Believe it or not, the ‘Satanic Temple,
a liberal anti-Christian group that self-proclaims to represent “compassion and empathy,” is offering hugs and kisses in exchange for donations that fund two pro-abortion lawsuits filed against the State of Missouri, the International Business Times reports.’
‘The Satanic Temple, a Salem, Massachusetts-based organization led by Lucien Greaves, is suing to overturn a Missouri law that requires a 72-hour waiting period before an abortion where a woman can view an ultrasound of her unborn baby and hear the fetal heartbeat; the Satanist group
also is challenging a law ensuring women receiving literature that states life begins at conception, the report continues.

From the picture above one has to admit that (1) these “women” probably wouldn’t make the best mother anyway and (2) what sober clear thinking man would get them pregnant? However, that isn’t the point to this post.
The main point being that there is something unique about humans! What is it? For one thing humans are made in the image of their Creator. Genesis 1:26 “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”
The Non-conformist Matthew Henry states “That man was made in God’s image and after his likeness, two words to express the same thing and making each other the more expressive; image and likeness denote the likest image, the nearest resemblance of any of the visible creatures. Man was not made in the likeness of any creature that went before him, but in the likeness of his Creator; yet still between God and man there is an infinite distance. Christ only is the express image of God’s person, as the Son of his Father, having the same nature. It is only some of God’s honour that is put upon man, who is God’s image only as the shadow in the glass, or the king’s impress upon the coin. God’s image upon man consists in these three things:–” Those three things are (1) “In his nature and constitution, not those of his body (for God has not a body), but those of his soul. This honour indeed God has put upon the body of man, that the Word was made flesh, the Son of God was clothed with a body like ours and will shortly clothe ours with a glory like that of his.” (2) “In his place and authority: Let us make man in our image, and let him have dominion. As he has the government of the inferior creatures, he is, as it were, God’s representative, or viceroy, upon earth…” (3) “In his purity and rectitude. God’s image upon man consists in knowledge, righteousness, and true holiness, Eph 4:24; Col 3:10.”
However, something occurred in Genesis Chapter Three when man disobeyed his Maker and the result as Mathew Henry says is “…this image of God upon man (is) defaced! How small are the remains of it, and how great the ruins of it!”
The Good News is that through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ one may be delivered “…from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins…” Acts 26: 18.
WHO GETS TO DEFINE SIN
“The answer to this question has to do with who your God is. For the true believer, this has to be the Sovereign Creator God. He is the spiritual Father of all who truly believe. If you are not a true believer, your God is man and your father is the devil, the father of lies.
The first problem here is that, in the circle of professing Christians, you are likely to end up with a variety of definitions. That is because, on the right, “externalists” have put things into the Bible text that were not there originally. On the left, the “libertines” simply reject what the Bible does clearly define. The first question is “Who is right?” The answer is that only God is right, and His definitions are in the Bible text. They were placed there by divine inspiration and are true. They are clearly understood only when the reader approaches the text with the one biblical hermeneutic.
THE HAZING OF AMERICA
In our nation, the definition of sin and wrong has been forcibly changed. The most egregious of sin and wickedness is now celebrated by those who control education, government, economy, entertainment, sports and, sadly, the professing church. How did this happen?
In his book, Dead Wake: The Last Crossing of the Lusitania, the author, Erick Larson, records a terrible truth from the past. It is a clear statement of where our own nation is today.Captain Reginald Hall is described and quoted on page 350 of the book. He visited Germany and Austria in 1934. Ever the intelligence man, he reported his observations about the National Socialist movement to the government. He also described his experience to a friend in America. “All the young are in the net,” he wrote; “anyone who tried to keep out of being a Nazi is hazed till they change their mind; a form of mass cruelty which exists only in such a country.” He added, “It will sometime soon be the duty of HUMAN BEINGS to deal with a mad dog. When that time comes, your people will have to take their share.”
By using federal education (falsely called public education), the minds of generations have blindly accepted “liberal, progressive socialism”. It has created a nation of intellectual pagans who support everything they believe with lies. They are expert at turning truth into lies and lies into truth.
To ensure that everyone follows their “lie pact”, anyone who disagrees has been, is, and will be “hazed”. They are made persona non-grata, ridiculed, punished, and dismissed from the public sector. The socialism described by Hall is the very same destructive, liberal, progressive socialism being forced on this nation. If you want an example, all you have to do is turn on the liberal media for one day.
This process of making sin acceptable may begin with redefining words, but it continues with derogatory name calling. If you have any sense of godliness, you are called homophobic, Islamophobic, etc. Political correctness only adds to the hazing. Change your speech, fall in line, be silent about what you believe – or else. This plan ultimately includes legal and physical force until you submit to the wicked ideas of liberal, progressive socialism.
TELL ME IT ISN’T SO
The church in America should be first in line to speak strongly to the definition of sin that God has given us in His Word. The liberal church has long ago turned its back on the clear statements of God. Sadly, this has given momentum to the paganizing of America. With a low view of scripture, this group has become complicit in the removal of God’s moral standards.
Mainline evangelical church leaders have simply hid in the shadow of liberalism. For whatever motive, they hold their silence; and their pronouncements find them guilty of teaching people to sin. It seems that if a person is very good at communicating he gets a pass on what they are communicating. Anyone who challenges one of these popular gurus is subject to “hazing”.
Without any shame, the Emergent, Emerging, and now Millennial churches are on a dead run to leave God’s standard for holiness in the dust. It is no wonder that these churches ignore or offend basic doctrines. The way one lives always rises from what he believes. The more you degrade the Bible and its pure doctrine, the easier it is to throw off moral and righteous constraints. If anyone dares challenge this moral runaway, they are “hazed” with words like “legalist”. It is no wonder that cults have found a place to hide among these movements.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS?
In the end, the biblical church must bear some fault for this. Almost everyone you talk to, it seems, has their head in the sand. They want no part of truth when it brings conflict and rejection. Silence is the watchword when it comes to what is happening in our own world. Remember that “silence is not always golden; sometimes it is just plain yellow”. Leaders tend to hide behind things like “political” and deny that we have responsibility to speak the truth on every subject, even outside the pulpit. It is true that much of the problem is ignorance; leaders often simply don’t know. A careful reading of Acts 20 will help with that problem.
Paul’s words in his two letters to pastor Timothy make all this very clear. He was not afraid to speak the truth, no matter what the consequences. Timothy was instructed not to cut corners, run and hide, or be silent about what God has said. Paul made it clear that people would not listen and would reject the truth, but that did not mean this young pastor should be silent.
It appears that the silence of those who have the truth in this country has cost us deeply. Religious and theological games are very expensive. If we had preached the gospel fearlessly, taught sound doctrine with passion, and clearly defined the holiness of God and His instruction in the Word, things might have been different.
THAT’S NOT A CHURCH

