‘This country is not governed by a “Republican Party” and a “Democratic Party.” It is governed by an establishment “uniparty” that betrays our citizens at every turn.
Exhibit A: The joint annual ritual of fiscal vulgarity known as the omnibus spending bill.
While Americans are distracted with the holidays, Beltway crapweasels stuff their legislative Christmas trees with multibillion-dollar goodies for every special interest except the American people. I’ve reported with depressing regularity over the past quarter-century on how these pork-laden monstrosities get rammed through Congress, unread, with little scrutiny or outrage.
But finally, light bulbs are going off.
The juxtaposition of measly COVID-19 relief for U.S. citizens against the backdrop of lavish aid for illegal immigrants, the military-industrial complex, Big Pharma, overseas social justice warriors, nongovernmental organizations and foreign countries is just too brazen to ignore.
Americans will receive $600 COVID-19 relief checks and $300 unemployment payments as part of the consolidated federal government funding package. The $900 billion in COVID-related aid is folded into the massive, 5,600-page legislation encompassing 12 fiscal 2021 spending bills worth $1.4 trillion.
The puny pandemic stimulus for we the people is a pittance compared with these giveaways buried in the abominable “America last” porkulus:
— 15.4 million illegal immigrant family members are now eligible for stimulus checks and can also now receive retroactive payments worth up to $1,800.
— The amnesty program for thousands of Liberians who’ve lived and worked here unlawfully since 2014 has been extended for another year.
— Untold numbers of illegal immigrants who claim to live with “unaccompanied minors” smuggled across the border will now enjoy a new shield from deportation.
— While funding support for the detention and removal of illegal immigrants by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency has been slashed by $431 million, open borders nonprofits are rejoicing over new funding for catch-and-release pilot programs that will keep deportable illegal immigrants out of federal custody.
— $500 million to Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama to “address key factors that contribute to the migration of unaccompanied, undocumented minors to the United States.”
— $461 million to Colombia for drug control and “human rights” programs.
— $75 million to the “Caribbean Basin Security Initiative.”
— $33 million “for democracy programs for Venezuela.
— $1.65 billion to Jordan for “foreign military financing” and other assistance.
— $700 million in economic aid to Sudan for “global health” and “transition.”
— $40 million to Syria for economic support, drug control and law enforcement, and emergency medical and rescue response.
— At least $25 million for “democracy” and “gender programs” in Pakistan.
— “Not less than” $135 million for drug control and law enforcement assistance in Burma.
— “Not less than” $85.5 million to Cambodia.
— $130 million to Nepal for “development” and “democracy” programs.
— $1.3 billion to Egypt for “economic support” and “higher education.”
— $453 million to Ukraine.
— $241 million for Tunisia.
— $15 million to refurbish a patrol boat in Sri Lanka.
— $170 million to Vietnam, including $19 million to clean up dioxins.
— $200 to Bangladesh, including $23.5 million to support Burmese refugees and $23.3 million for “democracy programs.”
— $132 million “for assistance for Georgia.”
— “Not less than” $1.5 billion for implementation of Indo-Pacific Strategy and the Asia Reassurance Initiative.
Then there’s Israel, which raked in $500 million in military aid, plus $250 million to invest in “people to people” exchanges among Palestinians, Israelis and Americans, “$5 million for refugee resettlement, $2 million for cooperative COVID-19 health research, $2 million for “sustainability” research, $4 million for the U.S.-Israel Center of Excellence in Energy and Water, $2 million for cooperative energy programs, $2 million for U.S.-Israel “border security” programs and $2 million for “strategic dialogue” among the U.S., Israel, Greece and Cyprus.”
This half-billion-dollar gift to Israel, one of the world’s wealthiest nations with universal health care and highly subsidized higher education, comes on top of the $3.8 billion in foreign aid already allocated to the country this month through the National Defense Authorization Act, which also included $3.3 billion for security assistance, $500 million for missile defense, $47.5 million for “anti-tunnel technology” and $25 million for anti-drone aerial systems thousands of miles away to protect them. Not us.
What about our borders? What about our domestic peace? What about our health? What about our sustainability? What about our schools? What about our small businesses? What about our human rights?
