways than one. At ‘Cumulus Media, the talk radio conglomerate that hosts many conservative shows, says that their clientele will be fired unless they obey new politically correct edicts regarding their programming.
Specifically, hosts Mark Levin, Dan Bongino and Ben Shapiro will likely be fired if they suggest that the vote was stolen from President Donald Trump, despite the mountains of evidence indicating that this in fact was the case.

Brian Philips, executive vice president for Cumulus, made the official announcement that Draconian censorship would be instituted in the response to the display.
He issued an edict saying that Cumulus and Westwood One “will not tolerate any suggestion that the election has not ended. The election has been resolved and there are no alternate acceptable ‘paths’.”

Most conservatives and especially conservative Bible believing Christians would not condone the violence that has been happening around the USA by Antifa and BLM in 2020 or that which occurred in Washington DC January 6th. The simple fact is that the violence and destruction during 2020 was undoubtedly perpetrated by BLM and Antifa but exactly who was involved in the January 6th violence is still not yet truly determined. ‘More than 255 former and current Wheaton College faculty and staff have signed a statement condemning last week’s attack on the Capitol and specifically decrying “blasphemous abuses of Christian symbols.” The statement also denounces what it calls “wicked leadership—especially by President Trump,” but also by some evangelical leaders.
‘“The behaviors that many participants celebrated in Jesus’ name bear absolutely no resemblance to the Christian teachings or ethics that we submit to as faculty and staff of Wheaton College,” the statement said.
The statement also chastised evangelical leaders who “could have spoken truth to the disillusioned supporters of President Trump,” but instead “wittingly propagated lies, or were unduly silent in a just cause.”
After the election, evangelical leaders like Eric Metaxas, Franklin Graham, and a host of others supported the idea that voter fraud was to blame for Trump’s loss. This aligns with Trump’s narrative, who on the evening of the riot, tweeted: “These are the things and events that happen when a sacred landslide election victory is so unceremoniously & viciously stripped away from great patriots who have been badly & unfairly treated for so long.”
Though many evangelicals have condemned the riots, the Wheaton faculty statement is one of the first, if not the first, official statement to confront evangelical leaders.
The statement also alleged that “systemic racism” was to blame for “differential treatment” given those who trespassed on the Capitol as opposed to those who protested police brutality over the summer.
“These realities are reprehensible,” it stated. “Our Christian faith demands shining a light on these evils and the simultaneous commitment to take appropriate action.”
The faculty statement released Monday differs somewhat from an official statement by Wheaton College the same day.
The official Wheaton College statement decried the “violent attack on democracy,” but did not name Trump or other evangelicals. ‘President Donald Trump is having his personal bank accounts closed in addition to being banned from every major social media platform and payment processor.

Deutsche Bank, which has been Mr. Trump’s primary lender for two decades, has decided not to do business with Mr. Trump or his company in the future, according to a person familiar with the bank’s thinking. Mr. Trump currently owes Deutsche Bank more than $300 million, which is due in the next few years.
The bank has concluded that, short of forgiving the debt, it has no way to extricate itself from the Trump relationship before the loans come due.
Another longtime financial partner of the Trumps, Signature Bank, also is cutting ties. The bank — which helped Mr. Trump finance his Florida golf course and where Ivanka Trump, the president’s daughter, was once a board member — issued a statement calling on Mr. Trump to resign as president “in the best interests of our nation and the American people.”
Susan Turkell, a spokeswoman for the bank, said Signature had decided that it “will not do business in the future with any members of Congress who voted to disregard the Electoral College.” Ms. Turkell said that in the wake of the riots the bank began closing Mr. Trump’s two personal accounts, which had about $5.3 million.
The GOP and Trump himself had three years to address these deplatforming efforts and did nothing about it.
In fact, he instead expanded censorship by signing an executive order to make Jews on college campuses a “protected class” and punish critics of Israel.
Last week, Trump signed an executive order banning the use of Chinese payment apps, which American dissidents banned from PayPal and Stripe (as Trump’s campaign has now been) may have found more hospitable.
In November 2020, the Trump administration finally got around to proposing a rule that would ensure banking access is determined only by creditworthiness and not political views.
“If the Trump administration finalizes the rule before President-elect Joe Biden takes office, [John Court, the head of regulatory affairs at the Bank Policy Institute, which represents the biggest banks in the country] says that would make it harder, but not impossible, for the new administration to undo it,” NPR reported Monday. “And he says if it comes to it, banks would likely sue to try to stop the rule.”