They really don’t disappoint us, but the real churches are those we look to for truth and sacrificial effort to do battle and define the wickedness of this hour. “He that formed the eye, shall he not see?” (Psalm 94:9)
“Animals benefit from a variety of unique eye designs, but where did eyes come from? Most vertebrates have the classic ‘camera eye.’ It uses a transparent cornea and convex lens to bend images onto a light-sensitive layer of tissue called the retina that lines the back of the eye.
The basic design is common among many land-based creatures. For example, spineless squids and octopi use the same basic camera-eye anatomy as vertebrates—albeit with a few optimizations for life underwater. Even some jellyfish use small camera eyes. Random evolutionary accident? Unlikely!
Other life forms with an internal backbone use completely different eyes. For instance, the deep sea spookfish uses reflective mirror lenses, not refractive lenses. The chameleon has a pinhole eye design that uses concave lenses instead of convex lenses. These lenses spread out a narrow section of incoming light onto a broader retina. Similar eye designs, but unique features that ‘just happen’ to fit the lifestyle and needs of the specific creature. Similar designs, but very different animals.
Those who do not believe in an omnipotent and omniscient Designer must speculate that the same eye designs evolved multiple times in separate organisms. And, since there is absolutely no evidence for any kind of multiple evolutionary episodes, the academic literature is full of magic words like ’emerge,’ ‘evolve,’ and ‘appear’ instead of a realistic explanation of each supposed gradual step in eye evolution. No wonder Charles Darwin wrote to American botanist Asa Gray in 1860, ‘The thought of the eye made me cold all over.’”

No wonder the mental health of young people is so fragile. The politicians and teachers are pushing this issue of gender identity so much that if it continues who knows what the future generation of young people will be like!? This gender identity issue is at the forefront of the homosexual’s agenda and it is being pushed right into the classroom via the so-called Safe Schools Program.

