What would you look for if you needed a lawyer? 
Would you look at how inclusive they are or are there other things that just might be more important? Well, some legal firms have gone totally woke. Since I don’t wish getting into a mire of legal trouble the name of the firm will not be given but this law firm says they ‘…embrace and celebrate diversity in all its forms. Our supportive and inclusive culture sustains our diverse, engaged and high performing team.
We have defined our vision for diversity and inclusion as a feeling. We want everyone who works at …to feel like this:’
Then they say that all ‘Individuals don’t fit into neat categories, and no one group within our community is more or less important than another. As a result, our commitment to diversity and inclusion includes gender equality, indigenous inclusion, cultural diversity, LGBTIQ+ inclusion, flexible working and accessibility.’
The PC crowd may be impressed with this but most of those who are not yet WOKE just want a lawyer that KNOWS the law and can communicate that knowledge in court.