Americans who dare ask these questions are viciously attacked by the uniparty gatekeepers and globalist water-carriers as “xenophobic,” “racist” and “anti-Semitic.” We’ve had enough. A manufactured public health crisis, post-George Floyd anarcho tyranny and the wholesale hijacking of our election system are pushing citizens to the brink of revolt.
In such times, and at all times, any self-respecting sovereign nation must put its people first. If you don’t demand leaders who represent your interests, you deserve the serial abusers you elect, embolden and empower.’https://newspress.com/america-last-porkulus/
Money for the world but not much left for American born citizens. One wonders how long the money will last!
The Climate Scammers are a real work of art. They have taken the China virus and used it to catapult the climate scam not only back in the news BUT on the front page! I trust you (my readers) have not fallen for this false religion! Anyway, ‘With the coronavirus pandemic gripping the planet, industries are shutting down, planes are being grounded and shoppers are staying home. COVID-19 has already reduced China’s greenhouse gas emissions by 25%. Other countries may experience similar trends, leading to lower emissions in 2020 than in previous years.
But this doesn’t mean that we should be cheering the climate benefits of the outbreak.
Instead, advocates for climate justice recognize that like the climate crisis, the pandemic and its spiraling
impacts, will hit women, the poor and most marginalized the hardest.
We believe that responses to climate change – and all global emergencies – must have social justice at
their core. This means rejecting the idea that the sufferings of vulnerable people and increasing inequality
are acceptable trade-offs for reducing emissions.
The global response needed for the pandemic provides lessons for the action needed to tackle climate
change. Governments, movements and society must internalize these principles to address these
emergencies with solutions that ensure justice for all:
Equality: Governments must protect women, the poor and vulnerable from both crises and their impacts,
valuing every human life equally regardless of nationality, wealth, gender, race or age. Similarly, it is not
acceptable for one generation to continue business-as-usual in the knowledge that they are relatively
safe, while increasing the risk and impact for another generation.
Social protections: Free, universal healthcare, paid sick leave and unemployment benefits for workers in
the formal and informal economies, are urgently needed so that people don’t have to chose between
protecting their livelihoods and protecting society during the pandemic. Similarly, social protection
measures, such as job guarantees, income support or guarantees of the same wage and benefits, will be
key to helping workers in carbon-intensive industries make a just transition away from jobs that harm the
climate. Governments must also address the fact that women are disproportionately affected by both
crises, as they tend to carry a greater burden of unpaid care and frontline work.
Solidarity: No country can ‘go it alone’. Governments must work together and avoid retreating into
nationalistic and competitive approaches. As with climate change, wealthy countries must do their ‘fair
share’ and scale up financial and technology support for lower-income countries. True solidarity also
means embracing and sharing solutions, many of which are being pioneered in the Global South.
The ‘invisible hand of the market’ won’t fix this: Both crises show the need for deep systemic change.
These emergencies expose the injustices of neo-liberal economic systems, in which powerful corporations
prioritize profits over the common good and do all they can to avoid regulations. Governments’ responses
to the pandemic require them to make public policy decisions, including strong regulatory measures, in
the interests of their citizens rather than their corporate political donors. Calls for a massive scaling up of
public financing, and nationalization of health and other services to deal with the pandemic, must be
expanded to energy, water provision and public transport.
Build back better: When crises hit, responses must strengthen people’s ability to cope with future
emergencies. Just as responses to the pandemic must protect society now and in future, humanitarian
responses to climate disasters must also strengthen communities’ longer-term resilience through social
protections and climate-resilient interventions.
It’s never too late to act: Every day that passes counts. Every action that limits harm is worth it. Even if
we’re slower out of the starting blocks than we should have been, we must start now. Giving up is not an
option, however bad the situation may appear.
Do what it takes – but don’t abuse power: As many governments have been slow to take stringent
measures to halt the pandemic, citizens have called for stronger measures to contain the crisis. Society
has shown its willingness to accept inconvenience, strong government intervention, social protections and
yes, less shopping and flying, if it means protecting millions of vulnerable lives. Governments must take
heed of this. Our resolve to do what it takes to solve the climate crisis, in ways that advance social justice,
is just as strong. But they must not abuse their power, nor cement measures taken in times of emergency
into authoritarian limits on freedom after the crisis has passed.’http://Bringing-climate-justice-thinking-to-the-COVID-19-pandemic.pdf
Now, that last statement is exactly what this is all about. Your and my freedom are at stake here! If the Democrats win the WH then be sure the freedoms you enjoyed before January, 2021 will be only a memory.