President Trump says what many people are thinking in the United States. When I say many, I mean about fifty million or more. He has not “incited violence.” When Trump supporters came to Washington, DC on January 6, 2021, no elected official encouraged them to come to force their way into the capitol building and physically stop the electoral counting procedure in Congress, a violation of the law (read this account and this take). In President Trump’s speech, he didn’t suggest that. The people saying that know they are lying. They are liars.
Democrats riot, protest, terrorize, picket, intimidate, and break the law without ceasing. They not only get no condemnation but instead receive actual support from a vast majority of the media, celebrities, and educators. They use government power to prosecute their political enemies and to crush their businesses and take away their property. As an example, they use their power to allow men to use the girl’s bathrooms. Opposition is litigated. They are given the widest possible bandwidth to spew the greatest possible amount of vile and deceitful discourse.
Those of the capitol mob were finished with conventional Republican or conservative way of change. They decided to imitate their political opposition and give them a taste of their own medicine. It was so odd and out of character that theories arose among conservatives that it must be someone else, that Antifa or BLM infiltrated the group, posing as them for purposes of discrediting. Can you imagine someone asking, “Can you believe the Democrat party instigated violence and supported burning, pillaging, and looting of public property through their various collaborators, Antifa and BLM?” Laughter ensues. A serial murdering abortion doctor slaughters babies born alive and Democrat lawyers line up to defend him.
President Trump gave a political speech on January 6 (read the transcript here), protected by the first amendment without any mention of violence. None. It’s true he doesn’t attempt to calm down his listeners, tranquilize them. He wants to fire them up, to inspire them. That’s what political speakers do, except for Joe Biden and a few others, but not because they don’t wish they could energize someone. No Republican has encouraged violence in any way. Everyone knows that. The people hearing Trump know that.
The crowd that rushed the capitol was enough of a surprise that the capitol police wasn’t ready for it. It is clear that a smaller faction of the gigantic crowd came to Washington DC prepared to do more than attend a rally. As a template, they had Seattle, Portland, Kenosha, earlier in Washington DC, and urban areas all over the country as an immense sample size compared to their own efforts. Those leftist mobsters took over several city blocks in Seattle and occupied them, fully armed, for weeks and those like them all over the country have incessantly toppled statues and threatened ordinary American citizens during meals and peaceful walks in public places.
What occurred at the capitol is called by the media and Democrats, an insurrection. It was an insurrection like the LA police following OJ Simpson was a “car chase.” No one shot anyone except the police an unarmed Trump supporter, military veteran, and you know the story, she was threatening no one.

I’m quite sure that my belief in the future kingdom of Jesus Christ anesthetizes a desire for physical retribution. A true believer opts for a peaceful solution now, starting with the gospel. The party of senseless violence though is the left. They kill millions and urge to kill millions more babies. They are silent while thousands are murdered in America’s cities. They oppose all freedom of speech except for their own demented and reprobate positions.
One can judge true thoughts and standards by the consistency of the condemnation. Unless all violence is condemned, the standard of violence still stands. The left embraces violence. It wants to disarm its opposition. It uses the accusation of not-a-coup to cover its own actual coup. The so-called antifascists are the actual fascists. What would make a politician want to destroy their own nation? I suppose there are numerous reasons why but one way those in the USA and Australia are seeking to do it is through so-called renewable energy such as wind and solar. In Australia electricity prices were once the lowest in the world due to the abundance of cheap coal BUT no longer is that the case as coal is a dirty word. Now in the good ole USA ‘Joe Biden’s plan to carpet America wall-to-wall with 60,000 wind turbines and millions of solar panels comes with a staggering cost, and it’s America’s poor that will pay the heaviest price for the Democrat’s delusional energy policy.
The only thing guaranteed about subsidising wind and solar is rocketing power prices and unreliable electricity. Ask a German, Dane or South Australian.

