“Breeching the peace” is a law used mostly against the innocent or so it seems to me. In October 2023 after the October 7 attack on Israel a Jewish man was moved on from the Sydney Opera House where thousands of pro-Hamas supporters were burning Israeli flags. If the Jew would not move on he would be charged with “Breeching the peace”! Now, my question is whose peace?! Oh, yes, the pro-Hamas Jew hating Muslim’s peace! I get it now.