Have you wondered where the Supreme Court is in this 2020 Presidential election? If what you and I read about all the illegal ballots in those key states why oh why isn’t the Supreme Court doing something?!
‘For years, Republicans have bragged about the quality, rule-of-law judges being appointed to the bench by President Donald Trump at the behest of the Federalist Society.
Now, those same judges are refusing to hear electoral integrity cases in the court of law, dismissing cases without considering evidence, and hiding behind legal fictions in order to abdicate their duty to overturn massive voter fraud. A long-time favorite of the Federalist Society is even boasting in the mainstream media that the organization has duped Trump and his supporters this entire time.
David French, the ‘Never Trumper’ who defends drag queen predators grooming child victims in public libraries, wrote an op/ed in Time Magazine championing the Federalist Society for its judges who are rolling over and allowing the most grotesque crime in U.S. history take place unabated.
“The leading lights of the conservative legal movement won’t touch the election challenges with a ten-foot-pole,” wrote French, who noted that he is a regular at Federalist Society events.
“Many conservative lawyers are also institutionalists. John Roberts is a notable example. They have deep respect for the reputation of the judiciary and the integrity of the bar,” he added.
French made it clear that the Federalist Society is producing judges and legal minds that refuse to demonstrate courage under the pressure, and this is what the conservative movement is all about.
“While a member of Congress believes he risks his career if he doesn’t embrace Trump’s conspiracies, a conservative lawyer in private practice risks his professional reputation (and thus his ability to progress through the highest ranks of his profession) if he does,” French wrote, noting that top conservative legal minds care more about securing their prestige and their bottom line than doing what’s right.
However, French fears that the recent actions from the lawyers and the judges trained by the Federalist Society could hurt the conservative movement, with President Trump refusing to toe the line of a weak GOP establishment desperate to capitulate and let Democrats get away with their vote steal.
“If the GOP continues to indulge populism, conspiracies, and cruelty, the elite-driven conservative legal movement is fated to fall,” French wrote.
“There are Republicans who will interpret this necessary, principled stand as an act of betrayal. They will impose new pressures on conservative lawyers and create new tests for potential court nominees,” he added, before celebrating the fact that “the lawyers and judges are winning,” at least temporarily.
While conservatives pat themselves on the back for surrendering, liberals are inflicting a culture of terror on whistleblowers and public officials with authority to push back against the fraud, as Big League Politics has noted:
The federal agent who harassed a U.S. Postal Service whistleblower and attempted to get him to withdraw his sworn affidavit has been revealed as an anti-Trump partisan.
James O’Keefe of Project Veritas discovered that federal agent Russell Strasser was posting on Twitter under the alias, “Jeff Streeter.” Under the handle @titansfanjeff, Strasser made many anti-Trump comments.
“For your plans tonight – DO NOT WATCH TRUMP’S TOWNHALL! Not even for the schadenfreude. All he cares about is ratings. Don’t give them to him. Otherwise for the next 19 days all he’ll talk about is how his ratings were better than Biden’s in place of answering real questions,” Strasser wrote in an Oct. 15 tweet.
“This election has been a ride! Everyone said be patient. Everyone said the initial in-person vote counts would be a “red mirage.” Everyone said the slower counted mail-ins would lean heavily Blue…. But BOY is it satisfying to watch Biden close the “GA/PA”!” he wrote after election night…
There is currently a terror regime that is being instituted against whistleblowers as the powers-that-be clearly have something to hide following last week’s elections marred with irregularities.
If President Trump’s movement ends up destroying conservatism, that might be the best thing for America considering how conservatives have failed to conserve anything except perhaps massive profits for China-owned corporations.’https://bigleaguepolitics.com/federalist-society-favorite-brags-about-organizations-hand-picked-judges-killing-election-fraud-cases-in-court/
When it comes to politicians who does one trust these days? ‘If there is any bright side to the train wreck, the Election Steal of 2020, it is very clear that most Republicans are timid and vile creatures as Trump pointed out in a series of recent tweets.