Biden’s Energy Plans Are Expensive—and Dangerous

Joe Biden wants the electric grid of the United States to be powered solely by energy sources that do not emit carbon dioxide by 2035. In the Unity Task Force plan that the former vice-president released with Senator Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), the commitment is made that:
Within five years, we will install 500 million solar panels, including eight million solar roofs and community solar energy systems, and 60,000 made-in-America wind turbines.
Overhauling the entire electric grid, which some call the world’s largest machine, and converting much of it to wind and solar power, is not just a momentous task. It is both dangerous and unbelievably expensive. The only reason Biden has been able to get away with such a preposterous plan is that many people actually believe that wind and solar power are cheaper than fossil fuel-powered generation. They conclude that a transition to a system supplied by wind and solar power will reduce consumer costs. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Instead of blindly accepting the Biden/Sanders energy fantasy, the public should ask the obvious question: “If wind and solar are so cheap, then why do they still need direct and indirect subsidies?”
The fact is that they are not cheap at all once all the costs that they impose on the power system are taken into account. Let’s examine this more closely.
Wind and solar power are intermittent and unpredictable and must be backed up by existing or new power stations or storage facilities that can rapidly change output to compensate for the fluctuating supplies from wind and solar power. That usually means natural gas back-up stations. Even environmental activist Robert F. Kennedy Jr. told the 2010 annual conference of the Colorado Oil and Gas Association:
For all of these big utility scale power plants, whether it’s wind or solar, everybody is looking at gas as the supplementary fuel. The plants that we’re building, the wind plants and the solar plants are [supported by] gas plants.
Other problems are the need for inertia (flywheel effect) that is required to stabilize the system frequency and for voltage support to stop the lights going dim. Both of these are provided by conventional generators but not by wind and solar power.
For various reasons, 1,000 kilowatts (kW) of wind or solar power seldom produces more than 800 kW. On average, wind produces about one-third of its theoretical energy output (measured in kilowatt-hours – kWh) and solar power less than one-sixth. As a result, much more installed capacity plus energy storage facilities are needed to match the output of a conventional 1,000 kW station. It is the cost of this extra capacity and energy storage that kills the economics of wind and solar power.
One way of establishing the real cost of wind and solar power is to compare the cost of supplying all the electricity needed by a system with no connections to other power systems. Let’s consider the cost of supplying all the electricity needed by a power system with a peak demand of 4,000 megawatts (MW) and an energy demand of 19,000 gigawatt-hours (GWh), which is typical of most power systems.
We start by assuming that five days of storage would be needed to cover a series of cloudy days in winter or five days of little wind. So, we need to calculate the costs associated with storage by batteries or by hydro-pumped storage (in which excess power is used to pump water into a reservoir which then drains through hydraulic turbines producing electricity when the primary system lacks sufficient power to supply the grid). One then discovers that the solar power option would need 16,000 MW of solar capacity + 9,000 MW of battery capacity and the all-in cost would be 38 US¢/kWh. The wind power option would need 7,000 MW of wind and 2,250 MW of storage capacity to give a final cost of 34¢/kWh.
For comparison, the typical North American cost for combined-cycle natural gas generation is 5¢/kWh.
The solar option would occupy about 650 square miles of land and the wind option would occupy over 1,600 square miles. The environmental effects cannot be ignored. In many countries, the pumped storage option is likely to be opposed by environmentalists and it may not be feasible anyway because of the lack of sites that can accommodate two large storage lakes a short distance apart with one several hundred meters above the other.
The reality is that Biden’s ambitions for large-scale, low-cost solar or wind power cannot possibly be achieved by 2035, or even 2050, because of the huge numbers of wind turbines and solar farms and new transmission capacity that would be needed, and the very high cost and the associated technical and environmental problems. At the moment, and after the expenditure of billions of dollars in subsidies, solar and wind power provide only 8% of U.S. electricity.
If governments persist, the inevitable result will be skyrocketing prices and regular blackouts. Hospitals, industry, and commerce would need to install hundreds of diesel generators to maintain operations.
The assumptions made to derive the real cost of supplying 4,000 MW of demand from wind or solar power are as follows:
- A 1,000 watt ‘W’ solar cell has an average output of about 150 W, so 16,000 MW of solar power is needed to supply all the energy required by the 4,000 MW load and to compensate for the 25% losses in the energy storage system.
- As a 1,000 W solar cell seldom produces more than 800 W, the effective maximum output of 16,000 MW of solar is 13,000 MW.
- As the load on the power system can only absorb 4,000 MW, the storage system must be able to absorb the remaining 9,000 MW.
The storage capacity has to be able to provide 264 GWh needed in wintertime when there are likely to be five days of cloudy weather and the solar output is negligible. At the current $US200/kWh this amounts to over $US 50 billion. By way of comparison, the largest battery in the world at Hornsdale in Australia can store 130 MWh. Two thousand of them would be needed to store the 264,000 MWh needed for a reliable supply to the 4,000 MW load. This battery capacity is equivalent to all the batteries in all the electric cars in the world.
The conclusion is that about 25,000 MW of solar plus storage capacity is needed to supply the 4,000 MW demand! If batteries are used to provide five days of storage, the total cost is in the region of $70 billion, which explains the very high cost of providing a reliable supply from solar power.
Wind power that has an average output of 35% of its installed capacity is better but does not lead to a large reduction in price because the battery cost dominates.
Solar power with hydro-pumped storage is less expensive—an overall cost of 23¢/kWh, but still almost five-times the cost in the U.S. for combined-cycle natural gas generation. But hydro-pumped storage is impractical in most areas for the reason cited above.
From a greenhouse gas point of view, wind and solar power are horribly expensive. Carbon dioxide emissions are currently valued at about $30/tonne while calculations show that the carbon dioxide avoided by policy focused on wind and solar power would cost more than $1,400 per tonne.
When all the options are examined, the conclusion is that the best way to eliminate emissions of carbon dioxide from power generation is safe and reliable nuclear power supplemented by a relatively small amount of pumped storage. So, at least Biden’s support for nuclear and hydropower makes sense. But don’t expect ant-nuclear activists in the extreme left of the Democratic Party to allow this to happen.
The power disaster unfolding in California gives a good preview of what is in store for America as a whole if Biden succeeds in his goal of sweeping away fossil fuel-generated power and replacing it with wind and solar. Power outages are now commonplace in the Golden State, which suffered its first rolling blackouts in nearly 20 years last summer. Indeed, with 4,297 power outages between 2008 and 2017, California led the nation in this category (Texas was a distant second with 1,603).
Governor Newsom admitted that there was not enough wind power to compensate for the drop in solar power due to cloud cover and nightfall. The Los Angeles Times reported:
… gas-burning power plants that can fire up when the sun isn’t shining or the wind isn’t blowing have been shutting down in recent years, and California has largely failed to replace them …
The result is that California has fallen thousands of megawatts behind its needs.
Joe Biden said in his climate change plan:
Getting to a 100% clean energy economy is not only an obligation, it’s an opportunity. We should fully adopt a clean energy future, not just for all of us today, but for our children and grandchildren, so their tomorrow is healthier, safer, and more just.

