I remember way back in the dark ages of the 50’s and 60’s reading and hearing about life behind the Iron Curtain. I had grandparents in California and every other summer we would drive out to see them. That trip was made with stops only for eating, refueling and one night sleeping in a motel. However, those behind the Iron Curtain had to stop at various check points and show papers to officials when they traveled. Today, the China virus has allowed Australian state dictators to do the same as Communist Russia did behind the Iron Curtain. Is this today’s democracy or government caring for your health?

‘Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk has announced her state will be completely open to all New South Wales residents from December 1, after Chief Health Officer Jeanette Young said she was satisfied with the case numbers in Sydney. Prior to this the Greater Sydney region was not able to enter the Sunshine State. “Dr Young is now satisfied that they have reached the over 28 days, so can I say to New South Wales – we welcome you to Queensland from 1 December,” Ms Palaszczuk said. “We know how tough this has been on families. “I hope this is welcome news. I think it’s great news in the lead-up to Christmas, but once again, that timely reminder for everybody – we need to make sure that we continue to keep up our social distancing.” Ms Palaszczuk also said she will make an announcement regarding Victoria on Wednesday.’https://www.skynews.com.au/details/_6211823294001?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Daily%20Sky%20News%20Australia%20%20Newsletter&utm_content=Daily%20Sky%20News%20Australia%20%20Newsletter+CID_2962903b0f77f9579acfd0b736c61571&utm_source=Daily%20newsletter&utm_term=Queensland%20to%20relax%20New%20South%20Wales%20border%20restrictions