On January 6th, a MAGA movement is going to have a very clear list of those who are friends and those who are foes as the socialists/communists make their big move to take over the country.
And, MAGA must root-out those doing China’s bidding!
After that weasel and friend of China, Senator Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, is his sidekick Senator John Thune of South Dakota, both are good bets for history books to label traitors of the century.
By the way, McConnell has been given brownie points for his push to get supposedly conservative judges appointed, but now some are questioning what sort of judges he did promote. See Federalist Society judges under the microscope!
Here is the Epoch Times on Trump’s latest blast at the Republican cowards:
President Donald Trump on Saturday called on Republican senators to “step up and fight for the presidency” as they continue to distance themselves from efforts to challenge electoral college votes on Jan. 6.
“Time for Republican Senators to step up and fight for the Presidency, like the Democrats would do if they had actually won,” Trump wrote in a series of Twitter posts.
“The proof is irrefutable! Massive late night mail-in ballot drops in swing states, stuffing the ballot boxes (on video), double voters, dead voters, fake signatures, illegal immigrant voters, banned Republican vote watchers, MORE VOTES THAN ACTUAL VOTERS (check out Detroit & Philadelphia), and much more. The numbers are far greater than what is necessary to win the individual swing states, and cannot even be contested.
[….]
“But when it is all over, and this period of time becomes just another ugly chapter in our Country’s history, WE WILL WIN,” he added.
The president has ramped up his criticism of Republican senators in recent days for their reluctance to support efforts to challenge votes cast by presidential electors in contested states during a joint congressional session on Jan. 6, where Vice President Mike Pence will be counting the votes.
Then see NPR’s rundown of what will happen on January 6th and a mention of the President’s anger at Deputy Weasel John Thune.
Referring to Thune’s comment about shot dogs, Trump responded:
Thune’s remarks appear to have caught Trump’s attention. On Tuesday evening the president blasted the senator on Twitter, writing: “South Dakota doesn’t like weakness. He will be primaried in 2022, political career over!!!”
Your mind likely immediately went to the the latest GOP darling, SD governor Kristi Noem who promptly said she wouldn’t primary her good friend John Thune.
Typical Republican politicians sucking up to the President when he arrived to do his now famous Mt Rushmore speech in South Dakota last July.

For those of you who have latched onto Governor Kristi Noem as a possible national office holder (Prez or Veep), get rid of that idea. She is basically a RINO with a pretty face.

I know I shouldn’t judge pols on one issue, but I do.
A few years ago, she abandoned the President when he attempted to give some local control (some say-so) to communities that could be chosen as new refugee resettlement sites.
Is this why?

China needs their pork!
South Dakota has been swamped for many years now with impoverished refugees, low skilled workers for their globalist meatpacking plants, and Noem dares not cross them.
China gets its pork and rural America is changed forever as it must deal with the needs of tens of thousands of low-skilled, low wage third world workers many of whom were very sick from the Chinese virus earlier this year.
(China almost got its hooks into Montana, see here.)
See my post at RRW from last spring….
A few years ago, I traveled the state, saw what was happening with the meat plants changing South Dakota, and I heard from our people there that Noem was nothing special (she was a Congresswoman at that time), just a typical pol.
P.S. If you are wondering what the schedule might be on January 6th, the NPR article tells us Congress goes into joint session at 1 p.m. that day.’https://fraudscrookscriminals.com/2020/12/27/trump-republicans-not-willing-to-fight-for-the-presidency-how-many-are-owned-by-china/
Rand Paul is one of the few politicians that still has a love for America and sees the wastage that comes from ‘pork barreling’.
‘On Tuesday, Congress passed a grotesque spending bill that ostensibly provides for Americans suffering from the economic collapse Democrats and RINOs forced onto America and for funding the government before it shuts down. In fact, what it does is insult Americans with a pittance, make easy loans available for big businesses and favored leftist constituents, and send billions of dollars overseas, often for initiatives (such as border walls) that leftists refuse to fund at home. The bill’s timing was perfect for Rand Paul’s annual Festivus grievance Twitter thread detailing how badly your money was wasted in 2020.