Here there are ” three recommended tips for teachers to use in their classrooms to make them more inclusive for same sex attracted, gender diverse and intersex young people.” Are you ready? Here are the 3 tips.
1 Challenge all homophobic or transphobic language and behaviours
For instance “Transphobic language, such as ‘he-she’ and ‘tranny’ should be addressed as inappropriate immediately. Transphobic behaviour can also involve questioning someone’s gender identity. Asking someone if they are a girl or a boy or claiming that they are not a girl or a boy can be deeply distressing for someone who is gender diverse or not conforming to gender stereotypes. Providing an explanation that a person’s gender identity is defined by them and that it isn’t respectful to question someone’s gender identity would be an appropriate response.” Does gender have anything to do with the body’s plumbing? It is hard today sometimes to tell if a person is a boy or girl by the way they dress but that doesn’t mean they are not one or the other!
2 Give positive examples of sexual diversity, gender diversity and physical diversity
For example “A maths problem that poses David and his boyfriend Tuan ordering three pizzas that need to be evenly sliced to feed them and their six friends for example, demonstrates the way some less heteronormative thinking can result in some inclusive examples. Even if a problem like this raises questions from the class about sexuality, students can be told that some boys have boyfriends and that’s okay and then redirected to answer the question in a casual way that normalises the inclusive content.” HETRONORMATIVE THINKING! How many times have you ordered pizza thinking it had anything to with gender identity? These people are certainly thinking outside the box! Way outside!!!
Also “Economics classes could investigate the impact of the Sydney Mardi Gras on the local economy. There are an increasing number of English texts with characters that have diverse sexual and gender identities and there is a vast array of relevant media issues that can be studied. The list goes on and on and is only limited by the teacher’s ingenuity when making connections with national learning standards!”
3 Take the pressure off gender

Hey, I know, I am an old fuddy duddy but all this gender identity issue (non-sense) is simply building a psychiatrist’s patient list! If this questioning of one’s gender continues who knows what a person might be able to identify as! Already there is the “non-binary” identity. The list is gathering so many letters an A4 page will not be able to contain it. Simply put, this whole issue is anti-God. God clearly says in both Testaments that we are either born a male or a female! This is not hate speech but simply the truth. Look at your body’s plumbing and that is what you are no matter what your thoughts may be or what someone is telling you! Going down this road of questioning one’s gender is going to lead to more mental and emotional problems. Is it too late to save these young people who are being exposed to this non-sense? No, there is always hope for there is a God Who said He “…so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

“US President Barack Obama was asked about LGBTQ rights and what could be done to advance inclusion of people who fit outside of social norms by a person who prefaced their question by declaring themselves non-binary. Obama was asked the question by Maria Munir at a town hall event in London. An emotional Munir said, I’m about to do something terrifying, which is, I’m coming out to you as a non-binary person. Munir, who said they came from a Pakistani Muslim background, made reference to a recent controversy over a law in North Carolina banning transgender people from using bathrooms of a gender different to the one on their birth certificates. In an apparent attempt to make clear the idea of someone being non-binary was normal, Obama began his response by joking that Munir’s statement, wasn’t that crazy. I thought you were gonna come up here and dance with me, or something. He went on to speak seriously about progress on civil rights and said steps were being taken within the federal system to address issues relating to Munir’s questions. You shouldn’t feel satisfied, he said. You should keep pushing. But I think the trend lines are good on this; they’re moving in the right direction. What will it take for America to wake up? For a President to urge this type of thinking is beyond belief. These deluded people will only become more delusional and this President is partly to blame! If commonsense, a sense of morality and a sense of God’s judgement doesn’t begin to infiltrate the fabric of American society and the churches there is no hope. A good place for the churches to begin is 2 Chronicles 7:14 “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
Who or What am I?
If you have been reading this blog you will have read about the person who “felt” they didn’t fit either male or female. Its story made it into the Australian news. Here it is in part.
“FOR 50 years Jamie Schupe lived as a male. But that didn’t feel quite right.
For the three years after that, Schupe electively lived as a female. But being a woman wasn’t something Schupe could live with either.
Now, Schupe does not identify with any gender and has become the first person in the United States to be legally recognised as a non-binary person. Schupe wants to be referred to using the pronoun ‘they’.
The state of Oregon says it will now recognise the non-binary option, as well as the male and female genders.
‘After a historic court ruling, I am free. I am the first non-binary person in the United States to be officially recognised. I refused to be classified. And now, I’ve been vindicated,’ Schupe wrote in an article for The Guardian.
Schupe was born a male and was married with children, but told National Public Radio they were in a ‘deep, dark depression because I had boxed myself into this male identity that I couldn’t stand anymore.’
Schupe, who has male genitalia, says not having to identify with any gender has made life much easier.
‘I believe myself to be a unique variation of nature,’ Schupe wrote in The Guardian.”

Too be honest Schupe isn’t an attractive male, female or “non-binary”. Nevertheless, the scary and sad outcome here is that all of us will be expected to accept this non-sense. Yes, I am going to bash you with the Bible. It says in Mark 10:6 “But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.” But, hey, what difference does it make what God the Creator says anyway for He also declared judges who sanction this kind of non-sense are simply “Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools”.
