After two terms of this lawless administration it is almost a joke to hear that Hillary is a contender for the Democrat Party’s 2016 Presidential run! However, this is no laughing matter. But, wait what does the Republican Party offer that is truly a respecter of the US Constitution? Whatyareckon?

Tim Keller is Pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church, New York. This video is one of a series where Keller very openly teaches and promotes Catholic mysticism, with particular reference to the sixteenth century Spanish mystic, St Teresa of Avila. Keller is very prominent among the New Calvinists which make up both The Gospel Coalition and Together for the Gospel. Keller’s high profile makes him even more dangerous with his influence over so many young men. Watch this video and listen carefully to what he is saying and then consider the following Scriptures and what God says about our mind and thinking.
Romans 12:2 “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
2Timothy 1:7 “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
1Co 14:15 “What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also…”
Finally consider what Paul says in 1Thessalonians 5:4 – 6 “But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. 5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 6 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.” Are many of the brethren sleeping when men of such high profile speak such things as Keller? Whatyareckon?

After watching Bob Jones University’s President Stephen Jones give BJU’s reasons for terminating GRACE from further abuse investigations I wrote the following.
Bob Jones University (BJU) was once considered by many to be the flagship of Bible Fundamentalism. Having this reputation as a fundamentalist organization did not keep BJU from various accusations such as sexual abuse. Because of these accusations BJU appointed the organization Godly Response to Abuse in the Christian Environment (GRACE) “to review past instances in which it was alleged that the University may have underserved a student who reported they had been abused at some point in their lives.”1 GRACE began their investigation the 10th of January, 2013 and submitted updates in March, May, August and November of 2013.
GRACE says they were in the process of conducting the last of their interviews with the intention of “drafting the final report scheduled for publication in March.” However, the 27th of January, 2014 BJU surprised GRACE by terminating them and therefore ceasing any further investigation. BJU has also requested that GRACE keep all documents, information and interviews confidential. In other words nothing is to be exposed to the PUBLIC!
Now remember, the final report of GRACE would have been made in March, 2014 and that report would have eventually been made public. Does this termination just a few months from completion have anything to do with BJU seeking to keep something secret!?
Of course BJU gave their reasons for the termination of GRACE just as the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism (ABWE) gave theirs when GRACE was conducting an investigation into sexual abuse within ABWE. That GRACE investigation cost ABWE their president. It is interesting that Michael Loftis resigned as ABWE’s President before ABWE terminated GRACE but Loftis’ resignation was certainly a result of GRACE’s investigation. Now in December, 2013 BJU’s president, forty-three year old Stephen Jones, told the BJU board of trustees that he would officially be retiring in May, 2014 due to health! Coincidence!? You decide.
As for me (and this is only my personal opinion) there is something rotten at both ABWE and BJU. Both organizations seem to be suitable places for manipulation and abuse. An uneducated guess is that the resignations along with the termination of GRACE by both ABWE and BJU are similar. The similarity is that by doing these two things, along with the final GRACE report being put to rest, just maybe the smell of the rotten garbage that has been buried for so many years at both institutions will not rise to the surface for all those outside the walls of these two institutions to smell.
Both BJU and ABWE rely heavily on local churches for their support. May the Lord awaken the churches that support these two institutions to their responsibility to the Lord. If nothing is done by the churches to hurt the pockets of these two institutions (again this is my personal opinion) the garbage will continue to pile up and eventually when the rotten smell surfaces it may be too late!

Why would any nation want to rid itself of the Jew but keep those of the Islamic faith? Think about it; Israel is the only nation in the middle east that is at peace within politically and generally speaking socially. Yes, there is a uniqueness about the Jew. There are secular Jews which do not believe in God and then there are those that do believe in God and the Old Testament (Tanakh) and yet they both claim to be Jews! It seems wherever the Jew goes he prospers and the nation in which he lives also prospers. Generally wherever a Jewish community is formed in another nation it is a peaceful and law abiding community. The same cannot be said of those following Mohammad, the Koran and Islam. The Jew unlike the Muslim does not demand that the Jewish laws of the Old Testament be followed. The Jew does not riot and murder when the God of the Old Testament is profaned. Yet, it is the Jew that is hated and so often persecuted. Why? There are many reasons but only a couple will be given here.
1. The Jew claim their heritage back to Abraham to whom God said “And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do;Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?” Genesis 18: 17, 18. This will be fulfilled literally in the future in that time known as the millennium BUT it is also true now in many ways. Earlier the Lord God had said “And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” Genesis 12:3. Now Islam claims Abraham as well BUT IT was to Abraham’s son Isaac (not Ishmael) that God said “But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year.” Genesis 17: 21. The Jew is hated because they are God’s earthly people and the world HATES God! The Jewish people reminds the world that there is a God in heaven to whom they will someday give an account!!! Now this is not to say that all Jews or that the nation of Israel is right with God for that is not the case but someday there will be a real turning of the Jew as a nation to God through faith in Christ.
2. Because the Jew reminds the world of God the world seeks to totally wipe them off the face of the earth. There are numerous examples of this but we will give only two. The first is from the Bible. In Esther chapter 3 it tells us “wherefore Haman sought to destroy all the Jews that were throughout the whole kingdom of Ahasuerus”. This hatred for the Jew spans the ages from Haman to Hitler who said in Mein Kampf “…the personification of the devil as the symbol of all evil assumes the living shape of the Jew.”
Yes, the Jewish nation and the individual Jew are unique. In spite of the hatred and attempts to wipe them off the face of the earth they have survived for it is the God of heaven and earth that has said ” But thou, Israel, art my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend. 9 Thou whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou art my servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away. 10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee…” Isa 41:8 – 10a.
THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE JEW!