The obscene spending bill that a bipartisan Congress passed in a mad rush on Tuesday night is already old news. President Trump has appropriately called the bill a “disgrace” and has called on Congress to send him a new bill that gives hurting Americans $2,000 instead of $600 (while illegal aliens get three times that amount). In addition, he calls out the fact that, even as the bill denies relief to Americans, it sends billions of dollars overseas, none of which will benefit Americans.
Trump is absolutely right. As always, he thinks like an American, not like a morally corrupt monoparty politician.
Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) is another American, rather than a morally corrupt monoparty politician. On Wednesday, he released his annual Twitter thread about the past year’s government spending binge. In it, he points out that this execrable spending bill is typical.
As you read the thread, let me emphasize again your role in all this. It’s a misnomer to call either the current bill or last year’s spending frenzy either “funding the government” or “government spending.”
The government is not spending a penny of its own money, either on itself or on you. Instead, this whole abusive, wasteful bill is about spending your money. After all, the American government does not create wealth. Every penny it spends comes from you. The government is able to take your money from you because your elected representatives are presumably acting for you when they pass these spending bills and because the government has police power at its back.
Here’s another thought before getting to the list: one of the foul things the left did was to take Trump’s “Make America Great Again” slogan and his promises to put America first and claim that those are coded language for white supremacy. Hitler would have approved of this “Big Lie.” You have only to see Trump standing up against spending bills such as this monstrosity, to understand that his slogan and promises mean using American taxpayer money to benefit Americans of all races, colors, and creeds, and both sexes, rather than sending money overseas in expiation of ancient or imaginary sins.
With that in mind, here’s Sen. Rand Paul letting you see just some of the things the government did with your money:
Take Congress…PLEASE! They have really outdone themselves this year with the massive special interest giveaway disguised as a relief bill. It is a disgrace in both the level of spending and the process they used to try to sneak it through. But this week’s pork-a-thon isn’t new.
— Senator Rand Paul (@RandPaul) December 23, 2020
The average taxpayer pays around $10,000 in taxes. That means they set the taxes of 5,471,368 people on fire this year. And that’s just want we could document in one little report, and doesn’t come close to counting the unconstitutional things Congress spends on.

So this year, while the petty tyrants in many of our states closed the schools (against all science), Congress said oh, we can do better than that. So they spent $25 MILLION to teach English to rural, unemployed Romanians.

We could sit here all day and talk about petty tyrants both thinking they should run your life, and then thinking the rules don’t apply to them. No one in government who shut down a business lost a paycheck. Think about that.

These are also the same type of people who have been telling you for YEARS to sneeze and cough into your elbow, then during Covid, told you to tap elbows instead of shaking hands.

One of the things both the waste and the actions of petty tyrants should show us — DO NOT BLINDLY TRUST those in power. Think for yourselves. Protect your freedom.

You have probably already watched this but this is for the posterity of those who follow. What in the world does this Congress think it is doing? These people are Communist/Marxists out to destroy America any way they can. MAGA! God bless America and President Trump!
The financial disclosures of Rita Hart, who lost the race in Iowa’s 2nd District by just six votes to Mariannette Miller-Meeks, reveal she received $3,180 from Confucius International Education Group (CIEG) and $2,135 from Pangaea International Academy.
CIEG created a school in Iowa that took in Chinese foreign-exchange students after their one-year programs ended, so they could remain in the U.S. The financial ties also come on the heels of Democratic Congressman Eric Swalwell having a relationship with a Chinese Intelligence Operative that studied at a California-based university.
The financial ties, unearthed by Accuracy in Media while conducting a Federal Election Commission complaint against Hart, effectively put Hart on the payroll of the Chinese Communist Party.
Both entities are funded by Far East Horizon, a Chinese state-run leasing company. One of its shareholders, the Sinochem Group, counts former Chinese government officials involved with China’s Communist Youth League among its leadership.’https://thenationalpulse.com/breaking/iowa-candidate-chinese-payroll/
The following shouldn’t be a surprise as ‘YouTube – the Google-owned video platform making headlines for vowing to censor all content flagging “election fraud or errors” – employs software engineers with ties to the Chinese Communist Party, The National Pulse can reveal.