In the eighteenth century, some eloquent, highborn French wanted a national makeover that stemmed from their hatred of Christ and the Bible, Christian morality, property rights, orderly government, and strong father-led homes. There were some legitimate complaints against the government but none that justified anarchy and wholesale executions without a trial.
The promoters of the French resistance, rebellion, and revolution were willing to wait for the time to strike. It took decades, but it came.

Waiting gives revolutionaries time to organize and gather their cadre of conspirators. The French were led to the guillotine by suave, sophisticated, and often sincere spokesmen such as Voltaire, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, and other brilliant, immoral, but arrogant conspirators who detested revelation and deified reason. With the passing years, the leaders who replaced Voltaire and Rousseau were more vicious and deadly. They spoke about liberty, equality, and fraternity while they mocked their essence.
Voltaire and Rousseau would have been horrified if they had lived to see the Reign of Terror—heads rolling hour after hour in the middle of Paris; thousands of innocent people killed, usually without trial; climaxing in the dictatorship of Napoleon Bonaparte. Voltaire was known for freedom, independence, and defense of the little guy as expressed in his alleged comment, “I do not agree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.” He would not have approved of the revolution that became a repulsive river of blood emanating from the guillotine in the center of Paris.
Rousseau famously wrote, “Man is born free, but is everywhere in chains,” so he would have vetoed the revolution. Both men would have been aghast, even ashamed with the destruction, deception, and death. However, their humanism, secularism, and distrust, distaste, and disdain for the crown, the church, and the cottage set the stage for what followed decades after their initial attack.
But they started it and are stuck with it. That’s what happens when a nation rejects heavenly revelation and snuggles up to human reasoning.
I wonder what Voltaire and Rousseau would have thought of present-day America where one is condemned for what he did, wrote, or said 30 years ago! Where you can’t say, “All lives matter” or “Blue Lives Matter,” but must say, “Black lives matter.” Where historical monuments are being destroyed, and history is being rewritten to resemble a fairy tale.
The French should have seen it coming over the decades as critics of the crown, the church, and the cottage became progressively louder, bolder, and shriller.
Local and clandestine Jacobin clubs (consisting of Philosophers, Freemasons, and Illuminati) were the workhorses of the Reign of Terror in 1793 during the dictatorship of the revolution. At the time, there were up to 8,000 clubs in France consisting of about 500,000 members. They were no longer merely civic or social clubs but instruments of terror.
Their ostensible responsibility was to help with the running of local governments, policing the local markets, and raising supplies for the military and local police departments. They presented themselves as the epitome of public virtue and were quick to point out anyone suspected of disloyalty to the cause. And, with missionary zeal, they helped destroy all vestiges of Christianity. They became the tool of terrorist leader Robespierre whom he manipulated to his advantage.
Members of the Jacobin clubs were “snake in the grass” Frenchmen who had been radicalized over decades and were waiting for the signal to rebel, resist, riot, and revolt. All leaders of the plot had secret names for one another in their private correspondence. It was arranged so that no one knew many members.
Most historians smile at the suggestion that the French Revolution was promoted by conspirators decades before the streets exploded and the guillotine blade became dull with constant use. Just another conspiracy theory.
Those historians are wrong.
Yale President Timothy Dwight was an American educator, Congregational minister, and President of Yale from 1886–1898. He documented the origin of the revolutionary Jacobin organizers who agitated for a brutal revolution. He declared, “About the year 1728, Voltaire, so celebrated for his wit and brilliancy and not less distinguished for his hatred of Christianity and his abandonment of principle, formed a systematical design to destroy Christianity and to introduce in its stead a general diffusion of irreligion and atheism. … With great art and insidiousness the doctrines of … Christian theology were rendered absurd and ridiculous; and the mind of the reader was insensibly steeled against conviction and duty.”
