This is David Flint (lawyer) speaking on the incompetency of the present New South Wales Government which may be applied to many other governments as well.

‘An Australian legislator has proposed vaccine passports for everyone over 18 years as a way of providing a restriction to those who refuse the vaccine. The strict proposal comes as the country handles new waves of infections that are much lower than in other countries.
“While people might still have a choice whether or not to get vaccinated, what they can do in the community will need to be controlled and restricted,” said Frank Pangallo, a Member of Parliament in the Upper House, speaking to Adelaide Now.
The SA-Best Party legislator said vaccination certification should be mandatory in hospitality venues, public places, workplaces, and for travel. He proposed the introduction of “vaxport,” a vaccination certification (vaccine passport) document in order to avoid what he says would be a “health and economic catastrophe” in Australia.
So far, the Australian government, led by Prime Minister Scott Morrison, has not hinted that it would mandate vaccine passports. Speaking to Adelaide Now, the chief public health officer Prof. Nicola Spurrier said the government was considering mandatory vaccination for high-risk professions, not the wider population. The Health Minister Stephen Wade said the government was committed to having the vaccines remain “free and voluntary.”
“I understand people will think this is a rather drastic and draconian step, but this pandemic continues to evolve in ways and waves nobody can predict,” Pangallo added. He continued to argue that regardless of vaccines, “we do not seem to control its spread and those variants that are emerging — not just (the) Delta strain but the deadly Lambda variant from Peru.”
Pangallo called on the government to update the vaccination program so that individuals who are not yet eligible to get the virus can get it if they want.
Currently, in Australia, people under the age of 40 are not eligible to get the Pfizer vaccine, but it was recently announced that they could get the AstraZeneca shot with a green light from their doctor. An advisory from the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunization (ATAGI) recommends the AstraZeneca jab only for people over the age of 60, recommending Pfizer for those under 60.
“Australia is on the cusp of a health and economic catastrophe which requires strong and decisive leadership to prevent the entire country going into lockdown,” Pangallo said. “Hard times create strong leadership and strong leadership creates good times. This is what’s needed now. The pussyfooting around by Scott Morrison needs to stop.”

What other requirements will be put on a citizen to have true freedom?
Genesis 7:21-23 “And all flesh died that moved upon the earth, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of beast, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth, and every man: All in whose nostrils was the breath of life, of all that was in the dry land, died. And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark.”

‘Previous writers and presenters of Creation Moments have often talked about fossils. But it is often useful to go over familiar ground again, especially if it is of foundational importance. Evolutionists tell us that fossils are evidence of evolutionary change. Nothing could be further from the truth. As creationists, we find that fossils make much more sense with a biblical explanation.
Fossils are dead. Since there was no death in the world until Adam’s sin, fossils cannot predate that sin. So, when humans were created, there were no fossils. Fossils are a worldwide event, and most of them appear to be of creatures that died rapidly and catastrophically under water, being covered with water-borne sediment. Such a formation is best understood as happening because of the worldwide Flood.
Some of the larger fossils – such as dinosaurs – are found buried in contortions, which looks like the last throes of death; this is consistent with sudden death caused by the Flood. Most such fossils are also found in assemblages, or bone jumbles. We tend to forget these last two facts when we see careful reconstructions of standing dinosaurs in museums. Many fossils closely resemble modern, surviving creatures, so that the fossil record illustrates not change, but stasis or – in the case of those creatures we do not find today – extinction.
Far from being a problem for creationists, fossils are our allies, and we can be confident that a biblical explanation for their formation is the most effective.’https://creationmoments.com/sermons/fossils-and-the-flood/?mc_cid=2e116164ee&mc_eid=00c1dcff3c
The USA and Australia are not far behind Canada in this loathing of itself!
By Douglas Blair ~
Imagine if President Joe Biden said he would cancel the Fourth of July to give the United States time to reflect on the sins of its past. There would be no fireworks and no festivities, just a solemn order to self-flagellate.
If you happen to be from Canada, this is not a hypothetical scenario. It’s reality.