A host of software engineers for the platform have formerly worked for Chinese Communist Party-run institutions, raising the question as to why a revolving door exists between YouTube and the China-based universities.
A software engineer for the video platform since May of 2019,Tai Jinjiang, previously worked as a project manager for Guanghzou Shian Technology.
Jinjiang detailed his work for the China-based firm as playing a “major role in successful PLA certification of ShiAn terminal by Ministry of Public Security, State Secrecy Bureau, and IT Evaluation Center.”
In other words, Jinjiang led software efforts on behalf of the PLA – appearing to reference China’s People’s Liberation Army – and a host of Chinese government-led intelligence bodies. What’s more, he notes he “garnered numerous staff awards for excellent performance.”
Additionally, Xiao Chen – who lists himself as a software engineer at YouTube since November of 2020 – previously served as a Research Assistant at Sun Yat-Sen University.
The university – which recently dispatched a researcher to the U.S. who pleaded guilty to lying to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) over ties to China – has also seen its Supercomputing Center on the U.S. government’s entity list since 2015 – a “list of people and companies the U.S. government deems a national security risk.”
Another software engineer, Xifei Huang, has worked at YouTube since February 2014 despite previously working as a Developer for Beijing-based Peking University.
Peking University – which has also seen its researchers sentenced by the FBI for stealing intellectual property and failing to disclose Chinese Communist Party ties – is funded and controlled by the Chinese Communist Party.
The university also counts former and current party apparatchiks among its leadership, including its leader: a former head of the country’s spy agency’s Beijing branch.
Fan Yang, another YouTube software engineer since April 2017, interned for China Telecom, labeled by the U.S. Department of Defense as collaborating with the Chinese military for over two decades.
Yang later served as a research assistant at Fudan University, which recently cut “freedom of thought” from its charter under Chinese Communist Party demands. During Yang’s Fudan stint, five Chinese military-linked hackers based out of Fudan University were indicted for stealing U.S. secrets.
The unearthed ties cast YouTube’s decision to ban all content disputing a victory for Joe Biden – the Chinese Communist Party’s preferred candidate – in an interesting light. It similarly calls into question reports of YouTube automatically deleting Chinese-language phrases critical of the Chinese Communist Party, which the platformer attributed to “an error in our enforcement systems.”
The revelations also add to a growing list of American tech corporates hiring Chinese Communist Party-linked individuals including Facebook and Twitter. Twitter appointed Dr. Fei-Fei Li as an advisor despite her attendance at several Chinese Communist Party-backed conferences and cooperation with a “leading artificial intelligence research body at Tsinghua University, a prestigious Chinese academic institution that also conducts AI research for the Chinese military.”’https://thenationalpulse.com/news/youtube-employs-ccp-operatives/
If President Trump had made this many gaffes the media would be going totally NUTS!
‘Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign had been as entertaining as his rival and President Donald Trump’s. From forgetting who the current US president is to calling the coronavirus ‘Luhan’ virus, Biden has never failed to amuse and confuse his audience. He has even been dubbed as the ‘Gaffe Machine’ thanks to his husband-wife blunders, malapropisms, mixing up Covid-19 figures and forgetting who’s who.
President-elect Joe Biden on Tuesday, December 22, said the federal tax probe targeting his son Hunter Biden’s murky financial dealings is “Russian misinformation”. And Biden went on to call the FOX reporter who asked for comment on the probe a “one-horse pony” in another blunder. Biden apparently meant to say “one-trick pony”, which refers to somebody with only one talent or area of expertise.
Kamala Harris’ wife
On October 27, Biden mistakenly called Kamala Harris’ husband Doug Emhoff “Kamala’s wife” while responding to a question regarding the effort his campaign had been making during the final week before the upcoming November elections. “You know, uh, we have 17 battleground states across the country and we’re not losing focus on securing, uh, uh, the many pathways to 270. But my wife Jill, as you know, and Doug Emhoff, uh, Kamala’s wife, are there,” he added.