Dwight continued, “The fabrication of books of all kinds against Christianity, especially such as excite doubt and generate contempt and derision. … The being of God was denied and ridiculed … The possession of property was pronounced robbery. Chastity and natural affection were declared to be nothing more than groundless prejudices. Adultery, assassination, poisoning, and other crimes of the like infernal nature, were taught as lawful…provided the end was good. … The good ends proposed … are the overthrow of religion, government, and human society, civil and domestic. These they pronounce to be so good that murder, butchery, and war, however extended and dreadful, are declared by them to be completely justifiable.”
Note the similarities: There was a design to destroy, as today. There was an attack on Christ and the Bible, as today. There was an attack on property, as today. Horrible crimes were permitted if they were for a good cause, as today. If the end was desirable (to them), then the means were justified, like today. The worst crimes, even murder, were acceptable, as today.
The slow but sure erosion of the foundations of France began with Voltaire and was continued by the self-righteous philosophers and anti-crown, anti-church, anti-family fanatics over the following decades.
They dispensed with the corrupt Roman Catholic Church and installed the Cult of Reason. A prostitute was enthroned at the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris as the goddess of the French people. France was renamed The Republic of Virtue! The press and theaters were turned into tools for state propaganda. More than 2,000 churches were renamed Temples of Reason and became the voice of this cult. Crosses offended some people, so they were outlawed; religious monuments and statues were destroyed; public and private worship and education outlawed; Christian graves were desecrated. Churches were closed or used for immoral, lurid, licentious, scandalous depravities; and priests and ministers (along with those who harbored them) were executed on sight for a while.
What was their theme again? Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity.
The Apostle Peter warned about this in II Peter 2:19 when he wrote, “While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.”
All secret societies are dishonest, deceptive, and dangerous to any society, whether it be the KKK, the Freemasons, or the elitist Order of Skull and Bones, a Yale University society originally known as the Brotherhood of Death. All sober people should flee such groups as if their hair was on fire. However, insecure elitists gravitate to such groups where they wallow in supposed superiority and delight in awarding and receiving honors. They spend much time patting each other on the back and stroking each other’s egos.
The secretive Jacobins (who met on Jacob Street in Paris) were sensitive to public virtue but thought personal virtue repugnant. They reported people who were suspects or who were not sufficiently pro-terror. It was an ideal time to take revenge on someone by suggesting to others about his or her suspicious political positions.
Many top-level aristocrats who had suspicious political views were beheaded or imprisoned, while those who remained alive lost all special treatment and privileges. The middle class took control following the much-touted program of Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity. That was great for a while, but when Robespierre took control, terror reigned. Civil war followed as believers of the monarchy (upper class) fought the revolutionaries (mainly lower-class except for leaders) for control. About half a million people were imprisoned between 1793 and 1794, and up to 300,000 were killed by firing squad and drowning. The bloody guillotine claimed 40,000 lives (without trial) in Paris, most of them because they held the wrong political views.
The basic philosophy behind and driving the Revolution was an attack on all authority—the church, the crown, the cottage. It was a deliberate conspiracy or plot to overthrow the throne, altar, and authoritarian family structure in Europe. The motive was the dissolution of all civil society. They would not need government because they believed in man’s perfectibility; consequently, no government would be necessary. This belief resulted from the influence of the Illuminati, who became leaders in the Jacobin clubs.
America stands at the crossroads. Revolutionary leaders in the U.S. make their destructive contributions to national disruption as Robespierre and Denis Diderot did in France. All revolutionaries plan change, control, and chaos in their nation.