In a statement on July 1, Canada Day, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said, “We as Canadians must be honest with ourselves about our past. And we must recognize that here in Canada there are still people who don’t feel safe walking the streets of their communities, who still don’t have the same opportunities as others, and who still face discrimination or systemic racism in their daily lives.”
This is not exactly a ringing endorsement for Canada on its birthday, Mr. Trudeau!
A firestorm of social unrest prompted Trudeau’s comments on what is…

Big GOVERNMENT dictating the field of science is not good!
By Joe Bastardi~
I am taking some heat from people on my side because of my advocacy of a cheap way of getting co2 emissions down to 0. Its Chapter 14 of my book (De-Weaponizing the Real Battlefield) and I wrote about this here on CFACT, if you wish to re-read it:
https://www.cfact.org/2021/05/18/kerry-montreal-protocol-kigali/
And now its becoming apparent people seeing things my way are on to something. Why do I think this? Well, look what just came out of MIT.
Bingo, front row. Who has the most to lose if the combination of US agriculture, Nuclear power and an efficient point of generation carbon capture is put together?
1)An entire political agenda that advocates for the ending of the foundational values that made this nation great. ( Chapter 13 of my book: Political Weaponization)
2)Large technological and corporate interest who have invested in the kind of money that…

Can a man put on a dress and ‘say’ they are a woman and walla they are? What nonsense! Well, ‘The Tasmanian Anti-Discrimination board have made it clear that the attacks on women aren’t slowing down anytime soon.
Anti-discrimination commissioner Sarah Bolt has ruled that lesbian events must admit men who claim they are women into their events.
The Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual alliance tried to organise an event that would exclude “trans-women” – biological men – but was denied by Ms Bolt.
“Many lesbians feel uncomfortable having transgenders in their spaces, because they are not female; they are biological males,” organiser Jessica Hoyle said.
“We are forced to have them in our groups but none of us want to date them … I feel discriminated against by Sarah Bolt on the basis of being a lesbian same-sex attracted (woman).”
You and I can see how ridiculous and dangerous this decision is. Protections for women and girls are being eroded at a terrifying pace.
And what happens to the women who try to stand up and protect our women and children? They’re labelled “TERFs” – tran-exclusionary radical feminists – and are subject to threats by transgender activists wearing t-shirts with slogans like “Kill the TERF” or “I punch TERFs”.
That’s right. Men dressed like women have been able to convince the world that their misogyny is in the name of equality. To fight back is to be ostracised and labelled as a “radical feminist”.
And who do you think the woke, politically correct crowd backs? Certainly not the women.
It is now politically correct to support misogyny, so long as it dresses like a woman.
Between men attempting to “chest-feed” newborns and the censorship of women defending sex-based rights, women and womanhood are under attack.
Men cannot breastfeed.
Men are not women.
Men’s “trans rights” should not be put before the safety of women and young girls.
Together we must stand up and fight back against these dangerous ideologies.’https://www.binary.org.au/
Psalm 136:4-5 “To him who alone doeth great wonders: for His mercy endureth forever. To him that by wisdom made the heavens: for his mercy endureth forever.”

‘As our knowledge about the universe grows, the big bang theory looks increasingly unlikely. Deep space X-ray observations in 1990, along with other observations, showed that the universe is “lumpy.” These “lumps” – such as huge structures like quasars and galactic clusters – already existed early in its history. This contradicts one of the primary so-called “proofs” for the big bang: the background microwave radiation. This radiation seems to be smooth and even, so there shouldn’t be any “lumps.”
To solve this problem, big bang believers invented “cold dark matter.” Cold dark matter is sort of an invisible genie. The gravity of this invisible stuff is supposed to have transformed the smooth, even big bang into the lumpy universe we see today. Now several eminent scientists have rejected the cold dark matter theory. The authors of the latest report on the subject had been some of the strongest supporters of the big bang theory. Jeremiah Ostriker, chairman of the astrophysics department at Princeton, told a reporter, “This would be like a conference of theologians saying there is no God.” Ostriker calls himself an “agnostic” on how to make the big bang theory work.
Robert Wilson, co-recipient of the 1978 Nobel Prize for his work on the big bang, said, “I don’t know how many people actually would have sworn on a stack of Bibles that cold dark matter existed, but this sort of closes off that avenue.”
If these men would take the Bible’s message for what it is, God’s message to them, they could forget the big bang theory and thank their Creator for His forgiving love in Jesus Christ.’https://creationmoments.com/sermons/has-the-big-bang-gone-bust-3/?mc_cid=2af9c01f6d&mc_eid=00c1dcff3c