Joe Biden’s husband
On July 3, Jill Biden, Joe Biden’s wife, trended online for something her husband said in one of his videos. Many, including Donald Trump Jr, had called him out for addressing himself as “Joe Biden’s husband Joe Biden”.
‘Love of my life’
In an interview in May, the former vice president became the butt of jokes after he tried to express his love for his sister with an unusual phrase. To the question “Does Joe Biden have a brother?” he replied, “Lucky, I have two younger brothers, I am the oldest of three and I have a sister who is ‘the love of my life’.” While his answer seemed innocent enough, netizens could not help but pull his leg over his choice of phrase to describe his love for his sister.
Wife or sister
On March 3, Biden confused his wife for his sister during a speech, where he said, “This is my little sister, Valerie,” while grabbing his wife’s hand. However, after realizing the faux pas, he said, “Oh, no, this is her,” pointing to his sister, to whom he then said, “You’ve switched on me.”
4 more years of George
On October 26, during the virtual “I Will Vote” concert, Biden seemed to have forgotten that Donald Trump is the incumbent US president and went on to say ‘four more years of George’, raising speculations whether he meant George W Bush or his father George HW Bush. “Four more years of George uh…George, going to find ourselves in a position if Trump gets elected, we are going to be in a different world,” he said. Later, the Biden camp clarified that he was referring to comedian George Lopez, who hosted the event.
Mormon senator
On October 12, Biden appeared to forget the name of Mitt Romney while speaking at an event in Ohio. “I got in trouble when we were running against that senator who was a Mormon, the governor,” Biden said, referring to Romney who also ran against Barack Obama in the 2012 election and lost.
Iraq and Iran
In January, Biden mistook Iran for Iraq while condemning Trump’s move to assassinate Iran’s top military leader Qassem Soleimani in an air attack outside the airport in Baghdad earlier this year. While referring to Iraq’s parliamentary move to push American coalitions out of the country, Biden said: “The Iran Parliament.” “The Iran parliament voted to reject all Americans coalition forces in the country, and however you may feel about American military presence in the Middle East, there’s a right way and a wrong way to draw down our troops,” he added.
Theresa May and Margaret Thatcher
In April, Biden had an apparent “Freudian slip” at a fundraiser in Columbia, South Carolina, when he flubbed the name of former UK Prime Minister Theresa May and called her Margaret Thatcher instead. “Margaret Thatcher, um, excuse me, Margaret Thatcher — Freudian slip,” Biden said, according to a campaign pool report. “But I knew her too.” He then corrected himself by saying: “The Prime Minister of Great Britain Theresa May.”
Proud Boys and Poor Boys
In October, during the second presidential debate, Biden suffered an embarrassing slip-up, when he fudged the name of far-right group Proud Boys, and called them “Poor Boys” instead.
Running for Senate
In February, Biden told South Carolina voters he’s a “candidate for the US Senate”. In the same speech, he even went on to say, “Look me over, if you like what you see help out, if not, vote for the other Biden.” In October, while addressing United Auto Workers, which represents a local GM powertrain unit, in Toledo, Ohio, the former veep said: “You know, we have to come together. That’s why I’m running. I’m running as a proud Democrat for the Senate, when I ran as a proud Democrat for vice president, and I’m running as a proud Democrat for president.”
Luhan virus
In March, Biden had made the “Luhan” blunder during a live interview with MSNBC. “I suggested we should have people in China at the outset of this event when it all started — in Luhan province,” he had said.
Covid-9
In April, Biden referred to the killer disease as “Covid-9” instead of “Covid-19” during a virtual town hall with frontline workers. “There is more than one coronavirus. This Covid-9 is one strain of that,” he said.
Death toll
The Presidential candidate got Covid-19 death toll wrong at least three times so far. In May, Biden said 600,000 Americans died of Covid-19 when the actual death toll was over 60,000. In June, he claimed that 120 million people died of coronavirus while the real figure then was around 122,000. In September, he said 200 million Americans died while actual toll is below 200,000. The total population of the US is just over 330 million.’https://meaww.com/joe-biden-gaffes-2020-top-bidenesque-blunders-election-year-kamala-harris-wife-luhan-virus-trump
